Employee Job Satisfaction of PT. Indo Acidatama Tbk Reviewed From Organizational Culture, Communication and Work Stress

Employee Job Satisfaction is something that is quite crucial and must be paid attention to by employees. Good Job Satisfaction experienced by employees will halve a good impact on the activities and development of the company. The purpose of this study was to learn more about how PT. Indo Acidatama employees' job satisfaction is impacted by organizational culture, communication, and work stress. This research uses a data collection method by distributing qustionnaires using Google Form. The population and sample are employees of PT Indo Acidatama and a sample of 79 employees was obtained. Generally, multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the research data. Job satisfaction was found to be positively and significantly impacted by organizational culture and communication, with work stress having a little negative impact.

Analisis Penerapan Iso 9001:22000 Terhadap Volume Penjualan Lokal

PT Indo Calli Plast experienced a decline in sales in 2015-2023. Therefore, the company is trying to increase product sales by implementing ISO 9001:22000 in 2023 so that it can compete to customer. This research aims to determine the conditions of ISO implementation at PT Indo Calli Plast and to determine the effect of implementing ISO 9001:22000 on local sales volume at PT Indo Calli Plast. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observations and interviews at PT Indo Calli Plast. The data processing method in this research uses a semi-qualitative analysis method, namely a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. SPSS Data Processing, including: Validity and Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test. The results of this research: The implementation of ISO 9001:22000 has a positive and significant effect on the local sales volume of PT Indo Calli Plast. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) in the table above, obtained an R Square value of 0.844. This means that 84.4% of the Local Sales Volume at PT Indo Calli Plast is influenced by the ISO 9001:22000 Implementation variable, while the remaining 15.6% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research.

Boosting Employee Performance in Indonesia Through Environment, Motivation, and Quality

This study examines the impact of the work environment, motivation, and human resource quality on employee performance at PT Indo Lautan Makmur's vacuum department. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 120 employees through online questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS. Results indicate that a positive work environment, strong motivation, and high-quality human resources significantly improve employee performance. These findings suggest that enhancing these factors can effectively boost employee performance at PT Indo Lautan Makmur. Highlights: 1. Positive work environment significantly boosts employee performance.2. Motivation alone doesn't always guarantee performance improvement.3. High-quality human resources enhance employee performance. KINERJA SISTEM AGRIBISNIS USAHA PENGGEMUKAN SAPI DI DESA ADIREJO KECAMATAN TERBANGGI BESAR KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH (STUDI KASUS DI PT INDO PRIMA BEEF)

This study aims to analyze the performance of the agribusiness system of the beef cattle fattening business at PT Indo Prima Beef. The research method used is the case study method, located at PT Indo Prima Beef, Terbanggi Besar District of Central Lampung Regency. Data were collected in November-December 2022. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the performance of the production facilities supply subsystem was good, as analyzed by the agribusiness index analysis and six right. However, there are still insufficiencies, such as locations close to settlements, feed is not in the right place, and labor is not in the right type, quality, and quantity. The performance of the cultivation subsystem is suitable for cultivation because it has an R/C ratio value of >1, but currently, the company has not conducted mating with artificial insemination. The performance of the marketing subsystem is good as analyzed by the agribusiness index and marketing mix analysis (4P). Beef cattle marketing channels are large traders (abattoirs), retailers, and consumers. The performance of the supporting service subsystem is good, the services utilized by PT Indo Prima Beef are financial institutions, research institutions, government policies, transportation facilities, communication and information technology facilities, and supply stores for production facilities. Overall, the performance of the agribusiness system at PT Indo Prima Beef has been running well with a weighted agribusiness index of 81.51%. Pengaruh Self Efficacy, Kompetensi dan Dukungan Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Indo Bismar Surabaya

The research objectives to be achieved in accordance with the formulation of the problem above are to determine, analyze and answer the effect of Self Efficacy, Competence and Organizational Support on Employee Performance of PT Indo Bismar Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling was carried out by saturated sampling technique with a questionnaire method with 51 employees and analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Meanwhile, the classical assumption tests used include Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test. The results showed in the t test conducted partially that the Self Efficacy variable had a significant positive effect on employee performance, the Competency variable had a significant positive effect on employee performance and the Organizational Support variable had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Regarding the f test, it shows that the variables of Self Efficacy, Competence and Organizational Support simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT Indo Bismar Surabaya.

