BPE functions as the primary driver to ensure that all processes run as planned, are well-coordinated, and comply with established guidelines. Through a systematic and structured approach, BPE helps enhance efficiency, inter-departmental coordination, and standardization of business processes. With the implementation of BPE, PT Semen Indonesia successfully reduces operational errors, improves product quality, and achieves better performance. Despite facing challenges in employee and management adaptation to changes, full support from upper management and active involvement of employees help ensure the successful implementation of BPE. This research provides practical guidance for other companies interested in implementing BPE to enhance the alignment and efficiency of their business processes.

STUDI EKSPLORASI FAKTOR PENENTU PENILAIAN HARGA SAHAM PT SEMEN INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK

This research explores the share price performance of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk from 2019 to 2023 using descriptive analysis methods. The research focus includes variables such as Earnings Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Price Earning Ratio (PER), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). The data used comes from the annual financial report of PT Semen Indonesia. Research findings show that the company experiences significant fluctuations in EPS which are influenced by sales dynamics and operational costs.ROE shows variations in the efficiency of using own capital, while DER decreases consistently, reflecting good management in debt management. TATO and ROA experienced fluctuations, reflecting the company's efforts to optimize the use of assets to increase operational efficiency. The company's liquidity, as reflected in the CR remains stable in meeting short-term obligations. Even though PER has decreased, indicating a lower market assessment of share valuation, NPM varies due to fluctuating operational costs. To improve stability and profitability in the future, the company's focus needs to be increased on operational efficiency and better cost management

EKSPLORASI DINAMIKA STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PT SEMEN INDONESIA (PERSER) TBK

This research explores the capital structure of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the period 2019-2023, using qualitative methods and literature review studies. The research focus includes analysis of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Liquidity, Profitability (ROA), Total Asset Turnover, Sales Growth, Asset Structure, Net Profit Margin, Company Size, and Business Risk. The data analyzed comes from the company's annual financial statements as well as various other reliable public data sources. The research findings show that DER has decreased significantly, reflecting an increase in the company's financial stability. Although liquidity fluctuates and tends to be below industry standards, ROA is relatively stable with an average of 2.9%, while Total Asset Turnover and Net Profit Margin perform quite well despite being below industry standards. Sales Growth fluctuated significantly, while the company's Asset Structure experienced a decline. Nonetheless, Company Size stabilized with significant total assets, and Business Risk showed moderate fluctuations. This research provides important insights for company management in developing more efficient financial strategies for the future

Analisa Kepatuhan Sustainibility Reporting pada PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk dan PT Semen Indonesia Tbk Berdasarkan Gri Standards dan Iso Aa1000ap pada Tahun 2022

The role of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and ISO AA1000AP (AccountAbility Principles) in the context of sustainability reporting stands out as frameworks that serve not only as guidelines but also as key instruments to achieve transparency and consistency in reporting sustainability practices of companies. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach to analyze the compliance of sustainability reporting at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk and PT Semen Indonesia Tbk based on GRI Standards and ISO AA1000AP in 2022. The findings of this study indicate that PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk and PT Semen Indonesia Tbk can strengthen the integrity and quality of their sustainability reporting. This will not only create a greater positive impact but also enhance relationships with stakeholders and ensure sustained engagement with sustainability challenges in the future. Analyzing the Implementation of Green Industries Practice at PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Tuban Plant towards Achieving Sustainable Development Goals

This research examines the implementation of green industry practices at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Tuban Plant and its contribution to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As a state-owned multinational corporation in the cement industry, PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Tuban Plant plays a significant role in integrating environmental sustainability into its business operations. Through a qualitative exploratory approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation study. The analysis revealed that the company has implemented various green industry practices across its operations, including the adoption of Alternative Fuel and Raw Material (AFR), Waste Heat Recovery Power Generation (WHRPG) technology, and community development programs. These practices align with several SDGs, particularly SDGs 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15, focusing on clean energy, innovation, sustainable cities, responsible consumption and production, climate action, life below water, and life on land. The research highlights PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Tuban Plant as a pioneering entity in environmental management and community empowerment within the cement industry, contributing significantly to sustainable development efforts.

