Assistance of Posyandu Cadres in Alleviating Stunting through the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program of the Modest KBC

Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem in toddlers. Indonesia has committed to reducing the stunting rate by 2024 to 14% according to WHO standards, namely below 20%. Various parties, including cadres and CSR, work to accelerate stunting reduction. The purpose of this service is to see how the process of assisting posyandu cadres in alleviating stunting through the CSR KBC BERMODEST program. The community service method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) which is used to observe program implementation directly in the field. The result of this service is the implementation of a posyandu service workshop, nutritional stimulants, the creation of nutritional gardens, and the use of yards, which had an impact on increasing cadres' knowledge, reducing stunting rates, and fulfilling family nutrition.

Elderly Posyandu Services in Improving the Quality of Life of the Elderly at the Mekar Health Center Kendari City

This study aims to understand the Services of the Elderly Posyandu in Improving the Quality of Life of the Elderly at the Mekar Health Center in Kendari City along with How to Support the Services of the Elderly Posyandu at the Mekar Health Center in Kendari City. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study are posyandu cadres and the elderly at the Mekar Health Center in Kendari City. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The results of this study concluded that the Elderly Posyandu Services in Improving the Quality of Life of the Elderly at the Mekar Health Center in Kendari City are in the form of health services, supplementary feeding, sports activities, non-health activities, facilities and infrastructure. The service supporters at the elderly posyandu are the youth factor, supporting factor, and strengthening factor.

Factors Relating to the Activity of Mother’s Visits to the Posyandu

A significant indicator that contributes to lessening efforts is the number of toddler trips to Posyandu. In the operational area of Tanjungpinang City's Mekarbaru Health Center, 36.40% of visitors are Posyandu visits in 2023. This coverage continues to fall well short of both national and provincial statistics, as well as the government's accomplishment goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics that influence toddler visits to Posyandu, Batu IX Village, Mekar Baru Health Center Working Area, Tanjungpinang City, in the province of the Riau Islands. With a cross-sectional methodology and a purposive sample strategy, 191 mothers of toddlers between the ages of 13 and 59 months make up the sample size for this kind of quantitative study. Surveys were used to collect measurements. The statistical test of chi-square was applied in data analysis. The findings of the study indicate that moms of toddlers who visit Posyandu have a relationship with perceptions of Posyandu services (p=0.001; OR=2.735) and family support (p = 0.000; OR=3.237). The mother's age, education, occupation, knowledge, and attitude have little bearing on how frequently she visits Posyandu. It was determined that the frequency of posyandu visits by mothers of toddlers at the Posyandu in the Mekar Baru Community Health Center Working Area was highly correlated with family support and perceptions of posyandu services.

Unveiling Community Involvement Gaps in Toddler Stunting Recovery

Stunting remains a significant issue in Larangan Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency, largely due to inadequate community participation in nutrition-related activities and low public awareness of posyandu services. This qualitative study analyzes community involvement in stunting recovery and identifies barriers to effective engagement. Data from interviews, observations, and documentation with key village figures indicate that while contributions from the village government, cadres, and midwives have improved, community enthusiasm and motivation remain low due to poor awareness and socio-economic challenges. Enhancing community education, improving socio-economic conditions, and fostering better organizational collaboration are crucial for improving stunting recovery efforts. Klasifikasi Gizi Lansia Menggunakan Metode Naïve Bayes Classifier

Elderly people are a group that is vulnerable to experiencing various problems in terms of nutrition and health caused by changes in eating patterns. Nutritional status affects the independence of an elderly person, where good nutritional status means less dependence on other people and vice versa. It is necessary to treat malnutrition or malnutrition as early as possible, one of which is by having an elderly posyandu. Posyandu for the elderly as a community service provides services and assistance in special health for the elderly, by regularly recording, controlling and reviewing the medical records of the elderly in a document. The data processing method in this research uses the Naïve Bayes method, where the data used comes from the medical records of the elderly and then used as a reference as to whether the elderly have good nutrition or are malnourished and require further action. Medical record documents play an important role in posyandu services for the elderly, so that medical record documents should be digitally based and systematic in recommending the nutritional status of the elderly. The Naïve Bayes algorithm is an algorithm that can help in classifying data in diagnosis using criteria for the condition of elderly patients. Naïve Bayes also has precise accuracy when implemented in applications that have databases with large data and makes it easier for users to interpret the results. This is proven by this research which produces an accuracy value of 91% with the data used as a sample of 110 elderly patients. The system design aims to help users as posyandu cadres in knowing whether the condition of the elderly is good, whether the elderly are at risk of malnutrition and provide treatment that is appropriate to the condition of elderly patients as well as assisting the Posbindu PTM in transforming documents into computerized ones.

