Research on the Performance Evaluation System of Teachers in X University based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

In 2019, the gross enrollment rate of higher education in China was 51.6 %, and higher education has entered a period of universalization. the gross enrollment rate of higher education in China has reached 60.2 % by 2023. The change in education methods has caused problems such as declining teaching quality and shortage of school resources in colleges and universities. College teachers are the disseminators of culture, the backbone of teaching and educating people, and a group of high-quality talents in society and colleges and universities. They are the key to improving the quantity and quality of talent training in colleges and universities [1]. In this context, the performance evaluation of college teachers is particularly important, and the performance evaluation system of college teachers is a weather vane of teacher behavior. A scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system for college teachers can effectively motivate teachers to improve their teaching ability, education ability, scientific research ability, social service ability, etc. This paper uses the Delphi method to screen and determine the evaluation indicators initially extracted, and establishes a local university performance evaluation index system that includes the first-level indicators of teacher ethics, teaching level, scientific research ability and social service, 11 second-level indicators and 29 third-level indicators. In order to verify the effectiveness of the index system, a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods is used to take X University as an example. On the premise of understanding the current status of teacher performance management in X University, the performance of teachers in X University is evaluated. Finally, the performance evaluation results of X University are analyzed, and according to the actual situation of X University, suggestions are put forward for the performance evaluation of teachers in X University from three aspects: strengthening teacher workload management, improving performance evaluation feedback mechanism, establishing teacher performance incentive mechanism, strengthening teacher social service, and improving teacher scientific research ability.

Construction and Application of Regional Carbon Performance Evaluation Index System: The Case of Chinese Provinces

As global warming becomes increasingly severe, reducing carbon emissions and promoting low-carbon development has become an international consensus. Against this backdrop, evaluating regional carbon performance helps better understand the carbon emission status, emission reduction capabilities, and low-carbon development levels, providing a scientific basis for formulating targeted carbon emission reduction policies. This study constructed a “5E” regional carbon performance evaluation index system from five dimensions: economy, effectiveness, efficiency, environmentality, and equity. Then, this study evaluated and analyzed the carbon performance of 30 provinces in China from 2008 to 2021 using the entropy weight TOPSIS method. The research results indicated that (1) during the sample period, China’s carbon performance ranged from 0.416 to 0.504, exhibiting a steady upward trend; the highest score among the first-level indicators was Effectiveness, while the lowest was Economy; (2) in terms of carbon performance among China’s three major regions, it showed a decreasing pattern from east to west, with the growth potential of the central and western regions being greater than that of the eastern region; (3) in 2033, the carbon performance of China in the eastern region, the central region, and the western region will reach 0.602, 0.612, 0.613, and 0.582, respectively. A carbon performance evaluation carries significant practical and strategic implications. Our study can provide a reference for policymakers to assess carbon emission performance and improve carbon management efficiency and decision-making levels.

Performance Evaluation of School Enterprise Collaborative Innovation and Practice of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Based on the Improved AHP Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

Under the influence of the COVID-19, great changes have taken place in China’s economic structure and market subjects and college students are facing difficulties in employment. By carrying out collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises, cultivating high-quality talents to meet social needs has become an important way to solve difficulties. Based on the input-process-output principle, a performance evaluation index system for collaborative innovation is constructed, which includes 3 primary indicators and 22 secondary indicators. The weights of each indicator are determined using improved AHP. A mathematical model for evaluating the performance of school enterprise collaborative innovation is established using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation value of the innovation and entrepreneurship education case project is 0.82, indicating that the overall operation is in good condition. The cooperation between schools and enterprises has created a favorable atmosphere and accumulated rich experience for carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education. Good results have been achieved in talent cultivation and scientific and technological output, but there are also problems such as low conversion rates of scientific and technological achievements. Based on the evaluation results, the article proposes suggestions to improve the performance of collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises. The research results provide theoretical reference for the performance evaluation of school enterprise collaborative innovation and the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education.

