The type of research that will be used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach using primary data sources and secondary data. The research results based on liquidity ratios are not good enough because in fulfilling its obligations the company experiences several obstacles on the side of the company's current liabilities and for trend analysis it is also not good enough because in fulfilling its obligations the company experiences several obstacles such as the income generated is not enough to cover existing expenses but to Trend analysis can be said to be good because in the following year it has increased and the activity ratio from the first to the third year has decreased but it is also quite good because the fixed asset turnover has increased every year, while the solvency ratio, profitability ratio and trend analysis can be said to be good every year. year because the decrease in profit only occurred in the first year and the following year there was an increase.

Abstract: The population of this research is the Sepakat Sejatela Syariah Cooperative from 2020 to 2022. The data collection method used is the library survey method. The data used in this research was obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id) and the Sepakat Sejahtera Syariah Cooperative website (https: //ntbmall.com) /store/. Financial Performance Analysis of PT. Sewindo Consultans for the Years 2021-2022

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Sewindo Consultans for the years 2021-2022. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data used in the research are the financial data from the income statement and balance sheet. Secondary data was used in this research. Financial ratio analysis was used as the method of data analysis. The research findings indicate that: Liquidity ratios, which measure the company's ability to meet its short-term obligations through the current ratio and quick ratio, are in a "poor" condition. Solvency ratios, which measure the extent to which the company's assets are financed by debt through the debt to assets ratio and debt to equity ratio, are in a "poor" condition. Activity ratios, which measure how effectively the company utilizes its assets through the fixed assets turnover ratio, are in a "poor" condition, while the total assets turnover ratio is in a "good" condition. Profitability ratios, which measure the company's ability to generate profit through the return on investment and return on equity indicators, are in a "poor" condition. In general, the results of the liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability ratio analysis of PT. Sewindo Consultans' financial performance for 2021-2022, as seen from various indicators used, show that almost all of them are below industry standards, indicating that the company is in a "poor" condition.

Pengaruh Solvabilitas dan Profitabilitas terhadap Audit Delay pada Perusahaan BUMN Periode 2019-2023

This quantitative research aims to determine the factors that influence audit delay, namely solvency and profitability in BUMN listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2019-2023 period with a population of 55 observations. Meanwhile, the sample that met the criteria was 24 observations. The data collection technique was carried out using secondary data from annual reports of state-owned companies during the observation period. The research instrument uses debt to asset ratio (DAR) as a proxy for solvency and return on assets (RoA) as a proxy for profitability, and audit delay data. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of this research reveal that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the solvency and profitability ratios on audit delay in state-owned companies in Indonesia during the 2019-2023 period. However, partially there is a significant treatment in the opposite direction of the two ratios; The solvency ratio has a negative effect, while the profitability ratio has a positive effect on audit delay.

The Influence of Financial Ratios on Investment Decisions in the Food and Beverage Subsector on the Indonesian Stock Exchange

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financial ratios on investment decisions in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. This study uses a quantitative research type and sampling using a purposive sampling method. The population in this study were 27 companies and the sample of this study was 10 companies. Data collection techniques used Multiple Linear Regression testing, Multiple Regression Classical Assumption testing, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient testing. The data processing of this study used SPSS 27, 2024. The results of this study indicate that partially the profitability ratio (Return on Asset) with t-count <t-table (-9.064<2.028) with a significant level (0.001<0.05) has a negative but significant effect on investment decisions, the liquidity ratio (Current Ratio) with t-count <t table (-1.316<2.028) with a significant level (0.197>0.05) has a negative but insignificant effect on investment decisions and the solvency ratio (Debt to Equity Ratio) with t-count <t table (-2.266<2.028) with a significant level (0.030<0.05) has a negative but significant effect on investment decisions.

Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Financial Distress pada Pemerintahan Provinsi di Sumatera

This research aims to examine the factors that influence financial distress in provincial governments in Sumatra in terms of the degree of decentralization, budgetary solvency ratio and growth ratio. The testing method uses a quantitative approach with secondary data on LHP obtained via the BPK RI website in 2018-2022. The population used includes all provinces on the island of Sumatra, totaling 10 provinces for the 2018-2022 fiscal year and each member of the population was taken as a sample using a saturated sampling technique, so that the observation units in this research were 50 samples. This research uses Eviews to analyze the data. The results of the research show that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables degree of decentralization, budgetary solvency ratio and growth ratio on financial distress in provincial governments in Sumatra, partially the degree of decentralization has a negative and significant influence on financial distress, while the budgetary solvency ratio has a positive and significant influence on financial distress and the growth ratio does not have a significant effect on financial distress in provincial governments in Sumatra during the 2018-2022 period.

