THE EFFECT OF INFORMAL EDUCATION ON THE LABOR MARKET IN UKRAINE

The work deals with a comprehensive analysis of theoretical and practical approaches to the impact of short-term courses on the labor market and the level of unemployment in Ukraine in the conditions of hostilities and martial law. Special attention is paid to the study of foreign experience in the field of professional development and retraining of workers in various sectors of the economy, as well as the introduction of short-term courses as one of the effective tools for adapting citizens to the new requirements of the labor market. The paper analyzes in detail the problems faced by Ukraine after the invasion of the armed forces of the Russian Federation and their negative impact on the state's economy. In particular, the shortage of qualified personnel and the role of highly qualified workers in the process of defending territorial integrity within the armed forces of Ukraine were considered. The study also proposed and analyzed the conditions for creating free space at workplaces and providing decent working and living conditions for low-mobility population groups. The importance of integrating these groups into the labor market through specialized programs and support from the state is highlighted. In the conclusions of the work, attention is focused on In general, the introduction of short-term courses, the development of digital education, support for citizens with disabilities and the creation of a barrier-free environment, which are key directions for the economic recovery of Ukraine. This will help increase the competitiveness of the state and improve the quality of life of the population.

“Bridging the Skill Gaps”: Analyzing the Mismatch between Hospitality Education and Industry Needs in Uganda

This is a persistent problem of skill mismatch between graduates and employers’ needs in the Ugandan hospitality industry, resulting in skill deficits that hamper employability and industry advancement. Identifying the causes of these skill gaps is the aim of this study, together with establishing recommendations to narrow the gap existing between hospitality education and the industry. The study adopted the qualitative case study research design and sampled 26 respondents from recent hospitality graduates and employers, educators or trainers, and policymakers in Kabale District, Uganda. The findings were encoded through thematic analysis. Theoretical orientation is scant with practical and interpersonal skills. Some employers also reported a concern that more attention should be paid to enhancing the practical readiness of graduates at workplaces and that there should be an increased dialog between educational institutions and employers in the hospitality sector. According to the results of the study, there is a need for a closer connection between curricula and industry demands, interconnecting the abilities needed for practical work and soft skills. Recommendations include increasing communication between teachers and supervisors from industry, enhancing internship programs, and including practical aspects. It is recommended that such collaborations be promoted through policy and funding to guarantee the appropriate match of education to the labor market requirements. These steps are relevant for reducing the existing skill gap and making graduates fit for employment opportunities in the industry

Dynamic analysis of two-stage steering reducer for electric vehicle based on ROMAX

Abstract. With the rapid development of electric vehicles in the modern market, the efficiency and performance requirements of electric vehicle transmission systems are getting higher and higher. As an important part of the electric vehicle reducer, the steering reducer can make full use of the advantages of the two-stage deceleration transmission, achieve more efficient power transmission, and improve the acceleration performance and driving performance of electric vehicles. This paper aims to design a two-stage steering reducer for an electric vehicle, which adopts planetary gear transmission type. Firstly, the working principle of the electric vehicle steering reducer is analyzed, and the overall design scheme of the reducer is drawn up. Secondly, the transmission system parameters of the reducer are designed and calculated, including transmission ratio distribution, tooth number ratio calculation, etc. Secondly, the transmission structure of the reducer is designed, including input shaft, output shaft, first planetary gear train, second planetary gear train, reducer shell, bearing, etc., and the reducer model is drawn by three-dimensional software Solidworks. Finally, the strength and deformation check analysis of the two-stage reducer is carried out by using the finite element software ROMAX to evaluate the performance of the designed reducer under this working condition. The full text design has a certain reference, and can be applied to other electric vehicle reducer design to provide theoretical guidance.

