Development of Assessment Instruments to Measure Scientific Performance

This research aims to develop a scientific performance assessment instrument in the laboratory in experiment of analyzing the content of a compound in loose powder. The assessment instrument developed is in the form of worksheets and performance assessment sheets and rubrics. The method used in this research is design-based research (DBR) with two stages, namely the analysis stage and product design development. Data collection was carried out by validation tests to expert lecturers and the results were analyzed. The results of the validation test of scientific performance assessment instruments in the form of worksheets obtained a value of rcount = 0.83 and performance assessment sheets rcount = 0.84. This value indicates that both instruments are valid.

Hyperopic tactics: Evaluating the effects of intentional constraints on collegiate soccer players' physical capabilities and temperaments

This study, the second year in a longitudinal study, further examined the influence of constraints on the practice performance of collegiate soccer players, mediating role of the player’s individual temperament. Eighteen players from a geographic Midwest NCAA Division II university completed the Personality Plus test to establish their temperaments and measured their practice regiment performance using Game Performance Assessment Instrument. Data were collected across three rounds during the soccer season, involving input constraints, output constraints, and a constraint-free control condition. The results revealed significant performance differences between constraint trials and the control trial. For the second consecutive year, the data did not reveal any statistically significant correlation between temperaments and constraint influences, challenging the notion that temperaments effect on an individual’s response to constraints. The study underscores the importance for coaches to optimize training regimens and practice conditions by recognizing constraints' impact on performance, suggesting that temperament may not be the primary mediating factor. These results have shifted the researchers’ focus on the importance of communication, specifically how the message is interpreted and applied- possibly because of individual temperament. A new model, CECA provides a promising framework for understanding how coaching influences the problem space. This research provides valuable insights into how constraints affect NCAA Division II soccer players' performance, guiding coaches and sports professionals in tailoring effective training methods and constraints for enhanced player performance and overall team success.

Clustering of Companies Based on Sustainability Performance using ESG Materiality Approach: Evidence from Indonesia

The framework for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure has become crucial throughout the world. Globally, various ESG reporting frameworks have emerged, but there are still few companies in Indonesia that are involved in ESG. This research aims to develop an ESG performance assessment instrument based on material aspects of sustainability for all industries in Indonesia. The data was obtained by extracting 472 corporate sustainability reports in Indonesia during 2021 and ESG indicators were determined through focus group discussions and inter-rater reliability tests. The ESG performance assessment in this study adopted the methodology of the Refinitiv Institute and the ESG indicator weights were modified according to the new ESG indicators. A total of 65 ESG indicators were analyzed and these showed that the majority of companies in Indonesia have relatively satisfactory ESG performance and a moderate level of transparency in reporting important ESG data to the public. Cluster analysis with the K-means algorithm shows that each company needs to improve performance on at least one ESG pillar. The results of this research support the initiatives that have been taken by global regulators and stock exchanges to require companies to disclose ESG information in the future.

Development of Performance Assessment Instruments for Measuring Drawing Skills in Vocational Students Competence in Mechanical Engineering Expertise

Objective: This research aims to develop a performance assessment instrument that can measure Drawing Skills in Machining Engineering Skills Competency Vocational School students, in addition to determining the feasibility and results of testing the performance assessment instrument. Method: This research is development research with a 4D Model, which consists of four stages, namely Defining, Designing, Developing, and Disseminating, and is limited to the development stage only. Results: The results of the research show that the vocational school students' drawing skills instrument for machining engineering skills competency was carried out by validating the contents of the instrument using the content validity ratio (CVR) method. Instrument trials were conducted at State Vocational School 2 Surabaya in the Machining Engineering skills program, totaling thirty-one students. Of the thirty instrument items developed, the test results referred to the CVR, total correlation, OMS, and IMS criteria; two items did not meet the requirements, so these items had to be revised or eliminated. Novelty: This research presents novelty by designing a particular Performance Assessment instrument to measure the drawing skills of vocational school students who have technical drawing competency, especially in the psychomotor aspect, so that it will make it easier for teachers to carry out assessments.

