Pengaruh Konflik Kerja Terhadap KIinerja Perangkat Nagari dalam Pengelolaan Keuangan Nagari

This study aimed to determine the effect of work conflict on the performance of nagari apparatus in village financial management in several villages (nagari) of Limapuluh Kota District, especially in Situjuah Limo Nagari and Mungka Sub-Districts. This research was conducted because of indications of conflict that occurred in the two Sub-Districts related to nagari financial management. The method used in this study was a quantitative method with associative model. The population in this study were all nagari apparatus in Limapuluh Kota District, totaling 75 respondents. The sample in this study consisted of 63 nagari apparatus determined using the Slovin formula with a 5% error rate and the use of Multi Stage Random Sampling techniques. Data in this study were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents with Likert scale measurements. The data are then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that the effect of the functional sub-variables of work conflict on performance was around 11.5%; and this functional work conflict has a significant influence on the performance of nagari apparatus in managing nagari finances. While the dysfunctional work conflict sub-variables have an influence of 3.5%; and this dysfunctional work conflicts do not have a significant effect on the performance of nagari apparatus. But overall, work conflict had a significant effect with a value of 17.7%, and this work conflict had a significant influence on the performance of nagari apparatus in managing nagari (village) finance.

Pengaruh Implementasi Kebijakan terhadap Kinerja Pengelolaan Keuangan Nagari di Kabupaten Pasaman

This study aims to determine the effect of policy implementation on the performance of nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Pasaman Regency. This research was motivated by the lack of implementation of policies on nagari financial management in Pasaman Regency. This study used a quantitative research method conducted on 12 nagari in Pasaman Regency with a population of 96 consisting of walinagari, nagari secretary, three heads of affairs and three section heads. While the number of samples as many as 88 respondents were determined using the Slovin formula. In this study data collection used a Likert Scale with data collection techniques using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The results of this study show that partially the communication sub-variables have an effect of 20.5%, sub-variables of resources by 2.6%, sub-disposition variables by 17.1% and sub-variables of birourism structure by 13.5% on the performance of nagari financial management . While simultaneously the policy implementation variables provide a significant influence on the performance of nagari financial management in Pasaman District with a simultaneous influence of 12.8%.

Pengaruh Semangat Kerja terhadap Kinerja Perangkat Nagari dalam Pengelolaan Keuangan Nagari di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work spirit on the performance of nagari apparatus in Nagari financial management in Pesisir Selatan Regency. The background of this research is due to the low work spirit of Nagari apparatus in Koto XI Tarusan and Bayang subdistrict which is still so that it has an impact on Nagari financial management that is not optimal. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the form of associative research. The population in this study was of Nagari devices in Koto XI Tarusan and Bayang Subdistrict, totaling 140 respondents. The sample in this study consisted of 126 Nagari devices which were determined using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% and the sampling technique using the Proportionate Stratifed Random Sampling technique. Data collection technique in this study are using questionnaires distributed to respondents with measurement using a Likert scale. The data obtained are then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the work spirit variable (simultaneously) has a significant effect on the performance of nagari apparatus in nagari financial management with a significance value of 0,000 and the value of Adjust R Square 0.295. Thus, the influence of work spirit on the performance of nagari devices in managing nagari finances is 29.5%. While the remaining 70.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

PENGARUH PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI TERHADAP KINERJA APARATUR NAGARI DALAM PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN NAGARI

Effect of Information Technology Application on Performance of Nagari Apparatus in Nagari Financial Management in Tanah Datar District. This research is motivated by an indication that there is a lack of knowledge and ability of the nagari apparatus in applying information technology in the process of nagari financial management. This study uses quantitative methods. The population of this study amounted to 600 people consisting of Wali Nagari, Secretary, Treasurer and five Heads of Nagari Affairs. The samples were 240 respondents which were determined based on Slovin formula with a significant level of 5%. Sampling using Multi Stage Random Sampling technique. The instrument of this research was questionnaire using the Likert scale measurement. The analysis of this study used multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study show that the benefit sub-variable has a significant effect on the performance of the nagari apparatus with the Adjust R Square value regression test of 0.093, the ease of use sub-variable has a significant effect on the performance of the nagari apparatus with Adjust R Square regression test results of 0.071 and together the sub-variables of utilization and ease of use have a significant effect on the performance of the nagari apparatus in the management of nagari finance in Tanah Datar District with the results of regression tests of Adjust R Square values ??of 0.094

PENGARUH TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN APARATUR PEMERINTAHAN NAGARI DALAM PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN NAGARI

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of level education on the performance of nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Tanah Datar Regency. Background of this study was that there were indications that the financial management of nagari was still not good in Tanah Datar Regency. This research used quantitative research method. The population of this research was all of the nagari apparatus in Tanah Datar regency numbered 600 people consisting of walinagari, nagari secretaries, nagari treasurer and five head of nagari affairs. The sample in this research consisted of 245 respondents who were determined using the Slovin formula and through the Multi Stage Random Sampling technique. The data were collected through questionnaires. Data of this research were analyzed with Anova Test. The results in this research indicated no that there was significant difference in the performance of nagari financial management based on education level in Tanah Datar Regency.