The Impact of π-Bridge Moiety on the Optoelectronic Properties and Photochemical Stabilities of Benzodithiophene-Based Conjugated Polymers

The stability of conjugated polymers (CPs) under exposure to light and air determines their sustainability for commercial use and their possible usage in diverse areas. The main goal of this study is to examine how changes in the π-bridge of polymers affect their electrochemical and optoelectronic properties. Furthermore, it seeks to evaluate the impact of these alterations on the photochemical durability of the polymers. Three D-π-A types of CPs were synthesized via Stille coupling. All polymers consist of the same acceptor and donor units, which were benzooxadiazole (BOz) and benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b']dithiophene (BDT), respectively, but they had different π-bridge such as thiophene (T), selenophene (Se), and thiazole (Tz).This study used a variety of spectroscopic tools such as UV-Vis, FTIR, and XPS, to investigate how photooxidation occurs. DFT calculations were used to further support the experimental results. Within a mere 30-minute timeframe, the primary absorption peak of the polymer films experienced a blue shift and a significant reduction in intensity due to being exposed to both light and air simultaneously. Despite the presence of the same electron-withdrawing group, BOz, and electron-donating group, BDT, in all polymers, the photochemical stability varies with π-bridges. T- and Se-containing conjugated polymer films (P1-T, P2-Se) exhibited a significant decrease in the intensity of their peak absorption, whereas the peak intensity and characteristics of their thiazole counterpart (P3-Tz) only showed a slight alteration after being exposed to light and air for up to 7 hours. The superior photostability of the P3-Tz polymer film can be attributed to a significantly higher HOMO level and higher band gap in comparison to P1-T and P2-Se.Comprehending the photochemical stability of these polymers is crucial for progressing their commercial uses, such as organic photovoltaics, OLEDs, and sensors. This study highlights the significance of choosing suitable π-bridges to improve the longevity and effectiveness of CPs, thus satisfying market requirements and broadening their possible applications.

Micro-Credentialing: The Janus of Higher Education

The use of micro-credentials holds immense potential to address the challenges of traditional higher education, particularly in terms of accessibility, employability, and inclusivity. This study delves into the rise of micro-credentialing and its evolution in the digital learning landscape post the COVID-19 pandemic. With many people owning cell phones and a tech-savvy younger generation, micro-credentials are poised to pave a promising pathway for education and career advancement. The research explores the potential, benefits, and possible future of micro-credentials. Using an integrative literature review approach, this study uses a qualitative approach to analyse policy documents, published articles, and case studies of micro-credentialing initiatives. According to initial research, micro-credentials have the potential to provide adaptable and targeted learning opportunities. These can be combined and aligned with industry standards, bridging the divide between traditional education and the evolving requirements of the job market. This adaptability instils confidence in the relevance of the education system. Micro-credentialing is a new way of recognising and certifying skills. It is more inclusive and challenges traditional education models, offering a lifelong learning and employability framework.

Mechanical Properties of Spunlace Non-Wovens with a Porous Structure

The paper describes the influence of the drum system construction of two modern carding machines on the porous structure of spunlace non-wovens composed of polyester and viscose. The non-woven fabric structure, including the number and size of the pores, determines the tensile strength of the composites obtained. The spunlace non-wovens were subjected to tensile strength tests in the machine, and cross-directions and microscopic observations of their structure were made. The results of the experiments were used to determine the relationship between the strength of the material and the porosity of its structure. This knowledge was used to prepare recommendations for the manufacturer of wet wipes in order to enable the selection of a carding machine for the mass production of final products with strength properties that meet market requirements and satisfy the end customer.

However, the society trend changed quickly, then all brands need to think about how they could expand their customer base in addition to consolidating their existing customers same as Crocs. To make a sustainable marketing strategy crocs needs to combine their brand history, the market requirement, their brand positioning, and their consumer buying behavior. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide a sustainable development plan for Crocs from the author's point of view through the several items of information above. The sustainable development suggestions in this paper include, but are not limited to, clarifying brand positioning and target customer groups, developing e-commerce sales channels, etc.

An observational study of female body shape characteristics in multiracial Malaysia

Abstract The current study aims to explore the representative and typical female body shapes through in-depth observation and analysis of the diversity in Malaysian female body shape characteristics across different ethnic and age groups, which assists in facilitating the establishment of accurate apparel size standards. This study was conducted in Selangor, which is the most populous and developed Malaysian state. The data were collected via a highly systematic approach. The K-mean clustering method was applied to synthesise and analyse the collected data, which classified the body types into five major clusters. The results not only revealed significant differences in the distribution of body shapes across ethnic and age groups but also highlighted the limitations of the various sizing systems currently employed by the Malaysian apparel industry to fulfil the requirements of the diverse Malaysian market. The findings provided practical implications for apparel manufacturers and retailers with concrete evidence to support improved product design and enhance customer satisfaction. A deeper understanding and categorisation of Malaysian females’ body types could also assist the apparel industry in developing more tailored sizing systems. Resultantly, an improved system minimises return rates, optimises inventory management, and supports environmental and sustainability goals by reducing overproduction.