Outcomes of Implementing Step Game Approach-Based Sport Education Model in Junior High School Physical Education

<p>目的：Siedentop (1994) 發展的運動教育模式 (Sport Education, SE) 已成為體育課程的主流，但檢驗SE成效的研究多將重點放在認知與情意上 (如：動機、正向情緒等)，SE是否能有效提升學生運動技能尚未有較明確的結論。因此Mesquita等 (2005) 提出階段競賽法 (Step Game Approach, SGA) 融入運動教育模式，藉由每階段比賽或遊戲任務檢驗學生的運動技能表現，瞭解其在賽季前、中是否完整吸收了課堂上的知識，並在運動技能上有所提升。目前國內尚無任何檢驗SGA結合SE (SGA-SE) 教學策略成效之研究發表，因此本研究將採取準實驗設計，將SE-SGA實施於國中體育課中，以瞭解此教學策略對學生運動技能學習成效之影響與學生感受。方法：以新北市立某國中二年級，兩個班級共35位學生為研究對象，實驗組實施SGA-SE之教學，對照組接受SE之教學，進行7週共13節課的課程，兩組學生皆以GPAI運動表現評量進行前、後測，資料以二因子混合設計變異數分析進行統計考驗，並在介入後，對實驗組學生進行半結構式訪談。結果：實驗組學生之運動技能表現提升顯著優於對照組，且實驗組多數學生皆認為自己的排球技能有進步。結論：本研究率先於國內體育課情境檢驗實施SE-SGA之教學成效，發現SE-SGA對學生在運動技能表現上的提升優於單純實施SE教學法。建議未來研究可加入不同變項分析，進一步驗證國內、外研究之差異。也期盼此研究結果能作為往後體育教師在國內實施SGA-SE時之參考依據。</p> <p> </p><p>Purposes: The Sport Education (SE) model, developed by Siedentop (1994), has been widely applied in physical education (PE) across many countries. While SE outcomes have been extensively studied in terms of affective and cognitive dimensions, its impact on skill learning has remained inconclusive. To address this gap, Mesquita et al. (2005) proposed combining the Step Game-Approach (SGA) with the SE model (SE-SGA) to assess students’ skills through step-based games or tasks in PE. However, there has been no study examining the outcomes of SE-SGA-based PE in Taiwan. Therefore, this study aims to explore the effects of SE-SGA on students’ skill learning at middle school PE class, as well as students’ perceptions of SE-SGA-based PE class. Methods: The study involved 35 eighth-grade students from two classes in a middle school in New Taipei City. The experimental group (n = 19) received SE-SGA-based PE, while the control group (n = 16) received SE-based PE over a 7-week period, totaling 13 classes. Sports performance evaluation using the GPAI (Game Performance Assessment Instrument) was conducted before and after the intervention for both groups. The data were subjected to statistical analysis using a two-factor mixed design variance analysis. Additionally, semi-structured interviews were conducted with the experimental group after the intervention. Results: The results demonstrated a significant improvement in sports skills for students in the experimental group compared to their counterparts in the control group. Furthermore, a majority of the students in the experimental group expressed their belief that their sports skills had improved following the intervention. Conclusions: This study represents the inaugural exploration of the implementation of SE-SGA-based PE classes in Taiwan. The findings indicate that SE-SGA can significantly enhance students’ sports skills. In future research, it is recommended to consider multiple variables to better understand the distinctions among different cultures and populations when implementing SE-SGA-based PE. The outcomes of this study serve as a valuable reference for physical educators looking to implement SE-SGA and researchers interested in exploring its outcomes.</p> <p> </p>

Analysis of Beginning Reading Difficulties of Grade 1 Students at Muhammadiyah Kemiri Elementary School

