The introduction and creation of new technological means can change and promote the process and results of economic development, thus promoting the steady progress of economic development. In these areas of economic development, some small-scale scientific and technological innovation enterprises occupy a large proportion, and the economic development in other areas cannot do without the promotion of these enterprises, which is a typical model in China Is the gem listing. The listing of gem not only symbolizes that China has made great progress in the field of scientific and technological innovation, but also directly confirms that innovation is the source of economic development. Innovation can not only promote the growth of economic development, but also promote the reform and optimization of economic development system. This paper takes the gem as an example, based on the computer calculation and data envelopment analysis, from the data analysis of the project, summarizes the key factors affecting the innovation and development of an enterprise, and studies the specific path to effectively promote innovation.

ETYMOLOGY CONCEPT OF THE “ECONOMIC INCLUSION” IN THE CONTEXT OF CYCLIC DEVELOPMENT OF ECONOMY

Purpose. The aim of the article is defining theoretical approaches and conceptual bases to the concept of inclusiveness in the economy in order to form new methodological approaches to the study of economic processes at the meso and micro levels. Methodology of research. The methods generally accepted in economics were used in the course of the research, in particular: monographic, system and structural (to determine the meaning of the concept of economic inclusion in the context of cyclical economic development). Findings. The analysis and systematization of theoretical approaches to the definition of the category “inclusion” in the economy are carried out. It is established that the process of inclusion in the economy is a tool to increase people`s participation in the creation, distribution, and consumption of economic goods. The necessity of distinguishing between the concepts of “inclusive growth” and “inclusive development” on the basis of the theory of economic cycles is substantiated. It is determined that economic inclusion is a tool for achieving the priorities of sustainable economic development. It is proved that the use of inclusion as an operational tool of the sustainable development paradigm is aimed at ensuring long-term and sustainable results of economic development at the micro and meso levels. Originality. The necessity of deepening the scientific discourse of economic inclusion, which requires localization and application of the principles of descending governance, is substantiated. For the first time, it is proposed to make a clear distinction between the processes of inclusive growth and inclusive development, which, in contrast to existing approaches, expands the theoretical and methodological basis for the study of economic inclusion at different levels of the economy. Practical value. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of integrating inclusive approaches to development strategies and forming practical tools for inclusive development and supporting inclusive growth of micro and meso economic entities by government agencies and representatives of business structures. Analysis Of Agricultural Inflation Fluctuation In Indonesia

Inflation is an economic disease that cannot be ignored, because it can have a very broad impact. Therefore inflation is often the target of government policy. Inflation is characterized by a general and continuous rise in prices. The sharp surge in the national inflation rate without offset by the nominal income of the people, has caused the people's income to decline. The phenomenon of inflation in Indonesia is actually just a short-term phenomenon and that occurs situationally, but as is common in other developing countries, the problem of inflation in Indonesia is more on the problem of long-term inflation because there are still structural obstacles in country's economy. The development of the agricultural sector in Indonesia is still considered the most important sector of the overall results of economic development. The sharp surge in the national inflation rate without offset by the nominal income of the people, has caused the people's income to decline. Also per capita income of the population fell relatively quickly, which resulted in Indonesia re-entering the poor countries. If you see the tremendous influence of the surge in inflation in Indonesia (as a result of imported inflation triggered by the depreciation of the rupiah in foreign currencies) on the national economy, it is necessary to pay extra attention to this inflation problem. Social exclusion in the age of economic transformations: global trends and features of manifestation

Modern processes of globalization have significantly influenced the way of life of both domestic and international socio-economic systems. Transformations of economic models in the world, opening of borders, consolidation and emergence of new markets – all this has objectively led to the deepening of social inequality and, as a consequence, the declining social mobility caused by economic factors. As a result, there was a gradual deformation of the social status of the individual, which in turn was accompanied by a decrease in the level of his social protection due to the lack of effective mechanisms to ensure the realization of basic constitutional rights and freedoms. Numerous transformations of economic systems at different levels lead to the fact that large sections of the population are alienated from the results of economic development, in fact «excluded» or «disconnected» from the processes of social relations, limited or deprived of access to basic social institutions. This is manifested in huge gaps in income, deficits in participation, in particular in consumption, in the labor market, in certain aspects of social interaction and support, which, in turn, leads to the spread of the phenomenon of social exclusion. Therefore, the aim of the article is to study the global trends that determine the spread of social exclusion, as well as to identify the features of the manifestation of this phenomenon in the modern world. In the context of the study, the reasons underlying the formation of the phenomenon of social exclusion, problems and risks that determine its spread in the global space are substantiated. A general assessment of the factors that determine the risks of social exclusion in society is presented. Features and forms of manifestation of social exclusion in the modern world under the influence of global challenges and world socio-economic changes are also revealed. Thus, the global challenges facing the world and national communities, stimulate society to seek new models of socio-economic development that can ensure greater participation of all citizens in society, require the development and application of specific mechanisms that will allow everyone to equally influence all spheres of public life.

