Green Supply Chain Performance of Prefabricated Construction from the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation

In order to implement the new development concept and improve the performance evaluation system of green supply chain of prefabricated Constructions in my country, a performance evaluation of green supply chain of prefabricated Constructions from the perspective of collaborative innovation is proposed. First, draw lessons from the balanced scorecard theory and apply it to construct a performance evaluation index system for the green supply chain of prefabricated Constructions based on the balanced scorecard. Then, the performance evaluation grade is determined by the asymmetric closeness of the matter element to be evaluated about the evaluation grade of each index and the characteristic value of the grade index. Finally, the established evaluation model is applied to a green supply chain of a prefabricated Construction, and the results prove the validity of the model.

UNISON framework of model-based innovation for collaborative innovation of smart product-service system design

With the emerging trend of digital servitization, manufacturers have transformed toward developing and providing smart product-service system (smart PSS) which is considered with great potential. As a value co-creation strategy, the innovative design of smart PSS involves multiple stakeholders, and the decisions in the concept design stage are especially crucial for its success throughout the whole lifespan. However, recent studies have focused on developing the design methodology or decision approaches for it, with an absence of the systematic decision framework for smart PSS innovation design. Most of them held the customer-centric viewpoint without considering the aspect of multi-stakeholder collaborative innovation. To fill the gaps, this study proposes the UNISON framework of model-based innovation for smart PSS design from the perspective of collaborative innovation, to assist its innovative design and decision-making in the concept design stage. To illustrate the structured procedures and demonstrate the validity of this framework, it was applied in an empirical study for the innovative design of smart drainage equipment-service system. Moreover, the performance of the proposed framework has been discussed from both theoretical and practical aspects. This study can provide systematic guidance for developing smart PSS innovative design strategies to facilitate multi-stakeholder collaborative innovation.

Exploration on the collaborative relationship between government, industry, and university from the perspective of collaborative innovation

Abstract The idea that reform drives innovation and entrepreneurship, and innovation and entrepreneurship drive development, has gradually become the main theme of the new era of Chinese society. As the ‘cradle’ of knowledge and technology innovation and the training and output of innovative talents, colleges and universities are the inevitable choices of the times to conform to the social trend and change to the development model of ‘entrepreneurial universities’. This article takes the reform of the development model of universities in Heilongjiang Province as the research object, and it qualitatively explores the status quo of the reform and development of universities in Heilongjiang Province to entrepreneurial universities, with the aid of the Loet Leydesdorff triple helix algorithm, based on the Web of Science database and national intellectual property ‘patent search and analysis’. The platform conducts data mining, conducts quantitative measurement research on the collaboration relationship between government, industry, university and research, and focuses on Heilongjiang Province for horizontal and vertical empirical analyses. The study proposes suggestions for improvement from the three dimensions of condensing the collaborative awareness of innovation subjects, reforming the development model of scientific research institutions, and improving the efficiency of the absorption and transformation of enterprise scientific and technological achievements. It has certain practical guidance for strengthening the mutual information coordination and structural stability of the government, industry, university and research under the collaborative innovation ecosystem.

Construction risk evaluation of power mass entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration park under collaborative innovation

The power mass entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration park (PMEIDP) provides an incubation and transformation platform and the environment by converging resources such as technology, capital, and demand to promote regional economic development. This paper evaluates the effectiveness of further promoting systematic innovation and efficient use of resources from the perspective of collaborative innovation. Firstly, we build a risk indicators system for the construction risk evaluation of the PMEIDP. Secondly, we adopt the mutual information coefficient (MIC) to simplify the construction risk indicators. Thirdly, we train the fuzzy neural network (FNN) for the risk evaluation of the PMEIDP. Finally, we conduct a case analysis of 5 PMEIDP and provide support for the management of the future development and construction of the PMEIDP.

Research on Collaborative Innovation Platform of Internet of Things Industry Based on Data Mining Technology

The Internet era has entered a new historical development stage, and the technology and application of Internet of Things have become the new core of the future development of information society. Information technology has been integrated into every corner of production and life, and various information industries are constantly undergoing transformation, facing new opportunities and challenges. To enhance the technological innovation capability of China’s Internet of Things industry from the perspective of collaborative innovation, the key is to face the characteristics and needs of the Internet of Things industry and explore the interactive mode of process synergy and behavior synergy in technological collaborative innovation. There are more and more data generated in the process of human interaction with sensors, and more intelligent applications can be developed through deep data mining and analysis. This paper focuses on collaborative innovation of Internet of Things and smart service industry, and studies the combination mode of collaborative innovation of Internet of Things and smart service industry in China based on data mining technology, in order to provide valuable theoretical basis for the development of smart service industry and the improvement of collaborative innovation of Internet of Things in China.

