Pengaruh Sistem Pendaftaran Online Via Mobile JKN Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan di Rumah Sakit X Kota Bandung

Online registration system allows patients to register quickly and easily without having to queue and come to the hospital. It is recently known that users of online registration system are lower compared to manual registration system. This research intend to determine the effect of online registration system via Mobile JKN on outpatients’ satisfaction in Hospital X Bandung City. This research method is quantitative method. The population of this research were users of online registration system via Mobile JKN in March and April 2024 in total of 201 patients. The sample size used was calculated using the Slovin formula on 36 respondents which was determined using simple random sampling technique. The results of simple linear regression test obtained values 0,000 < 0,05 so it can be concluded that the variable of the online registration system via Mobile JKN has a significant effect on the outpatients’ satisfaction variable. It is recommended to do enhancement of quality and development for online registration system via Mobile JKN in purpose to make online registration to be more effective and efficient.

Pengaruh Model Project Based Learning Berbantuan Video Interaktif Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPAS Siswa

This study aims to determine the influence of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model assisted by interactive video on the learning outcomes of Social Science of SD Negeri 1 Loram Kulon. This research is a quantitative research with an experimental method. The design of this study is One Group Pretest Posttest. The population in this study is all grade IV students. The sample in this study used saturated sampling of 19 students consisting of 5 women and 14 men. The data collection technique in this study is in the form of a test in the form of a description of 10 questions. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis test. The results of the study showed that the results of the simple linear regression test showed a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that the hypothesis was accepted and a determination coefficient test of 72% was obtained, which means that there was a positive influence of the use of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model assisted by interactive video on the learning outcomes of IPAS SD Negeri 1 Loram Kulon.

The Effect of Zakat Management and the Quality of Zakat Services on Muzzaki Satisfaction in Baznas Jember Regency

This study aims to determine the influence of zakat management and service quality on muzzaki satisfaction in BAZNAS Jember Regency. This study uses a quantitative method sourced from questionnaires. The population of this study is 400 muzzaki. Sampling uses the slovin formula, which is a statistical formula used to determine the minimum number of samples from a limited population (finite population survey). So the number of samples in this study is 80 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the SPSS computer program. The results of this study show that zakat management and service quality have a positive and significant effect on muzzaki satisfaction. Based on the results of the t test, it can be seen that the variable of zakat management is obtained t count > t table (6,965 > 1,991) sig. 0.001 < 0.05 and the variable of service quality was obtained (17.926 > 1.991) sig. 0.001 < 0.05. The result of the determination coefficient (R2) in this study was 0.839 or 83.9%, which means that muzzaki satisfaction was influenced by zakat management and service quality of 83.9%. The results of the multiple linear regression test in the variable of zakat management are 0.387, while for the variable of service quality 0.959, if the coefficient is positive, it means that there is a positive effect between zakat management and service quality on muzzaki satisfaction.

Pengaruh nilai ujian nasional, kedisiplinan, dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa SMP di Kecamatan Pandak

Background: Indonesian as a subject is not only important in academic aspects, but also plays a role that is influenced by external and internal factors, external factors such as National Examination scores, internal factors such as discipline and motivation to learn. Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the influence of the Indonesian Language National Examination Score, discipline, and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of Indonesian Language students in junior high schools throughout Pandak District. Method: The research is survey research with cross-sectional method. The population in this study were 658 grade VIII junior high school students in Pandak District, including SMP Negeri 1 Pandak, SMP Negeri 2 Pandak, SMP Negeri 3 Pandak, SMP Negeri 4 Pandak, and SMP "17" Pandak, while the research sample consisted of 228 respondents determined using proportional random sampling. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. Findings: The results of the multiple linear regression test found that variable X1 had a positive and significant partial effect on variable Y, based on rxy (0.325). Variable X2 had a positive and significant partial effect on variable Y based on the rxy value (0.206). Variable X3 had a positive and significant partial effect on variable Y based on the rxy value (0.211). The Indonesian National Examination Score, discipline, and learning motivation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the learning outcomes of Indonesian language in junior high schools in Pandak District, Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta based on the F count value (14, 558). The form of influence is positive, namely there is a tendency that is directly proportional between the independent variables and the dependent variables.

Analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan siswa SMP dalam menghadapi ujian nasional berbasis komputer

Background: The Computer-Based National Examination (UNBK) is a form of evaluation implemented by the Indonesian government in order to measure the achievement of graduate competencies at certain levels of education. However, the implementation of UNBK also presents its own challenges for students, especially in terms of technological readiness and the ability to adapt to computer-based systems.. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of information technology and communication guidance, motivation, and understanding of computer use on the readiness of 9th grade students to deal with computer-based national examinations in SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Pajangan. Method: The type of this research is quantitative research, which is carried out in the Public Middle School in Pajangan Subdistrict, Bantul, DIY. The method of collecting data through a survey with a questionnaire, with a population of 464 and a sample of 210. The analysis technique of the study used a prerequisite test of descriptive analysis, normality, linearity, multicollinearity and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23. Findings: Simultaneous multiple linear regression test results obtained f count of 18,199 greater than f table of 2,65, then between information technology and communication guidance, motivation and understanding of computer use affect the readiness of 9th grade students in dealing with UBNK. Based on the results of this study, the authors suggest several things: (1) The Education Agency should propose that information and communication technology be re-incorporated into the curriculum structure, (2) Teachers are advised to motivate students to be better prepared to face the UNBK, (3) Students are advised to better understand computer usage and matters related to the implementation of UNBK.

Penerapan Media Ular Tangga Materi Sikap Menaati Aturan untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Literasi Siswa Kelas II SDN Panggunglor Semarang

This research aims to analyze the influence of the use of Snakes and Ladders media as material about obeying rules (Variable The research design uses a simple paradigm research design with one independent variable and one dependent variable. Data obtained through a questionnaire with Likert scale calculations. The location of this research will be carried out in class II of SDN Panggung Lor Semarang. The sample in this study was 25 class II students using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research starts from descriptive analysis and the data analysis technique used in this research starts from descriptive analysis. The results of this research show the results of a simple linear regression test with a value of tcount of 4.987 > ttable 2.069 (0.25 : 23), so it can be concluded that the application of Snakes and Ladders media material on the attitude of obeying the rules (Variable X) on students' motivation to learn literacy (Variable Y ) second grade students at SDN Panggunglor. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of the Snakes and Ladders game media with material about obeying the rules has a significant positive impact on students' motivation in learning literacy.

Pengaruh Pembiasaan Sholat Dhuha Berjamaah terhadap Akhlak Siswa Kelas VII MTS Mathla’ul Anwar Tanah Sareal Bogor

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of habituation of dhuha prayer in congregation on the morals of seventh grade students at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Tanah Sareal Bogor. The population in this study included all VII grade students of MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Tanah Sareal Bogor consisting of 4 classes with a total of 115 students. This study uses quantitative methods where the data collection process is carried out by distributing research questionnaires to 53 seventh grade students at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Tanah Sareal Bogor. The results showed that: (1) the habituation of dhuha prayer in congregation obtained an average of 62 these results indicate that the habituation of dhuha prayer in congregation is included in the good category. (2) the morals of seventh grade students obtained an average score of 49, it shows that the morals of seventh grade students are included in the good category. (3) the results of the simple linear regression test 0.000 <0.05 show that there is a positive and significant effect of habituation of dhuha prayers in congregation on the morals of seventh grade students at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Therefore, if you want to shape students' morals for the better, one of the things that must be considered is the habituation of dhuha prayers in congregation.

Pengaruh Penggunaan Metode Diskusi dalam Mata Pelajaran PAI Terhadap Minat Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas VIII di SMPIT Al-Ghifari Bojong Gede Bogor

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of the use of discussion methods on students' learning interest in PAI subjects in grade VIII SMPIT Al-Ghifari Bojong Gede. The population in this study includes all grade VIII students of SMPIT Al-Ghifari Bojong Gede consisting of 3 classes with a total of 95 students. This study used quantitative methods where the data collection process was carried out by distributing research questionnaires to 95 grade VIII students at SMPIT Al-Ghifari Bojong Gede. The results showed that: (1) the use of discussion method obtained an average of 43.1 results showed that the use of discussion method in PAI subjects was included in the good category. (2) the interest in learning of grade VIII students obtained an average score of 39, this shows that the interest in learning of grade VIII students is included in the category of quite good. (3) the results of a simple linear regression test of 0.000 < 0.05 showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the use of the discussion method on the learning interest of grade VIII students at SMPIT Al-Ghifari Bojong Gede, so that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Therefore, if you want to increase the interest in learning students, one of the things that must be considered is the use of learning methods.

