Gumelem Wetan Village is a village in Susukan District, Banjarnegara Regency which is located ± 36 Km from the city center. In the implementation of population administration in Gumelem Wetan Village for population data processing from recording, making certificates to reporting population data, births, deaths, and moves is still manual bookkeeping. This of course reduces the effectiveness and efficiency of population data management. Technology, information and communication have developed very rapidly, this must be used to facilitate the management of population data in Gumelem Wetan Village because technology can provide convenience for humans in various aspects of life. In Indonesia, almost all companies and institutions, both government and private, have sophisticated data processing technology, so the presence of information technology is very necessary. Unlike the data processing in Gumelem Wetan Village which is still bookkeeping, a website-based population administration information system is needed for Gumelem Wetan Village that is able to manage population data effectively and efficiently. So that it can facilitate the performance of the Gumelem Wetan Village Government apparatus. In addition, it can also improve public services, especially administrative services for the people of Gumelem Wetan Village. This study used interviews, literature review, and observation as data collection methods. While the system development method uses the waterfall method using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language. The output of this research is a website-based population administration information system in Gumelem Wetan Village. Persuasive Communication through Social Media Study of the Factors Influencing The Effectiveness Of Da'wah Communication Through Youtube Media

The phenomenon of da'wah today is developing so broadly and dynamically with the presence of information technology and the internet, that da'wah can be carried out in cyberspace. The second is to find a da'wah communication model through YouTube media . The theory used is the theory of Cognitive Dissonance from Festinger. The research method used was an explanatory survey method, with a sample of 216 people from YouTube viewers of Ustadz Abdul Somad's lectures whose subscribers numbered 2.31 million. Analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS IBM 25 software. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire. To complete the quantitative data interviews were conducted. The results showed that media factors, communicator credibility, and messages influenced the effectiveness of Ustadz Abdul Somad's da'wah communication, both in cognitive, affective and conative aspects. The model for the da'wah communication process through YouTube social media is as follows: In a state of dissonance (between actions and beliefs regarding Islamic teachings) people will seek information that can reduce or eliminate dissonance, selective exposure occurs, selective perception, selective memory, exposure occurs with UAS da'wah communication through YouTube social media (there is the influence of media factors, credibility, messages), resulting in changes in cognitive, affective and conative aspects, the cognitive system returns to a consistent or balanced condition.

STRATEGY FORMULATION ANALYSIS WITH COMPANY IMPLEMENTATION IN DEALING WITH THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC SITUATION

The Covid-19 virus which has swept the world and become a global pademic has changed the world order. The reduced social economic activities of the community to reduce social interaction that can accelerate the spread of the virus, resulting in a decline in the performance of economic sectors. Many industries experience a decline in revenue and can result in further cessation of company operations. The Covid-19 pandemic to date has not been able to predict how long it will end which causes uncertainty about the future. In order for a company to continue to exist and grow sustainably, it is very important to formulate a future strategy that is full of uncertainty. Pizza Hut is one of the American restaurants and international franchises founded in 1958 in Wichita, Kansas by Dan and Frank Carney. The company is known for its Italian-American food, including pizza and pasta as well as side dishes and desserts. This research aims to implement marketing strategies to achieve excellence in the midst of this pandemic. The results showed that the marketing strategy used by Pizza Hut can increase sales volume by staying, even if selling on the side of the road. As well as the presence of information technology provides many benefits for Pizza HUT, such as being able to alleviate complex business activities as well as produce information that is trustworthy, relevant on time, complete, understandable and tested in the framework of planning, controlling and making management decisions. Agricultural Extension Performance Through the Use of Internet Media

The presence of information technology is a challenge for field agricultural extension to master computer skills and utilize the internet. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of field agricultural extension and the effect of internal and external characteristics of extension on the utilization of internet media in Deli Serdang Regency. The population and research sample were 139 people using the census method. This study uses descriptive analysis, Pearson product moment correlation, multiple regression analysis, and effective contribution testing. The results showed that the measurement of the performance of agricultural extension with the highest value of 44.6 % was in the good category. The results of simultaneous correlation and regression tests through the F test show that there is a significant relationship and influence between each variable. Partially in multiple regression tests, the variables of age, education level, internet media ownership, perception of the internet, and internet usage patterns have a significant effect, while the variable of agency support has no significant effect on internet media utilization for extension. Based on the calculation of effective contribution, the variable internet usage pattern shows the largest effective contribution of 19.87 % with a relative contribution of 39.15 %.