Analysis of Financial Performance in Cosmetics Industry Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange

This study aimsto assess the financial performance of cosmetic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2022 period using financial ratios with a quantitative method. The data used is secondary data. The sample consists of 5 companies selected using purposive sampling technique based on certain criteria. The results of the study show that the liquidity ratios (Current Ratio and Quick Ratio) are in good condition, while the solvency ratios (Debt To Asset and Debt To Equity), activity ratios (Fixed Asset Turnover and Total Asset Turnover), and profitability ratios (Return On Asset and Return On Equity) are in poor condition. Impact of Economic Crises on Banking Sector Performance- A Comparative Analysis of Conventional and Islamic Banks Across OIC Countries

This study investigates the impact of three significant economic crises—the Eurozone Debt Crisis (2010-2012), the COVID-19 Pandemic (2020-2021), and the Post-Pandemic Economic Recovery (2021-2022)—on the performance of conventional and Islamic banks in Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) countries. Using a dataset of 4,381 observations from 34 OIC countries, panel regression techniques are employed to evaluate the influence of these crises on key financial performance metrics: Return on Shareholders' Funds (ROSF), Profit Margin (PM), Return on Total Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), and Solvency Ratio (SR). The analysis reveals that while the Eurozone Debt Crisis did not significantly affect bank performance, the COVID-19 pandemic led to a notable decline in profitability but an improvement in liquidity. The results highlight that during the COVID-19 pandemic, banks faced substantial challenges in maintaining profitability, as evidenced by the significant decrease in PM. However, the improvement in CR suggests that banks enhanced their liquidity management strategies to cope with the crisis. The Post-Pandemic Economic Recovery phase brought positive changes in both profitability and liquidity, demonstrating the ability of banks to adapt and thrive as economic conditions stabilized. Macroeconomic variables, such as GDP growth and inflation, played crucial roles, with GDP growth positively affecting ROSF and inflation negatively impacting PM. These findings underscore the importance of a diversified banking system, including both conventional and Islamic banks, to enhance financial stability. Policymakers and financial regulators should consider the unique strengths of Islamic banking principles in regulatory frameworks and prioritize sound macroeconomic policies to promote stability and resilience in the banking sector. Future research should further explore the long-term impacts of economic crises on bank performance across different regions and banking models, as well as the interaction between regulatory environments and bank resilience. Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Untuk Mengukur Tingkat Kesehatan Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Farmasi pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode Tahun 2018-2022

The aim of this research is to analyze the company’s financial performance to measure the health level of pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in terms of liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity ratios for the 2018-2022 period. The sample used was 9 pharmaceutical sub-sector companies. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive. The research results show that the average ratio of liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity for pharmaceutical sub-sector companies fluctuates. Based on the liquidity ratio, Kimia Farma Tbk has the highest average value of the current ratio, Sido Muncul Herbal & Pharmaceutical Industry Tbk has a quick ratio and Indofarma Tbk has a cash ratio so it is classified as a company with the highest level of health. The solvency ratio in the debt to equity ratio and debt to asset ratio of the Sido Muncul Herbal & Pharmaceutical Industry Tbk has the lowest average value ratio, while the long-term debt to equity ratio of Darya Varia Laboratoria Tbk is classified as a company with the highest level of health. Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk’s profitability ratio has the highest average ratio value for net profit margin and return on assets and Pyridam Farma Tbk for return on equity so it is classified as a company with the highest level of health. The activity ratio in the inventory turnover ratio and the fixed asset turnover ratio of Darya Varia Laboratoria Tbk and Organon Pharma Indonesia Tbk in the total asset turnover ratio each have the highest average ratio values so they are classified as companies with the highest level of health.