Sejarah Perdagangan Babi dari Pulau Bulan Batam ke Singapura, 1987-2023

This research delves into the pig trade history from Pulau Bulan, Batam, to Singapore spanning 1987 to 2023. In response to the 1984 policy eliminating domestic livestock farming, Singapore became reliant on imported meat. Employing a historical research method and drawing on literature reviews, the study identifies PT Indo Tirta Suaka's Pulau Bulan pig farm as Southeast Asia's largest and Singapore's primary live pig importer, initiating exports in 1987. Disruptions occurred, such as Singapore's cessation of pig supplies from Malaysia during Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) outbreaks in Sarawak (1999-2017) and the Covid-19 pandemic. However, a significant setback unfolded with the detection of African Swine Fever (ASF) on April 19, 2023. Subsequent tests confirmed ASF in Pulau Bulan pig samples, prompting Singapore to officially halt pig supplies. This resulted in a substantial monthly and yearly loss of approximately IDR 3.5 billion and IDR 1.1 trillion, respectively, in pig exports from Pulau Bulan to Singapore.

Unearthing Hazards: Investigating the Root Causes of Workplace Accidents at PT Indo Muro Kencana's Gold Mines

Objective: This study seeks to dissect the occurrences of work-related accidents at PT Indo Muro Kencana (PT IMK) over a period spanning from 2018 to 2023. It aims to pinpoint the contributing factors to these mishaps, analyzing them to forge actionable recommendations and preventive strategies aimed at mitigating accident risks and enhancing workplace safety and health. Design/Methods/Approach: Employing a quantitative descriptive methodology, this research adopts an observational descriptive design to catalog and scrutinize work accident incidents. The Loss Causation Model serves as the analytical framework, facilitating a thorough evaluation of accident causatives. The study encompasses all PT IMK employees during the specified timeframe, utilizing a total sampling approach. Data compilation hinges on secondary sources, including company accident reports and relevant literature, with SPSS Statistics 25 software facilitating cross tabulation for data analysis. Findings: Analysis reveals a fluctuating pattern of work accidents over the years, with a significant portion resulting from direct physical interactions such as collisions and strikes. Predominantly occurring in excavation and roadway sectors, these incidents frequently involve heavy machinery and service vehicles. Notably, accidents disproportionately affect younger employees with limited tenure, though veterans are not exempt from risk. Primary accident triggers are identified as unsafe acts—including procedural breaches and poor decision-making—and unsafe conditions like slippery surfaces and subpar equipment. Underlying causes are attributed to human elements, notably inadequate judgment skills, and occupational hazards, including poor hazard awareness and deficient job safety analysis. Originality/Value: This research pioneers in its focused examination of work accident causatives within PT Indo Muro Kencana's gold mining operations, marking a novel contribution to occupational safety and health literature in the mining sector. Practical/Policy implication: The insights garnered herein are poised to inform the development of targeted safety programs, underlining the study's utility in propelling occupational safety and health consciousness, alongside facilitating accident risk reduction initiatives.

Study of the Effect of Dissolved Oxygen Concentration on Gold Recovery Leaching at PT Indo Muro Kencana

<p><span><strong>Abstract</strong>. <span>Gold is a very important metal in human life. Most gold is processed using</span><br /><span>the sodium cyanide (NaCN) leaching method. Maximizing the leaching recovery </span><span>can be done by optimizing the leaching process parameters, one of which </span><span>varies the concentration of dissolved oxygen (DO). Oxygen is added to </span><span>oxidize gold atoms (Au) into cations (Au+) which will then react with </span><span>cyanide ions (CN-) to form the aurocyanid complex anion Au(CN)2- dissolved </span><span>in cyanide solution. This study aims to investigate the best method between </span><span>the use of O2 , H2O2, and Aachen reactor in generating dissolved oxygen </span><span>concentration to oxidize valuable metals. From the experimental results, </span><span>which method can produce higher leaching recovery will be seen. Based on </span><span>this study, the dissolved oxygen variation derived from oxygen injection </span><span>(O2) obtained a percent recovery of 92.5% Au and 80.5% Ag, hydrogen peroxide </span><span>(H2O2) achieved a percent recovery of 92.5% Au and 79.9% Ag, and Aachen </span><span>sheared (Aachen reactor) with a percent recovery of 95% Au and 81.9% Ag.</span></span><br /><br /><span><strong>Keywords</strong>:</span></p><p>Gold, Leaching, Dissolved Oxygen, Percent Recovery, Aachen Reactor</p>

