Islamic Economy to Reduce Poverty in Indonesia According to the Al-Qur’an

The poverty economy in Indonesia is a serious problem that requires attention and holistic solutions. This research aims to analyze efforts to overcome poverty by referring to economic principles in the Koran and Hadith. Through this approach, we can understand the Islamic view of social justice and economic distribution which can be the basis for more inclusive policies. This research identifies some of the main economic challenges facing Indonesia and analyzes how Islamic principles can be applied to overcome these problems. Efforts to empower communities through education, skills training and small business formation can be strategies that are in accordance with Islamic values. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of Islamic economic principles can make a significant contribution to reducing poverty levels in Indonesia. Therefore, policy recommendations include establishing regulations that support an equitable economic system, strengthening Islamic financial institutions, and increasing public awareness about socio-economic responsibility. This research contributes to our understanding of the potential for faith-based economic solutions to overcome poverty, and can become the basis for the development of more inclusive and sustainable policies in Indonesia.

Implementasi Program Waqaf Tunai dalam Pengentasan Kemiskinan di Indonesia

Cash waqf is a philanthropic concept that aims to collect funds from the community through donations which are then invested in building social, educational, health and economic infrastructure. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the cash waqf program in overcoming poverty in Indonesia. The research method used is literature study and analysis of secondary data related to the implementation of the cash waqf program in Indonesia, as well as its impact on improving community welfare. The research results show that the implementation of the cash waqf program has made a positive contribution in reducing poverty levels in Indonesia. These programs include the establishment of education centers, development of health infrastructure, business capital assistance for underprivileged communities, and local economic empowerment programs. However, there are still challenges in optimizing and managing waqf funds as well as developing sustainable programs to increase their wider impact. In conclusion, the implementation of the cash waqf program has great potential in overcoming poverty in Indonesia, but good coordination is needed between the government, sharia financial institutions and the community to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the program. This research provides useful insights for stakeholders in developing strategies and policies that support the growth of cash waqf as an effective instrument in alleviating poverty.

A Analysis Of Central Government Ministry Pro-Poor Budgeting Program Before And After The Pandemic

Pro-poor budgeting analysis is an approach used to ensure that government budget allocations favor and favor the interests of the poor and vulnerable. This study uses a qualitative approach to determine the differences in pro-poor budgeting budget allocations in the Central Government. The data collection techniques used in this study are using secondary data from the Central Government Financial Statements for the 2019 and 2022 fiscal years. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis. This analysis is important to see budget allocations that are right on target and effective in reducing poverty levels in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the three Central Governments have differences in pro-poor budgeting priorities between the pre-COVID-19 period and the post-COVID-19 period, and other results show differences in the effectiveness of pro-poor budgeting between Ministries. The implications of this research are related to the impact of pro-poor budgeting and can be used as a basis for more effective policy-making related to pro-poor budgeting in the Central Government. This research has significant benefits as a literature reference for students exploring related fields. This study can be used as an important reference by providing secondary data and in-depth analysis. In addition, the results of this study open up opportunities for further development by future researchers. Thus, this study enriches the academic literature and triggers future innovation and continuous research, ultimately contributing to the development of science and practical application in related fields.

Analisis Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Jumlah Penduduk, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, dan Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka Terhadap Kemiskinan di Indonesia Periode 2017-2022

This study seeks to assess the impact of economic growth, population size, Human Development Index (HDI), and open poverty rates on poverty levels in Indonesia throughout the 2017-2022 timeframe. The methodology employed involves panel data regression analysis to scrutinize the correlation between these variables and poverty levels. The outcomes of the investigation reveal that economic growth exhibits a statistically insignificant adverse influence on poverty, while the magnitude of the population does not yield a significant effect. The efficacy of HDI in mitigating poverty also demonstrates an insignificant outcome. Nonetheless, these findings offer a novel standpoint on the efficacy of policies related to human development in enhancing well-being. Additionally, it is imperative to acknowledge the impact of open poverty levels on the overall poverty scenario. In conclusion, this research contributes to understanding the dynamics of factors that influence poverty levels in Indonesia during this period, by implementing policies for poverty alleviation in the future.”