Research on Performance Evaluation of Sponge City PPP Projects in the Yangtze River Delta Region

In order to alleviate urban water ecological problems and promote sustainable urban development, many cities in my country are building sponge cities. At present, the country is vigorously promoting the application of the PPP model for project construction. The national government departments are actively preparing for the construction of sponge cities, promoting the construction of sponge cities in 30 pilot cities across the country, and encouraging sponge city construction projects using the PPP model, attracting a large amount of social capital to participate, and promoting The PPP model has been widely used in sponge city construction projects. This article takes the sponge city PPP project as the research object. In order to scientifically and rationally evaluate the construction performance of the sponge city PPP project, and on the basis of studying and summarizing the characteristics of the sponge city PPP project model and the development status of the performance evaluation system in my country, we conduct an analysis of the content of the performance evaluation. and research; establish and select a performance evaluation index system; conduct a comparative analysis of this model with other commonly used models, and build a PSIR-based PPP project performance evaluation model based on the design flaws of the existing performance evaluation system; and analyze and summarize the data. , clarifying its specific application and impact in practice; finally, a summary and outlook of the entire research are given.

Dynamic Comprehensive Evaluation of a 660 MW Ultra-Supercritical Coal-Fired Unit Based on Improved Criteria Importance through Inter-Criteria Correlation and Entropy Weight Method

To address the issue of traditional static evaluation models being unable to comprehensively analyze the performance of ultra-supercritical coal-fired units under varying loads, we propose a dynamic comprehensive evaluation model based on the improved Criteria Importance Through Inter-criteria Correlation (CRITIC) method and entropy weight method (EWM). The comprehensive performance evaluation index system of ultra-supercritical coal fired units is constructed by examining the boiler performance, turbine performance, plant power performance, environmental performance, and flexible performance of coal-powered units. The CRITIC and EWM methods are used to calculate the weights of the indicators, which are then combined with the static evaluation results. Using a dynamic comprehensive evaluation model, we analyze ultra-supercritical coal-fired units, taking into account time weight. This allows us to obtain the comprehensive dynamic real-time evaluation value of the units under different loads. The research indicates that the weight of the evaluation index is changed when using the dynamic comprehensive evaluation model of the improved CRITIC and EWM. The index with lower weight is increased by 6.2%, while the index with higher weight is decreased by 0.22%. This alteration in weight range can provide a more objective reflection of the relationship between evaluation indicators. This model offers significant advantages in improving evaluation accuracy, weight balance distribution, and generality.

Efficiency Evaluation and Performance Governance of Infrastructure Construction Based on DEA and Improved Neural Networks

Abstract Infrastructure construction is the carrier of regional economic development, and the rational use of urban construction land is an important basis that largely depends on the efficiency of urban infrastructure construction. However, due to the lack of effective integration between urban evaluation and management in infrastructure, the infrastructure performance evaluation system is not yet mature enough. Therefore, this article conducts efficiency evaluation and performance governance of infrastructure construction based on DEA and improved neural networks. Firstly, based on a comprehensive analysis of performance evaluation, the advantages and disadvantages of infrastructure construction were explored. Secondly, in the study of using DEA and improved neural networks to evaluate the efficiency of infrastructure construction, a performance evaluation index system for urban infrastructure construction was constructed from four aspects: input, output, effect, and activity. A systematic performance evaluation of urban infrastructure was conducted, and optimization suggestions were proposed accordingly.

Adaptive virtual leader–leader–follower based formation switching for multiple autonomous tracked mobile robots in unknown obstacle environments

This article investigates the formation switching problem of a group of autonomous tracked mobile robots (ATMRs) traveling in unknown obstacle environments. Firstly, a novel formation structure model of virtual leader–leader–follower is designed, where the leader tracks the virtual leader determined by a reference trajectory, while the followers track their desired positions dictated by the virtual leader. Subsequently, a dynamic optimization formation switching strategy is developed, in which the leader calculates a formation adjustment factor in real-time to dynamically adjust the formation parameters according to the environmental constraints. Furthermore, a comprehensive performance evaluation index system is presented to assess formation switching efficiency, leveraging the inherent simplicity of the ATMR’s kinematics. Finally, extensive numerical simulations and physical experiments are carried out to validate the effectiveness of the proposed strategies.

