Ethics is a science that discusses the habits and customs that develop in society. Pancasila as an ethical system in Indonesia is closely related to the basic values contained in the five precepts of Pancasila. The purpose of Pancasila as an ethical system is to find out the reasons related to it, political sources, historical sources, and sociological sources of the ethical system in Pancasila. In addition, it can find out the dynamics or challenges and urgency and essence of Pancasila as an ethical system. The method used is a qualitative research method with a study or literature study approach. The results of this study are that Pancasila plays an important role for Indonesian citizens in regulating appropriate behavior or behavior and is a guideline and foundation for society in ethics.

Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Modul PPKn Kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar

This research aims to create a product in the form of a civic education module for learning civic education in the first year of primary school on the material for recognizing the symbols and precepts of Pancasila. This study uses the 4D (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate) research model, which is a type of research and development (R&D). Three specialists were involved in the study: materials experts, design experts and linguists. In this research, the data collection tool was a questionnaire with an evaluation on a Likert scale. Aiken's V formula was used to analyze the data.. From the calculation results, the following research results were obtained: (1) The average value of the validity test in terms of overall material is 0.892857 with valid status. (2) The average value of the validity test in terms of overall design is 0.964286 with valid status. (3) The average value of the validity test in terms of language as a whole is 0.714286 with valid status. Thus, the Civics module in learning Civics grade 1 elementary school material recognizing the symbols and precepts of Pancasila has good validity and is suitable for use.

Configuration of the Values of Al-Qur’an, Pancasila, and Mathematics: Critical Study of Integration-Based Analysis in Indonesia

This paper presents about the values of Al-Qur’an, Pancasila, and Mathematics in the discourse on the theory of interconnection integration undergoing a demystification process. The configuration of the values of Al-Qur’an, Pancasila, and Mathematics through Islamic studies is carried out with a theo-anthropocentric process on the integralist values of Al-Qur’an to Mathematics, giving birth to six models, namely Mathematics for Al-Qur’an, Mathematics from Al-Qur’an, Mathematics to explore Al-Qur’an, Mathematics to deliver Al-Qur’an, Mathematics to explain Al-Qur’an, and Mathematics with Al-Qur’an. In integration, there is an effort to restructure Qur’anic and Mathematical sciences, while in interconnection there are meetings in the format of complementation, comparison, confirmation, and the contribution of the verses of Al-Qur’an to the five precepts of Pancasila.

Implementation of Pancasila Values in School Culture in the Era of Globalization

As the ideology of the nation and state, Pancasila reflects the customary, cultural and religious values embodied in the life of the Indonesian people. In addition, Pancasila is also used as a basis for building the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The values in Pancasila include divinity, humanity, unity, democracy and justice. The current condition of Indonesian education can be seen from the behavior and character of students and educators inside and outside the educational environment. As a state ideology, Pancasila faces various challenges from time to time. To maintain the existence of Pancasila as the state ideology, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the implementation of Pancasila values in everyday life, especially in education, is necessary. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of literature study and inductive data analysis. The data source consists of the results of previous research, but reviewed again in this journal. Globalization cannot be avoided, so Pancasila is needed as a filter to deal with it. Cultivating Pancasila values must not only be understood, but also internalized and realized in the experiences of every individual and the whole society, especially students, most of whom currently hold the key to the successful implementation of the five precepts of Pancasila so that a person who grows with awareness and encourages the implementation of life can be formed. social, just, and state based on Pancasila.

PENTINGNYA IMPLEMENTASI NILAI PANCASILA SILA KESATU DALAM MENUMBUHKAN KARAKTER SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR – ANALISIS STUDI PUSTAKA

The application of Pancasila values ​​is very important in developing the character of elementary school students in everyday life. The application of the values ​​in the first precepts of Pancasila is based on "Belief in the One and Only God". The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of Pancasila values ​​in the first precepts among elementary school students. The research method used was literature study with 15 journal articles reviewed. The results show that the application of the first Pancasila values ​​is very important in growing the character of elementary school students. Where the character can be formed in a short time. The role of parents and teachers is very influential in the implementation of the implementation of Pancasila values, especially the first precepts in students' daily lives.