Analysis of economic growth and poverty levels in Indonesia based on digitalization and sharia banking financial inclusion

This research aims to analyze Indonesia's economic growth based on digitalization and Sharia banking financial inclusion. Using secondary data for the period 2014 to 2022 per quarter and the Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) method, to find out which variables most influence economic growth and poverty levels in Indonesia. The results found that Sharia banking financial inclusion through the variable amount of financing, growth in funding to the private sector, and the value of sukuk ownership contributed to an increase in Indonesia's economic growth. Furthermore, both financial digitalization and financial inclusion in Sharia banking through the variables of several Sharia ATMs, total assets, amount of financing, and value of sukuk ownership can reduce poverty levels in Indonesia.

Pengangguran, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan ketimpangan pendapatan terhadap kemiskinan di Indonesia

The problem of poverty occurs in all developed and developing countries. So does Indonesia, where this problem has also hit. This research was conducted to determine the influence of unemployment, education, health, and income inequality on poverty in Indonesia in 2013-2022. Secondary data from Statistics Indonesia is used in this research. Sampling in this study used saturated samples. The data analysis techniques used in multiple linear regression research. The analysis found that unemployment and education did not affect the rise and fall of poverty levels in Indonesia. Meanwhile, other results show that health variables influence the poverty level in a negative direction. Meanwhile, income inequality between regions and between populations influences the poverty level in a positive direction.

The Influence of Unemployment on Poverty Levels in Indonesia

This test is carried out based on unemployment as a population problem related to the level of poverty in a country. So increases and decreases will influence each other. In this case, to achieve a level of prosperity and quality of life, regulations are needed in the form of policies to increase production factor resources assisted by all existing actors. This research aims to determine the effect of unemployment on poverty levels in Indonesia, using a quantitative approach and including associative research. The database was taken from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) page or website using capitalized unemployment data and time series poverty figures per semester from 2008-2022. The research analysis listed uses a simple linear regression test with the SPSS 25 statistical program. The test results obtained are simultaneous and partial. H0 is said to be rejected and H1 is said to be accepted, which means that there is a positive and significant influence of unemployment on poverty levels in Indonesia.

The Effect of Domestic Investment, Foreign Investment, Labor, Unemployment, Human Development Index, and Inflation on Poverty in Indonesia

Indonesia continues to contend with elevated levels of poverty, reflecting the diminished well-being experienced by a segment of its population. Various socio-economic factors influence the poverty rate. It is hypothesized that domestic and foreign investments, workforce participation, and the Human Development Index (HDI) could reduce poverty, while unemployment and inflation might exacerbate it. However, previous research has not reached a consensus on these relationships. This study examines the impact of domestic and foreign investments, labor force, unemployment, HDI, and inflation on poverty levels in Indonesia. The research employs panel data regression analysis, utilizing data from 34 Indonesian provinces spanning 2006 to 2022. The findings indicate that the fixed effect model is the most appropriate for this analysis. The study concludes that domestic investment, foreign investment, and labor force have a significant negative correlation with poverty. Conversely, unemployment demonstrates a significant positive relationship with poverty rates. Notably, the HDI and inflation do not significantly affect poverty in Indonesia. To address these issues, the Indonesian government should focus on enhancing domestic and foreign investor confidence by improving legal certainty and offering various incentives to stimulate investment. Furthermore, the government must prioritize improving education and healthcare services to elevate HDI and alleviate poverty.

Dynamic panel data modeling of Indonesia’s poverty level 2013-2022

Poverty in Indonesia is a problem that needs special attention by the government. Poverty is due to the high level of inequality, unequal distribution of income, and the number of poor people, which continue to increase. Therefore, it can affect society’s economy. This research aims to identify incongruities between endogenous and exogenous variables that influence poverty levels in Indonesia. By applying a descriptive quantitative analysis approach for 2013-2022 in the form of secondary data from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency, the research model uses dynamic panel data regression analysis based on the Generalized Method Of Moment method (GMM). The method was developed by Arellano-Bond, of which the two best models are First-Difference GMM and System GMM, which create an impartial, consistent, and efficient model for determining short-term ang long-term effects. The research results show that HDI has a significant negative impact on short-term and long-term relationships with poverty levels, resulting in low human resources. Exports have a significant negative impact on poverty levels in the short and long term. This means that if exports increase, poverty levels can be reduced. Imports have a significant positive impact on short-term and long-term with poverty levels. In import activities, the higher the price increases, the more people's purchasing power decreases. The results are declared to have a significant effect because the p-value is significance of level 5% or 0.05. It is expected that the research will become reference material for macroeconomic development and further research regarding poverty alleviation.