The Role of Human Resources Management Professionals' Skills in Information Technology

The current research aims to measure the impact of the skills of human resources management professionals in information technology in Iraqi private banks, as the skills of human resources management professionals constitute the modern trend of banks' interest in employees with outstanding performance, and the presence of information technology in banks is a prerequisite for dealing with the huge amount of data. And converting it into information to support the decision-maker in light of a complex environment, and the field research problem was the presence of a clear lack of interest in the skills of human resource management professionals and the weak adoption of information technology, which was reflected negatively on the competitiveness of Iraqi private banks. The questionnaire was adopted as a main tool in collecting data and information related to the research, which was prepared based on a number of ready-made scales and using the five-point Likert scale, and was subjected to validity and reliability tests, and distributed to a sample of (91) individuals from the managers and employees of human resources departments working in Iraqi private banks. And to analyze the research data, the ready-made statistical program (SPSS V.27) was used. Among the most important statistical tools used in the analysis are: "the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression, and path analysis." The most prominent results of the research showed that there is an indirect effect relationship to the skills of human resources management professionals in information technology

Disease Classification on Rice Leaves using DenseNet121, DenseNet169, DenseNet201

Rice is a plant that can grow in the tropics. This plant can produce food that can meet the needs of the people of a country. This plant can grow well if it is cared for properly. If the planting has used good care, such as providing adequate water, adding good fertilizer, it can be ascertained that it will produce a lot of rice fruit after harvesting. This often causes concern if rice growers have given good care but often produce less rice fruit because rice plants are attacked by various diseases. This is what makes the problem, that rice plants are attacked by diseases. Before spraying diseases or pests, farmers should have an understanding of diseases in rice. This makes farmers not wrong in choosing drugs for farmers' rice. It is very vulnerable if farmers do not know about the rice disease. Therefore, it is necessary to observe what types of rice diseases attack rice plants. Observations are not enough just to take pictures with a camera. But it is necessary to carry out further analysis of rice diseases. The presence of information technology is now able to recognize any type. One of the machine learning technologies is able to detect rice diseases. One of these branches of machine learning is deep learning. By using a dataset that focuses on rice disease, the model generated from deep learning training is able to detect rice disease. The purpose of this research is to predict disease in rice leaves using deep learning, namely DenseNet. Training using DenseNet, namely DenseNet121, DenseNet169 and DenseNet201. Accuracy using DenseNet121 reached 91.67%, DenseNet169 reached 90%, and DenseNet201 reached 88.33%. The model training time takes 24 seconds.

Behavior Analysis on PLN Mobile Users Using UTAUT Method

The advancement of information technology is currently accelerating in all aspects of life. The presence of information technology, which is constantly evolving, makes it easier for users to use information systems. Technological advancements show that information technology is not currently required for businesses or organizations. PT. PLN (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in the electricity sector that controls, supplies, and serves the community's electricity needs. PT. PLN (Persero) is committed to improving electricity services for all customers. PT. PLN (Persero) provides innovation in the form of the PLN Mobile Application to improve electrical services. The PLN Mobile Application provides users with up-to-date information on electricity services, allows them to register independently based on their needs, and calculates costs. This research aimed to identify the behavioral factors influencing users' acceptance of the PLN Mobile Application. The UTAUT model was used for the research, and it was modified with seven variables: performance expectation, effort expectation, social influence, facilitating conditions, trust, information quality, and behavioral Intention. Sampling using the Probability Sampling Technique, with Random Sampling as the sampling type. The sample size was 400 respondents from Surabaya City who have used the PLN Mobile Application. SEM-PLS and SmartPls 3 software were used to analyze research data. According to the research finding, the factors influencing Behavioral Intention or user behavior on the PLN Mobile Application were Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions, and Social Influence (p-value 0, 05). In contrast, Trust and Information Quality had no positive and insignificant effect on Behavioral Intention.

