Analysis of Community Participation Level in the Community Empowerment Program of Gold Mining Company

Mining companies play an important role in creating sustainable communities around their operational areas. PT ANTAM Tbk UBP Emas (ANTAM UBP Emas), located in Bantar Karet Village, Nanggung District, Bogor Regency, focuses on the exploration of mineral resources, particularly gold and silver. The surrounding community generally works in the agriculture, plantation, home industry, and fishery sectors. This study aims to analyze: (i) community empowerment program activities run by the company, (ii) the level of community participation in empowerment program planning, (iii) the level of community participation in program implementation, (iv) the level of community participation in the utilization of program results, and (v) the level of community participation in empowerment program evaluation. The research design used is qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the level of community participation in the empowerment program which includes the stages of planning, implementation, utilization of results, and evaluation still needs to be improved. ANTAM UBP Emas needs to evaluate mentoring methods, implement training programs, and capacity building for group members as an effort to accelerate the increase in participation to achieve the level of Citizen Power participation, so that this program can become a means of corporate exit strategy in accordance with the needs and context of the community.

Peran Divisi Human Capital dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Corporate Social

The role of Human Capital Division is very influential in improving the employee performance Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of Head Office PT ANTAM Tbk South Jakarta. These significant results are based on investment in increasing employee skills, knowledge and experience which makes employees the capital or assets of a company which is the focus of improving employee performance. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of Human Capital Division in improving the employee performance Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of Head Office PT ANTAM Tbk South Jakarta. In this research, the author used a qualitative descriptive research method to develop a theory that was built when obtaining data in the field using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that increasing employee performance is a significant result of the role of the human capital division based on aspects of work quality, work quantity, task implementation and responsibility which are the focus of improving employee performance. The author's findings show that the emphasis on skills achieved through the recruitment process is the main thing. The human capital division ensures that the employees recruited have the skills necessary to make maximum contributions to the programs implemented by CSR. Increasing employee performance is achieved through various factors related to the role of the human capital division of PT ANTAM Tbk South Jakarta Head Office, such as providing training that is relevant to employee duties and responsibilities, not only increasing an employee's competency but also forming a strong foundation for increasing productivity. Regular evaluation also has a positive impact on improving employee performance, where there will be input and encouragement for each employee. This also makes employees open to each other so that communication is established well and loyalty is created between employees. Overall, this thesis confirms that the human capital division has an important role in improving employee performance. This is also formed from employees who are competent and willing to continue to improve their abilities and skills.

Evaluasi Laporan Kinerja Keuangan PT Antam Tbk Menggunakan Analisis Trend pada Periode 2020-2023

Trend analysis is an analysis that compares more than 2 periods of financial statements. PT Antam Tbk is one of the largest mining companies in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the evaluation of the financial performance report of PT Antam Tbk using trend analysis in the period 2020 to 2023. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method, which involves processing the company's financial data that is already available in the form of financial statements. This study uses secondary data in collecting information. The results of this study concluded that PT Antam Tbk succeeded in increasing the value of assets and equity, and decreasing the value of liabilities. As for the income statement, the company managed to increase profit after income tax by 167.7% from the period 2020 to 2023.

Analisis Pelanggaran Etika Profesi Akuntan (Studi Kasus PT Antam Tbk)

Corruptio” is another word for corruption which means danger, crime, depravity, fraud and immorality. This research intends to understand corruption cases from the ethical perspective of the accounting profession. This research uses qualitative methods. Data sources are obtained from data collected as secondary data. From this discussion, the researcher concluded that there were 4 frauds committed based on the agreement to carry out illegal mining at WIUP PT Antam Tbk.

Design of floating treatment wetland in PT Antam Tbk UBP Bauksit Kalimantan Barat

The wastewater that comes from bauxite ore washing at PT ANTAM Tbk UBP Bauksit Kalimantan Barat is not treated optimally, because of that it needs another alternative treatment other than coagulant. This research aims to establish the design of floating treatment wetland, arrange the application and maintenance procedure of floating treatment wetland, and arrange the draft cost budget of floating treatment wetland. The result of this research is design of floating treatment wetland plan that has 24 m2 or 4 x 6 m dimension with 600 plants for 1 unit. The selected plant is eleocharis dulcis which is able to absorb iron (FE) that contained in wastewater. Based on calculation if FA (bouyant force) higher than W (weight), than the media will be floated. All the design criteria from hydraulic loading rate, hydraulic retention time, water depth and surface coverage are accordant. The procedure of application and maintenance includes preparation and application procedure as well as operational and maintenance procedure. The cost required for 124 floating treatment wetland units is IDR 1.162.996.000.

