Research on Attitude Analysis of Hydraulic Support Based on Column Length

The existing hydraulic support attitude monitoring and control methods integrate multiple sensing technologies, but it is difficult to apply and promote due to unclear monitoring mechanisms, complicated types, and a large number of sensors. Aiming at the problem of attitude monitoring and control of hydraulic support, firstly, the kinematics mathematical model of hydraulic support is established by the key marker point method and the two-dimensional bar system model, and the forward and inverse solution algorithm of hydraulic support attitude based on the double-drive length of front and rear columns is proposed. Secondly, the rigid body dynamics simulation model of hydraulic support is constructed to verify the theoretical analytical model and prove the correctness of the algorithm. The rigid body simulation model can be used as the attitude monitoring system of hydraulic support. Thirdly, considering the influence of material elastic deformation, a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic simulation model of hydraulic support is established to explore the influence of elastic deformation of components on the attitude of hydraulic support and its causes. On this basis, the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic simulation model of the hydraulic support with clearance is established by replacing the revolute pair in the simulation model with the solid axis pin connection unit. The influence of the axis pin connection clearance on the attitude of the hydraulic support and its causes are explored, and the actual attitude and change characteristics of the hydraulic support under simulated real conditions are obtained. Finally, considering the force compression of the hydraulic cylinder of the column, the rigid-flexible and machine-liquid coupling dynamic simulation model of the hydraulic support with clearance is constructed.

Stabilization effect of dynamic stabilizer with different operation parameters

Dynamic stabilization operation can effectively improve the mechanical performance of ballast bed by using stabilizer. To improve the stabilization effect, a rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation model of the stabilizer-ballast bed system was established according to the actual structure of the stabilizer, and the effect of different operation parameters of stabilizer on the stabilization operation was analyzed. The simulation results showed that: the maximum value of lateral displacement response of the sleeper decreased with the increase in clamping wheel force normal angle, excitation force frequency and downforce; and increased with the increase in excitation force amplitude. The optimized operation parameters were obtained as follows: clamping wheel force normal angle 0°, excitation force frequency 18 Hz, excitation force amplitude 180 kN, downforce 60 kN. A vibration test bench simulating the stabilization operation process was built according to the working principle of the stabilizer, and the reliability of the simulation was verified by testing.

Research on multi-point connection of under-chassis equipment suspension system in high-speed trains

A power dispersive high-speed electric multiple-unit (EMU) train requires the installation of traction equipment under the carbody. As the speed of high-speed trains increases, the demand for traction power is increasing, and the weight and size of the equipment have increased accordingly. To adapt to the research and development of higher-speed EMU trains, this research proposes the use of a multi-point connection scheme for installing the under-chassis equipment. First, the static deflection and supporting reaction force of each hanging point are obtained based on static analysis, and it is found that increasing the number of connection points is beneficial for reducing the static stiffness requirement of each rubber element. Then, an energy decoupling degree is introduced, and an optimization design method for the hanging point stiffness is proposed based on the energy decoupling degree and optimal vertical suspension frequency. Finally, a rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation model is established to analyze the vibration characteristics of the carbody and equipment after decoupling and optimization of the multi-point suspension schemes. The research results show that after the decoupling optimization, the vibration amplitude in the middle of the carbody is effectively reduced, and the ride quality of the carbody is improved. The difference in the number of hanging points has little effect on the vibration performance of the carbody, but increasing the number of hanging points is beneficial for reducing the dynamic supporting reaction forces of the hanging components, thereby reducing the dynamic stress of the rubber elements.

Rigid flexible coupling dynamic analysis of piezoelectric jetting dispenser based on ADAMS

As dispensing technology needs accurate flow control, high performance spray dispensing has become the mainstream of dispensing technology. In this paper, the rigid flexible coupling dynamic simulation of piezoelectric jetting dispenser is carried out by using the dynamic simulation software ADAMS. In this process, the displacement and velocity of the needle under certain conditions are obtained. Then, according to the simulation results, the jetting dispenser driven by piezoelectric stack and the experimental test system are established. The dispensing process of the piezoelectric jetting dispenser is studied. The displacement of the needle in the dispensing process of the piezoelectric jetting dispenser is obtained by laser sensor, and the needle speed is obtained by analyzing the displacement of the needle. The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results, which proves the accuracy and feasibility of the simulation, and provides a method for the design and research of piezoelectric jetting dispenser.

Rigid-Flexible Coupling Dynamics Simulation of Wedge Press

In this paper, according to the installation and replacement process of disc single edge hob, the automatic disassembly process of the press wedge of hob is selected as the main object for analysis and research, and a press wedge disassembly device is proposed based on the mechanical design theory, and its structure design and simulation analysis are carried out. First of all, through the understanding of the development and research status of tool change technology at home and abroad, the structure of tool box and the disassembly process of disc hob are analyzed. The disassembly process is divided into three steps, and the expected path curve is obtained by cubic spline interpolation. Secondly, a kind of wedge removal device is proposed and designed. The design scheme is divided into two parts: wedge clamping mechanism and path guiding mechanism. The functional requirements and mechanism realization methods are discussed respectively. The wedge clamping mechanism realizes the clamping power by transforming the traditional three claw chuck, and the path guiding mechanism adopts the two degree of freedom mechanical arm to realize the wedge pressing along the expected curve path In order to verify its feasibility and rationality, the nx10.0 software is used to build the three-dimensional assembly model of the wedge removal device. Then, the trajectory planning simulation of the two degree of freedom manipulator is carried out, the manipulator model is established by using Matlab / Robotics toolbox, and the correctness of the kinematic equation is verified by comparative solution; the workspace of the manipulator is obtained by Monte Carlo simulation, and the correctness of the theoretical working area of the manipulator is verified by comparison; the method of quintic polynomial and cubic spline interpolation is adopted Methods the multi node trajectory planning of the manipulator joint was carried out, and the displacement, velocity and acceleration curves of the two joints of the manipulator were calculated based on the intermediate data points of the expected path, which verified the good motion stability of the manipulator. Rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation of planetary gear transmission based on MFBD