Research on Performance Evaluation Index System of Rural Highway PPP Project

In recent years, China has actively and steadily expanded the effective investment in rural transportation infrastructure, actively guided social capital to participate in rural development, promoted the combination of PPP model and all aspects of rural areas, and implemented a new round of rural road construction and transformation. Rural highway construction is an important measure to promote rural economic development. Because of the wide range of rural construction in China and the huge capital investment and demand, it is necessary to build a scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system to evaluate the performance of rural highway construction projects, analyze the evaluation results, and put forward feasible suggestions to help decision makers grasp the benefits and effects of construction, and take targeted measures to guide and promote the positive development of rural highways. Taking the northern extension project of XL highway as an example, this paper constructs a performance evaluation index system, which can provide reference for the project management of XL highway and other highway projects.

Evaluating the energy-exergy-economy-environment performance of the biomass-photovoltaic-hydrogen integrated energy system based on hybrid multi-criterion decision-making model

Integrating biomass, photovoltaic, and other renewable energy sources for hydrogen production can form a biomass-photovoltaic-hydrogen integrated energy system (BPH-IES). The system features multi-energy storage and joint supply, as well as cascaded utilization, is a promising co-generation way to meet the system's electricity, heat and hydrogen needs, and has significant energy-exergy-economy-environment (4E) performance. Therefore, scientific and effective evaluation of the BPH-IES is an important prerequisite for promoting its development. Firstly, by analyzing the structure of the BPH-IES system, this paper constructs a comprehensive performance evaluation index system of the system from the 4E dimensions. Secondly, a hybrid multi-criterion decision making (MCDM) framework for the 4E comprehensive performance evaluation of the BPH-IES is constructed, in which the anti-entropy weighting method is used to determine the objective weights, the subjective weights are determined by the decision making trial and evaluation laboratory method improved by intuitionistic fuzzy sets, and the final combined weighting results are obtained based on a game-theoretic method that the objective and subjective weights' heterogeneity can be fully minimized. The grey-relation-analysis-based measurement alternatives and ranking according to the compromise solution method is proposed to determine the ranking of alternatives. This paper selected 8 typical BPH-IES cases for 4E evaluation analysis. The results showed that energy performance is the core dimension that reflects the 4E performance of the system, and system's economy indicators such as energy supply income and energy supply cost will also significantly affect the system's 4E performance. Therefore, the 4E performance of BPH-IES can be effectively improved by expanding the system's demand and supply scale and increasing the system's installed proportion of clean energy and hydrogen penetration. Finally, the ranking consistency test, Leave-One-Out analysis and sample separation test demonstrate that the developed hybrid MCDM can ensure robustness meanwhile improve the decision efficiency.

R&D investment, human capital and enterprise performance——Based on the research of listed companies in the power industry

This paper based on the electric power industry listed companies in 2023 cross section data, introduce R&D investment, human capital factors and from the dimension of the enterprise scale,R&D investment,human capital and development level to build the comprehensive performance evaluation index system of listed companies in the electric power industry.And then we use the factor analysis and principal component analysis method to evaluate the comprehensive performance.It is found that R&D investment and human capital are important factors affecting the performance of enterprises in the power industry. It is suggested that enterprises in the power industry should continue to enhance R&D investment, optimize the human capital structure, and further improve the comprehensive performance of enterprises.

High-Quality Development of Sports Competition Performance Industry in Chengdu-Chongqing Region Based on Performance Evaluation Theory

Abstract High-quality development of sports competition performance industry in the Chengdu-Chongqing region is based on the improvement of the sports event system and the strengthening of market entities, and it promotes economic and social development by extending the industrial chain and enhancing the value chain. To effectively evaluate its development effect and promote high-quality development, based on the analysis of the opportunities and challenges faced by the sports competition performance industry in the Chengdu-Chongqing region, this article uses the literature research method and survey interview method to construct a performance evaluation index system from the perspective of performance evaluation theory. It also analyzes the strategic thinking of high-quality development from three aspects: guiding ideology, main principles, and development goals, and explores the strategic path for high-quality development from five aspects: integrated development of points and surfaces, priority development between regions, conditional step-by-step development within the region, selective key development of small cities, and layered development with emphasis on different stages.