This research aims to determine the difficulties in reading at the beginning of class I at Muhammadiyah Kemiri Elementary School. The type of research used in the research is analytical research using qualitative methods. The research subjects were class I of Muhammadiyah Kemiri Elementary School for the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 22 students. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The instrument of this research is a data card. The data obtained are student response tests and observations of learning implementation. Data analysis using reading fluency or lack of fluency. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Validation of this instrument is carried out by ticking (√) in the (Fluent) column for appropriate syllables and marking (X) in the (Not Fluent) column for inappropriate syllables, then the appropriate syllables will be written in the column suggestion. The results of the validation of the performance assessment instrument to measure students' initial reading abilities are that the instrument is suitable for use with revisions.

Development of Science Process Skills Assessment Instruments in Environment Based Practicum on Reaction Rate Material

This study aims to produce an Environmental-Based Chemistry Practicum Assessment Instrument for Reaction Rate Material for Class XI MA / SMA. The development model used in this research is the development model according to Borg and Gall (in Sugiyono, 2011) which consists of 4 stages: Potential and Problems, Gathering Information, Product Design, and Design Validation. The development in this study refers to the product produced in the form of an assessment instrument. which is measured until the validity of the expert where the validity aspects are based on the results of the experts' assessment validation questionnaire. The aspects assessed in the product of the environmental-based practicum performance instrument assessment instrument are the feasibility of instructions, content feasibility and language feasibility. The assessment instrument in this content aspect is arranged sequentially according to the practicum procedure. Based on the results of validation by validators, the linguistic aspect obtained a score with a percentage of 93%, then the linguistic aspect is divided into several assessment criteria, including the use of language in accordance with EYD, clarity of instructions and directions and the language used is straightforward and easy to understand Based on the results of validation by validators, the linguistic aspect obtained a score with a percentage of 91%. The validity level of the chemistry practicum performance assessment instrument measured practicum performance in the form of scores 1-4. Determination of the validity of the practicum performance assessment instrument is done by calculating the score given by the validator and analyzing the validator's suggestions and input on the instrument product assessment questionnaire sheet in the form of a check list. The results concluded that the student practicum performance assessment instrument was feasible to use.

The Development of Teacher Performance Assessment Instruments in Boarding School

<p style="text-align: justify;">The objective of this study is to create a tool for evaluating teachers’ effectiveness in boarding schools. Planning and preparation stages, instrument testing, and measurements were used in this study to implement research on the creation of the Mardapi model instrument. In order to generate instrument items, the planning and preparation stage tasks included a literature assessment of teacher performance appraisal manuals. Data were gathered utilizing documentation approaches, and descriptive and qualitative analysis was performed. Six specialists validated the built instruments, which were subsequently put through limited testing at two boarding schools and extensive trials at nine boarding schools in Surakarta residency area. The Aiken formula was used to examine the expert’s evaluation data, and confirmatory factor analysis was used to analyze the test results. The results of this study indicate that the instrument for assessing teacher performance in boarding schools meets the validity criteria. This is indicated by the existence of loading factor values ranging from .51 to .72 (>.4) and t-sign values ranging from 4.75 to 9.25 (>1.96) and meeting the requirements of a fit model since Chi-square = 1307.95 < 2524 (2*df), p-value = .17956 (>.05), and RSMEA value = .014 (<.08). The instrument items are reliable assessment packages, and this is shown by the reliability value of omega .967 > .70. Because there is a guarantee of validity and reliability, the test can be used to further assess teacher performance in boarding schools.</p>

Integration of Mobile Augmented Reality Applications for Engineering Mechanics Learning with Interacting 3D Objects in Engineering Education

