The Influence of Halal Certification and Halal Awareness on Purchasing Decisions

Economic developments have required the food and beverage industry to further develop by bringing out the latest product innovations. This challenge also answers questions from consumers regarding food not just as a basic necessity but as a complement to human lifestyle. As a country with a Muslim majority, the state is an important part of being a facilitator to guarantee the halalness of products in circulation. The method in this research uses quantitative descriptive analysis methods. With the consumer population in Blitar district. This study was conducted using a "non-probability sampling" method, with a sampling technique known as "purposive sampling". The results in this research state that halal certification and halal awareness have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Analysis of Fishermen's Income in The Seribu Archipelago

This region of Indonesia has great potential for national development and is aimed at increasing economic growth for the better. The low welfare of fishermen, especially traditional fishermen, is a problem that hinders the development of fisheries zones. The purpose of this article is to describe the partial and simultaneous influence of capital, technology, fishing time and fishing experience on fishermen's income in the Seribu Islands. This research is quantitative research with multiple linear regression quantitative descriptive data analysis methods. The analysis results show that the variables capital and time at sea have a significant effect on fishermen's income in the Seribu Islands, while the fishing experience variable does not have a significant effect on the income of fishermen in the Seribu Islands. Then capital, technology, time at sea and sea experience simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of fishermen in the Seribu Islands. Based on research findings it is hoped that fishermen can increase their capital by extending their fishing time and traveling further to optimize their results. It is hoped that the Seribu Islands Government can contribute to policy-making and provide more attention to fishermen by providing support, guidance, and guidance on how to increase fishing.

Pengaruh Aksesibilitas Jalan Ende – Nuabosi Terhadap Peningkatan Perekonomian Masyarakat Kecamatan Ende

Nuabosi is one of the villages in the Ende District area, where this village helps improve the economy of Ende District in terms of meeting economic needs, namely in the form of various agricultural and plantation products. However, even though Nuabosi Village is sufficient to meet the economic needs of Ende District, distance and inadequate infrastructure conditions are some of the factors that influence the level of accessibility in Ende District. This research aims to determine the value and level of accessibility in the villages of Ende District. The accessibility measuring parameter data used is travel time, road pavement conditions, supporting facilities, and travel rates or costs. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive analysis and crosstab analysis methods, using the total accessibility calculation formula. The results of the analysis based on a review of accessibility parameters and crosstabs show that the highest accessibility value for each village is Ria Raja Village with a value of 2.18 and the lowest is Tina Bani Village with a value of 0.37. The average level of accessibility in Ende District as a whole is 0.83, indicating a high level of accessibility, where the existing road conditions can influence the improvement of the economy of the people in Ende District. Crosstab analysis also shows that most of the factors determining accessibility are related to the socio-economic conditions of the community.