Evaluation of agricultural product supply chain efficiency in Sichuan Province

To improve the efficiency and benefits of the agricultural product supply chain while ensuring its smooth operation and sustainable development, we have established a performance evaluation index system for the agricultural product supply chain in the context of building an agricultural powerhouse. The evaluation model combines principal component analysis, data envelopment analysis, and ideal solution methods, forming a PCA-DEA-TOPSIS three-stage integrated model. In this paper, taking Sichuan Province as an example, we assess the agricultural product supply chain performance of 21 cities (prefectures) in the province and propose several improvement strategies.

Exploration and Reflection on the Development of Internationalized Industry-Education Integration of Vocational Education in the Context of Big Data

Abstract The integration of industry and education serves as a potent mechanism to enhance the educational quality of higher vocational colleges and universities while simultaneously fostering the innovative vitality of enterprises. This study delineates a framework for internationalized industry-education integration in vocational education, grounded in the tripartite relationship among government, enterprises, and educational institutions. Building on this framework, the research initially constructs a performance evaluation index system for internationalized industry-education integration, which encompasses three dimensions: the input, process, and outcomes of industry-education integration. Subsequently, the weights of these indices are determined through hierarchical analysis, and the integration performance of four sample institutions is assessed using fuzzy analysis. The findings reveal that all sampled institutions surpass a ‘good’ performance level, with Institution X1 achieving the highest comprehensive evaluation score of 86.3593. Further, the study conducts an empirical analysis comparing the implementation effects of two models of industry-education integration: the ‘group-run school’ model and the ‘industrial park’ model. The study indicates that the ‘industrial park’ model is marginally superior by 0.13 points in its evaluation compared to the ‘group-run school’ model; however, this difference is statistically insignificant (P>0.05), suggesting that both models exhibit distinct characteristics yet achieve comparable outcomes in integrating industry and education. The research offers actionable insights and practical guidance to advance the development of internationalized industry-education integration within vocational education contexts.

Construction of Financial Performance Evaluation System based on Principal Component Analysis Algorithm and Its Application in Digital Transformation Enterprises

In the context of a strong national push toward the growth of the ""digital economy"", traditional manufacturing companies are increasingly turning to new digital technologies for their digital transformation. This paper aims to investigate the suitability of using a financial performance evaluation system for assessing the success of digital transformation strategies employed by these enterprises. The application of principal component analysis in digital transformation enterprises involves repeatedly selecting the main indicators in the financial performance evaluation index system of manufacturing enterprises. Finally, a financial performance evaluation index system suitable for analyzing digital transformation enterprises is constructed. The differences in financial performance before and after transformation are analyzed, and a comprehensive evaluation and comparative analysis are conducted on the financial performance of digital transformation enterprises and non-digital transformation enterprises. The experimental results show that the average growth rate of total assets of enterprises is 7.07%. The average growth rate of operating revenue is 20.99%. The standard deviations are 17.42% and 235.9%. There is a significant difference between the maximum and minimum values of these two indicators, indicating that the average dispersion of these two indicators is relatively high. In the initial phases of digital transformation implementation, enterprises that adopt digital technology experience a certain level of profitability improvement, as shown by the results. Compared to businesses that have not undergone a digital transformation, digitally transformed enterprises possess greater advantages and flexibility in digital operations. Digital transformation has important theoretical and practical value in improving the financial management level of digital transformation enterprises.