Kemiskinan Pedesaan dan Angka Partisipasi Sekolah di Indonesia

This study analyzes the influence of rural poverty on school enrollment rates in Indonesia. Using time series data for the period 1998-2021, the analysis model used is simple linear regression. The study revealed that school enrollment rates and rural poverty levels in Indonesia fluctuate throughout the year. The estimation results indicate that rural poverty has a negative effect on school enrollment rates at both elementary school, middle school and high school levels. Therefore, efforts to increase school participation in Indonesia must be in line with efforts to reduce rural poverty levels.

KONTRIBUSI ISLAMIC BANKING FINANCING AND VARIABLES MACRO ECONOMIC TERHADAP TINGKAT KEMISKINAN DI INDONESIA

Poverty is a global issue faced by many countries in the world, including Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to examine the level of poverty in Indonesia by measuring the financing of Islamic banking, education, health, TPAK and inflation against the level of poverty in Indonesia. The data source used is panel data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) for the 2010-2020 period. Data analysis used panel data regression with Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), and Random Effect Model (REM) Approach processed with E-Views 10. The results of this study indicate that the estimated model chosen in this study is Fixed The Effect Model shows the results of the Islamic Banking Financing, RLS, UHH, TPAK and Inflation variables that have a significant effect in a negative direction on the level of poverty for the RLS variable that has a simultaneous effect on the mission level while UHH has a significant effect in a negative direction. This means that if there are independent variables simultaneously, then the level of poverty in Indonesia is increasingly leading to change. Whereas in the simultaneous test the prob value of the F-Statistic is 0.000000 <0.05, which means that the five independent variables simultaneously influence the level of poverty in Indonesia. And the Adjusted R-Square value is 0.987540 which means that 90% of the Islamic Banking Financing, RLS, UHH, TPAK and Inflation variables in this study are able to explain the poverty rate variable in Indonesia. While the remaining 10% is explained by other variables outside the model.

Assessing the Effectiveness of Social Assistance Programs to Alleviating Poverty in Indonesia

Poverty in Indonesia is a fundamental problem that needs special attention. The government is trying to alleviate poverty by introducting various programs to people who are below the poverty line. One of these programs is the Social Assistance Program. This research aims to determine the extent of the impact of social assistance programs on poverty reduction in Indonesia. The method used is a quantitative method with analytical tools, namely R, to carry out regression analysis on the data. The data used include (1) data on poverty levels in Indonesia, (2) demographic data on the Indonesian population, (3) data on social assistance programs organized by the government or other institutions, (4) data on household or individual income, and (5) data related to the socio-economic conditions of social assistance recipients. The research results show that social assistance programs influence poverty reduction. Influence can be increased by (1) providing clear regulations and rules in implementing aid, (2) cross-checking target recipients of aid, and (3) carrying out regular monitoring and evaluation of aid program implementation.

Peran Kebijakan Fiskal Dalam Mengevaluasi Zakat Sebagai Upaya Menyikapi Kemiskinan Di Indonesia

This research aims to evaluate the role of zakat in reducing poverty levels in Indonesia with a focus on fiscal policy. Islam teaches that poverty stems from unequal access to basic needs, and zakat is considered a potential instrument in overcoming social and economic inequality. Even though the government has made efforts to overcome poverty, the poverty rate in Indonesia is still high. This research uses qualitative methods with a library research approach to analyze literature related to fiscal policy, zakat, and Islamic economic concepts. The research results show that zakat has a positive impact in reducing poverty, especially through providing business capital. However, implementing zakat in Indonesia requires an evaluation of fiscal policy, and low public trust in zakat institutions is an obstacle. Therefore, the role of supportive, transparent and efficient fiscal policies in zakat management is very important to increase the impact of zakat in alleviating poverty.