The Value Clarification Technique Learning Model Improves the Character of Elementary School Students

Parents and teachers are facing a decline in the character of several Indonesian children at the elementary school level. In response to this, character education must be encouraged. In the school environment, character education can be taught, one of which is through learning civics education (PKN), with the hope that students can behave appropriately by all the precepts of Pancasila. This study aims to analyze the VCT (Value Clarification Technique) model for improving good character in students after learning PKN. This study uses a quantitative method with pre-test and post-test approaches presented with descriptive analysis. The research design used is Quasi-Experiment: One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this study were 38 students. Methods of data collection with tests. Data collection instrument with test questions. Data analysis techniques have three stages: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and data validation. The research results show an increase of 45% in the excellent character of students who comply with the five Pancasila precepts. VCT can be a learning model considered effective in improving and enhancing student character.

Problems of Criminal Applications Law in The Life of Indonesian Communities and Cultures

Early January 2023, the President of the Republic of Indonesia ratified the R-KUHP to become Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code. The new Criminal Code will be enforced in three years, with the agenda of socializing it to all law enforcement officials, and also to all Indonesian people. This study wants to explore the use of the Criminal Code with the various problems that accompany it, during an independent nation. The enactment of the Criminal Code raises its own problems for Indonesian religious people based on the first precepts of Pancasila and having an eastern culture. The method used in this research is doctrinal research or normative legal research and is supported by empirical legal research. The novelty of this study is an analysis of the problems with the application of the Criminal Code so far to strengthen the enforceability of the new Criminal Code which will be implemented in the next three years. Research results are, the problem with the application of the Criminal Code as a form of material criminal law has an impact on all aspects. First, the aspect of legal education where knowledge about criminal law reform is not beneficial due to the maintenance of the Criminal Code, from the judicial or law enforcement aspect, the Criminal Code also continues to be used and even becomes the basis for considering the general rules of Book I of the Criminal Code, as long as it is not regulated in laws and regulations outside the Criminal Code. The validity of the Criminal Code from the perspective of religious law and customary law has gaps that cause problems, such as the adultery article in the Criminal Code which has different meanings and principles from those stipulated in religious law and customary law. The principle of “no excuse”, which is implied in the Criminal Code, does not reflect the religious and cultural character of the Indonesian people by prioritizing the concept of forgiveness.

Implementation of the 3th Pancasila Values in Generation Z in the Digital Era of Students in Ppkn Study Program

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the values of the third Pancasila precept in Generation Z in the digital era of Pancasila and Citizenship Education study program students at Pamulang University and to find out the efforts to minimize the impact of the digital era in Generation Z in implementing the values of the third Pancasila precept students of the Pancasila and Citizenship Education study program at Pamulang University. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation process of the values of the third precept in generation Z in the digital era by students of the Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program has gone quite well, with respect for different ethnicities, religions and also different cultures. However, differences in mindset and the ease with which information can be received about various cultures makes Generation Z prefer foreign cultures to their own. Efforts that can be made to minimize the negative impact of the digital era in implementing the values of the third Pancasila precept can be started from self-awareness regarding the importance of values in the precepts of Indonesian Unity. Another effort that can be made from tertiary institutions, especially the Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program, is to conduct socialization, seminars that have a connection with the values of the third precepts of Pancasila.