Study on the Effect of Cyanide Concentration on Gold Leaching Recovery in Ore at PT Indo Muro Kencana

Indonesia is a country that has abundant natural resources, including non-renewable natural resources such as various types of metals, natural gas, petroleum and others. Besides that, Indonesia also has an important role in supplying the world's gold raw materials. Therefore, it is necessary to develop technology and science in the mining industry, especially gold to increase process optimization and increase the added value of the mining products themselves. One of the gold extraction processes can be carried out hydrometallurgically using the cyanidation method using agitator leach, as was done at PT Indo Muro Kencana. Process optimization is carried out with various test work, such as leaching tests, by varying the operating parameters of the leaching. The results of the analysis show that the optimal cyanide concentration for leaching of PT Indo Muro Kencana's gold ore is 600 ppm by controlling the rate diffusion control.

Measurement Of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Using The Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Method On Fermentation Machinery At Pt. Indo Acidatama Tbk

Ethanol, or ethyl alcohol, has many applications in a variety of industries, including as a solvent, fuel, and in pharmaceuticals. Demand for ethanol in Indonesia is high, but domestic production is not sufficient, which prompted the establishment of PT. Indo Acidatama Tbk in 1986. This company produces ethanol from sugar cane molasses through a fermentation process using the yeast saccharomyces cerevisae strain Kyowa. The fermentation process requires good care to ensure optimal results and prevent machine failure. This research aims to measure the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value of the fermentation machine at PT Indo Acidatama, identify the factors that influence the production performance of the fermentation machine, and determine the main causes of losses that affect the effectiveness of the fermentation machine. The research results show that the OEE value of the fermentation machine at PT Indo Acidatama in January 2023 is 85%, which is in accordance with JIP standards. The main causes of loss of machine effectiveness are breakdown losses (8.7%), reduced speed losses (5.9%), and rework losses (0.2%). To increase the effectiveness of fermentation machines, it is recommended to adjust process parameters, provide training to staff, and carry out regular data monitoring.

Pengaruh Pendapatan Usaha dan Biaya Operasional terhadap Laba Bersih Periode Triwulan I Tahun 2019-Triwulan I Tahun 2023: Studi Kasus pada PT Indo Pureco Pratama, Tbk

This study aims to help companies determine the level of performance achieved in achieving net profit, their financial condition and the partial and simultaneous influence of business income and operational costs on net profit for the first quarter of 2019-first quarter of 2023 at PT Indo Pureco Pratama, Tbk. This study uses a quantitative analysis method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS Version 24. The population is PT Indo Pureco Pratama, Tbk with a sample of financial reports for the period I quarter 2019-IV quarter 2023 with a sampling technique using purposive sampling.The study results descriptively explain that business income, operational costs and net profit of PT Indo Pureco Pratama, Tbk are in good condition during the period I quarter 2019-first quarter 2023. The results of the hypothesis test analysis show that partially business income has a positive and significant effect on net profit PT Indo Pureco Pratama, Tbk is proven by the calculated t value of 19.282 > 2.179 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and operational costs have a negative and significant effect on the net profit of PT Indo Pureco Pratama, Tbk proven by the calculated t value of -15.975 > 2.179 and the significant value 0.000 < 0.05 and simultaneously business income and operational costs have a positive and significant effect on the net profit of PT Indo Pureco Pratama, Tbk as evidenced by the calculated F value of 2698.620 > 4.75 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

DEVELOPMENT OF WORDPRESS AND LEARN PRESS-BASED LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (E-LEARNING)