The Moderating Role Of Economic Growth In The Association Between Corruption And Poverty In Indonesia

Indonesia has abundant natural and human resources. With a large population and abundant natural resources, Indonesia has the potential to become the centre of the world economy. But in reality, Indonesia faces many challenges. With such abundant wealth, corruption, economic growth, and poverty are the biggest problems in Indonesia. Corruption is closely related to the economic condition of society. This study aims to analyse the impact of corruption on the poverty rate in Indonesia. Using secondary data published by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) from 2018 to 2022, a panel data regression model in 34 provinces in Indonesia was used to obtain 170 data samples. The researcher found that the Corruption Perception Index (CPI), which is considered an indicator of the level of corruption in Indonesia, has a negative and significant impact on the poverty rate. On the other hand, GR as an indicator of economic growth in Indonesia has a negative and significant impact on Indonesia's economic growth. In this study, economic growth is able to moderate the interaction relationship between corruption and poverty levels in Indonesia. Although Indonesia in the 2018-2022 timeframe has always experienced growth, this is also in line with the higher level of corruption in Indonesia, which has an impact on the high disparity and poverty in Indonesia. Therefore, the government and society must work together to fight corruption and reduce poverty by improving transparency and increasing public participation in order to reduce inequality and poverty among Indonesians.

Analisis Pengaruh Pembiayaan Surat Berharga Negara (SBN) Terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan Indonesia: Masa Normal Dan Masa Pandemi Covid-19 (2020-2023)

When the country is experiencing a fiscal deficit, especially during a crisis, the issuance of government bonds is considered a necessity, predominantly to finance productive sectors. This paper aims to analyze the effect of financing originating from Government Bonds (SBN) on poverty levels in Indonesia. The analysis is carried out over a period from normal times (2012- 2019) to the Covid-19 pandemic crisis (2020-2022). The method of this study is explanatory research through a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression in this study using SPSS 25. The findings from this study are that there has been an increase in SBN and government allocation on social assistance spending. Generally, social assistance policies have also proven effective in reducing the percentage of poverty in the entire community, especially rural communities, yet have not been able to reduce urban poverty. Meanwhile, at the time of Covid 19 Pandemic, the increase of SBN cannot automatically eradicate poverty, as the social assistance budget does not have a significant effect on the percentage of poverty in urban areas.

Pengaruh Tingkat Pengangguran Pada Perekonomian Indonesia

As a participant in the G20 Group and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Indonesia actively supports sustainable economic growth. However, this nation has problems in absorbing labor, giving rise to concerns about poverty which can endanger social and political stability and impact the welfare of its population. Therefore, a study of the problem of poverty is needed. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of inflation, minimum wages in each province, and HDI (Human Development Index) on poverty levels in Indonesia. Using data collected from thirty-three provinces in 2015 and 2018, this research uses a panel-based regression technique with inflation, HDI, and provincial minimum salary as independent variables. Poverty is identified as the dependent variable. The findings of this study validate the effects of the fixed equality approach and demonstrate the large and detrimental impact of HDI and inflation on poverty in Indonesia. On the other hand, there is no real impact of the provincial minimum wage on poverty levels in this country. Governments can invest in developing people's skills and education, optimizing regional possibilities, and implementing efficient regulations to fight poverty. This research aims to determine the impact of inflation, minimum wages in each province, and the HDI, or Human Development Index, on poverty levels in Indonesia. Using data collected from 33 provinces between 2015 and 2018, this research uses panel data regression techniques with inflation, HDI and provincial minimum wages as independent variables. The dependency factor found was poverty. The conclusions of this research support the application of the fixed impact method and show how inflation and HDI have a significant negative influence on the number of poor people in Indonesia. In contrast, the provincial minimum salary does not have a significant effect on the national poverty level. To combat impoverishment, government agencies can invest in individual education and skills development, maximize local opportunities, and implement effective laws.