Empowerment of posyandu cadres as a strategy for overcoming stunting in children in Borneang Village

Stunting is a growth and development disorder in children caused by a lack of nutritional intake in the first 1000 days of life (HPK). It is a national issue requiring special attention from the government because stunting can hinder human resource potential and is linked to the health level of an area. Therefore, preventing stunting becomes a shared responsibility, with Posyandu cadres, as community representatives, playing an important role in implementing effective interventions to reduce stunting rates. This activity aims to broaden the insight of Posyandu cadres. Through this effort, it is hoped that Posyandu services will improve, leading to a reduction in stunting rates. The activity utilized the lecture and question-and-answer method. As a result, the average knowledge of Posyandu cadres increased from 42% to 100%.

Monitoring Data Nilai Gizi Balita menggunakan Tableau Public (Studi Kasus : Posyandu Sedap Malam)

In Indonesia, there are still toddlers with poor nutritional status. Nutrition is food substances needed for the development, growth, and health of a person's body. Toddlers who experience nutritional problems will have an impact on their growth and development, be susceptible to disease, and can even result in death in children under five. Children's growth and development are monitored regularly to detect potential problems early. Utilizing a community-based health system such as Posyandu is the most important key to improving the quality of children's growth and development. Monitoring of children's growth and development in Indonesia is carried out by measuring body weight every month at Posyandu with the Healthy Way Card (KMS) as a supporting tool. Through KMS, growth and development disorders in children can be identified early and appropriate steps can be taken to correct these problems. The Berbabis Tablue Posyandu Service Analysis Information System can help monitor data and information on the nutritional status of each child. The results of this paper show that the use of Tableau in analyzing data on the nutritional status of toddlers can provide a comprehensive and in-depth picture. Interactive visualization allows users to explore data directly, identify patterns, and quickly retrieve important information. The Evaluation Of Universal Child Immunization (UCI) Management In The Work Area Of Bah Kapul Health Center, Siantar Sitalasari District In 2023

Background: Immunization is the governments promise to get Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially to decrease the number of infant death rates. Universal Child Immunization (UCI) is an indicator of success in basic immunization in babies immune against a disease. Purpose: To analyze the process of management in achieving UCI. Research Methods: The research used qualitative phenomenological methods. The objective of the research was to analyze the process of management in achieving UCI. The research used qualitative phenomenological methods. It was done in the working area of Bah Kapul Puskesmas. The data were gathered by conducting in-depth interviews with 8 Informantts from Surveillance and Immunization Section Head, the Heads of Puskesmas, participants of immunization program, and practice midwife. Result : The result of the research showed that human resources were inadequate since their qualification was not in accordance with the standards, training was only done by the participants, facility and infrastructure such as KMS preparation and the facility outside the building were inadequate, lacked of staff cars for immunization personnel, there was no counseling about immunization in the field, people were not interested in the program, there were ignorance and lack of involvement of cross-sectors, and there was no monitoring from the Heads of Puskesmas for immunization outside the building. Conclusion : The Heads of Puskesmas should monitor directly immunization service outside the building and not only monitor through the report. The management of Puskesmas should provide counseling about the importance of immunization for targeted parents before posyandu service is done. The cross-sectors should support the implementation of immunization, actively play and collaborate in its implementation.