Development of Learning Management System (e-Learning) based on Wordpress and Learnpress. This research was conducted to generate and determine the feasibility of web-based e-learning using CMS (Content Management System) WordPress and LearnPress at PT Indo Karya Solusi. This research is a development research with the ADDIE method (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implementation, Evaluation). The steps in this research are the analysis stage, design stage, development stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. validation of media experts, material experts, one-to-one trials, small group trials and field trials using questionnaires. The data analysis technique for feasibility uses quantitative descriptive analysis. According to the assessment of media experts, this e-learning is feasible to use with a score of 88.8% this is the very good category. According to the material expert's assessment, this e-learning is feasible to use with a score of 93.3% this is the very good category. according to the one-to-one trial, this e-learning is feasible to use with a score of 90.6% this is the very good category. According to the small group trial, this e-learning is feasible to use with a score of 96.13% this is the very good category and according to field trials with a larger number of respondents (50 e-learning training participants), it is feasible to use it with a score of 92,76% this is the very good category. From these tests, it can be concluded that web-based e-learning using CMS (Content Management System) WordPress and LearnPress at PT Indo Karya Solusi is feasible to use.

Pengetahuan Bahaya Kebakaran Dengan Perilaku Pengendalian Kebakaran Di PT Indo Acidatama TBK Karanganyar

The chemical industry is an industry that involves chemical substances in the manufacturing process. Industries that produce or manage chemical-based materials are categorized as having a high level of fire risk. Based on materials and production products that come from flammable materials that have potential fire and explosion hazard caused by machines, unsafe workplaces and unsafe action. This research aims to determine the correlation between the level of knowledge of fire hazards with fire control behavior. The method in this research is an analytical observational research method with a cross-sectional approach. The respondents in this study were employees of PT Indo Acidatama Tbk in the Mechanical and Electrical department with a population of 55 respondents. The sampling technique uses the total sampling technique. The measuring instrument in this research is a questionnaire to measure the level of knowledge of fire hazards and also fire control behavior that have been tested for validity and reability with a cronbach alpha value =0.876. The data analysis technique used is the Somers'd correlation test analysis. The results of the Somers’d correlation test indicate that there is a significant correlation between the variables level of knowledge of fire hazards with fire control behavior with a significance value of p value =0.000 (p value <0.05), and a correlation coefficient value of r =0.838 with a positive correlation direction (+). There is a significant correlations between the level of knowledge of fire hazards with fire control behavior with a positive relationship direction. Improved knowledge will improve occupant control behavior in fire control.

Analisis Du Pont System Pada Perusahaan Sektor Tekstil Yang Terdaftar Di Issi Periode 2017-2022


 
 
 
 The research aimed to analyze the financial performance of Textile Sector companies that are consistent in ISSI for the period 2017-2022 using the Du Pont System method. This Du Pont analysis is performed to see what factors can affect the increase and decrease in company profitability by looking at existing ratios. Du Pont uses five ratios which are, Net Profit Margin, Total Asset Turnover, Return on Investment, Equity Multiplier and Return on Equity. The researched method employed is a quantitative descriptive analysis. The sample of data used has been selected with purposive sampling method and resulted in 3 consistent companies listed on ISSI during 2017-2022. The results showed that PT Indo Rama Syntetics had relatively good Du Pont ROE performance and was already above the average textile sector industry compared to two other companies, namely PT Tifico Fiber Indonesia and PT Trisula international.

The Effect of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Indo Suhar Jaya Bogor Branch

This research aims to knowing the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance of PT Indo Suhar Jaya Bogor Branch. The population of employees of PT Indo Suhar Jaya Bogor Branch was 110 employees. sampling in this study using the slovin formula as many as 52 employees. The data was collected through using a Likert scale that was administered using Microsoft Excel 2013 software and IBM SPSS Statistic 26 software. The research methods will be used in the form of a validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. This study has 3 findings in accordance with the hypothesis proposed, namely: (1) that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) that motivation and work Environment have a positive effect on employee performance.