Assessing the Ecological Value: Monetizing Process Innovations in Tailored Forming

Companies must innovate to survive in competitive markets. The pressure to bring innovations to market faster and meet market and regulatory requirements challenges companies to assess early on whether an innovation delivers economic value added (EVA), even with a lack of quantification data. Sustainability, now a crucial industrial pillar, is integrated into this article's semiquantitative method for monetarily evaluating sustainable value drivers of innovations. The method is applied to the “Tailored Forming” innovation, developed in Collaborative Research Center 1153. The procedure employs an EVA driver tree to guarantee a net present value orientation within the innovation evaluation. A systematic literature review further systematizes the driver tree, thereby establishing a link between the sustainable value drivers of the EVA to develop a literature‐based impact model. A weighted scoring model (WSM) compensates for limited data, with interviews from CRC 1153 providing additional input. The data evaluation demonstrates that implementing Tailored Forming technology does not currently represent an effective strategy for achieving a higher EVA from a sustainability perspective, as evidenced by an increase in the WSM value. However, levers are being identified to facilitate the transfer of the Tailored Forming innovation into practice, reducing the WSM and positively influencing the EVA.

Global citizenship among students of Kazakhstan: the role of social media

With the increasing involvement of universities in Kazakhstan in the processes of internationalization, there is a need to adapt educational programs to the changing requirements of the labor market and the national educational environment. An important aspect of these changes is the study of the perception of global citizenship among students of Kazakhstan. In this article, the authors present the results of their two studies on global citizenship. In the first study, the authors set out to study the behavior of university students with participation in democratic processes and their use of social media. In the last decade, many researchers have studied the impact of social media on youth participation in global public life. Many of them noted the positive impact, suggesting that the use of social media would promote democratic participation, especially among the younger generation. Among the students of Kazakhstan, 284 students took part in this study. Participation in global and democratic processes includes five main elements: voting, political activism, consumer participation, protests, and communication with politicians. Our research has shown that university students in Kazakhstan most often express their support or protest within the framework of consumer participation. Students in Kazakhstan demonstrate a low level of participation in political activism, protests and communication with politicians. Regarding the second work of the authors, the study aims to adapt the Scale of Global Citizenship to the context of Kazakhstan, which is a key step in preparing students for active participation in democratic processes. The study used a cross-sectional design using quantitative methods for data collection and analysis. 374 students participated in the study. Based on the results of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, as well as reliability calculations, it was found that the Global Citizenship Scale has been successfully adapted for use in Kazakhstan, which confirms its applicability in the country.

Evaluation of SSF, Roof Crush Test as an Alternative to Dynamic Rollover Test using Numerical Approach

Rollover accidents are classified into various scenarios, and with the increasing prevalence of high-centre-of-gravity (CG) vehicles in Southeast Asia (SEA) particularly in Malaysia, such as SUVs, MPVs and pickup trucks; assessing vehicle rollover risk has become critical. Even though rollover incident recorded low number of cases compared to other crash types in Malaysia, it had the highest casualty index for killed or seriously injured (KSI) and the situation induces worries because majority of the fatalities in rollover crashes among passenger vehicle occupants goes to high CG vehicle type. There are several limitations from the SEA nations to enforce costly dynamic rollover test as safety specification for SEA market requirement. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate Static Stability Factor (SSF), and roof resistance test (FMVSS 216), as an alternative to the dolly rollover test (FMVSS 208) using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). A correlated Chevrolet Silverado MY 2014 model is employed, with different SSF values representing varying levels of vehicle stability. The study evaluates peak force, peak energy absorption, and maximum intrusion during rollover simulations according to FMVSS 208 for vehicle models with different SSF values. Results indicated that vehicles with lower SSF values lead to higher energy absorption and intrusion, signifying increased rollover impact. Additionally, the article suggests that FMVSS 216 Roof Resistance Test is more severe than FMVSS 208 and vehicle rating system based on SSF value is vital for market awareness. Understanding the vehicle structural integration in rollover scenarios is essential for improving safety measures and vehicle design, especially for high-centre-of-gravity vehicles prevalent in the market.