Empirical analysis of the factors of the green innovation performance of industrial enterprises based on DEMATEL method and factor analysis method

This study investigated factors of the green innovation performance of industrial enterprises in 30 provinces and autonomous regions across China. This study used literature analysis and DEMATEL method to identify the factors of green innovation performance of industrial enterprises. A green innovation performance evaluation index system was then constructed, and a mathematical model was established using factor analysis method to empirically analyze the factors of green innovation performance of industrial enterprises across 30 provinces and autonomous regions in China from 2012 to 2016. The results show that green innovation strength, technological development level, energy consumption, and environmental protection are the three factors of green innovation performance. Firstly, the influence of innovation strength on comprehensive green innovation performance has the largest weight, meaning that it has the largest impact on comprehensive green innovation performance. Secondly, the influence of the level of scientific and technological development on the comprehensive green innovation performance is weaker. Thirdly, the main influencing factor is the level of energy consumption and environmental protection. Finally, based on the empirical analysis, it is suggested that industrial enterprises should increase investment in green innovation, developing science and technology, and improving ecological environment, so as to enhance the green innovation performance of industrial enterprises.

Study on the Application of Balanced Scorecard in A Company

Based on the theory of performance evaluation and the existing research, taking high-tech Electric Company A as the research object, the current situation and the existing problems in performance evaluation are analyzed. Thirdly, based on the balanced scorecard, the index system of performance evaluation is established from four dimensions. Finally, put forward targeted implementation suggestions. Through the research, the conclusion is drawn: the introduction of the balanced scorecard theory, the decomposition of enterprise strategic objectives, and the construction of the performance evaluation system index combining financial dimension and non-financial dimension can improve the performance and enterprise value of A enterprise.

Performance Evaluation of Urban Emergency Governance: Conceptual Connotations and Empirical Research Based on the Crisis Life Cycle Theory.

Although scholars have discussed in depth about the evaluation content and the construction of evaluation index system of emergency management and crisis management, a unified and standardized interpretation of system construction concepts and empirical research on the performance evaluation of urban emergency management is still lacking. In view of this, this paper is based on the theory of the crisislifecycle, with the four phases of urban emergency management and the content of the task as a clue, constructed a performance evaluation index system containing 12 primary indicators and 44 secondary indicators, and centered on the emergency management work situation of S city. The study reveals that emergency management underperforms in S city, with a score of 5.948, qualifying as the "defined level". The "prevention and preparedness stage" receives poor evaluation, indicating a significant bias for crisis response instead of prevention. The report suggests the improvement of emergency material stockpile planning, the formation of grassrootsemergency response teams, the emergency management publicity, and special emergency drill plans, etc., with a view to providing reference for city managers to comprehensively review and evaluate the emergency management system, and to promote the construction of a more systematic, complete and scientific urban emergency management system.

The Performance Evaluation Model of Financial Special Rural Revitalization Funds from the Perspective of the Digital Economy

Digital village is the strategic direction of rural revitalization, and also an important part of building a digital China. At present, the construction of digital countryside is advancing, and a reasonable evaluation of the results of rural revitalization can effectively evaluate the use of funds. Therefore, in this study, firstly, based on the economic, social, and ecological perspectives, the fund performance evaluation index system of rural revitalization is constructed. Secondly, the correlation analysis method is used to select the evaluation index, and the combined weight method is employed to obtain the weight of the evaluation index. Finally, according to the extension cloud theory, the performance evaluation model of targeted poverty alleviation is implemented, and an empirical study is conducted on the performance evaluation of S Province with excellent rural revitalization. The results reveal that the income growth rate of the poor population, the incidence of rural poverty, and the rate of good air quality are the most vital indicators, with weights of 0.094, 0.092, and 0.07 respectively. From 2015 to 2021, S Province maintained a high level of environmental performance, while its economic performance and social performance needed to be further improved. The fund performance of rural revitalization experienced four levels: average, medium, good, and excellent, and showed a reverse trend in 2018 and 2021. This study makes a quantitative and qualitative evaluation of rural revitalization by using the extension cloud theory, which provides a reference for the effective use of special funds, and also provides a sufficient scientific basis for the macroeconomic layout.