The development of Augmented Reality (AR) technology has proliferated in the educational arena. The results of subjective observations of engineering mechanics learning show the decline in student interest and understanding caused by conventional teaching methods, which are the biggest obstacles in the learning process, thus impacting students’ cognitive abilities. This study develops AR as an instructional media for engineering mechanics using the Analyse, State, Select, Utilise, Require, and Evaluate (ASSURE) instructional design model with an R&D approach. This study used performance assessment instruments, questionnaires, and interviews with students and lecturers as the primary data. The subjects of this study were 103 students of Mechanical Engineering Vocational Education at Universitas Negeri Padang in the 2020–2021 academic year. The results showed that the use of AR-based learning media had a positive impact on students’ understanding of basic concepts and skills. In addition, AR media support independent learning and provide direct feedback to students. The acquisition of validation results from material experts is 88.48% (very valid), media experts of 89.26% (very valid), and linguists of 87.41% (very valid). The average practicality test results from the lecturer’s responses were 89.70% (very practical) and 81.63% (practical) student responses. In conclusion, the results of developing mobile AR applications that are declared valid and practical can provide a more interactive and exciting learning experience for students to increase their interest and understanding of learning. Therefore, mobile AR is an exciting option for further integrating engineering education into higher education.

Counselor Performance Test Instrument: Validity, Reliability, and Implications for Group Guidance Services

The development of counselor performance assessment instruments, especially for group guidance services, is still being developed independently by each higher education institution. It tends to be non-standard and not entirely in line with the need to create counselor competency in implementing school group guidance services. This research aims to create a performance test instrument for group guidance services for school counselors that is valid and reliable by adapting the development model from Borg & Gall at three stages of development. By involving 5 subjects as testers for the acceptability of performance instruments, namely 2 lecturers and 3 school counselors. Thirty-nine construct validity and reliability testing subjects consist of 2 lecturers, 12 school counselors, and 20 practical students. This development resulted in a set of counselor performance assessment instruments in group guidance services consisting of 13 statement instrument items on the planning aspect and 27 on the practice aspect, tested as valid and reliable based on SPSS 26 analysis. Furthermore, experts and users have also validated the assessment instrument by meeting acceptability criteria (applicable, feasible, and appropriate). Thus, it can be concluded that the counselor performance test instrument product in group guidance has met the development objectives and can be used for assessment in the planning and practice of group guidance services in schools or clinical counseling supervision activities.

PENILAIAN KINERJA MANAJER KEPERAWATAN BERDASARKAN BALANCED SCORE CARD DAN FUNGSI MANAJEMEN: LITERATUR REVIEW

One reason for the need for standardized assessment of nurse managers is to ensure their performance evaluations are consistent and objective. This research aimed to be used as a reference in conducting performance assessments at the nurse manager level. This research uses the Literature review method using the PRISMA flow diagram. An article search using 3 journal databases including Scopus, Google Scholar, and Pubmed, obtained 20 final articles published between 2018 and 2023. The results of the research show that the performance assessment of nurse managers includes 4 BSC perspectives and is oriented towards management functions and the five core competency domains of nursing. The performance assessment of nurse managers includes competency knowledge, skills and attitudes which are then linked to the implementation of management roles and functions (planning, organizing, driving and controlling) both from the dimensions of human resources, environment and business or cost control. The performance assessment of nurse managers can be adjusted to the level or career path of nurse managers from level I to level V which is divided into top, middle and low managers. Assessment instruments related to assessing the performance of nurse managers have not been standardized and are still diverse. Several regulations in Indonesia do not yet include competency and assessment standards for nurse managers. The BSC can be used as basis for preparing nurse manager performance assessment instrument which includes 4 perspectives, oriented towards management functions, and 5 core nursing competency domains.