Evaluation of commercial and taste qualities of plum fruits in the foothills of Kabardino-Balkaria

Breeding varieties with high commercial and consumer qualities of fruits is one of the priority areas in the selection and variety study of domestic plum. Accordingly, the evaluation of some commercial and consumer qualities of fruits in plum varieties in the specific conditions of the mountains and foothills of the region is of great practical and scientific interest. Taking into account market requirements and the growth of consumer demand for fruit products, it is necessary to constantly update the range of plums. In this regard, varieties and hybrid forms of European plum for the subsequent selection of variety samples with high commercial characteristics have been studied (fruit weight, their uniformity and shape, cover color, aroma, pulp juiciness, taste, etc.). As a result of the studies, variety samples with the best commercial and taste properties of fruits have been selected. The following varieties have been distinguished by a high sugar content: Čačakska rannyaya - 18.8%, Grosso de Felicio - 16.5%, Big Heart - 14.7%, Milena - 13.8%, Velikiy Gertsog - 12.7%. The following varieties have been noted for the content of organic acids: Big Heart - 1.31%, Velikiy Gertsog - 1.1%, Milena - 0.92%, Čačakska rannyaya - 0.9%, Grossa de Felicio - 0.89%. Vitamin C is found in the highest amounts in the fruits of the following varieties: Big Heart – 7.85%, Grossa de Felicio – 6.34%, Angelina – 6.2%, Kyrgyzskaya Prevoskhodnaya – 5.34%. The size of the fruit is one of the characteristic varietal properties, despite the fact that it is largely determined by the cultivation conditions, the agricultural technology used, the age of the plant, its crop load, the variety-rootstock combination, as well as a number of other circumstances. The highest fruit weights are shown by the following varieties: Big Heart - 39.1 g, Kyrgyzskaya Prevoskhodnaya - 46.3 g, Zheltaya Afaska - 53.3 g, Zheltaya Large - 56.0 g, Kabardinskaya Rannyaya - 59.0 g, Fortuna - 65.1 g, Black Star - 78.7 g, Byron Gold - 84.2 g, Grossa de Felicio - 85.3 g, Angelina - 87.0 g, Ti Chi San - 97.1 g, Burbank Giant - 120.0 g.

The Impact of State Funding of Higher Education on Employment and Living Standards in Georgia

State financing of higher education is crucial for promoting innovation and competition, as well as guaranteeing equal opportunities and access to education. This financing facilitates the development of students' potential by providing them with the necessary skills and information to enhance graduation rates and social well-being. Scholarships and grants are implemented to improve student access to education by aligning the financial system with the demands of the job market and educational developments. The aim of the study is to evaluate the impact of financing higher education in Georgia on employment of graduates and well-being of the population. The results of the survey of entrants and students reveal that public awareness of state-funded higher education programs in Georgia is quite low (47.2%). A large part of the graduates (47,8%) provided with various types of state funding during their studies are not employed in their specialty. The impact of the increase in the expenditure on education on the increase in the income of the population is quite low (0.23%). The research concludes that the allocation of public funds for higher education in Georgia does not effectively match the capabilities of graduates with the demands of the labour market. The reason for the mentioned inconsistency is that the requirements of the labor market were not taken into account when determining the directions to be financed. In addition, it is important to note that the demands of the labor market change every year in accordance with the current challenges, therefore the employer also demands relevant skills immediately, which cannot be met by higher education institutions in a short period of time. Despite the above, the involvement of employers in the process of developing educational programs is low and it is mostly formal in nature. When determining the priority educational programs, there is no periodic revision of the directions so that it is adapted to the demands of the labor market. It is necessary to establish partnership relations between employers, higher educational institutions and the state in order to take into account the requirements of the labor market both in the development of educational programs and in the determination of priority educational directions. Enhancing transparency and emphasising practical training in key areas are essential for enhancing the program's efficacy and enhancing the career chances of graduates. Effect of nitrogen on the microstructure and strengthening mechanism of high performance tinplate