Determination Of Return On Assets: Analysis Of Solvency Ratio And Liquidity Ratio

The main objective of this study is to provide an in-depth understanding of how solvency and liquidity ratios affect a company's ability to use its assets efficiently in generating profits, as well as to make useful contributions to managerial decision making and evaluation of company performance. Several indicators in the study were studied to analyze the determination of the solvency ratio consisting of (Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio) and liquidity ratio (Current Ratio) to Return on Assets (ROA) with a sample of several large industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a period of 2015 2020. Research with test analysis techniques analysis of test selection of Test models (chow, hausman and langrange multiplier), classical assumption test with Multicollinearity and Heteroscedasticity, Regression Test panel data, Correlation Test and hypothesis testing (partial / t-Test and simultaneous / F-Test). The results of research through partial tests and simultaneous tests with the main focus of industrial companies resulted in that the three variations of DAR, DER and CR had no influence on the Return on Assets of the company objects sampled.

Analysis of the Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Financial Performance

This study aims to analyze financial performance during and after the covid-19 pandemic in information technology companies in ASEAN countries. Financial performance variables are proxied by profitability ratios using Return On Asset (ROA), liquidity ratios using Current Ratio (CR), activity ratios using Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and solvency ratios using Debt To Equity Ratio (DER). Using company financial data with a cross-country population in countries that are members of the ASEAN countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Thailand. The total number of samples used was 84 information technology companies. This research is a quantitative research with analysis method using Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test comparative analysis. The results showed significant differences in Indonesia in CR and DER, and in Thailand in TATO. This study also shows from the five countries that Indonesia has the best financial performance because it experiences a significant average increase. compared to other countries that tend to experience an average decrease even though it is not significant. The decline can be seen in Malaysia and Thailand which experienced an average decline, while in Singapore and the Philippines although there was a decrease but there was also an increase.

The Impact Of Working Capital Management On Profitability In Micro And Small Processed Food Enterprises In Indonesia

Effective management of working capital is essential for the profitability and long-term sustainability of micro and small-scale processed food businesses. However, at present, the business has not yet developed strong competency in managing working capital efficiently. This can certainly increase the potential for business bankruptcy, especially in the processed food business. This research examines the impact of working capital management, liquidity, and solvency ratios on the profitability of 1,563 micro and 241 small processed food enterprises in Indonesia. Multiple linear regression is used to assess the relationship between working capital management and profitability. The independent variables include the payable deferral period, inventory conversion period, current ratio, and debt-to-asset ratio, while profitability, as the dependent variable, is measured by return on assets (ROA). The findings indicate that both the payable deferral period and debt-to-asset ratio significantly affect the profitability of micro and small businesses, with the current ratio having a particular effect on the profitability of small businesses. These findings suggest that improving financial management practices, such as daily sales optimization and enhanced cash flow monitoring, could significantly enhance profitability in the micro and small processed food sector.

Pengaruh Rasio Profitabilitas dan Rasio Solvabilitas terhadap Return Saham pada Sektor Pertambangan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2019-2023

This research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of the Profitability ratio represented by ROE and ROA while the Solvency ratio represented by DER and DAR on Stock Returns. This research uses secondary data derived from financial and annual reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this research is metal and mineral mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), which publish financial and annual reports during the 2019-2023 period. The number of companies used for the sample in this research is 10 companies and the period is 5 years. The study used a purposive sampling data collection method by conducting a selection stage with certain criteria, so that the total sample in this study was 50 samples. This research is quantitative research while collecting literature study data through various sources, namely books, journals, and the internet. For hypothesis testing in research is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS version 29 software with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that the Profitability ratio represented by Return on Equity and Return on Asset has no effect on Stock Returns, while the Solvency ratio represented by Debt to Equity Ratios and Debt to Asset Ratios has no effect on Stock Returns.

Did Covid-19 Pandemic Raised Tax Incomes in Bad Economic Situations?