Analisi Dampak Bisnis Internasional Terhadap Pertumbuhan Perekonomian Di Indonesia

International Trade is an economic transaction carried out between countries. Among the items commonly stored are consumer goods, such as televisions and clothing; capital goods, such as machinery, raw materials and food. In almost all countries, international trade is an effort to increase GDP. Economic growth is an increase in the ability of a country's economy to produce both goods and services in quantity. In general, the high or low population of a country, the birth rate and death rate greatly influence a country's economy because productivity, education, and investment in physical capital since improving longevity create greater needs. The type of research used is qualitative research, qualitative research is research that produces several findings that cannot be obtained using statistical procedures or quantitative methods. With the existence of International Business in Indonesia, Economic Growth will increase. The reason is that the supply and increase for foreign products from the Indonesian people will continue to increase. For this reason, companies or industries in Indonesia will often experience increases and growth, such as the development of the textile, shrimp, coffee and so on industries. With the existence of international business, the prosperity and welfare of society in Indonesia is developing well due to the opening of various kinds of employment opportunities, so that there can be a reduction in the level of poverty in Indonesia.

Penerapan Metode Regresi Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator (LASSO) dan Regresi Linier untuk Memprediksi Tingkat Kemiskinan di Indonesia

Poverty is defined as a situation where a person or family is unable to meet the basic needs for survival, such as clothing, food, shelter, and education. This study aims to compare the accuracy of the Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator (Lasso) regression method and linear regression in predicting poverty levels in Indonesia and to choose the best model from the two methods used. The results of this study indicate that of the two algorithms used, namely the linear regression algorithm and Lasso regression, the algorithm that has a higher level of accuracy for predicting poverty rates in each province in Indonesia is the linear regression algorithm because it has a lower MSE value and has the value of R^2 is closer to 1 than the Lasso regression algorithm. In addition, the results of the analysis show that the variables that have the highest influence on poverty rates in provinces in Indonesia are education, as well as the Human Development Index (IPM).Keywords: Poverty Rate Prediction, Lasso Regression, Linear Regression

Pengaruh Inflasi, PDRB, Dan Konsumsi Rumah Tangga Terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan Di Indonesia Periode 2019-2022

The Central Statistics Agency explains that poverty is the inability to meet minimum standards of needs, both food and non-food needs. According to BPS, poverty is the condition of a person who is only able to meet his food needs of less than 2100 calories per capita per day. This research aims to determine the influence of inflation, GRDP and household consumption on poverty levels in Indonesia for the 2019-2022 period. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of monthly time series data for four years, namely 2019-2022 with a sample size of 48. The analytical method used is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the T test analysis, it was found that the variables Inflation, GRDP and Household Consumption partially influence poverty in Indonesia. Then an F test was carried out which showed that the variables Inflation, GRDP and Household Consumption simultaneously had a significant effect on poverty in Indonesia. This determination produces a determination (R2) of 0.959. Shows that the contribution of the variables Inflation, GRDP and Household Consumption to Poverty in Indonesia is 95.9%. Meanwhile, the remaining 4.1% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN, FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT DAN TINGKAT PENGANGGURAN TERHADAP TINGKAT KEMISKINAN DI PROVINSI SELURUH INDONESIA

Poverty is one of the macroeconomic variables in a country which has always been a problem in developing countries, especially Indonesia. Poverty is the main factor in the emergence of problems such as crime, inequality, unemployment (another consequence of low levels of education) and other problems. Many factors cause poverty, one of which is a basic need which is education. The research objectives to be achieved are to analyze the simultaneous effect of education, unemployment rate, and Foreign Direct Investment on Poverty in Provinces throughout Indonesia and to analyze the partial effect of education, unemployment rate, and Foreign Direct Investment on Poverty in Provinces throughout Indonesia. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are that education partially has a negative and significant effect on the level of poverty in Indonesia, where the longer the average formal education a person has completed, the lower the poverty rate in Indonesia. Foreign Direct Investment partially has a negative but not significant effect, meaning that Foreign Direct Investment has no effect on the Poverty Level. The Unemployment Rate partially has a positive but not significant effect, meaning that the Unemployment Rate has no effect on the Poverty Level.