Analisis Laporan dan Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sambas

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of the Sambas Regency Regional Government for 5 years from 2017 to 2021 and test whether there are differences in the performance of the degree of decentralization, performance of regional financial independence, performance of operating expenditures, and performance of capital expenditures. The analytical tools used are financial ratios, namely liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, debt ratios, productivity ratios and operating ratios. The research uses quantitative descriptive data analysis methods. The research results show that the liquidity ratio which consists of the average current ratio is 0.82, meaning that every Rp. 1,- of current debt is guaranteed by Rp. 0.82,- of current assets; The average cash ratio is 0.35, meaning that for every Rp. 1,- of current assets, Rp. 0.35 is cash and cash equivalents; the average cash to current liabilities is 0.29, meaning the regional government's ability to immediately pay every Rp. 1.- of current debt using cash and cash equivalents is Rp. 0.29,-; The average Quick Ratio is 0.60, meaning that the local government's ability to fulfill its short-term obligations for every Rp. 1,- using cash, cash equivalents and receivables is Rp. 0.60,-; The average cash flow ratio is 2.31, meaning the ability of a Regional Government's operating cash flow to pay for every Rp. 1,- of current debt owned using operating cash of Rp. 2.31,-. The leverage ratio measured is the Short Term Debt to Long Term Debt Ratio of 1.00. The debt ratio measured is the Total Liabilities to Current Assets Ratio. The average is 1.24 and the average Current Liabilities to Total Asset Ratio is 0.05, meaning that for every R.1,- debt is guaranteed by total assets of Rp.0.05,- The productivity ratio measured is Current Assets to Total Assets Ratio . The average is 0.04, meaning that for every Rp. 1,- current assets used for operational activities is Rp. 0.04,- Quick Asset to Inventory Ratio, the average is 2.67. The operating ratios measured include the average Earning Power of Total Investment of 0.10. The average financial independence ratio is 0.11 or 11%. From the aspect of relationship patterns and level of capability, the region is in the very low category with an instructive relationship pattern. The Public Participation Level Ratio is 0.07. This ratio shows the level of public participation in paying taxes, in this case all regional tax revenues, tax revenue sharing, both central and provincial. The higher the ratio value of the level of public participation of a Regional Government, the better it will be. From the calculation results it can be seen that for every Rp. 1,- Revenue, which comes from taxes is Rp. 0.07,- Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) for the Regional Government of Sambas Regency, the average for 2017-2021 is 2.79 or still above the minimum requirement of 2.5 as regulated in PP No. 107 of 2000 concerning Regional Loans article 6 letter b. However, in 2020 the DSCR was 2.35 and in 2021 it was 1.79, which is below the minimum requirements as regulated in PP 107/2000. This condition is caused by the relatively increasing number of regional loans from year to year. So the regional government for the coming year must ensure that the DSCR is still at the minimum limit outlined by the central government because if loans continue to increase there will be concerns that the Sambas Regency Regional Government will not be able to meet mandatory spending as regulated by PP 30/2011 concerning regional loans explanation of article 15 paragraph (1) letter b.

Pengaruh Religiusitas, Pemahaman Akuntansi Syariah, dan Pertimbangan Pasar Kerja Terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi Syariah UIN Salatiga Berkarir Di Lembaga Keuangan Syariah

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of religiosity, understanding of sharia accounting and job market considerations on the interest of sharia accounting students at IAIN Salatiga in a career in Islamic financial institutions. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method with a research instrument questionnaire distributed online with the help of Google form. A total of 70 students majoring in Islamic accounting, class 2018 IAIN Salatiga. The data technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that religiosity does not have a significant effect on the interest of sharia accounting students for careers in Islamic financial institutions. while understanding of sharia accounting and labor market considerations have a significant influence on the interest of sharia accounting students in a career in Islamic financial institutions.Keywords: religiosity, understanding accounting sharia, job market considerations, islamic financial institutions

Enhancing saltiness perception in bone broth: the additive effect of oil and optimization of sodium-reduction formula for consumer acceptability.

Excessive NaCl intake in liquid and semi-solid food (e.g. soup, hot pot base, sauce) poses a high risk to human health, and reducing NaCl intake is a major concern for global health. Using the generalized Labeled Magnitude Scale (gLMS) method, the study verified the possibility of sodium reduction through oil addition. The compromised acceptance threshold (CAT) and hedonic rejection threshold (HRT) were determined. The gLMS results showed that the saltiness intensity of samples containing 0.36% NaCl and 2.29% sunflower seed oil was significantly higher than that of samples containing only 0.36% NaCl (P < 0.05). CAT and HRT results indicated that by adding 3.59% sunflower oil, the NaCl content could be reduced to a minimum of 0.14% without causing sensory rejection in bone broth samples. The quantitative descriptive analysis method was used to determine the effects of NaCl and oil concentrations on the sensory attributes of bone broth samples. Furthermore, it was used to analyze the consumer acceptability drivers in combination with the hedonic scale to optimize the formulation of reduced-salt bone broth products. Notably, sample E (0.36% NaCl, 2.29% fat) not only had a significant salt reduction effect with a 20% decrease in NaCl, but also had improved overall acceptability. This study provides theoretical guidance for designing salt-reduction cuisine within the catering and food industries, including bone broth and hot pot bases. © 2024 Society of Chemical Industry.