Analisis Perbandingan Kinerja Keuangan Sebelum dan Sesudah Akuisisi pada PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk

This research aims to find out the differences in the financial performance of PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk before and after it was acquired by PT Semen Indonesia Tbk in 2019. The focus of the analysis includes the Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR) ratio, Quick Ratio (QR), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), ang Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Researchers used a quantitative approach through the use of secondary data based on financial reporting at PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk over a period of 5 years before (2014-2018) and 5 years after (2019-2023) it was acquired. This sampling used purposive sampling technique. The data was analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test and parametric difference test (paired sample t-test) and non-parametric difference test (Wilcoxon test) using SPSS software. The analysis shows that there is no significant difference in ROA with ROE, DER and TATO before and after acquisition. However, significant differences in CR and QR were found after the acquisition, indicating an increase in the company's liquidity.

This research discusses the role of international marketing strategy in the global expansion of PT Semen Indonesia Tbk using SWOT analysis. The research focuses on the utilization of the company's internal strengths, such as a positive reputation and integrated supply chain, in supporting expansion measures in international markets. The case study covers the acquisition of the Thang Long Cement plant in Vietnam, which expanded the company's market coverage in several countries including Vietnam, Singapore, and Bangladesh. Despite the success, political and legal risks in some countries posed challenges that needed to be addressed through risk diversification strategies and local partnerships. A deep understanding of cultural differences and consumer preferences in various markets was also identified as a key factor in achieving international marketing success for the company

The Effect of Career Development, Compensation and Employee Retention on Employee Performance at PT Semen Indonesia Logistik

The purpose of study to identify the effect of career development, compensation and employee retention on employee performance at pt semen indonesia logistik. This study used quantitative methods. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis method. This method is used to analyze the effect of career development, financial compensation and employee status on the performance of PT Semen Indonesia Logistik employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be concluded as follows: First, compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, as evidenced by the value of the regression coefficient (b1) of 0.314 with a significance value (Sig. = 0.000). Therefore, the first hypothesis is acceptable, suggesting that an increase in compensation received by employees of PT Semen Indonesia Logistik will improve their performance. Second, Career Development has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, reinforced by the regression coefficient (b2) value of 0.183 with a significance value (Sig. = 0.017).

Analisis Teknikal Menggunakan Moving Average (MA), Moving Average Convergence-Divergence (MACD), dan Relative Strength Index (RSI) Untuk Mengoptimalkan Dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi Pada Saham Sektor Manufaktur Index LQ45 BEI Tahun 2022-2023

This research examines technical stock analysis techniques for six manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2022–2023 period, using the Moving Average (MA), Moving Average Convergence and Divergence (MACD) and Relative Strength Index (RSI) indicators. . Astra International Tbk (ASII), PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF), PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP), PT Semen Indonesia Persero Tbk (SMGR), PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (INKP), and PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) are some of them. The analysis was conducted using charts from the stockbit.com website to evaluate the accuracy of signals and the investment performance of these three indicators. The research results indicate that RSI has the highest signal accuracy rate, namely 92%, while MA and MACD have accuracy rates of approximately 58% and 55%, respectively. Despite MACD producing more signals, RSI remains accurate with fewer signals. In terms of return on investment, RSI achieved a total return of 238%, followed by MACD with a total return of 161%, and MA with a total return of 101%. RSI proves to be a reliable indicator by generating positive returns without any negative returns on the studied stocks. In conclusion, RSI is the primary choice in making investment decisions in the manufacturing sector stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange due to its accuracy and positive investment returns. However, MA remains useful for trend analysis, and investors are advised to pay attention to the entire stock market, consider additional indicators, and have sufficient understanding of technical analysis. For future research, it is recommended to consider other sectors and a broader range of indicators.