The Role Of River-Lake Transportation Company In Handling Body Electricians: Case Study On MV. Rhodos PT. Indo Dharma Transportation

Evacuation is a step taken to get first aid at that time. PT Indo Dharma of the River-Lake Transport Branch serving the ship must play a role in handling. On July 15, 2021, there was an incident above the MV. Rhodos, one of the crew members, Electricians, suffered a heart attack after a full day of repairs to a damaged crane. This research uses a qualitative description method by means of observation, interviews, and literature methods. Based on the study's results, it was found that the problem occurred, namely the distance between the port and the position of the MV ship. Rhodos and the distance between the port and clinic is quite far, the handover of the body from the agency to the insurance company takes a long time so it has an impact on the evacuation process which is quite long, and first aid by the medical party only when at the port and travel. PT. Indo Dharma of the River-Lake Transport Branch plays a very active role in facilitating supporting facilities and infrastructure efficiently and effectively by cooperating, coordinating, and communicating well with related parties and should each agency company have Standard Operating Procedures for handling deceased ship crews and socialized to agents on duty in the field so that they understand and understand what actions must be taken immediately when the same event occurs.

Analysis of Cup Printing Quality Control Using Statistical Process Control Methods and Human Reliability Assessment (Case Study: PT Indo Ceria Plastic Printing)

This research was conducted at PT Indo Ceria Plastic Printing aims to determine the main cause of defective cup printing and to reduce product defects in the production process. Based on the problems faced by the company, namely the high percentage of cup printing defects which eventually led to more and more reject cup printing rates, even the problem of passing the defective cup being sent to the customer’s hands, which made the customer complain about the problem of the number of bad product quality being sent so that they finally submitted a returned product. Therefore, quality control efforts are carried out on cup printing products to find the cause of the defect and find a solution to repair it. The research methods used in solving the problems that occur at PT Indo Ceria Plastic Printing is to use Statistical Process Control methods and Human Reliability Assessment. From the result of research conducted, it is known that the biggest cause of defect in cup printing products is “defect awal start”. From the results of meaning employee performance, the largest HEP value was found, namely, the type of possible error is “pengisian tinta pada mesin” which was 0,6324. So, this factor was the dominant one that resulted in defects and must be repaired immediately.

This study explored ways to manage financial risk and also risk management in a case of merger and acquisitions. The goals of this study is to 1.) To conduct a critical examination of financial risk management in the field of merger and acquisition, which contains assets calculation, financial analysis, market analysis, and project profitability, as well as the connections between these aspects towards the succession of undergoing a merger and acquisition process. 2.) Review the outcomes of the data analysis in order to reach conclusions and suggestions in the context of successability of mergers and acquisitions. The research strategy that is included in this paper are quantitative research and case study. One of the research strategy is by using a method by David S. Clifton & David E Fyfe from “Project Feasibility Analysis” . Another research strategy that will be used in this paper is the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis. The data collected by the researcher will mainly be coming from PT Indo Kaya Energi in a form of archival method, other than that, some secondary sources from articles and journals on the internet will be used in this research. The study demonstrates that the process of merger and acquisitions needs to be carefully examined, the reason behind this is because the researcher needed to analyze not only the financial statement from the company, but also analyze the market, assets and future project forecast cashflow as stated in “Project Feasibility Analysis”

Model Business to Costumer (B2C) E-Commerce PT Indo Fira Global dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Syariah

This study aims to determine the business relations implemented by PT Indo Fira Global in the information system of book sales and online try outs. Development of an information system for book sales and online try outs implemented by PT Indo Fira Global based on PHP and MySQL (Case Study of PT Indo Fira) in a structured manner through the stages of system analysis, system design, implementation and system testing. System analysis is a researcher's analysis of weakness analysis, user needs, and data. System design is the researcher's analysis of sales system use cases, activity diagrams, and data flow diagrams. Implementation is writing program code in the application. While system trials are carried out to determine the function of the website created. Then the researcher took information from primary data sources and secondary data to find out the development of the B2C system that has been implemented by PT IndoFira Global. The results of program development show that book sales and online try outs based on PHP and MySQL carried out by PT Inddo Fira Global are not yet 100% sharia compliant. Therefore, PT Indo Fira Global is improving the management and revitalization of sharia-based sales to enhance the development of the Islamic economy in Indonesia.