Pengaruh Luas Lahan dan Jumlah Produksi Kelapa Sawit terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Sub. Sektor Perkebunan di Propinsi Bengkulu Tahun 2011-2021

Agriculture has an important role for the economy in Indonesia. One of the agricultural sub-sectors is plantations, the role of agriculture is proven by its effect on GRDP. GRDP is a determinant of measuring regional economic development. This research aims to find out how and how much influence the land area and amount of palm oil production have on the GRDP of the Plantation Sub-Sector in Bengkulu Province. This research uses secondary data obtained from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency, totaling 11 samples. The results of the multiple linear regression test show that there is a positive and significant relationship between land area and total palm oil production on GRDP in the Plantation Sub-Sector in Bengkulu Province, both partially and simultaneously.The contribution of land area and total production to GRDP in the agricultural sub-sector was 45.5% in Bengkulu Province during 2011-2021.

Counterproductive work behavior reviewed by organizational culture in millennial employees

Purpose: Counterproductive work behavior is deviant behavior carried out by individuals that causes losses to the company and its members. One of the generations working as employees in the current era is the millennial generation or commonly known as generation Y. This research aims to examine the influence of organizational culture on counterproductive work behavior among millennial employees. Method: This research method is quantitative using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale. In this study, the researcher determined using a cluster sampling technique to obtain a sample of 130 respondents from six companies. The analytical tests used are Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and multiple regression. Result: The results of the multiple linear regression test show that there is a significant influence on organizational culture variables (innovation and risk taking, attention to detail), results orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, stability) on counterproductive work behavior among millennial employees. Organizational culture has a significant influence on counterproductive work behavior, namely innovation and risk taking variables have a positive influence and contribute 11.4%, then results orientation has a negative influence and contributes 56.5%, then people orientation has a negative influence and contributes 23 .1%. %. Team orientation also has a positive influence and contributes 14.3%, while aggressiveness has a positive influence and contributes 20.9%, while other variables that have no influence on counterproductive work behavior are the variables attention to detail and stability. Conclusion: In the future this research can become a reference for further research by paying attention to other variables such as personality, job characteristics, work group characteristics, and organizational injustice.

Pengaruh Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMP Islam Al-Ulum Terpadu Medan

This research aims to determine the influence of the managerial competence of school principals at Al-Ulum Integrated Islamic Middle School in Medan. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The population in this study was 30 teachers, so the sample size in this study was 30 teachers, because the population was less than 100, based on Suharsimi Arikunto opinion, the entire population was used (population study). The main data collection technique uses a 5 Likert scale answer choice form. Data is analyzed using simple linear regression to test the research hypothesis. Based on the data processing carried out statistical testing resulted in Ho being rejected and Ha being accepted, which explains that there is an influence of the principal's managerial competence on teacher performance. This is obtained from the result of the Pearson correlation test which shows that the value is 0.512 > tubel 0.361 and the results of the simple linear regression test produce contribution Y’ = 100.242 + 0.322 X, so the results of this test explain that there is a correlation between the managerial comptence of school principals and teacher performance.apart from that, tests are carried out T-test which produced a t-count of 3.157 > t-table, namely 2.048, with a significance value of 0.004 < 5% (0.05). The results in the ANOVA table also support the acceptance of Ha, where the sig. 0.004 < alpha value or 0.05. So, the hypothesis simultaneously proves that there is a significant influence between the managerial competence of school principals on teacher performance. Calculation of the coefficient of determination shows that the principal's managerial competency variable is able to explain the student learning achievement variable by 26,2%. Meanwhile, the remaining 73.8% is explained by other variables not studied. From the results of these calculations, it can be concluded that there is an influence between the principal's managerial competence on teacher performance at Al-Ulum Terpadu Islamic Middle School, Medan. This influence can be seen from the school principal in making a defined plan, making decisions, organizing the resources they have, and carrying out evaluations to improve teacher performance.

Pengaruh Digital marketing Terhadap Brand awareness Produk Fashion Jiniso pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen UKI Toraja

This research aims to determine the influence of digital marketing on brand awareness of Jiniso fashion products among UKI Toraja management study program students. This research data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 43 students of the UKI Toraja management study program. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results of this research show that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness. This is proven by the results of a simple linear regression test Y= 11,687+ 0.829X with a calculated t value > t table, namely 6.126 > 2.018 and a significant value < 0.05, namely 0.000. If we look at the coefficient of determination, it shows that the R square value is 0.478 or 47.8% with the remaining 52.2% being influenced by other variables not found in this study.

