The data was analysed using qualitative content analysis to identify themes and opportunities for improvement. Results The participants described every aspect of Day Care Services as very important for them. It supports routine, social activity (“gets me out of the house”) and interaction (“meeting people”), provides meals and appropriate nursing interventions. Staff acted as “familiar faces” that can be approached easily and support their service user’s health and well-being. Overall, the majority of attendees would recommend Day Care Services to other people.