This paper deals with the problem of getting dynamic characteristics in complex mechanical multi-body system. Based on the MFBD (Multi-Flexible-Body Dynamics) technology, the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic simulation method is proposed, and then the method is applied to the planetary gear transmission. The results show that the dynamic stress distribution of planetary gear can be obtained to determine the dangerous location, and the dynamic response characteristics are more obvious. Then the simulation model of planetary gear transmission with broken tooth is established, the fault feature extraction in time-frequency domain is carried out using the acceleration signal. In addition, industrial data is also used to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Study on Meshing Force and Rigid-Flexible Coupling Dynamic Simulation of Cycloid Drive

The meshing force between pin wheels and gear teeth of modified and standard cycloidal gears is calculated. The parametric model of cycloidal gear and pin wheels is built. The flexible processing of cycloidal gear and pin wheel is conducted using Ansys software. The virtual prototype of cycloid reducer is built. The dynamic simulation of rigid-flexible coupling of modified and standard cycloidal gears has been developed, respectively. The meshing force with friction is calculated and the maximum equivalent stress is obtained. A comparison study of the meshing force using theoretical method is also carried out. It is significant to provide theoretical and technical supports for cycloidal gear design.

Modeling of Harmonic Drive System with Low-Frequency Resonance

In the design process of lightweight harmonic drive system, low-frequency resonance generally affects controller design, and restricts system servo performance. In the design stage of system, it has great significance that the resonant frequencies and dynamic performances could be predicted. This paper presents a modeling method of harmonic drive system which has low-frequency resonance. Takes an uniaxial harmonic drive system as example to describe the implementation process of the modeling method. The dynamics model of harmonic drive system has been built. Using Ansys, Recurdyn and Matlab, the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation model of system has been established. The simulation model analysis and the actual system experiment have been done respectively. Comparing the simulation and experiment results, it shows that: the open-loop time-frequency domain characteristics and the structural modals of simulation and experiment results are basically consistent. Using this method, the resonant frequency and dynamic performance of harmonic drive system can be predicted in the system design stage, and improve design efficiency.

Rigid-Flexible Coupling Dynamics Simulation of 3-RPS Parallel Robot Based on ADAMS and ANSYS

This paper mainly investigated the rigid-flexible dynamics simulation method of multi-body system. The 3-RPS parallel robot dynamics model is created by ADAMS (multi-body dynamics software) and ANSYS (finite element analysis software). In accordance with the flexible-body theory, we analyzed mechanical characteristics of parallel robot with no-load or full-load working condition, and got the deformation of end measuring point, maximum stress position and dynamics stress curve. The analysis method is more intuitional and accurate, and can increase the accuracy of dynamic response analysis of links under the dynamic loads. The simulation results create conditions for structure design and optimization of 3-RPS parallel robot.

Kinematic and Dynamic Stress Analysis of the Structural System of Wheel Loader Based on the Rigid-Flexible Coupling

Based on the rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototyping technology, the entities model of wheel loaders structural system was established by using Pro/E, then it was imported into the ADAMS environment and constraints were added to create a rigid model, and the corresponding rigid body was replaced by the model neutral file generated by ANSYS, thereby the rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype was established. The speed and acceleration curve of bucket in a work cycle, the dynamic stress of link and the rear frame was achieved, and the dynamic characteristics of the bucket was analyzed. This paper can provide a reference for similar models of rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation.

Research on the Initial Disturbance of Vehicular Missile with System Vibration Analysis

This paper is based on the complex multiple vehicular missile launch simulation model, researches the influence of combustion jet flow to the initial disturbance of missile. It establishes rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model by use of Adams and Ansys, and calculates the value of combustion jet flow field in missile box by means of Fluent. The rigid-flexible coupling dynamic simulation for the whole launch process is carried out. The study results show that the simulation with loading jet flow can accurately tend to real launch environment, it has great significance to optimize the simulation and to improve the accuracy of the simulation.

Dynamics Simulation on Rigid-Flexible Coupled Sliding Guideways in Powered Tool Turret of NC Lathe

A rigid-flexible coupling model of sliding guideway working in powered turret for a new developed multifunction NC lathe is built up based on Solidworks, ANSYS and ADAMS. A solid model of is built up by the 3d-Modeling software Solidworks, and then the built model of sliding guideway is imported into finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze elastic deformation. A mnf file of model generated by ANSYS which is a flexible body is fed into ADAMS to replace the rigid body of assembly. A dynamics simulation is conducted by considering a typical cutting processing like milling on lathe, the deformation of fixed guideway in working condition is checked. The analyzed results show that it is more rational and accurate to apply rigid-flexible coupling dynamic simulation for analyzing such mechanical system and this type of sliding guideway used in powered tool turret can stand up with cutting load and can meet the requirement.