Sustaining Corporate Innovation Through University–Industry Collaborative Research: Evidence from the Jiangsu University of China

Based on the perspective of collaborative innovation, this study employed the social network analysis method to empirically analyze the evolution of knowledge diffusion networks between research institutions and industry in China. The study is centered on the Jiangsu University of China, an institution noted for its innovative activities for a long time. The results show that since 2008 the extent and depth of explicit knowledge diffusion of Jiangsu University have increased significantly. The regional knowledge diffusion network presents a core-edge spatial pattern, but the core-edge structure is weakening; indicating that while the number of partners in the collaboration effort is increasing, the strength of ties between groups is weakening. The tacit knowledge diffusion network presents a small-world effect; small groups of partners clustered around one or a few influential inventors have gradually emerged. It is also evident that enterprises that are located close to the university benefit more from such collaboration than those located in farther provinces. We recommend that universities in such collaborations should reach out to diverse industry players using their specialized expertise.

Discussions About Supply Logistics in Automobile Industry of China

Based on the research of lean production, the lean supply theory is a development of the lean concept from the production field to the supply field. After that, it is developed integrated lean supply which is a kind of collaboration in the first level and provides components with higher quality and lower cost for assembly plants in larger size, higher level, shorter time and enterprises in the supply chain for a long term and it could finish the process of supply with higher lean requirement on the premise of highly integration. The supply chain system in auto-mobile industry is very complicated. At the same time the operational efficiency of supply logistics will directly influence the final profit of enterprises in the supply chain. However, in the process of implementing lean supply logistics, due to the lack of specific and systematic theoretical guidance, the research results are not satisfactory. This article base on the perspective of collaborative innovation, and through collaborative innovation of supply-chain, production and distribution logistics in different stages of logistics operation to realize logistics integration of a enterprise successfully.

Exploring how to build innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystems in universities in Guangdong against the backdrop of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area

Universities are cradles for intellectual and technical innovators, and thus building an innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem in universities is of strategic importance for national development. Most studies in China, from the perspective of collaborative innovation, used the EPM model to analyze the features, elements and operational modes of innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystems in universities based on theories of symbiosis, competition and cooperation, coordination, networking, and the exchange mechanism. Boosted by the strategies to develop the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, universities in Guangdong start to build innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystems equipped with such functions as education, service, practice and research in order to promote sharing of resources, build a well-functioning ecosystem and bolster regional economic growth. To build innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystems, universities can make efforts from the following aspects: to perform overall planning in a top-down manner; to improve the global innovation-entrepreneurship course system and promote multi-pronged course reforms; to introduce excellent teachers and build a team of “triple-competent” teachers; to build a platform for improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship education; to improve innovation and entrepreneurship services and provide customized guidance; encourage training of innovators and entrepreneurs with a global vision to support advancement of the Greater Bay Area and the Belt-and-Road Initiative.

Collaborative innovation is a new form of national science and technology innovation. As a link and bridge for regional science and technology innovation, science and technology innovation service platform plays an important role in promoting the coordinated innovation of government, industry, universities and research institutions, and promoting the transformation and upgrading of regional industrial economic structure. This paper takes Jiangxi Province of China as an example. Through research and data statistics, it summarizes the construction achievements of Jiangxi Science and Technology Innovation Service Platform and analyzes the barriers that exist in the development process of the platform. At the same time, it summarizes and refines the successful experience of developed countries in the construction of Science and Technology Innovation Service Platform. On this basis, based on the collaborative innovation perspective of government, industry, universities and research institutions, the development path of Jiangxi science and technology innovation service platform is proposed from four aspects: Strengthening Policy Support and Perfecting Supporting Guarantee Mechanisms; Information resources co-construction and sharing and collaborative innovation; strengthening talent team construction and establishing scientific evaluation mechanism.