Fundamental Analysis and Intrinsic Value of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SMGR) and PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) as Leading Companies in the Cement Industry in Indonesia

The Indonesia Stock Exchange categorizes companies into several business sectors. One of the sub sectors on the IDX is the cement sub sector. The author is interested in conducting research related to stock valuation in determining the intrinsic value of shares and measuring financial performance at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (SMGR) and PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. (INTP) as the leading in the cement industry in Indonesia and its relation to investment decision-making strategies. To reduce the risk in investing, investors must be able to analyze the company's financial statements, including its financial performance. The financial ratios used in this study are ROE (Return On Equity), EPS (Earning Per Share), DPS (Dividend Per Share), DPR (Dividend Payout Ratio), and PER (Price Earning Ratio). In addition, researchers also use SWOT analysis to find out the strategies that should be applied by the two companies. Based on the results of fundamental analysis and intrinsic value, it is concluded that in terms of financial ratios in the 2020-2022 period, INTP is slightly better than SMGR. However, based on intrinsic value at June 2023, SMGR is better than INTP because SMGR still tends to be undervalued when compared to INTP which tends to be highly overvalued.

Based on the financial performance report, especially the profit and activity ratios, it will be analyzed and used as a reference in determining sales strategies. ANALYSIS OF MEASURING STOCK OPNAME OF CEMENT SUPPORTING RAW MATERIALS BY TOTAL STATION

PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is a BUMN (State-Owned Enterprise) company that operates in the cement industry in Indonesia and even abroad. PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is located in Sumberarum Village, Kerek District, Tuban Regency, East Java Province. PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk implements an open pit mining system using the Quarry method. This company is always close to mining activities where they can run if they meet the requirements of the Work Plan and Budget (RKAB) requirements per the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 1806 K/30/MEM/2018. Mining activity planning is the most crucial aspect in designing mine designs, as a reference for achieving production targets and analyzing stock reserves of production raw materials. Stock taking is a temporary storage place after undergoing the transportation process from the mining front so that it can be ensured that the quality of the limestone can be maintained as originally. (Aliyusra Jolo, 2017). The method used in this research involves field surveys, taking detailed points according to the shape of the appearance, and processing the data using AutoCAD Civil 3D software which has a Triangular Irregular Network (TIN) working concept. The results of the research show that in stock-taking, after calculating the area and volume, we obtained an area of 4634,266 m² for stock opname 1, an area of 2916,728 m² for stock-taking 2, 1669,189 m² for stock-taking 3, and the total area of stock opname was 6298,750 m². And for the volume itself, the resulting volume was 24,204,084 m³ for stock opname 1, an area of 14,263,732 m³ for stock opname 2, 4321,165 m³ for stock opname 3, and the overall stock opname area was 42,788,981m³. As a result, this limestone stock will be used as a supporting material for cement production.

Eco-Innovation, Reducing Carbon Emission and its Impact on Firm Performance (Case Study in Pt Semen Indonesia)

Objective: This research was conducted at PT Semen Indonesia Gresik aims to determine the extent of the application of eco-innovation in the company and the extent of the role of management in implementing eco-innovation. This study wants to find out whether the application of eco-innovation carried out at PT Semen Indonesia is able to reduce carbon emissions which is the government's commitment to reduce carbon emissions to the level of 29% by the end 2030. Theoritical Framework: The impact of environmental degradation and environmental externalities becomes a concentration of attention on social issues that encourage companies to pay attention to their business practices and find solutions to the impacts the environment it causes. Resource-Based View Theory (RBV) is a managerial framework used to define strategic resources with the potential to provide a comparative advantage to company. These resources can be leveraged by companies to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. Innovation theory addresses a number of innovation policies and measurement issues such as why companies innovate, what forces drive innovation and what factors hinder it. Related issues are the internal functioning of the company and the types of business practices used to promote innovation. Method: This research uses a qualitative approach inspired by research of Horbach (2008) and Triguero et al. (2013), which proposes three types of eco-innovation: eco-process, eco-product, and eco-innovation organization, but in this study using four types of eco- Innovations as listed in the Oslo manual developed by the Organization for Economic and Cooperative Development (OECD) are: eco-innovation organizations, eco-innovation products, eco-process innovation, and eco-marketing innovation. Data collection techniques carried out in this study include interviews, observations, documentation studies on emission reports and sustainability reports. The data were analyzed by case study research process stated by Creswel (2007). Findings: PT Semen Indonesia has implemented various programs in the context of efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, namely through several programs, namely: (1) Diversification of blended cement products use of clinker which will reduce the emission of CO2 gas (carbondioxide) produced; (2) Utilization of alternative fuels using biomass products, also processing municipal waste into alternative fuel at the Ngipik Gresik landfill; (3) Utilization of flue heat gas operations as power plants which has been implemented at the Tuban plant and is able to reduce CO2 by 130,000 tons per year; (4) Upgrade/Improve equipment (high efficiency tech) Implications: This research has implications that the application of eco-innovation will be able to reduce carbon emissions, which is the Indonesian Government's commitment to reduce carbon emissions by the end of 2030.