Analysis of Hadith Understanding Method among Millennial Ulama in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia

This study aims to determine the methods and ways of understanding hadith among millennial scholars in the Internet era today. The presence of information technology has occurred in learning methods and ways of understanding hadith among the younger generation of scholars. This is in line with previous research that the younger generation of Muslims has used the Internet as a source of learning about the Islamic religion. Likewise, how to understand hadith among millennial scholars have also used online means to understand hadith through various online sources. This study uses a qualitative method with data collected through focus group interviews and in-depth interviews with 35 young scholars in Central Sulawesi. Data were analyzed using the thematic approach of Corbin and Strauss. The results of this study indicate that millennial scholars have used the Internet to study hadith. Millennial scholars have also affiliated with specific religious organizations online to study hadith. Then the millennial scholars are affiliated with specific religious figures online to understand hadith. Furthermore, millennial scholars also believe that the Internet can help understand hadith learning by sharing hadith knowledge online. This research can contribute to simplifying the learning process and understanding various hadiths that do not have to rely on conventional sources such as Islamic boarding schools, madrasas, and scholars manually

Operational values of information technology and green initiatives: the stochastic production frontier approach

Previous studies regarding environmental issues in the field of Information Technology (IT) focused on the direct impact of IT on the environment and indicated a trade-off relationship between them. This study employs the resource-based view (RBV), theory of production, and stochastic production frontier (SPF) approach to empirically investigate the operational value creating power of IT and green initiatives at firm, industry, and sector level, providing evidence that the presence of IT and green initiatives can positively contribute to operational performance. Our findings suggest that the complementarity phenomenon exist between green initiatives and IT. Furthermore, this study shows detailed information on how IT and green initiatives contribute to operational performance in different ways, provides managers and decision makers a guideline for IT and green initiative investment decision-making, and develops a more realistic stochastic production frontier model for researchers to apply.

Implementation of Geographic Information System Base On Google Maps API to Determine Bidikmisi Scholarship Recipient Distribution in Central Sulawesi Indonesia

The presence of information technology in web-based digital mapping, especially using the Google API, has helped various parties make decisions regarding mapping to find out the distribution of various objects. Bidikmisi scholarship recipients are a group of university students who receive fundings Indonesian government every year. They come from various regions and economic backgrounds. However, the distribution of origin of students receiving the Bidikmisi scholarships has never been investigated accurately. As a result, information related to the geographical distribution of Bidikmisi scholarship recipients, both from an economic point of view and the quality of their education, has not yet been mapped. This study, therefore, developed a geographic information system (GIS) application based on google API to map the distribution of students receiving Bidikmisi scholarship based on region and economic geography. Data were gathered through surveys and interviews with experts and stakeholders from the State Islamic University of Datokarama Palu, Indonesia, to obtain information regarding the GIS design and also the criteria for Bidikmisi scholarship recipients. The results of the study show that 305 students received the scholarship from twelve regencies in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia. The origins of the students were successfully mapped throughout the province. Our study helped universities, especially in the field of student affairs and the Quality Assurance Department, to monitor the distribution of Bidikmisi scholarship recipients. Our study can be used as a reference in making quick and accurate decisions in future scholarship distribution.

Financial Data Processing Application On Optical Annisa Blitar

Information technology is growing faster, now with the presence of information technology, companies can do business more easily, one of which is the business of optics. Optik Annisa Jaya is one of the companies engaged in the field of glasses in the city of Blitar. Optik Annisa still has several shortcomings, one of which is a mechanism where obstacles in managing financial report data are still carried out by manual processing from recording sales transaction notes and recorded in sales transaction records so that it takes a long time. For making this application using the system development method, namely the method waterfall, a desktop-based application that uses php desktop as the interface design and SQLite as the database. The application testing process uses black box testing using the ISO 9126 standard. Based on the table of results of the assessment of Financial Data Processing Applications at Optik Annisa by media experts, media experts obtained an average feasibility percentage score of (89.5%) in the "Very Eligible" eligibility criteria with consider some suggestions from experts for future application development to be even better. With the creation of this application, it is hoped that it can help in easy financial management and can handle financial management problems at Optik Annisa.