Faktor Faktor Resiko Kejadian Stroke Berbasis Stroke Risk ScoreCard

Stroke is a fuctional disorder tahat manifest as nerve paralysis, resulting from either an obstruction of blood flow to the brain due to a lock of oxygen or a cessation of blood supply due to blockage or bleeding. The risk factors are blood pressure, cholesterol, history of diabetes mellitus, history of smooking, atrial fibrillation, body mass index, physical activity, and family history of stroke. This study aims to determine the factors associated with stroke incidence. This typeof researchis descriptive and has a retrospective study design. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling wit a sample size of 60 respondents, where the population was 4355stroke patients. The research results used the stroke risk scorecard (SRSC)measuring tool. The statistical is Chi-square. The research results showed that the majority of respondents were erderly, aged 46-65 tahun years (80,0%), male (50,0%), female (50,0%) and had comorbid hypertension (56,7%). N The Chi-square test revealed several risk factors, including blood pressuare, a history ofdiabetes mellitus,smoking history, atrial fibrilation, BMI, and family history of risk. Menwhile, the results of the multiple linear regression test show that the most dominant variable is physical activity, with a standardized cooefficient betta valueof 0,366. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as a basis for input for health servise providers to provide comprehensive nursing care for stroke patients.

PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA DI PERUMDA TIRTA HIDAYAH KOTA BENGKULU

This research aims to determine the influence of human resource development and work motivation on work productivity in Perumda Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City, both partially and simultaneously. There are several independent variables (x) that will be discussed in this research, including Human Resource Development and Work Motivation. The objects of this research are the employees of Perumda Tirta Hidayah, totaling 120 respondents. In this research, several data analysis techniques were used, including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondent responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficients, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, the regression equation obtained is as follows: Y = 3.070 + 0.487 (X1) + 1.103 (X2). Based on the multiple linear regression equation, it can be interpreted that: Constant value 3.070 means that if the HR Development (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) variables are equal to zero, then the Work Productivity variable (Y) is constant. The Regression Coefficient The Regression Coefficient X2 (Work Motivation) of 1.103 means that if Work Motivation increases by one unit, the Work Productivity value will increase. Assuming that the Work Motivation variable (X2) is considered fixed or constant. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the HR Development and Work Motivation variables have a partial or simultaneous effect on work productivity among employees of Perumda Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City. Effect Of Online Tracking System And Delivery Timeliness On Customer Satisfaction (Case Study On J & T Express Sampit)

The title of this study is the effect of Online tracking system and Keteptan delivery time on customer satisfaction (Case Study on J&T Express Sampit). This study was conducted at J & T Express Sampit which is located at Jalan MT. Haryono No. 095, Mentawa Baru Hulu, District. Mentawa Baru Ketapang, East Kotawaringin Regency, Central Kalimantan. This study was conducted on customers who use the services of J & T Express Sampit with accidental sampling technique. And the data were tested using validity test, reliability test, hypothesis test and analysis of research data using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis and determination analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis test in this study is a T-test for online tracking system variables (X1) IE t count 3.146 > t table 2.00324 and a significant level of 0.001 < 0.05 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of Online tracking systems on customer satisfaction. As for the T-test for variable timeliness of delivery (X2) is t count 4.763 > t table 2.00324 and a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between the timeliness of delivery to customer satisfaction. Then for the F-test, namely F count 25.098 > F table 3.16 and a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05 means that simultaneously the Online tracking system and delivery timeliness have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. R number of 0.690 shows the relationship / correlation between customer satisfaction with the independent variable is strong (significant). Adjust R Square of 0.552 means that 55.20% of customer satisfaction variable (Y) can be explained by Online Tracking System variables (X1) and delivery timeliness (X2). While the remaining 44.8% were influenced by other variables that were not included in this study. Based on the results of multiple linear regression test obtained by the equation Y = 1.233+ 0.407 (X1) + 0.580 (X2) means that the score/value of the constant ( ③ ) shows that if there is no increase in the variables of the online tracking system and the accuracy of delivery time then the value of customer satisfaction is equal to 1.233. And each addition of one score / variable value of the online tracking system provides an increase of 0.407 to customer satisfaction with fixed X2 conditions and each addition of one score/variable value of delivery timeliness provides the same increase of 0.580 to customer satisfaction with fixed X1.

The Effect of Reward and Punishment on the Improvement of Employee Work Discipline. This study aims to determine the effect of Reward and Punishment on improving employee work discipline. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The sample in this study is 50 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS program and uses data sourced from respondents and documentation from PT. London Sumatra, Bulukumba Regency. The results of the multiple linear regression test were obtained Y= 11.508 + 0.561X1 + 0.119X2, which means that the constant value is 11.508 with regression coefficients of 0.561 and 119 which states the direction of influence of variable X on Y has a positive value and a value of sig > 0.05 which means that Reward and Punishmehnt have’nt an effect on improving employee work discipline.