Posyandu Cadre Workshop in the Mattirowalie Village Area, West Tanete Riattang District

The aim of this service is to increase community empowerment efforts in transferring knowledge and skills from public officials to and between communities and between other communities, as well as bringing closer primary health services, especially those related to reducing maternal mortality (MMR). Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) and Child Mortality Rate (AKABA) as well as achieving the goal of a healthy city. The aim is for cadres to expand their knowledge and skills in carrying out Posyandu activities independently. The method used is to provide several hours of crash training for 3 days at 5 hours of training (45 minutes per hour). The participants were 22 Posyandu cadres in the Mattirowalie sub-district, West Tanete Riattang District. The facilities and infrastructure used are projectors, laptops, microphones, posyandu framework training modules and materials, posyandu teaching tools, sphygmomanometers, stethoscopes, scales, Dacin and Metline scales. The result of the control activity is the acquisition of knowledge after training with an average score before the test of 68, at post-test 80, so the average knowledge gain is 11 points. Cadres can also practice measuring blood pressure, weighing with Dacin, practicing the 5-table posyandu system, counseling and recording reports. Perancangan Aplikasi Edukasi Gizi sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Stunting pada Balita di Kegiatan Posyandu

Stunting is one of the issues in the health sector that is the focus of government programs. This is an urgent need for efforts to prevent stunting through nutritional education. Until now, the form of health service at posyandu is still just measuring height and weight, even though improving posyandu services can be done more than that, especially in preventing stunting through nutrition education. The service aims to improve posyandu health services. Improving services also requires tools that make it easier to provide nutrition education which will be carried out by posyandu cadres by designing an Android-based nutrition education application. The stages of implementing the nutrition education service are: (1) assisting cadres and parents so that this nutrition education can be implemented at Posyandu Melati 3 Baturejo Village and (2) creating a nutrition education application according to needs that make it easier for posyandu cadres and parents as a form of help Posyandu service facilities. The nutrition education application makes it easier for posyandu cadres and parents because the application only needs to input height and weight then the nutritional status will appear and nutrition education will appear in the form of food recommendations that match nutritional status. This application can improve health by preventing stunting.

Pemberdayaan Kader Posyandu Balita melalui Program Pelatihan Deteksi Dini Pertumbuhan dan Perkembangan pada Balita di Desa Panaikang

Children under five years of age or often abbreviated as toddlers are children who have reached the age of over one year or calculated by the age of 12-59 months. Experts have classified toddlers as a stage of child development that is very vulnerable to disease attacks or lack or excess nutritional intake. One optimal way to support children's growth and development is by monitoring growth and development at the posyandu. The readiness of posyandu cadres is one of the posyandu services in providing basic services. Activities to monitor children's nutritional status are supported by the community who come to the posyandu through cadre participation. The aim of this community service is to provide training to cadres about Panaikan Village. The target of this community service is posyandu cadres. Community service is carried out for 2 days. The methods used are pretest, education, training and posttest. The Pre Test was carried out to determine the cadres' initial knowledge about early detection of growth and development in toddlers. Then education and training was carried out regarding early detection of growth and development in toddlers. After that, a Post Test was carried out. The post test was carried out to determine the results of cadre training regarding early detection of growth and development in toddlers.

Aplikasi dan Sistem Pemantau Gizi Balita melalui Berat dan Tinggi Badan Bayi untuk Pelayanan Posyandu Anyelir 1 Surabaya Berbasis Internet of Things

Based on Ikatan Dokter Anak Indonesia (IDAI), one of the indicators used to monitor the physical growth and development of healthy children is body weight. It is recommend that in infancy, parents routinely monitor the baby's weight and height. In Indonesia, there is a program of Posyandu that facilitates regular checking of a baby's weight. Currently, the monitoring system for baby weight and height at Posyandu Anyelir 1 Surabaya is still do manually, namely weighing babies on traditional scales and manual height, then manually recording them on the Towards Healthy Card (KMS) both in the cadre records and parents of toddlers. This makes monitoring less well recorded, especially if the KMS is lost. So the PENS Community Service program makes Smart Posyandu Products: Applications and Toddler Nutrition Monitoring Systems Through Baby Weight and Height for Posyandu Services Based on the Internet of Things. By applying the case study method to implementing Smart Posyandu Products at Posyandu, Smart Posyandu Products can be accepted by the Posyandu. So the results of community service activities can help the duties of Posyandu cadres and parents of toddlers in monitoring toddler nutrition effectively and efficiently.