The Impact of Profitability, Corporate Size, and Public Ownership on the Disclosure of Sustainability Reports Listed in Indonesia

This research seeks to explore the impact of profitability, company size, and public ownership on the disclosure of sustainability reports. Employing a quantitative research approach, the study utilizes secondary data sourced from the official Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The collected data is then analyzed using the SPSS tool. The research focuses on companies listed in LQ-45 on the IDX during the period 2020-2022, with purposive sampling as the chosen method. The findings of this study reveal the following: (1) Profitability does not exert a significant negative influence on sustainability report disclosure for PT Antam Tbk, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk, and PT Vale Tbk; (2) Company size demonstrates a significant positive impact on sustainability report disclosure for PT Antam Tbk, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk, and PT Vale Tbk; (3) Public ownership exhibits a significant negative effect on sustainability report disclosure for PT Antam Tbk, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk, and PT Vale Tbk.

Financial Performance Analysis Before and After Covid-19. Study of a Case in PT. ANTAM Tbk

Analysis of PT ANTAM Tbk's Financial Performance Before and After Covid-19 is the title of this study. By comparing the financial ratios of the current ratio, quick ratio, debt to total assets, debt to total equity, net profit margin, return on assets, and total asset turnover, this study seeks to determine the financial ratios of PT ANTAM Tbk before and after COVID-19. The descriptive research method with a comparative study approach was used in this study. The financial statements of PT ANTAM Tbk before and after COVID-19 make up the study's population. Due to the sampling strategy, whereas the sample was taken using the purposive sampling method . The results of the study indicate that the present ratio will be around 144.81% in 2019. The quick ratio is around 1%. Debt to equity is 0.66%, debt to total assets is 0.40%. Return on assets is 6.4%. The net profit margin was 5.92%, while the overall asset turnover was 108%. The current ratio was approximately 121.14% in 2020. The quick ratio is around 1.23%. Debt to total equity is 0.66%. Debt to total assets is 40%. Return on assets was 0.036%. Net profit margin was 0.04%. Total asset turnover is 0.86%.

Human Resources for Local Goat Breeders in Post-Mining Land Areas in Pomalaa District, Indonesia

The ruminant livestock population in Southeast Sulawesi in 2021 for goats is spread evenly in 17 urban districts with a total of 195,575 heads. Goat farming in general in Southeast Sulawesi does not yet have a clear direction and purpose because breeders who raise goats are still extensive or semi-intensive. Local goats such as the Kacang goat and the Ettawa breed are the types of goats that are kept by many breeders in this area. Southeast Sulawesi has 69 mining business units with the largest area in North Konawe Regency at 2.400.6 hectares, Kolaka Regency at 1.215.28 hectares, and South Konawe Regency with 3.686.27 hectares owned by PT Antam Tbk and PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. This study explicitly examines the resources of local goat breeders in the post-mining land area in Polamalaa District, Kolaka Regency with a purposive sampling technique. The findings are then analyzed descriptively to reveal the actual phenomena and events that occurred during the research. The findings showed that the average age of the respondents as local goat breeders ranged from 46-60 years, which was dominated by men with the lowest level of education who had not graduated from elementary school. In addition to having a job as a breeder, the majority of breeders work in the food crop agriculture sector with more than 15-20 years of farming experience

The purpose of this study was to deterrmine the price of shares in PT Antam Tbk. as a reference to determine the fair price of shares of PT. Antam on the Indonesian share exchange. Fundamental analysis is a method used to determine whether the share price on the Indonesian share exchange is already appropriate to the company's intrinsic value. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach, namely analyzing and processing numerical data obtained from the official website of the Indonesian share exchange to determine the level of fairness of the share price of PT Antam Tbk. Price Earning Ratio in the period 2020-2022 of PT. Antam Tbk. has increased and Price Book Value in the period 2020-2022 of PT Antam Tbk. is at a fair share price value position (undervalued).