<p><strong>Abstract</strong>. <em>The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of Civics learning on the material "Relationship of Symbols with the Precepts of Pancasila'' and to find out the application of Pancasila values to fourth-grade students of SD Negeri Purwotomo No. 97. This research uses qualitative research using the case study method. The results of the study showed that Civics learning material on the relationship of symbols and Pancasila principles went well and learning took place actively. The implementation of the Pancasila values from the first to the fifth precepts has been going well, from the average results of 20 students or 92% of students have implemented the Pancasila values from the first to the fifth precepts, but there are still some values in the implementation that are not optimal, especially indicators. Opinions in the value of deliberation and representation have also not been carried out optimally because students are not confident in themselves and are afraid of being wrong if their opinion is not right. This there is a need for habituation carried out by parents and guidance by teachers in schools in the application of Pancasila values so that students are accustomed to behaving and behaving in accordance with Pancasila values.</em></p>

Meanwhile, liberalization on technology which is considered free from any ideology, is not separable from capitalism which controls technological sophistication that causes the ideological disruption of a nation (new colonialism). The purpose of this study is to analyze the relevance of Pancasila which is the philosophical bases of the jurisprudence paradigm in Indonesia when faced the globalization. To analyze this problem, this article uses normative legal research method with philosophical approach. Pancasila as the guardian of the ideology of the Indonesia state has very strategic and significant role in maintaining the philosophy of law that is constantly evolving in responding the globalization from ontology, epistemology and axiology aspects. The five precepts of Pancasila are dynamic and accommodating ideological-philosophical bases for the development of jurisprudence in facing the current challenges.

Notary in Indonesia: How Are State Fundamental Values Reflected in Law and Professional Ethics?

In recent times, the public has concerns addressed to the position of notary due to cases of violations of law and code of ethics by notaries. This situation leads to a question on the internalization of state values and ethical principles by a notary. This paper aims at elaborating on the position of a Notary in the Indonesian legal system, and further, analyzing the reflection of Pancasila values in Law on Notary and the Code of ethics of Notary. It is legal research that primarily analyzes the normative contents of applicable Indonesian law and regulations that regulate the issue of a notary, Articles of Association of the Indonesian Notary Association, Code of Ethics of Notary, as well as relevant court decisions. This article concludes that the Indonesian legal system granted notary a status as a public official authorized to make authentic deeds and other authorities as intended in Indonesian Notary Law. In addition, the legal system also requires notary, as a legal profession, to become a member of Ikatan Notaris Indonesia (INI), the only legitimate notary association in Indonesia. Normatively, both Indonesian Notary Law and the Code of Ethics of Notary have adopted the values contained in the precepts of Pancasila which in general require a notary to have good moral integrity, character, and personality; uphold professional ethics; prioritize services for the interests of the community and the state; have social concerns; and carry out tasks without merely focused on economic benefits.

The Rights to Freedom of Belief Based on Pancasila

Pancasila is the legal basis and ideology of Indonesia, which regulates all existing laws, including the freedom of belief. Hence, every society should cultivate a sense of unity in diversity by respecting and appreciating other religions, as the existence of all beliefs is guaranteed by law and the state.

Kontektualisasi Nilai-Nilai Sila Pertama Pancasila dalam Al-Qur’an dan Problematika Implementasi

Abstract In addition to the moral decline, the sense of nationalism as a citizen also experienced the same thing. Attitudes and actions that do not reflect good citizens of the State often characterize the State of Indonesia. One example is the act of discrimination from the majority group to the minority group. Indonesia was built by diversity, not individuals. Through a joint consensus by the nation's founding fathers, not the common people. All forms of discrimination are not allowed either according to Islamic law or the rules that apply in a country. In Indonesia, the rules regarding freedom to embrace religion and belief are regulated in Law no. 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights. The method used is a qualitative method with a literature approach, and the analysis uses descriptive. The results of the analysis show that Pancasila values ​​are the essence of the feeling of the condition of the Indonesian nation. The value of the first precepts of Pancasila is in synergy with the moral message behind the text of the verse and the substance of the teachings of Islam itself. The value of the first precepts of Pancasila becomes the foundation for the following precepts. Everything is in synergy with each other and there is no contradiction. In the context of internalizing the values ​​of Pancasila, there are at least three implementation problems. The first is the problem of implementing basic values, the second is the value of the instrument, and the third is the practical value.