In order to meet the high strength and high formability requirements of the tinplate market, the nitrogen strengthening method was used for the chemical composition of the tinplate, and the action mechanism of nitrogen on the full-process tinplate substrate was explored. The present study designed tinplate with different nitrogen contents (named as 20N steel and 150N steel), and conducted phase transformation research and recrystallization temperature tests. SEM, XRD, EBSD, TEM, chemical dissolution analysis and tensile tests were carried out, and the influence of annealing process on the microstructure, mechanical properties and precipitation of annealed sheet was also explained. With the increase of nitrogen content, the phase transformation temperature decreases, the hardness increases and the recrystallization temperature increases. The microstructures of 20N steel and 150N steel annealed at different annealing temperatures are composed of ferrite and cementite distributed in chains. At the same annealing temperature, the recrystallization degree of 20N steel is higher, the {111} texture accounts for a larger proportion, and the grain size is larger. With the increase of annealing temperature, the yield strength and tensile strength show a downward trend, while the elongation shows an upward trend. Compared with 20N steel, the yield strength and tensile strength of the 150N annealed sheet are significantly improved, and the elongation is slightly reduced. The calculation results show that the mechanism of nitrogen improving the strength of tinplate is mainly solid solution strengthening, and the improvement effect of fine grain strengthening and precipitation strengthening is weak.

The relevance of this article is determined by the necessity to ensure the competitiveness of educational institutions in the educational services market. Modern challenges require educational institutions to continuously improve their activities. Successful development of an educational institution is possible only through the integration of innovations that stimulate the achievement of its goals and contribute to improving the quality of education for students. This aligns with the interests of Ukrainian society, which, like any other developed society, is interested in a high level of educational services. With the growth of the educational services market and increasing competition, it is important for leaders of educational institutions to focus on searching for and implementing innovative management technologies to secure significant competitive advantages. Thus, the current market conditions and the need for competitive struggle highlight the importance of innovations for leaders, with innovative management technologies becoming key to achieving the goals of the educational institution and enhancing the quality of education. Objective: To analyze the readiness of future leaders of educational institutions to implement and apply innovative management technologies to enhance the competitiveness of their organizations in the educational services market. Methods: Study of scientific sources, legislative and normative-legal documents, surveys and interviews, case studies, SWOT analysis, expert assessments, and modeling. Results: During the study, the readiness of future educational institution leaders to implement innovative management technologies was evaluated; key barriers and challenges faced by future leaders, including limited resources, fear of change, and an insufficient level of knowledge about innovative technologies, were identified. At the same time, positive aspects were also discovered, namely a high level of motivation for learning and improvement, and readiness to introduce innovations to enhance the quality of education and adapt to modern labor market requirements. A comprehensive set of measures to increase the readiness of future leaders for innovation was developed and substantiated. This includes professional development programs, mentorship, and the creation of innovative educational spaces for experimentation and practical application of new approaches. The role of strategic planning in the successful implementation of innovative management technologies was also determined, which involves clear formulation of the mission, vision of the educational institution, as well as the development of specific goals and tasks to achieve defined results. Conclusions: This article examined the readiness of future educational institution leaders to apply innovative management technologies, which is crucial for enhancing competitiveness and the quality of educational services provided. The main barriers and challenges leaders may face when implementing innovations were identified, and methods to overcome these challenges were proposed. Special attention was given to the importance of a systematic approach and strategic planning in the process of adapting and implementing new practices in management. Developed and substantiated recommendations for focusing on innovative management practices include: enhancing the qualifications of future leaders, developing openness to change, and stimulating creativity and innovative thinking. It was determined that the successful implementation of innovative management technologies depends on a comprehensive approach that takes into account the specifics of the educational institution, the readiness of the staff for changes, and the presence of the necessary material and technical base. The findings of the study make it clear that innovative management technologies play a decisive role in forming an effective management model in modern educational institutions. Their implementation not only improves the quality of educational services but also ensures the sustainable development of educational organizations, meeting the challenges of the contemporary dynamic educational environment.

In the context of the rapid development of technologies and changing market requirements, this approach is becoming increasingly relevant, as it contributes to the formation of creative and innovative specialists. The purpose of the study is to analyze the use of digital design and design thinking in the educational process, as well as to assess their impact on the formation of professional competencies of students. The paper examines modern practices and methodologies, including the use of 3D modeling software, virtual reality and other digital tools that allow students to interact with real-time projects. The study used interactive multimedia tools, digital methods of graphic design, and virtual experiences adapted in the learning process. The results of the analysis show that the integration of digital technologies into training not only increases the level of student participation, but also contributes to the development of critical thinking, teamwork skills and the ability to solve practical problems in furniture design and production. These conclusions indicate the need to adapt educational programs to modern requirements and challenges, and also open up new opportunities for the use of innovative teaching methods in the furniture industry, which, in turn, can contribute to increasing the competitiveness of specialists in the labor market.