Da'wah Through the Youtube Platform in the Digital Age

Da'wah is an activity that calls and invites people to the path of truth, the phenomenon of da'wah is currently developing so rapidly and dynamically with the presence of information technology and the internet, so that da'wah can be carried out in cyberspace. This study aims to describe how the phenomenon of da'wah occurs in cyberspace, especially on YouTube. It is important to do research to see how the influence of the experience of communication and information on the development of da'wah in cyberspace. Data collection techniques were carried out by reading and collecting related literature and theoretical references related to research problems from various sources such as journals, books, articles, and other data on the internet. The existence of da'wah is very important in human life, especially during a pandemic like this. Da'wah from time to time experiences dynamics along with human development. Da'wah emphasizes the task and process of how to convey Islamic teachings with full sincerity through various means and media. The presence of information technology is also the top platform for media in preaching. Da'i is the main factor in receiving maximal da'wah messages by mad'u, this is also a challenge and opportunity in preaching. In this study using a qualitative method that aims to find a way out of challenges and opportunity in preaching by relying on information technology and based on the results of research, preaching during the pandemic in the village of Lampuja continues as usual but by complying with government recommendations and implementing health protocols with the help of the use of information technology be able to reach and convey da'wah messages quickly and widely.

Teleworking Perspectives for Romanian SMEs after the COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract The crisis caused by COVID-19, made us rethink our perception of the way of life. Traffic restrictions, isolation, quarantine, the need for social distance have generated new behavior by transferring null activities in the online environment. The advantage today is that the 21st century is characterized by the presence of information technology and its rapid development. The telecommute proposed by Nilles (1994), became in 2020 a very topical concept, due to the special situation in which the whole of humanity is. Although both employers and employees have refused the teleworking formula for a long time, it has now become the only possibility to maintain an acceptable level of activity. The rapid evolution of ITC technologies and applications, the entry on the labor market of the M generation have contributed to the increase of favorability for telework, in 2018 it being included in the Romanian legislation. The methodology for this article was to analyze the Romanian Classification of Activities in the National Economy (CAEN) to find out in which domains do Romanian SMEs prefer to activate and to find out the resistance to telecommuting as a way of work by finding out which of these economic sectors have implemented day to day teleworking long ago and which will. An empirical analysis of every domain was complemented by the survey results to verify to which extent telecommuting is feasible in Romanian SMEs, especially during and after the Coronavirus pandemic. It was necessary to analyze of Eurofound statistics regarding living and working during the COVID-19 pandemic to find out correlations and differences between the authors’ findings and the EU27 baseline.

Sustaining Local Communities through Cultural Industries Based on Local Wisdom in Tigawasa Village

Globalization with the presence of information technology and development is a challenge for the sustainability of local communities that identic with tradition and culture. The value of local wisdom is an identity that is a strength because there is no in other places. This study wants to prove that local wisdom can provide added value and could even be used as a fundamental factor for sustainable development. The subject of study is the cultural industries. It is said, cultural industries that have cultural values are an important component and it contains the strength of narration of the output. The investigation is carried out by exploring local wisdom-based economic activities, access to labor, and social sustainability to show that the value of local wisdom as an identity can realize a sustainable economy in a rural area. In-depth interviews and observations with an ethnography approach to the case study method conducted in Tigawasa Village, Buleleng. This village is Bali Aga Village, home of Bali Mula or Bali’s original people, the earliest inhabitants of the island, which have local wisdom of bamboo.

STRATEGI PENDIDIKAN AKHLAK BAGI GENERASI MUDA DI ERA DISRUPSI

The revolution in the field of information technology today has been able to change fundamentally the social order of society. The presence of information technology provides a lot of comfort for humans, but it also has a destructive side that threatens young generation. This paper through the study of literature aims to analyse the extent of the urgency and strategy of moral education for young generations of Muslims in the Disruption Era. The results of this study show the increasing importance of moral education for the younger generation, even becoming a primary need. This is due to a variety of morality problems that are increasingly widespread in this era with easy access to information technology. For that, the steps that need to be pursued to build individuals who have good morality, namely by: 1) providing a comprehensive understanding of the concept of morality; 2) giving and showing an example; 3) prevent learners to dissolve in pleasure and luxury; 4) strengthen the relationship between educators and students; 5) use a variety of methods in accordance with the conditions of students; and 6) building and controlling the environment of students (the surrounding environment and the influence of cyberspace).