SURVEY COMMUNITY SATIFACTION INDEX DALAM PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM CSR PT ANTAM Tbk

PT ANTAM Tbk as one of the mineral mining companies in Indonesia that is committed to implementing GCG has carried out its business operations that are oriented towards sustainable development. The existence of a CSR program is an important thing that is always optimized and improved in quality. Therefore, in the implementation of the CSR program, PT ANTAM Tbk continues to make efforts to minimize program failures by evaluating the implementation of the CSR program. In this study, the concept used is the result of an analysis of several sources, namely from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK in the KLHK Proper Green Guidebook (2013) explains that the CSI assessment consists of several aspects that are measured, including business indicators, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.The effectiveness of community development programs is also taken from Sari (2019) sources to complete the indicators needed according to the conditions in the field. In the results, the CSI value of PT ANTAM UBPN Sultra is very good, with a value of 89.56, this value is obtained because the average program recipient is satisfied with the program carried out by PT ANTAM UBPN Sultra's CSR. The programs are implemented in accordance with the needs of the community and the performance of the program is also good. Although the value of community satisfaction is high, the program still needs to make improvements.

The Relationship of Grain Size to Nickel Grade at Saprolite Zone of Lateritic Nickel Deposite in Moronopo Site, East Halmahera Regency, North Maluku

The research was conducted at the Dinding A and Dinding B, Moronopo Site PT Antam Tbk, East Halmahera, North Maluku which is a block that has been opened for the mining process. Generally the stratigraphy of laterite nickel deposits, from top (young) to bottom (old) consists of overburden, limonite, saprolite and bedrock. The saprolite zone is an economical ore layer for Ni content. This research aims to determine the relationship between grain size of ore and the mineralogy and economical Ni content. The research methods used include the grain size fractionation method with sizes of -5 cm, +5 cm, +10 cm, +15 cm, +20 cm and +25 cm, and XRF analysis to determine the Ni content. The result of this study shows the rocks in the saprolite zone containing minerals such as olivine, serpentine, garnierite and chrysoprase. The XRF analysis result shows the highest Ni content is found in the finest grain fraction (-5 cm) i.e. 2.4% and the lowest Ni content found in the coarsest grain fraction (+25 cm) i.e. 1.87 % but is still classified as economic.

Pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Cibaliung Sumberdaya di Kabupaten Padeglang

PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya as a subsidiary of PT Antam Tbk had reached peak production in 2012 with a total production of 2 tons of dore bullion of gold. However, gold production in the couple years later going the downward trend and rarely reached the target. In this research, the researcher uses three variables: X1 is motivation, X2 is discipline, and Y is performance. The research method used is analysis of descriptive and verification according to the data that taken through questionnaires which have been distributed to employees randomly considering a minimum number of respondents based on the Slovin formula (Sevilla et al., 1960). Based on the research data processing, it is known that the factual conditions of motivation, discipline and employee performance at PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya show poor results. Work motivation and work discipline have a correlation of 65.1% which means there is a strong relationship between that two variables. Work motivation and discipline partially contribute respectively 31.6% and 24.5% to employee performance. Work motivation and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance by 56.1%, while the remaining 43.9% is the contribution of other variables (ε) that are not considering in the study.

Analysis of Net Profit on Assets and Net Margin as a Measure of Company Value

Many companies are trying to increase the value of the company, this is done, because the management is aware of the limitations, and the importance of long-term investment for the progress of the company. This study tries to analyze financial fundamentals, namely in terms of net income from assets. The research method is based on quantitative, namely analyzing financial statement data as a source of analysis. The object of research is PT Antam Tbk, with the amount of data used for 11 years (2010-2020). The data was taken based on the determination of the criteria, namely purposively. The results of the study stated that the increase in the value of PT Antam's company was due to good profits, especially the aspect of net profit margin. In other words, NPM is the main source in PT Antam's earnings management, thereby leading to a better market response. What is interesting is the contribution value of ROA and NPM, showing a large portion, namely 71.5%. This confirms, if profit is the main factor in increasing the value of the company.

To improve effective performance, organizational agencies can pay attention to the most important thing, namely meeting the needs of their employees. The objectives of this study include (1) to analyze the effect of reward on employee work motivation (2) to analyze the effect of punishment on work motivation (3) to analyze the effect of reward and punishment on employee motivation at PT Antam Tbk, UBPE Pongkor. The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive analytic type of research, data collection is done through a questionnaire, with an active employee population of PT. Antam tbk UBPE pongkor. The method of determining the sample using the tabachic and Fidell method, the number of samples used in this study is 60 PT.Antam.Tbk, UBPE Pongkor employee respondents, the data used and processed is primary data. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical package for the social sciencess (spss) version 21 program. Based on the results of statistical calculations, it shows that (1) the reward variable has no positive and not significant effect, (2) the punishment variable has a positive and significant effect (3) the reward and punishment variables together have a significant and significant effect on the work motivation of employees at PT Antam Tbk, UBPE Pongkor.