Utilization of Health Services by Stunting Families in Tasikmalaya

Stunting is a national issue that attracts a lot of attention. Several factors are the cause of stunting in Indonesia, namely: bad parenting, including deficit knowledge about health and nutrition before and during pregnancy and after the mother gives birth; limited health services, including ANC-Ante Natal Care services (health services for mothers during pregnancy); Post Natal Care and quality early learning: deficit nutrition; and difficulty accessing clean water and sanitation.Aim: The research aims to describe the utilization of health services by families with stunting and the factors that influence it. Methods:This research design is quantitative with descriptive methods. The population was families with stunting in the Sukamulya Village area, namely 18 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. Data collection is done directly using the univariate data analysis technique. Results:The results showed that 44.4% of families with stunting did not use health services for treatment, and 22.2% of families with stunted toddlers rarely used posyandu services. Predisposing characteristic factors that influence visits to health services in this study are age > 35 years and junior high school graduates. Conclusion:In this study, the characteristic factor that influences the ability to visit health services is that the majority of family income is <UMR (unit market reference), and 38.9% do not have health insurance. The factor that influenced visits to health services in this study showed that 61.2% of families with stunting had a negative perception of stunting, such as the perception that stunting was not a serious problem that did not require immediate action.

Edukasi Pemanfaatan Pelayanan Posyandu di Kelurahan Legok

Posyandu is one form of Community Resource Health Effort (UKBM) which is managed and organized from, by, for and with the community in the implementation of health development, in order to empower the community and provide convenience to the community in obtaining basic health services to accelerate the reduction in maternal and infant mortality rates. The lack of public awareness about health problems tends to ignore health problems and does not utilize health services, especially posyandu. Therefore, in supporting the improvement of knowledge and public welfare, health workers play a role in assessing problems that occur and planning health problems through health promotion programs. The people of Legok Village have less awareness and willingness in improving the degree of health and utilization of health services, especially posyandu. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase public understanding of the use of posyandu services in Legok Village. The method of activities carried out in the form of health promotion carried out to solve these problems is by educating about the use of posyandu services. The place of implementation was carried out at the RT 08 house in Legok Village, Jambi City on July 29, 2022, the implementation of community service activities was carried out from March to August 2022 with team members and professional students. There were 11 participants present. The results of the evaluation showed an increase in participants' knowledge by an average of 90%. Community participation needs to be increased in the posyandu program, it is necessary to provide correct and targeted information.

The Relationship Between Mothers’ Knowledge On Posyandu Services And Their Frequency Of Visit To Posyandu In Karangrejo Village Purworejo Regency

Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) is among the Community-based Health Efforts (UKBM) managed by and for benefits of the community members assisted by health workers’ technical supports. Posyandu is a strategy implemented by the Indonesian government and assigned by the Ministry of Health to conduct early detection of any growth disorders among toddlers, especially stunting (growth failure). However, in reality, the community hardly use Posyandu services due to mother’s lack of knowledge regarding the services. This study was aimed to investigate the relationship between mothers’ knowledge on Posyandu services and their frequency of visit to Posyandu in Karangrejo village, Purworejo regency. The researcher implemented quantitative approach with observational analytic method and cross-sectional research design. The respondents were mothers with 12-59 months aged children in Karangrejo village. There were 44 participants chosen using total sampling technique. Spearman’s rank statistical test revealed that 20 respondents (45.4%) had good knowledge on Posyandu services and therefore frequently visited Posyandu for their toddlers while 5 of them (11.4%) had little knowledge on the services which explained why they did not pay regular visits to Posyandu. Further, the results showed p-value=0.000 and correlation coefficient 0.698 meaning that the relationship of mothers’ knowledge on Posyandu services and their frequency of visit to Posyandu in Karangrejo village, Purworejo regency was considered to be moderate (C=0.698). It is suggested that mothers with children of 12-59 months age regularly visit Posyandu to ensure the good growth of their children.