Analysis of Sports Facility Service Quality on Goro Consumer Satisfaction Arena Makassar

This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to clarify customer satisfaction at Goro Arena. The population in this study was 145 members registered at Goro Arena. Sampling technique with the accidental sampling method. The sample was 22 members who were doing sports activities at the Goro Arena. The instrument used to understand customer satisfaction is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses using quantitative descriptive analysis method with percentages. Based on the research analysis, the quality of sports facility services on customer satisfaction at the Makassar Goro Arena is very satisfactory with a percentage of 57%. According to Parasuraman in Jayanti (2016), the form of service quality application uses the concept of "RATER" which stands for Responsiveness, Assurance, Tangibles, Empathy, and Reliability. Viewed through the aspects of service satisfaction of the Goro Arena facility, the following data were obtained: the responsiveness factor (responsiveness) was included in the very satisfied group by 70%; the assurance factor (assurance) was included in the very satisfied group by 50%; the tangibles factor was included in the satisfied group by 53%; the empathy factor (empathy) was included in the very satisfied group by 60%; the reliability factor (reliability) was included in the very satisfied group by 50%. From these results, it can be seen that the quality of sports facility services to customer satisfaction in Goro Arena Makassar has a very satisfying category.

Analysis of the Ratio of Growth, Effectiveness and Budget Efficiency at the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in 2017 – 2022

A budget is a written plan regarding the activities of an organization which is expressed quantitatively for a certain period or period and is generally expressed in units of money. The Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia is one of the ministries that has authority over the State revenue and expenditure budget. The Ministry of Religion is ranked 2nd with the largest APBN ceiling after the Police of the Republic of Indonesia. The ratios for assessing financial performance in the Ministry of Religion used in this research include: Growth Ratio, Effectiveness and Efficiency Ratio. This research aims to analyze the level of Growth, Effectiveness and Efficiency Ratios during the 2017-2022 period to see the financial performance of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. In writing this journal, a quantitative descriptive analysis method was used. The results of this research show that the financial performance of the Ministry of Religion using the Growth Ratio or the Ministry of Religion's budget growth ratio is around 4.39% every year. The Ministry of Religion's budget effectiveness ratio is relatively high at an average level of 112%, which means that budget realization is able to exceed the set targets. The highest achievement of 121% was recorded in 2017. The Ministry of Religion's budget efficiency ratio for 2017-2022 is at an average of 0.97%, which is very efficient considering the nature of the public sector budget, the smaller the efficiency ratio, the better the government's performance.

Analisis Pendapatan Produsen Industri Tenun Songket di Kota Pekanbaru

This study compares the gap between total revenue and total costs to ascertain the benefits received by songket weaving producers in Pekanbaru City. 13 songket weaving industrial units in the city of Pekanbaru made up the total number of samples used in this study, which used the census technique to draw samples from the entire population. The quantitative descriptive analysis method used in this study was based on primary sources..The results of the research and data processing found that the lowest producer total production costs were Rp3,709,000/month and the highest is Rp.42,492,000/month, the total revenue earned for all songket weaving industry producers in Pekanbaru City is the lowest at Rp.5,200,000/month and the highest at Rp.49,400,000/month. So that the net income (profit) obtained for all songket weaving industries in Pekanbaru City is the lowest at Rp.1,491,000/month and the highest is Rp.19,253,000/month. The efficiency value of the 13 songket weaving industry units in Pekanbaru City also shows a value which illustrates that the industry is feasible to run because it gets a value of &gt; 1. The total costs, total revenues, profits, and efficiency values are taken from two different producers by comparing the lowest and highest amounts. According to the study's findings, Pekanbaru City's songket weaving sector generates more money overall than it spends on production, making it a remarkably profitable enterprise.