The fact that COVID-19 pandemic affected economic situation is known widely, but many companies actually can use ratios for measuring financial situation. If we look deeper, financial ratios can give actual fact about the financial performance periodically. The aim of this research is to find out whether liquidity ratios, Solvability ratios, activity ratios, profitability ratios, and tax ratios have an effect on financial performance. This research was conducted on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2023 with a sample of 117 companies for five years. Thus, the number of samples used in this research was 585. The independent variables in this research were liquidity ratios, Solvability ratios, activity ratios, profitability ratios, and tax ratios, while the dependent variable was financial performance. The data analysis method uses the difference test analyze method with SPSS version 26 software. The results of different tests for liquidity ratios show that there is no significant difference between the years before the COVID-19 pandemic, during the COVID-19 pandemic and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of different tests for the Solvability ratios, activity ratios, profitability ratios, and tax ratios showed that there was no significant difference between the years before the COVID-19 pandemic, during the COVID-19 pandemic and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Analysis of Financial Ratios on Stock Prices with Profitability as a Moderating Variable for LQ45 Index Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

The objective of this study is to examine the influence of financial ratios on stock prices, with a particular focus on the role of profitability as a moderating factor among LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2020 and 2023. The independent variables employed in this study are liquidity ratio (CR), solvency ratio (DER) and market value ratio (PER), in addition to profitability (EPS) as a moderating variable. The dependent variable is stock price. This study employs a sample of 23 selected companies included in the LQ45 index. The data analysis method utilised is multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that the liquidity ratio and solvency ratio exert no significant influence on the company's stock price. Conversely, the market value ratio exerts a significant effect on stock prices. Furthermore, profitability does not serve as a moderating variable for the liquidity and solvency ratios, whereas it does for the market value ratios on stock prices.

Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Pada PT. Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk

PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk. is one of the largest cigarette companies in Indonesia. The cigarette manufacturing sector has a significant contribution to state revenue through excise, as regulated in Law number 39 of 2007. Indonesia ranks the third largest number of smokers in the world with 112 million smokers in 2021. Cigarette companies face intense competition, which forces them to continuously improve product quality and business strategies to maintain market share and maximize profits. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk. This research method uses Kuanitatif with secondary data sources, the research population in the 6-year period 2017-2022 in the financial statements, the sample used financial statements consisting of the balance sheet and profit and loss of PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk 2017-2022, with analysis methods using statistical analysis. The results of the study on the analysis of liquidity ratios using a current ratio of 1.94 rounded 2 is declared good and a cash ratio of 0.10 is declared not good, solvency ratio with a debt to asset ratio of 41% is declared good, the ratio of debt to equity obtained a value of 70% is declared not good, and long-term debt to equity is good 17% is declared good. The activity ratio using the calculation of fixed asset turnover of 2.83 is not good and total asset turnover of 1.15 is not good. The profitability ratio using net profit margin obtained 0% is not good, return of incesment 0% is not good, and return of equity -0.03% is not good.

Predicting determinants of industrial firms’ loan payment default: Logit model versus probit model

Appropriate control and management of credit risk has become the main concern of financial institutions, which are constantly developing models for analyzing, assessing and predicting this risk, particularly in view of the prudential standards required by central banks. The current research paper aims to specify the determinants of payment defaults in Tunisian companies in the industrial sector so as to develop a model with the optimal predictive precision of forecasting payment default when it relates to industrial firms functioning in the Tunisian environment. Within this framework, we compared two generalized linear models which correspond to the logit and probit models based on a sample of Tunisian industrial companies. The results revealed that debt ratio is the most important variable that increases the probability of default payment, while the solvency ratio reduces the probability of default payment. This study highlights the vital contribution of macroeconomic agents, such as GDP growth rate and inflation rate, in terms of the prediction of default payment.

The data analysis method in this study is a descriptive analysis method by collecting, processing, and analyzing existing data to provide an overview of the conditions under study. Based on the result of research and analysis that has been carried out, financial performance at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. is measured using (1) Liquidity ratio, consisting of: current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio, cash turnover ratio, and net working capital stock ratio, it can be concluded as a whole that its financial performance is declared “Not Good”. (2) Solvency ratio, consisting of: the ratio of debt to assets and debt to equity can be concluded as a whole that its financial performance is declared “Not Good”. (3) Profitability ratio, consisting of: return on investment ratios, return on equity ratios, gross profit margins, and net profit margins, it can be concluded as a whole that the financial performance is declared “Good”. (4) Activity ratio, consisting of: total assets turnover ratio, and fixed assets turnover ratio, it can be concluded that the overall financial performance is stated to be “Good”.