PENGABDIAN PARTISIPATIF MELALUI KEGIATAN POSYANDU YANG EFEKTIF DAN EFISIEN DI BANJAR PEKANDELAN SANUR KAUH DESA ADAT INTARAN DENPASAR SELATAN

With the limited integrated healthcare center in Banjar Pekandelan in Intaran Traditional Village, Sanur Kauh Village, South Denpasar District, Denpasar City, it is the cause of inefficient services, in serving the surrounding community. So that the participatory service program as an option to contribute to the success of posyandu service activities. The method of implementation in this Integrated Healthcare Center social service activity is by requesting permission from the head or chairman of the Posyandu, then after obtaining permission, discussions and concrete actions are carried out in the activity. 100% of the activities are to directly follow the integrated Healthca re Center social service carried out by the KKN 5 UNHI 2023 group, with the results of the activity program being that the integrated healthcare center activity service can run well and all the people who follow get good and satisfying integrated healthcare Center health treatment. Dukungan Kader dan Ibu Balita Terhadap Kegiatan Pelayanan Posyandu Balita di Kelurahan Liliba Kota Kupang

Posyandu is a form of Community-Based Health Efforts. Posyandu for toddlers is a priority posyandu for mothers and children, especially toddlers. Community support for Posyandu activities in the working area of the Oepoi Health Center, especially in the Liliba Subdistrict, seems to have decreased as seen from the failure to achieve the target number of children under five being weighed. In addition, the availability of infrastructure facilities at Posyandu is incomplete, such as a lack of tables and chairs, so it is hoped that the people of the Liliba Village will support government programs in public health services. The purpose of this study was to find out the forms of community support for toddler posyandu service activities in the Liliba Village, Kupang City. The type of research used is qualitative with a narrative approach. There were twenty-three informants consisting of the head of the Oepoi Health Center, health workers at Pustu Liliba, Cadre, Mother Toddler and Lurah Liliba. The results showed that the form of community support for toddler posyandu service activities was emotional, informational support such as providing information related to posyandu opening days through WhatsApp group media, home visits, instrumental such as labor, time, cost and assessment such as the community assessing toddler posyandu activities in Liliba Village. goes well. It can be concluded that the implementation of Posyandu Balita service activities in the Liliba Village is going well according to the flow so that the people of the Liliba Village continue to maintain active posyandu visits and the community always provides support.

Optimization of Counseling Services at the Desks to the Four Posyandu

During providing services Posyandu Lestari I and Ringinsari I only include anthropometric measurements in infants and toddlers, complementary breastfeeding, immunization, administration of Vitamin A and Deworming (February and August), while counseling services for mothers and toddlers of babies at the tables of four posyandu have not been implemented. Counseling at Posyandu will only be carried out when there are health workers who visit, which is usually only in February and August every year. The purpose of this community service is to improve the services provided by the posyandu, one of which is to reactivate the fourth table. The service at the fourth table is the service provided by the cadre in the form of counseling for infant and toddler mothers The method used in education on improving posyandu services is training on the use of posyandu backsheets to assist cadres in providing counseling at the fourth table of the posyandu. The result obtained from this Community Service is that there are differences in providing counseling before and after getting education on the use of backsheets for counseling at the desks of the four posyandu. Counseling services at the fourth table can increase the satisfaction of mothers of babies and toddlers in receiving services at posyandu.

The Incomplete Basic Immunization for Infants During the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Work Area of the Bandar Petalangan Health Center, Pelalawan Regency

Achievement of complete basic immunization at Puskesmas bandar Petalangan was only 77.7%. There are various causes for the low achievement of Complete Basic Immunization such as remote and difficult to reach immunization service locations, irregular service schedules and incompatible with community activities, unavailability of immunization cards (MCH handbook), low public awareness and knowledge of benefits. The research objective was to know the timeliness of the implementation of basic immunization in infants during the Covid-19 pandemic in the work area of the Bandar Petalangan Community Health Center, Pelalawan Regency in 2020. The research method used a cross sectional design with a population of mothers who had babies aged 3-12 months, totaling 257 people with a sample. totaled 161 people. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. Data analysis was performed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate multiple logistic regression. The results showed that there were 54 mothers (33.5%) who were not on time in basic immunization, variables related to the timeliness of basic immunizations were maternal education (POR = 2.9), affordability of immunization sites (POR = 3.6) and family support (POR = 3.3). It is recommended that BLUD Puskesmas bandar Petalangan be able to increase and equalize posyandu service facilities, increase information and education communication (KIE) efforts to mothers and families about the importance of basic immunization in infants and increase the role of volunteer health.
