Innovative Analysis of Higher Vocational Education Model Based on Virtual Reality Technology

Higher vocational colleges are an important part of China’s higher education system. They pay attention to the cultivation of students’ ability to analyze and solve problems, and play an important role in promoting students’ understanding and mastery of knowledge. At the present stage, due to the influence of many historical and realistic factors, the educational and teaching conditions of China’s higher vocational colleges are relatively weak, and the supporting charity of teaching is slightly outdated, so many advanced teaching practice models are difficult to play their roles. Virtual reality technology is the combination of information technology and artificial intelligence, it represents the forefront of scientific and technological development. With the popularization and application of this technology in various industries, more and more people have noticed that innovative education in vocational colleges can be improved from the perspective of technological innovation and teaching mode innovation. The purpose of this paper is to explore how to realize the innovation of higher vocational education model with the intervention of virtual reality technology. This paper starts with the application status of virtual reality technology, analyzes the specific measures of this technology in the innovation practice of higher vocational education, and simulates and analyzes the effect of this technology on practical teaching innovation. The research results of this paper show that virtual reality technology can greatly improve the formalization, inpertinence and imperfect training system of innovation education in higher vocational colleges, break the limitation of time and space, reduce the cost, and improve the status quo of innovation education in higher vocational colleges.

The Construction of Experimental Area: the Innovation Platform of Teachers' Professional Growth — Based on Teachers' Education Practice Teaching Reform in Bohai University

Teachers' Education Practice Teaching Reform is the new exploration of teachers' education reform and elementary education development. It is the new approach to the specialization of teachers' education, lifelong learning and the integration. It is also a new model of teachers' education on the basis of equal cooperation of normal universities and elementary education. In combination with the practical situation of innovation of practice teaching in teachers' education, this paper tries to find that there were problems, put forward the corresponding improvement way and make the quality of the innovation platform of education teachers' professional development get further improved. We should strengthen and improve the construction of experimental area of the teachers' education innovation, and we construct the teachers' education system and the running mechanism suitable for our national conditions. Taking teachers' education innovation for the experimental area construction in Bohai University as the research object, this paper discusses existing problems and the and reasons of the policy and management mechanism, the education teaching resources, teaching staff construction, the student practical ability during the process of the teachers' education construction.

A Sober Reflection on Present TESOL in China – From a TESOL Teacher's Perspective

First of all, this paper explores the existing problems in present CET (college English teaching) in China. After analyzing the factors leading to the existing problems in CET, it concentrates on the resolutions to the issues. An Innovative Marketing Model Based on AIDA: - A Case from E-bank Campus-marketing by China Construction Bank

In mature marketing, general perception towards AIDA is that most enterprises will lay emphasis directly on value proposition of a product or services, and encourage clients going to each step of AIDA layers, finally to increase the total number of final step, say enlarging the number of actual buying action. Based on AIDA theory and market feature of universities via e-bank at China Construction Bank (CCB) , this paper has introduced a new marketing model which present a new value proposition (new value proposition is attempting to focus on practical-teaching innovation and job competency improvement) to accelerate AIDA marketing activities at university market, the outcome further helps to grow AIDA at bigger market groups. Finding of this paper shows new model greatly improved marketing efficiency of e-bank services from CCB at university market, and it also unfolds a new perspective in marketing of the enterprises.