This study aims to clarify the community involvement process in preparing AMDAL papers for the construction of a cement plant by PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in Rembang Regency, Central Java Province. An Environmental Impact Assessment (AMDAL) document is mandatory for any development and mining operation and must be prepared by the party responsible. The community's involvement in decision-making and evaluation stages is crucial for the construction site. This research utilizes a normative technique incorporating a statutory, conceptual, and case-based approach. The findings illustrate community engagement through their involvement in preparing AMDAL papers. This study investigates the level of community engagement in preparing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports for establishing a cement factory by PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in Rembang Regency, Central Java Province. PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (SIG) is one of the state-owned companies that since 2013 has transformed into a Strategic Holding. SIG has 17 Subsidiaries (AP), consisting of 8 Cement Making companies and 9 non Cement Making companies. Of the Cement Making Companies, 3 APs whose share ownership is 99.9% owned by SIG, namely PT Semen Padang, PT Semen Tonasa and PT Semen Gresik. This research was conducted at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (SIG). The objectives of this study are (1) analyzing the implementation of Policies & SOPs at PT SIG, (2) Effectiveness of the implementation of centralization of Accounting & Finance functions at PT SIG. The basic method used is descriptive with the implementation of case studies. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, Forum Group Discuss (FGD) and documentation methods. The results showed that the implementation of Holding Policies & SOPs in Subsidiaries (AP) has been implemented well based on periodic reviews and as an effort to create added value for the group, efficiency, and better performance of SOEs.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS BASED ON PROFITABILITY AND SOLVENCY RATIO

This research aims to determine the comparative analysis of financial statements. PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk with PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Based on the results of analysis of profitability and solvency ratios. This type of research data uses secondary data. Data collection techniques are based on literature and documentation from several journals and financial reports. Analysis The data used is profitability ratio analysis consisting of Return on Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE). Then the solvency ratios are Total Debt To Equity Ratio and Total Debt To Total Asset Ratio. The research results show that PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk has a higher level of ability to obtain net profit after tax from the total assets it owns. PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa has a higher level of ability to obtain net profit after tax from the total equity it owns when compared to PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Based on the calculation results of the analysis, it can be seen that the Debt Equity On Ratio (DER) value of the two companies, it can be concluded that PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk has a lower level of debt risk when compared to PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Then, if we look at the Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) analysis value, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk has a lower level of debt risk when compared to PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Jasindo is all damage and/or that is sudden and unexpected and is not excluded in the policy or the machines insured. Compensation guarantee in Machinery Breakdown Insurance between PT. Semen Indonesia with PT. Jasindo if a loss occurs, what PT Jasindo will pay to PT Semen Indonesia is based on the damage.In the event of an insurance claim for machine damage, PT Semen Indonesia must immediately notify PT Jasindo about the loss/damage within 7 (seven) calendar days and must assist PT Jasindo in conducting a survey to calculate the compensation that will be given. PT Jasindo’s responsibility is to compensate for losses due to the asset’s condition becoming its original condition, without taking into account profit or loss. In this case, PT Jasindo is responsible within 3 x 24 hours and beyond that time PT Jasindo is no longer responsible. If there is a dispute regarding Machine Damage Insurance between PT Semen Indonesia and PT Jasindo in terms of claims, then PT Semen Indonesia and PT Jasindo agree to take legal action, namely through arbitration or through the local District Court.
