This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention with organizational commitment as mediation (study of Beachwalk Shopping Center employees). This research used a sample of 78 employees. The method used in this research is a survey method using questionnaire techniques and interviews with PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) inferential statistical analysis tools. The research results show that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and organizational commitment mediates the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention. The implication of this research is to prove the traditional turnover theory and its relationship to the research variables. This research also offers the benefits of organizational commitment, managing job satisfaction on turnover intention.