Rebuilding Private Hospital According to Indonesian Health Law Politics

In Article 21 of Law Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals, only private hospitals in the form of PT, do not regulate and even strengthen the position of private hospitals, foundations and associations as a forum for health services in accordance with Pancasila and Article 34 paragraph (3) of the Constitution. 1945 as the legal politics of health services in Indonesia. Therefore, this is the reason for the author to conduct a study with the aim of rebuilding a private hospital in accordance with the character of the Indonesian state which has a social-human spirit. This study focuses on the main problem, namely How should the legal politics of regulating the form of private hospitals in the future. The research method used is normative law or doctrinal methods that are qualitative in nature to analyze data based on norms in laws and regulations that are guided by the precepts of Pancasila as the basis of Indonesian legal politics. The results of this study conclude that in the future the legal entity of a private hospital should not be in the form of a PT, but must be in the form of foundations and associations, because foundations and associations have separate assets and are intended to achieve certain goals in the social and religious fields. The participation of foundations and associations is in accordance with Article 28C paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution, which stipulates that "everyone has the right to advance himself in fighting for his rights collectively to build his community, nation and state. Finally, private hospitals, foundations and associations are in accordance with Pancasila and Article 34 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution as the legal political basis for health services.

Implementation of Transcendental-Based Juvenile Criminal Sanctions

The development of law in Indonesia is carried out based on the noble values contained in the precepts of Pancasila. These noble values are actually an inseparable part of transcendental values. Penolakan Notaris Muslim Terhadap Pembuatan Akta Ribawi (Perspektif UUJN Dan Hukum Islam)

The dualism of usury deed arrangement causes Muslim notaries to experience a dilemma about their obligations in making authentic deeds. The regulation regarding usury is only regulated in Islamic law, while positive law does not clearly regulate it. The problem in this thesis is the consideration of refusing to make a usury deed; conditions are allowed to make usury deed; and the legal consequences of refusing to make a deed of usury. This research is descriptive, namely normative juridical. Sources of secondary data and supplemented by primary data through interviews. The data collection technique used literature study and qualitative data analysis which was described descriptively. The consideration of refusing to make a deed of usury is contrary to Article 29 of the 1945 Constitution and the first precepts of Pancasila and the Qur'an and Hadith. The conditions that allow the making of a usury deed are to complete a cooperation agreement with the bank, emergencies and needs, a Muslim notary is responsible for the deed made. The legal consequence of refusing to make a deed of usury is that Notary Supervisory Board can be prosecuted and followed up and will avoid the sin of usury. The Victims Rights & Conditions Protection On Trafficting Crime Through The Implementation Of Restitutions

This study aims to further analyze the protection of victims of the crime of human trafficking who have not been able to accommodate the rights and losses of victims. The approach method used is sociological juridical. Based on the analysis of the existing findings, it is clear that the implementation of the protection of the rights of victims of human trafficking has not been running effectively due to unclear restitution arrangements, both in terms of magnitude and related to criminal arrangements for replacement of restitution. The Crime of Human trafficking is a crime against humanity that can harm a person both materially and physically and mentally. In addition, it is necessary for victims of human trafficking to obtain protection of their rights, which in this case can be done through restitution. In practice, the amount of restitution is not clearly defined. In addition, the existence of a criminal substitute for compensation, which in this case includes restitution, makes the implementation of restitution difficult for victims of human trafficking. Such conditions clearly contradict the First Precepts, Second Precepts, and Fifth Precepts of Pancasila, as well as the Fourth Paragraph of the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as the purpose of the state, as well as Article 28D paragraph (1) and Article 28G Paragraph (1 ) and Paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as the basic foundation related to the human rights of victims of human trafficking, and as a legal ratio in law in Indonesia.