Analysis of Growth Ratio, Effectiveness Ratio, and Efficiency Ratio in Bandung City

Regional financial performance reflects the quality of financial management performance in a region. This research aims to analyse the financial performance of the Bandung City Government for the 2018-2022 budget year. The analysis was carried out by calculating the growth, effectiveness, and efficiency ratios based on the figures presented in the Bandung City APBD Budget Realization Report. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis methods. The results of this research show that the financial performance of the Bandung City Government using the growth ratio is still not optimal because in 2020 there was a significant decline. The effectiveness ratio in 2018 and 2019 was categorised as less effective and experienced considerable development from 2020 to 2022 to the practical category. The efficiency ratio is classified as less efficient because the average value for 2018-2022 is 98.91%. The efficiency ratio in 2018-2020 continued to decline to below 100%, but in 2021-2022, it increased again until it reached above 100%, which means it became inefficient.

ANALISIS PENYUSUNAN ANGGARAN PENJUALAN PADA PT. INDOFOOD TBK.

A company's sales budget is a tool to measure the size of the budget that the company has set from year to year. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the budget set by the company using the top down method and recommend companies use the right method with appropriate budget estimates. The research object is PT. Indofood Tbk which operates in the processed food sector. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis methods. The type of data used by the author in this research is primary data in the form of financial reports and secondary data in the form of processed food sales data per year. The data collection technique used in this research is observation. The research results show that PT. Indofood still uses the top down method in determining its sales budget from year to year and will try to use the sales budget estimation method for the future. The analysis of sales budget preparation that the author uses in analyzing the budget is using the straight line trend analysis method because using this method does not produce too many differences.

The quality of selected raw and pasteurized honeys based on their sensory profiles and consumer preferences.

The purpose of this study was to determine the sensory profile of honeys based on the method of quantitative descriptive analysis and principal component analysis and assess consumer preferences of raw and pasteurized honeys. Samples of multi-floral honeys (from the store and apiary) were subjected to sensory analysis based on the method of ranking for taste preference, the method of scaling based on color, aroma, taste, and texture, and the method of differential descriptive analysis using 11 quality descriptors. The results were subjected to statistical analysis using the Principal Component Analysis method. The taste was found to be a descriptor that differentiates honey by origin. Consumers prefer the taste of pasteurized honeys. As a result of assessing the quality of honeys using the scaling method, it was found that: raw honeys are characterized by a lighter color than pasteurized honeys, store-bought honeys have a less noticeable aroma than honeys obtained from beekeepers, while samples of pasteurized honeys were judged to have a consistency more like that of typical honey. The sensory profiles obtained highlight the differences between pasteurized honeys and raw honeys.

Needs Analysis for the Development of Blended Learning Media Based on PBL to Improve Critical Thinking Skills

This study aims to analyze the requirements for blended learning based PBL learning materials to enhance students' critical thinking skills when solving physics learning challenges, particularly those about rotational dynamics and equilibrium. This research was survey research as a first step in developing blended learning media based on PBL. The subjects used in this study were junior high school students with a total sample of 105 students and five physics teachers in Pekanbaru and Kampar Regency. The research instrument used in this research was a closed questionnaire developed based on indicators of critical thinking skills and the distribution of critical thinking ability tests. The questionnaire response scores were analyzed using a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The research results showed that learning media was needed to support online and offline learning. The learning media must contain learning materials, videos, and student activities to increase learning effectiveness and train students' critical thinking skills. Therefore, it is necessary to develop PBL-based blended learning media to improve the critical thinking skills of students and teachers.