Social Media and Its Impact on Bullying Behavior of Primary School Students

The development of information technology, the internet and social media is increasingly changing the way of socializing. Social media contains various information that can access by all users without filters. This can trigger users to imitate what is presented on social media platforms, such as bullying behavior. This research aims to analyze the influence of social media on elementary school students' bullying behavior. The research method used is quantitative with survey research methods. The populations in this study were all fourth-grade elementary school students. The sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique, namely fourth grade students consisting of 2 classes with a total of 37 students. The research instrument used a Likert scale type interval questionnaire. Data analysis techniques are descriptive tests, normality tests, linearity tests, and research hypothesis tests using simple linear regression tests. The results of this research show that social media has a significant influence on students' bullying behavior. This can be seen from the results of a simple linear regression test with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Social media also has a strong influence on students' bullying behavior as shown by the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.816, this shows the degree of relationship between the social media variable (X) and bullying behavior (Y) of 81.6% which means social media has a strong influence on students' bullying behavior.

Customer loyalty is the mst important key in a company, because it can increase profits and determine the survival of a company. Loyalty can be formed by good quality service and customer satisfaction resulting from the services provided by the company. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Wahana Logistics Achievement Bogor Branch Ciriung Mayor Oking. This research uses quantitative methods with SPSS Version 25 software. The samples used for data collection were customer of PT.Wahana Achievement Logistics consisted of 60 respondents with sampling using random sampling. The coefficient of determination test results (R2) use an adjusted R-square value of 0,677, wich means that 67,7% of service quality (X1) and costomer satisfaction (X2) have an influence on costomer loyalty, and the remaining 32,3% is influenced by variables not researched by the author. The results of the f test simultaneously show that the variables of service quality and customer satisfaction and positive effect with a sig value of 0,000 < 0,05 and Fcount of 62,722 > 4,007 Ftable on the costomer loyalty variable. From the calculation of the results of the multiple linear regression test, it shows that costomer loyalty is influenced by the service quality variable equal to b1 = 0,620 and the costomer satisfaction variable b2 = 0,301

Influence of Financial Ratios on Financial Distress in Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange

The objective of this study is to ascertain the financial ratios, specifically the Cash Ratio, Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM), of Financial Distress in Manufacturing Companies within the Consumer Goods Industry Sector that are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study employs quantitative data. The findings and analysis presented in this study are as follows: The multiple linear regression test results indicate that the t-count value is 10.625, more significant than the t-table value of 2.03951. Additionally, the significance level of the t-count is 0.001, which is less than the significance level of 0.05. Therefore, we may infer that the t-count value is statistically significant. The ROI multiple linear regression test results indicate that the t-count value of 2.886 is statistically significant with a p-value of 0.007, compared to a t-table value of 2.03951 and a significance level of 0.05. Therefore, we can infer that the t-count value of 2.886 is significant. The t-value is 2.03951, and the significance level is 0.007, less than 0.05. The multiple linear regression analysis shows that the t-count for ROE is -2.897, which has a significance level of 0.007. Comparing this with the t-table value of 1.69552 at a significance level of 0.05, we may infer that the t-count value of 2.897 is greater than the t-table value of 1.69552, and the significance level of 0.007 is less than 0.05. The multiple linear regression analysis shows that the t-count value for NPM is -1.095, with a significance level of 0.282. Comparing this to the t-table value of 1.69552 at a significance level of 0.05, we may conclude that the t-count value of 1.095 is less than the t-table value and is not statistically significant. The F-table test yielded a result of 2.67 with an error rate of 5%. The acquired F-count was 50.596, more significant than the F-table value of 2.67, indicating a significant difference with a significance level of 0.002, less than the threshold of 0.05.

The research sample was grouped into three schools, namely elementary school Basirih 5 from South Kalimantan, elementary school 64 Muara Bulian, and elementary school 131 Muara Bulian from Jambi province, which we will use with a total sample of 60 students—sampling using a simple random sampling technique. The results of data analysis using the independent sample t-test obtained a value of sig <0.05, so it can be said that the character of the persistence of students in each elementary school is different, and for the mathematical processing skills variable sig is <0.05 so that the KPM for each school is different. The results of a simple linear regression test obtained a sig value of 0.025 in the high class of elementary school Basirih 5, elementary school 64, and elementary school 131 Muara Bulian received a sig value of 0.030, where the sig value <0.05, which means that the persistence of character affects the students' mathematical process skills. The conclusion of this study is that learning persistence is an important factor affecting students' mathematical process skills, with the implication that strengthening the character of perseverance can improve mathematical learning outcomes.
