The development of visual communication media is currently widely used as a means of promotion and information technology. By following the development of information technology today, the delivery of information is no longer presented in the conventional form, but now it has been widely applied in electronic form. One of the results of the development of information technology that can be used as a medium for delivering interesting information can be in the form of Graphic Design such as Online Posters and images uploaded on social media. Raharja Internet Cafe or often called RIC is one of the facilities located at Raharja University. Providing all personal needs Raharja in carrying out lecture activities such as Print, Scan, install iPad, also provides accessories for technological devices such as computers and iPads, besides that RIC also serves computer and iPad services. However, RIC still has problems in presenting information relevant to existing developments. Millennials today tend to get and search for information by accessing social media compared to accessing a website. This is one of the important things that must be applied to Raharja Internet Cafe in conducting socialization and marketing. Therefore, the author was given the opportunity to be able to do the Job Training Lecture (KKP) on Raharja Internet Cafe to apply the knowledge gained in the lecture curriculum. Then the author also gained a lot of knowledge about the world of work that had not previously been obtained in the lecture process. Which in the end, each task and the work that has been done by the author while carrying out the Job Training Lecture (KKP), will be summarized in the Job Training Lecture report.

The Effects of Sales Reports Business Intelligence on Employee Performance

Abstract
 Selling and buying activities have been done often since long ago, and this study will be discussed about the use of technological advances, especially in the field of financial management by utilizing e-commerce. When carrying out financial data collection, staff can make recapitulation by writing each transaction in the ledger, then counting the data to be the income information. However, the process is not in tune with current technological progress, because it still use a data collection process that requires a lot of time and energy. Thus, to overcome this problem, e-commerce websites are used so that it can manage finances accurately and quickly. In this study, there are 4 (four) problems that will be overcome with 2 (two) methods, and 1 (one) solution as the answer. The advantages of e-commerce website is that it has an informative viewboard regarding financial management, which can be accessed anytime and anywhere, so it is concluded that the use of e-commerce website is able to overcome the problems found in the financial management field of Raharja Internet Cafe at Perguruan Tinggi Raharja.

Information is a key to success in communicating. Communication will not be possible without information. But if the information we convey is wrong it will cause a problem. At Raharja University there is a facility that provides needs services to students such as searching for material, printing, scans, and binding documents, there are also accessories and service places if there are students who have problems with the equipment given for study, Raharja Internet Cafe. Raharja Internet Cafe has a website to be used by students who want to order their needs. However, the admin who maintains Raharja Internet Cafe cannot monitor what products or goods are the best-selling or the most sold because they are not well monitored. With no monitoring of the admin sales process or the guard cannot report the goods to the University, or the conventional data recording process. These problems are certainly considered ineffective because Raharja University is engaged in technology in each of its lecture activities. Creating a viewboard on the Raharja Internet Cafe website as a medium for delivering sales information is the solution. The method that I use is a method of data collection namely observation and literature study and a qualitative approach. The results of this study are that the presence of a viewboard on the Raharja Internet Cafe website can facilitate the admin or guard of Raharja Internet Cafe to make a report to the Raharja University.

Implementation Of Information Systems On E-commerce Websites As Media To Deliver Information

Indonesia, which has entered the industrial era 4.0, has affected all aspects of its citizens' lives,including the buying and selling process. The buying and selling process currently uses a lot oftechnology. The process certainly makes it easier for people to use it only with a publiccellphone to shop easily. On an e-commerce website, of course it is used for buying and sellinggoods. This research was conducted at Raharja University where there is a center for servicefacilities for the needs of students. The service facility is called Raharja Internet Cafe which ismade to serve every student activity related to lecture needs such as print, scan, search forlecture material, work on assignments and others. At Raharja Internet Cafe currently has awebsite to order their needs. But the system has only recently been applied recently. With thenew website being implemented, students have not yet recognized what items or facilities areprovided on the website. The purpose of this research is to explain with the information systemon the website students can see the goods or facilities provided. This research uses a qualitativeapproach and also literature study. The results of this study are expected so that the informationsystem provided on the Raharja Internet Cafe website can be useful for students using thesefacilities.

Pemanfaatan RinfoSheet Sebagai Media Informasi Laporan Penjualan Barang pada Raharja Internet Cafe

Raharja Internet cafe (RIC) merupakan tempat pelayanan di Perguruan Tinggi Raharja yang dikhususkan untuk membantu kegiatan perkuliahan Mahasiswa/i Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. Laporan penjualan barang pada RIC merupakan informasi yang sangat dibutuhkan guna kelancaran usaha. Namun RIC masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel dalam melakukan penginputan laporan, yang mana laporan tidak dapat tersimpan secara otomatis sehingga memungkinkan data yang sedang di input hilang, kemudian pada saat akan memberikan laporan penjualan kepada manager harus di cetak/printout terlebih dahulu, tentunya hal ini sangat tidak efektif karena akan mengakibatkan penumpukan kertas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukannya pemanfaatan RinfoApps yaitu RinfoSheet, sebuah fasilitas pengolah angka dan data dimana pengguna dimudahkan untuk membuat dan berbagi data di web dan dapat diakses dimana saja dan kapan saja, baik melalui komputer, smartphone maupun tablet. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan 2 (dua) permasalahan pada sistem yang ada sebelumnya dan didukung 4 (empat) metode penelitian yaitu metode observasi, analisa, studi pustaka dan implementasi. Hasil akhir yang di capai dari penelitian ini yaitu pembuatan laporan penjualan bisa dilakukan secara online dan laporan pun akan tersimpan secara otomatis, serta dapat di share sehingga tidak perlu mencetak laporan untuk di berikan kepada manager.