Analisis Rasio Keuangan Untuk Menilai Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten Jombang Tahun Anggaran 2014 – 2018 (Studi Kasus Di Pemda Kabupaten Jombang)

Financial performance analysis in this study is an assessment process regarding the level of progress in achieving the implementation of work/activities of the Regional Government in the financial sector by using tools in the form of financial ratios which consist of: Analysis of Regional Financial Independence Ratio, Analysis of Regional Financial Dependency Ratio, Analysis of Effectiveness of Original Income Ratio Regions, Regional Financial Efficiency Ratio Analysis, Activity Ratio Analysis, Growth Ratio Analysis and Proportion Analysis The purpose of writing this final project is to determine the financial performance of the Government of Jombang Regency in the 2014-2018 Fiscal Year. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained through interviews, observation and literature study. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis methods. After analyzing, it can be concluded that the financial performance of the Jombang Regency Government shows the average regional financial performance which is still unstable. Where the results of calculations every year are still experiencing numbers up and down. This is because the Government of Jombang Regency has not been optimal in managing the wealth of available regional resources. However, on the side of revenue achievement, Jombang Regency has demonstrated its ability to achieve Regional Original Revenue beyond the set targets.

The Effect of Human Resource Development, Work Capability on Work Ethic and Employee Performance

Satisfactory performance does not occur automatically, therefore an assessment of the work carried out by employees is required. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of HR development on employee work ethic, HR development on employee performance, work ability on employee work ethic, work ability on employee performance, work ethic on employee performance, the role of work ethic in mediating the influence of human resource development on employee performance and the role of work ethic in mediating the influence of ability on employee performance. This research was conducted at BPPW, BPJN and BP2JK Southeast Sulawesi. The number of respondents to this research was 183 people, consisting of 59 BPPW employees, 100 BPJN employees and 24 BP2JK Southeast Sulawesi employees. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis methods. The results of the research are; HR development has a positive and significant effect on employee work ethic, HR development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee work ethic, Work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on performance employees, work ethic can mediate the influence of human resource development on employee performance, work ethic can mediate the influence of work ability on employee performance.

Evaluasi Program Pendidikan Inklusi di SD Bali Hati

This study aims to determine the results of the evaluation separately or together in the context, input, process, product and constraints that occur in the implementation of the inclusion education program for children with special needs in SD Bali. This research is a program evaluation research with the CIPP model. The population in this study is class teachers (homeroom teachers), parents of students, subject teachers and GPK teachers. The sample determination in this study used purposive sampling techniques, with a total sample of 33 people consisting of class teachers (homeroom teachers), parents, subject teachers and GPK teachers. Data context, input, process and product in this study were collected by questionnaire using Likert scale 1-5. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. To determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the inclusion education program at SD Bali Hati, the raw score is transformed into a Z score then into a T-Score then verified into the Glickman Quadrant. Based on the research that has been done, it was found that: 1) the implementation of the inclusion education program in SD Bali in terms of the context component is classified as effective, 2) the implementation of the inclusion education program in SD Bali in terms of the input component is classified as effective, 3) the implementation of the inclusion education program in SD Bali in terms of the process component is classified as effective, 4) the implementation of the inclusion education program in SD Bali in terms of the product component is classified as effective, 5) the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the inclusion education program in SD Bali in terms of the components of context, input, process and product obtained effective results.