Pengembangan Modul Pembelajaran Ekonomi Berbasis Guided Inquiry Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas Xi MA NW Sukamulia Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018

This study aims to: 1) analyze the development of guided inquiry-based economic learning module to improve student learning outcomes of grade XI MA NW Sukamulia; 2) to analyze the effectiveness of the use of guided inquiry-based economic learning module to improve student learning result of class XI MA NW Sukamulia. The study of the development of this economic learning module using the modified Borg and Gall procedure consists of 8 stages: 1) preliminary research and information gathering, 2) planning, 3) development of initial product form, 4) limited testing, 5) revision of the main product , 6) extensive test, 7) revision of operational product, 8) field test. Data analysis used during development is descriptive analysis, module feasibility analysis based on criteria score, and analysis of student learning result using t-test. Based on the results of descriptive analysis of economic learning modules based on guided inquiry concluded that the validation of design experts / views as much as 4.6% with good criteria, material experts as much as 3.7% with good criteria. After obtained the validation results can then be done field trials. Based on the results of the experiment, there were 35 complete students and 5 unfinished students with an average score of 81.2% and 87.5% classical percentage. Judging from the results of learning, the use of teaching materials is also an impact on student learning outcomes. This shows that the economic learning module as a result of development can help facilitate the students in learning. Result of questionnaire of student requirement analysis, from 40 respondents obtained total 320 for "yes" response with 80% percentage, and total 90 for "no" category with percentage of 22,5%. The result of questionnaire of student response to economic learning module based on guided inquiry, from 40 respondents obtained total 250 for "yes" response with 73,2% percentage, and total 74 for "no" category with percentage 26,4%. Thus it can be said that the learning module based on guided inquiry get positive response from the students. This shows that the learning module based on the results of economic development further improve the value of students' economic learning outcomes than without using guided inquiry based learning module. The conclusion of this study is a guided inquiry-based economic learning module used to improve student learning outcomes and economic learning modules based on effective guided inquiry to improve learning outcomes.

ECONOMIC REFORM AND FUNCTIONAL CHANGES OF THE AUTHORITIES OF BURYATIA IN THE LATE 1960S – 1970S

The subject of the research is the analysis of economic and structural changes in the country and the autonomous republic in the examined period with the use of the systemic and comparative approaches, as well as institutional research method. When planning the economic reforms, the USSR and the Buryat ASSR bodies of state power and control did an active and purposeful job to implement them and carried out an effective personnel policy. In 1965 – 1966 the territorial management system was abolished in industrial production. Branch management was passed on to newly created ministries, the role of state committees increased. These facts created auspicious conditions for scientific and technical progress development. Moreover, the main purpose of the production was the course on development and inculcation of economic management methods, independence of enterprises, and reduction of administrative regulation of their activity. The results of economic development during the 8th five-year plan were the best for the whole Soviet period. At the same time, macroeconomics still maintained an extensive character. The provided materials interpreted in a modern light can be used for reconsideration of state governing bodies’ formation and evolution.

The evaluation of economic development index of Poland and Lithuania in the context of the European Union

The purpose of this research is to characterize and evaluate the results of economic development of Poland and Lithuania. In order to analyze the changes of economic development, the index of economic development as share of sustainable development is used. Empirical analysis for the years 2005–2012 is conducted. As a result of the research – the country’s main macroeconomic development indicators are unified in order to create a development index.

It describes the process of the formation and the basic features of a three-sector economic model, as well as the reasons for its stability and existing constraints on economic growth.