PENGARUH INFLASI, KURS DOLAR AS, DAN SUKU BUNGA (BI), TERHADAP PENENTUAN HARGA EMAS

Investing gold is one of the right choices to avoid losses due to the economy that is sometimes uncertain, gold investment is a low-risk investment instrument, gold is a good hedge option because gold is not affected by inflation or zero inflation. This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, US Dollar Exchange Rates, and Interest Rates (BI), on the Gold Price. The sample used in this study is the company PT Antam Tbk, 2014-2018, where the company is a company engaged in the sale of gold and other metals, as well as a company that sets the price of gold in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used are secondary data from 2014-2018. The data analysis technique used is time-series data with multiple linear regression methods of panel data using Eviews 9. Based on the analysis found that partially (t-test) inflation has a significant positive effect on the price of gold, while the US dollar exchange rate has a positive effect not significant to the price of gold. And simultaneously (Test F) Interest Rate (BI) has a significant negative effect on the price of gold.

Analisis Tata Letak Pabrik dan Pola Aliran Bahan Feronikel di FeNi Plant 3 PT Antam Tbk Unit Bisnis Pertambangan Nikel Sulawesi Tenggara

ABSTRACTNickel industry is one of the industry that potentially to increase foreign exchange. PT Antam Tbk UBPN Southeast Sulawesi has land area about 169.194,937 m2 with 14.452,85 m2 of buildings in FeNi Plant 3. In producing nickel, PT Antam Tbk UBPN Southeast Sulawesi requires a more optimum layout and material flow pattern. The objective of this research was to analyzed the layout of production and material handling in the FeNi Plant 3. The methods used in this study were relationship analysis of production activity and Assembly Line Balancing. The result showed that the current ferronikel flow layout and flow pattern is shaped a straight line, and efficiency assembly line balansing about 71,25 percent.Keywords: assembly line balancing, ferronickel, material flow pattern, layout production.ABSTRAKIndustri pengolahan nikel merupakan salah satu industri yang berpotensi menambah devisa negara. PT Antam Tbk UBPN Sulawesi Tenggara memiliki luas lahan sekitar 169.194,937 m2 dengan luas bangunan di FeNi Plant 3 sekitar 14.452,85 m2. PT Antam Tbk UBPN Sulawesi Tenggara dalam memproduksi nikel memerlukan tata letak dan pola aliran bahan yang lebih optimum. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis tata letak produksi dan pola aliran bahan feronikel di FeNi Plant 3 serta efisiensi keseimbangan lini perakitan. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan analisis hubungan kedekatan aktivitas produksi dan keseimbangan lini perakitan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tata letak dan pola aliran bahan feronikel saat ini berbentuk garis lurus, serta efisiensi keseimbangan lini perakitan sebesar 71,25 persen.Kata kunci: feronikel, keseimbangan lini perakitan, pola aliran bahan, tata letak produksi.

Analysis of Hagemonic Practices in the Application of Occupational Health and Safety at Production Units in Pt. Aneka Tambang, TBK UBPN Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi

One of the factors causing conflict between workers and the company are unsafe working conditions due to the application of the Occupational Health and Safety is not running properly. The research problem is: “How the application of Occupational Health and Safety at production unit in PT. Antam Tbk UBPN Pomalaa and forms of hegemony practices carried by the company for the benefit of workers hegemonic.” Theoretically the Occupational Health and Safety system was made to protect workers. Gramci’s theory of hegemony is used to identify the non-coercive repression that occured in PT. Antam Pomalaa. The research method used is qualitative critical emancipatory. The results showed the hegemony of the practices in PT Antam Tbk UBPN Pomalaa namely: (1) The pressure on workers in the form of inhibition of the employee's career (Pressure on carrier) (2) Creation of internal trade union PerAntam. PerAntam is a rival union SPSI (Dis-cohesion Internal). (3) Efforts to construct reasoning employees that Occupational Health and Safety is not less important than the welfare and advancement. (Construction of Reason). (4) The provision of facilities and infrastructure Occupational Health and Safety which do not have the required quality (Abandonment). The argument of this study is a hegemonic social relationship will be lasting if and only if it started from an attempt hegemony through the construction of reason, internal dis-cohesion and pressure on what is considered important by subordinate groups.