ANALYSIS OF FIRE FIGHTING PUMP PERFORMANCE USING SNI 03-6570-2001 STANDARD ON SELF-CONTAINED HYDRANTS

Self-controlled hydrants are fire protection systems located in residential areas that function for early fire extinguishing. In a fire protection system, the pump plays an important role in supplying water from the reservoir to the end point of the installation. Fire pumps must always be in optimum condition and accordance with applicable standards. This study aims to analyze pump performance at current conditions in self-contained hydrants in the Palmerah District and then compare it with the performance that pumps should have in ideal conditions according to SNI 03-6570-2001 standards. The method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method by comparing the current condition of the pump with applicable standards and conducting a direct survey of the location of the installed fire pump. The measuring instruments used in the study were a pressure gauge, control box, and pitot gauge. The results obtained through testing and calculating pump performance The pump installed on the self-contained hydrant in actual conditions with a total head of 86.62 m produces a flowrate of 0.0189 m3/s at 2800 RPM and can flow a maximum flowrate of 0.0284 m3/s with a head of 66.94 m while in ideal conditions with approximately the same speed and total pump head of 88.83 m, The pump produces a flow rate of 0.0473 m3/s and can produce a maximum flowrate of 0.0710 m3/s with a head of 71.81 m and when shut-off (Q = 0) at actual and ideal conditions produces a same total pump head 94.10 m. However, the pump in actual conditions can flow a minimum flowrate required of 0.040 m3/s with a pressure required of 350 kPa at 3000 RPM with a total pump head of 108.52 m. Thus, the pump must operate heavier due to the higher total head to deliver the required minimum flow rate and pressure.

Akuntansi Syariah: Harapan dan Realitas di Lembaga Keuangan Syariah

This study aims to determine the influence of Islamic accounting knowledge, work environment, and religiosity on the interest of accounting students in a career in Islamic financial institutions. The population in this study was all accounting students at Cipasung Tasikmalaya University, which amounted to 418 people. The sample selection method uses non-probability sampling techniques. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. for data analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 27 system program. The results of this study show that partially (t) the variable of religiosity does not have an influence on the interest of accounting students for a career in Islamic financial institutions, while the variables of Islamic accounting knowledge and work environment have an influence on the interest of accounting students for a career in Islamic financial institutions. Simultaneously, (f) Islamic accounting knowledge, work environment, and religiosity jointly affect the interest of accounting students in a career in Islamic financial institutions. The R square value of 0.461 means that the amount of independent influence on the dependent variable is 46.1%. While the remaining 53.9% was influenced by other variables that were not variables in this study.

Peran Badan Usaha Milik Kampung (Bumkam) Dalam Mendukung Pembangunan Desa Di Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak

The establishment of village-owned enterprises (BUMKam) was initiated as a driving force for the village economy and a desire for the welfare of the community. This is because the community's need for a high economy. This study aims to determine and analyze the role of BUMKam in increasing village original income (PAK). The author took 8 BUMKam in Tualang District. The data in this study were taken from secondary data and primary data obtained from the annual BUMKam financial reports and conducted in-depth interviews with 24 informants, namely village chiefs and BUMKam managers. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method by analyzing maps and describing data. Based on the results of the study, it was illustrated that in increasing the village's original income it was influential but not significant and there were still obstacles that occurred. For this reason, the authors suggest that BUMKam be able to further increase revenue in the following year by continuing to develop its business units and it is hoped that it can increase community empowerment in the future.

Effectiveness and Efficiency of Implementation of Program-Based Budget and Budget Credibility

The full implementation of program-based budgeting offers financial advantages compared to budgeting based on line items. However, in the Ministry of Finance of Timor-Leste, this is not effectively and efficiently implemented, and it fails to maintain the budget's credibility. The main objective of this research is to assess the levels of effectiveness, efficiency, and budget credibility in the Ministry of Finance. To achieve this goal, a quantitative descriptive analysis method is employed. The results indicate that the average budget absorption for the years 2018-2022 has not been effective, with an implementation rate of 78.12%, signifying less effectiveness. The average efficiency level is considered efficient at 78.12%. However, this does not necessarily mean that most programs or activities have been successfully achieved; rather, it is due to some situations at that time that hindered proper implementation. Meanwhile, budget credibility in the context of budget implementation is considered less credible, with an average percentage of 78.12%. Looking at budget credibility from budget changes (additions or reductions), the average ratio is 5.99%, indicating less credibility over the five-year period. It is recommended that the Ministry of Finance of Timor-Leste provides adequate and regular training for its staff, conducts routine supervision, prepares performance reports, and ensures staff commitment in the budget planning process.