PENGARUH SISTEM PENGENDALIAN INTERN TERHADAP KINERJA APARATUR PEMERINTAHAN NAGARI DALAM PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN NAGARI


 
 
 The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of internal control system on the performance of nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Tanah Datar Regency. This study was a quantitative research with associative method. The population of this study was all nagari apparatus in Tanah Datar Regency, which numbered 600 people.Sample inthis study was consisted of 248 nagari apparatus determined with Slovin formula. Besides, samplein this study determined through multistage random sampling technique. Data in this study were collected through questionnaires with Likert scale measurement distributed to respondents. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that internal control system (in the planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability stages, together and partially), had a significant effect on the performance of nagari apparatus in managing nagari financial in Tanah Datar Regency. So that it could be concluded that the internal control system of nagari apparatus had a significant effect on the performance of nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Tanah Datar Regency.
 
 

Kontribusi Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kinerja Perangkat Nagari dalam Pengelolaan Keuangan Nagari di Kabupaten Tanah Datar

The objective of this research was to know the influence of work experience on the performance nagari apparatus in managing nagari finance in Tanah Datar Regency. The problem of this research is that some apparatus of nagari in this regency did not have sufficient work experience in financial management. The population in this research was all nagari apparatus totaling 525 people. Sample in this research determined through random sampling technique and consisted of 227 nagari apparatus from 32 nagaris. Data in this research collected through questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this research showed that there were influence of work experience on performance of nagari apparatus in financial management in Tanah Datar Regency. The results of the partial test showed that the influence of work period variable (X 1) on the performance of the nagari apparatus was 7.9%, the influence of the level of knowledge and skills (X 2) towards the performance of the nagari apparatus amounted to 8.8%, and the influence of mastery against the work and equipment (X 3) on the performance of the nagari apparatus in financial management was 9.3%. While the simultaneous influence of these three variables (X1, X2, and X3) on the performance of the nagari apparatus was 11.2%.

Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Perangkat Nagari dalam Pengelolaan Keuangan Nagari di Kecamatan Sungai Tarab dan Salimpaung

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Sungai Tarab and Salimpaung Subdistricts, Tanah Datar Regency. This study was a quantitative research with associative method. The population of this study was all nagari apparatus in the two subdistricts, Sungai Tarab and Salimpaung, which numbered 112 people. Sampling in this study used the Slovin formula and consisted of 79 nagari apparatus. Besides, sample in this study determined through proportional random technique. Data in this study were collected through questionnaires with Likert scale measurement distributed to respondents. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that salaries, the work itself, co-workers, supervision, promotion and work environment, together and partially, had a significant effect on the performance of nagari apparatus in managing nagari financial in the two subdistricts. So that it could be concluded that the job satisfaction of nagari apparatus had a significant effect on the performance of nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Sungai Tarab and Salimpaung Subdistricts, Tanah Datar Regency.

Pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Perangkat Nagari dalam Pengelolaan Keuangan Nagari di Kecamatan Salimpaung

This study revealed the effect of compensation on the performance of nagari apparatus in the management of nagari finance in Kecamatan Salimpaung, Tanah Datar District. This study used associative quantitative method. The population in this study is all nagari apparatus in Kecamatan Salimpaung as many as 42 people consisting of nagari secretary, nagari treasurer, and staffs. The sample of this study consisted of 38 respondents determined by multistage random sampling technique and used slovin formula. The data of this study were collected through questionnaire and analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicated that compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of nagari apparatus in the management of nagari finance in Kecamatan Salimpaung. Partially, finansial compensation had a significant influence on the performance of nagari apparatus in nagari finansial management; while non-finansial compensation had no significant effect on the performance of the nagari apparatus in the management of nagari finance in Kecamatan Salimpaung.

Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Perangkat Nagari dalam Pengelolaan Keuangan Nagari di Kabupaten Tanah Datar

Law No. 6/2014 stated that the Village Government should be able to perform the task of managing village finances with a large budget and to provide accountability for the expenditure. The problems that occurred in Tanah Datar were that the nagari treasurers were less transparent about the nagari's financial management. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of work environment on the performance of nagari apparatus in managing nagari finance. This study used quantitative method. The population in this study consisted of 525 respondents and 227 of them were chosen as sample determined with Slovin formula and proportional random sampling technique. The data were analyzed with linear regression. The result of this study indicated that simultaneously and partially the work environment had significant effects on the performance of the nagari apparatus in the management of nagari finance in Tanah Datar District.
