Analisa Kepatuhan Sustainibility Reporting pada PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk dan PT Semen Indonesia Tbk Berdasarkan Gri Standards dan Iso Aa1000ap pada Tahun 2022

The role of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and ISO AA1000AP (AccountAbility Principles) in the context of sustainability reporting stands out as frameworks that serve not only as guidelines but also as key instruments to achieve transparency and consistency in reporting sustainability practices of companies. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach to analyze the compliance of sustainability reporting at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk and PT Semen Indonesia Tbk based on GRI Standards and ISO AA1000AP in 2022. The findings of this study indicate that PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk and PT Semen Indonesia Tbk can strengthen the integrity and quality of their sustainability reporting. This will not only create a greater positive impact but also enhance relationships with stakeholders and ensure sustained engagement with sustainability challenges in the future. Analisis Perbandingan Kinerja Keuangan Sebelum dan Sesudah Akuisisi pada PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk

This research aims to find out the differences in the financial performance of PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk before and after it was acquired by PT Semen Indonesia Tbk in 2019. The focus of the analysis includes the Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR) ratio, Quick Ratio (QR), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), ang Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Researchers used a quantitative approach through the use of secondary data based on financial reporting at PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk over a period of 5 years before (2014-2018) and 5 years after (2019-2023) it was acquired. This sampling used purposive sampling technique. The data was analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test and parametric difference test (paired sample t-test) and non-parametric difference test (Wilcoxon test) using SPSS software. The analysis shows that there is no significant difference in ROA with ROE, DER and TATO before and after acquisition. However, significant differences in CR and QR were found after the acquisition, indicating an increase in the company's liquidity.

ANALYSIS OF STRATEGIES USED BY PT SEMEN INDONESIA TBK. IN ACHIEVING INTERNATIONAL MARKETING

This research discusses the role of international marketing strategy in the global expansion of PT Semen Indonesia Tbk using SWOT analysis. The research focuses on the utilization of the company's internal strengths, such as a positive reputation and integrated supply chain, in supporting expansion measures in international markets. The case study covers the acquisition of the Thang Long Cement plant in Vietnam, which expanded the company's market coverage in several countries including Vietnam, Singapore, and Bangladesh. Despite the success, political and legal risks in some countries posed challenges that needed to be addressed through risk diversification strategies and local partnerships. A deep understanding of cultural differences and consumer preferences in various markets was also identified as a key factor in achieving international marketing success for the company

Planning of Marketing Strategy based on the Results of Analysis of Profitability Ratios and Activity Ratios (Case Study: PT Semen Indonesia Tbk)


 Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is a manufacturing company engaged in cement production. This product is widely used for infrastructure development, so good cement quality is expected. Producers are expected to produce cement in accordance with consumer expectations and needs. The aim is to obtain high sales turnover. To meet sales targets, a good strategy is needed that is based on real conditions in the field. One of them is financial performance. Based on the financial performance report, especially the profit and activity ratios, it will be analyzed and used as a reference in determining sales strategies. The results of the financial performance analysis and SWOT analysis can formulate a sales strategy design.

Isolation And Identification of Arbuscula Mycorrhiza (Ma) In Plant Rhizosphere in Greenbelt Area of PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk Tuban

<p>The Green Belt area is a buffer area in an industrial area that functions as a barrier or separates the mining area from other regions, such as residential areas or community agriculture. The Green belt area consists of various plant vegetation that absorbs carbon dioxide and air conditioning, preventing sedimentation and erosion in the mining area. Arbuscular mycorrhiza has the potential to live in the green belt area by forming a mutualism symbiosis with plants or vegetation in the area. This study aimed to determine arbuscular mycorrhizae found in the Greenbelt area of PT Semen Indonesia Tbk Tuban. Sampling used purposive sampling techniques at three sampling stations, namely rhizosphere eucalyptus (<em>Malaleuca cajuputi</em>), trembesi (<em>Samanea saman),</em> and sawo (<em>Manilkara zapota</em>). The study was conducted in November 2021 through three stages: sampling, sample isolation, and species identification. The results showed seven types of arbuscular mycorrhiza from five different genera, namely the genus <em>Glomus</em>, <em>Acaulospora</em>, Gigaspora, <em>Racocetra</em>, and <em>Archaeospora</em>. The most found species is the genus <em>Glomus</em>. This research contributes as a source of literacy and information about the types of AMF found in PT Semen Indonesia's Greenbelt area, which can be used as biological fertilizer, support plant growth, help reclaim mining areas, and protect plants from drought pressure in mining areas.</p>

Identification and Analysis of Macrozoobenthos in The Reclamation Land Area of Lime Mining

Mining activities that occur at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. caused the land to become critical land where the nutrients are low and the ecosystem is disturbed, therefore it is necessary to carry out restoration activities for ex-mining land as an effort to be made for the process of recovering ex-mining land as happened to PT Semen Indonesia Tbk, namely by carrying out reclamation activities. Reclamation is an activity that aims to improve or manage the use of disturbed land due to general mining business activities so that it can function and be efficient in accordance with its designation. This study aimed to analyze the structure of the macrozoobenthos community in the reclamation land ecosystem of PT Semen Indonesia limestone mining. This is expected to provide information on the structure of the ecosystem macrozoobenthos community on reclaimed land. A sampling of macrozoobenthos was carried out in the Sugihan village (SUG) and Mliwang village (MLI), Merakurak district, Tuban regency using the direct hand collecting method. The results of this study indicated that the macrozoobenthos species found on the reclamation land of PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk showed it was included in the medium category.

VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE ON PT SEMEN INDONESIA TBK: LEGITIMACY CRISIS ON REMBANG PLANT CONSTRUCTION

<p><em>This study aims to evaluate how the legitimacy strategy was carried out by PT Semen Indonesia Tbk to repair the legitimacy due to the construction of the Rembang plant which was suspected of damaging the environment. Research problems arose due to inadequate company disclosures, resulting in a series of protests. This research has a contribution to understanding further how the company's strategy in facing the crisis of legitimacy. This research also uses web-based disclosure data and is processed with Nvivo 12 Pro software that has never been done before. This research uses legitimacy theory, especially strategies to repair legitimacy. This study uses case studies with triangulation of qualitative data and quantitative data, all of which are secondary data. Qualitative data in this study is the result of data processing using NVivo 12 Pro software from disclosure media such as annual reports, sustainability reports, websites, online-based newspaper, and corporate social media accounts. Quantitative data in this study include the number of words, number of sentences, and percentage of disclosures. The findings in this study were the strategy of "deny", "justify", "create monitors", "replace personnel", "revise practices", and "avoid panic" </em><em>were </em><em>used by companies. The strategy of "excuse" is not used because the company does not feel guilty. The dominant media used is a statement through</em><em> the</em><em> online-based newspaper. Comparative Analysis of Financial Performance of SOE Cement Companies in the Post-Entry of Massive Foreign Capital Companies of Cement Industry in Indonesia

In order to achieve the Master Plan for the Acceleration and Expansion of the Indonesian Economic Development (MP3EI) program which has a significant impact on cement demand outside java, it is necessary to improve the performance of cement companies, especially state-owned cement companies consisting of PT Semen Indonesia Tbk (Persero) and PT Semen Batu Raja (Persero). In addition, competition in the globalization era in fulfilling domestic cement is a challenge for state-owned cement companies with Cement Foreign Investment (PMA) industries in Indonesia which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To increase attractiveness and strengthen performance, state-owned cement companies need to display an analysis of attractive financial performance along with the selection of independent variables in the discrimination function as a variable that explains precisely the performance of the company based on the Discriminant Stepwise Method. This is in accordance with the purpose of this study by analysing Du Pont System Analysis, Analysis of financial ratios in the form of liquidity ratios, solvability, profitability, activity, along with reference to the Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No. 826/KMK.013/1992, and strengthened by the Decree of the Minister of BUMN No: KEP-100/MBU/2002 in financial aspects for the performance of state-owned enterprises. This study also provides additional analysis in the form of Economic Value Added (EVA), Tobin’s q and Altman Z-Score as a complement to the comparison of the financial performance of state-owned cement companies and Cement PMA companies in the period 2013-2016.

PEMBENTUKAN DAN PENGUJIAN PORTFOLIO SAHAM-SAHAM OPTIMAL: PENDEKATAN SINGLE INDEX MODEL

Buying stock is one of the way investors do to obtain profit from their money. Every investor should consider two important things, return and risk. To minimize the risk, one can diversify their investment by creating optimal portfolio, which consists of different stocks with optimal return and certain degree of risk. The aim of this research was to establish and determine the optimization of optimal portfolio composed by LQ45 stocks over the period of February 2011 to January 2015. The research was trying to create optimal portfolio from thirty-eight non-financial companies stocks listed in LQ45 using single index model. From the research, the optimal portfolio is composed of TLKM (PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk), BMTR (PT Global Mediacom Tbk), JSMR (PT Jasa Marga Tbk), SSIA (PT. Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk), AKRA (PT AKR Tbk), MNCN (PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk), WIKA (PT Wijaya Karya Tbk), ASII (PT Astra International Tbk), KLBF (PT Kalbe Farma Tbk), ASRI (PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk), UNVR (PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk), ICBP (PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk), SMGR (PT Semen Indonesia Tbk), and only able to be used for six months. The optimal portfolio gives 0.242% returns for a week with 1.122 value of beta. Majority of the aggressive portfolio have higher return toward risk then portfolio moderate and conservative.

Penerapan Sampling Kerja dalam Penentuan Beban dan Kebutuhan Tenaga Kerja

PT Semen Padang is one of the subsidiaries of PT Semen Indonesia Tbk, which is one of the state-owned enterprises engaged in the business of cement production and trade. PT Semen Padang is now actively promoting synergies and pursuing the company's performance growth to be able to cope with competition in an increasingly tight and complex cement industry. In order to face this, it is necessary to have adequate human resource management from the company. One of the successes of company’s management is the availability of sufficient human resources with high quality, have integrity, professional in accordance with the functions and tasks of each personal and work unit. Since 2015, there has been an increase in overtime hours. This is due to the shortage of employees of PT Semen Padang. The reason is the number of employees who retired and there is no recruitment. Thus, there are some tasks that have not been implemented. In addition, in May 2016 one of the KPI's timely procurement points in the spare parts field was not achieved. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the workload of employees and give a recommendation of the optimal employee needs for this bureau in the future. The study found that Buyer Bureau Procurement of goods PT Semen Padang has only 74.4% productive work time. It is because the actual number of buyers for the spare parts field is 6 people, while the number of buyers optimal based on the calculation is 8 people.