Mineral policy and sustainable development goals: Volatility forecasting in the Global South's minerals market

This paper aims to evaluate the volatility of precious metals, specifically Palladium, Gold, and Platinum, within the context of the global minerals market. The research focuses on understanding the price dynamics of these metals and their implications for sustainable development, particularly in the Global South. The study employs a comprehensive approach, utilizing advanced machine learning and deep learning models such as GRU, Huber, Lasso, LSTM, Random Forest, Ridge Regression, SVM, ANN, and XGBoost. These models are assessed based on their forecasting accuracy for different time horizons, using metrics such as RMSE and MAPE. The findings reveal that the ANN, XGBoost, and LSTM models exhibit robust performance in forecasting the volatility of precious metals across various time horizons. The research highlights the unique volatility patterns of each metal and underscores the effectiveness of machine learning techniques in capturing these dynamics. The study acknowledges limitations such as the exclusion of macroeconomic and geopolitical factors in the forecasting models. Future research is suggested to integrate these factors to enhance forecasting accuracy. The study's findings are pivotal for investors, policymakers, and market regulators, especially in the context of the Global South and sustainable development. The research offers valuable insights for risk management strategies, investment planning, and policy formulation aimed at promoting market stability and sustainable economic growth. The study emphasizes the importance of selecting appropriate forecasting models based on specific time horizons and market requirements.

The article describes a study of the labor market of creative industries in the Tomsk Region in order to substantiate its consideration as a key factor in the development of the local creative industries in the region. The authors systematized the existing problems to improve the selection and hiring of creative specialists. They analyzed various terminological approaches of the concepts of creative industries, human capital, and labor market in terminological interrelation. The supply and demand in the labor market of creative demonstrated its importance for the development of creative industries in the Tomsk Region. Legal scientific and research infrastructure in ukraine and the world, its impact on the development of innovations

Problem setting. The absence of a systematic state policy regarding the development of research infrastructures and insufficient funding of scientific institutions and institutions of higher education significantly affects the decrease in the competitiveness of scientific research in Ukraine and negatively affects the development of the national economy. Therefore, one of the priorities of state policy should be the development of scientific and research infrastructure, including the legal one. Analysis of recent research and publications. Ukrainian scientists who studied this issue are: Hlibko S.V., Lyubchych A.M., Kokhan V.P., Rozgon O.V., Golovashchenko O.S. etc. Foreign researchers are Adrian Dusha, Dietrich Nelle, Günter Stock, and Gert G. Wagner and others. Purpose of research is to analyze the state of development of the legal research infrastructure in Ukraine and the world to determine the prospects for its improvement in Ukraine. Article’s main body. The Concept of the State target program for the development of research infrastructures in Ukraine for the period until 2026 states that a significant decrease in the competitiveness of scientific research has a negative impact on the development of the national economy and, accordingly, on the quality of life of its citizens. The reasons for this are lack of a systematic state policy regarding the development of research infrastructures; multi-year underfunding for support and renewal of the material and technical base of scientific institutions and institutions of higher education; low remuneration of scientists; inability of scientists and young lawyers to fully realize their scientific and professional potential in Ukraine; migration of scientists abroad. All the factors listed above make it impossible to build a society based on knowledge and make it impossible to develop the spheres of scientific and innovative activity. Lawyers note the problems of inconsistency of legal education in Ukraine with the modern requirements of the legal market. Thus, in 2021, the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Education, Science and Innovation approved the Concept of the Development of Legal Education, which provides for a comprehensive reform of legal education. Ways to solve the outlined problems are improvement of the regulatory framework for the regulation of this sphere of relations, attraction of various forms of funding for scientific research, modernization of the material and technical base of research infrastructures. Conclusions and prospects for the development. Legal research infrastructures play a significant role in the development of modern legal science and the training of experts in the field of law, on whom the legal order and welfare of society depend. In our opinion, it is necessary to create and develop such elements of the legal research infrastructure that will allow future lawyers to acquire, first, real practical and empirical knowledge. In our opinion, the question of sufficient funding of research infrastructures and decent remuneration of scientists and lawyers is extremely important to create a comfortable and safe environment for conducting research at the highest level.