Development of Radiographer Performance Assessment Instruments in the Radiology Installation of Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung Province

At Abdul Moeloek Regional General Hospital in Lampung Province, evaluating radiographers' performance is crucial for ensuring quality radiology services. The current assessment tools for ongoing professional practice and work behavior lack clear, objective indicators and targets. This research uses research and development (R&D) research methods with a quasi-experimental posttest-only non-equivalent control group design. Data were collected using observation, interviews, and FGD. Expert validation and design improvements are conducted, followed by a trial involving 20 radiographers. Validity is tested using corrected items to total correlation, and reliability is assessed using Cronbach's alpha. Next, expert validation tests and design improvements were carried out by 3 experts, and then a limited trial of 20 RSUDAM radiographers carried out a validity test using corrected items to total correlation. Meanwhile, the reliability test uses Cronbach's alpha. The developed instrument, based on indicators and targets, demonstrates valid and reliable measures of radiographer performance. Expert validation through FGD confirms the instrument's effectiveness. Validity test results indicate significance (> 0.05), and reliability tests show Cronbach's alpha values (> 0.60). Normality tests reveal non-distributed data (p-value < 0.05). The Wilcoxon test, comparing old and new instruments, yields a significant Asymp.sig value (0.000) for the discipline variable, indicating improved performance assessment.

Human Machine Interface-Based Control Training Kit as Innovative Learning Media to Enhance Students’ Automation Control Skills in the Industry 4.0 Era

This research investigates the effectiveness of the Human-Machine Interface-based control (HMI-BC) training kit as an innovative learning media in enhancing the Automation Control Skills (ACSs) of Industrial Electrical Engineering (IEE) students in the Industry 4.0 Era. The study focuses on evaluating the students' ACSs in the Electrical Machine Control Course (EMCC) after using the HMI-BC training kit as a practical learning media. The research adopts a quasi-experimental design with a One-Group Pre-test and Post-test design. The student’s ACSs data is collected using a performance assessment instrument. The impact of the HMI-BC training kit in enhancing ACSs was evaluated based on the differential analysis of pre-test and post-test scores using the paired-sample t-test. Furthermore, the effect size of the HMI-BC training kit on the learning process was determined using Cohen's d effect size analysis. The results reveal a significant improvement in the students' ACSs as evaluated through the assessment of the performance indicators. Based on the evaluation, the findings demonstrate a notable enhancement in students' ACSs. The HMI-BC Training Kit, developed to align with the characteristics of the learning material and industrial advancements, proves to be effective in enhancing students' ACSs, aligning with the evolving needs of the industry. These findings highlight the importance of incorporating the HMI-BC Training Kit in the learning process of motor control to equip students with relevant automation control competencies, ultimately preparing them for the industrial demands of the future.

Evaluating the impact of a coach development intervention for improving coaching practices and player outcomes in football: the MASTER Coaching randomised control trial

ABSTRACT Background There is a growing body of evidence showing the benefits to coaches and players in adopting a game-based pedagogical approach. Whilst the evidence in support of a game-based pedagogy continues to rise it is acknowledged that the complex art form of coaching is a uniquely personal one, where the coach may draw on previous first-hand experiences and traditional coaching practices regarding training methods rather than the use of current evidence-based best practice techniques. Purpose The aim of this randomised control trial was to evaluate the impact of a coach development intervention (MASTER) on game-based coaching practices of football coaches. Methods Four clubs were recruited, and 20 coaches were randomised to two groups, MASTER intervention (n = 10) and 10 usual practice (waitlist, n = 10); NSW Australia) which included 200 junior footballers (aged 8–16years). Intervention coaches participated in an 8-week multi-component intervention (which included a coach education workshop focused on positive game-based pedagogy, mentoring, peer evaluations and an online discussion forum) underpinned by positive coaching and game-based coaching practices. Pre- and post-intervention assessments occurred at baseline and 10 weeks. The primary aim was to investigate if the MASTER intervention could increase playing form (PF) and active learning time within training sessions. Three coaching sessions per coach were filmed at baseline and follow-up and assessed using the MASTER assessment tool. Secondary aims investigation included coach confidence and competence to coach (assessed by questionnaire), player game play and decision making (videoed during structured game play using a Game Performance Assessment Instrument), a range of player well-being measures including enjoyment, self-perception, and various motivations (questionnaire) and the parent’s perception of their child’s enjoyment was assessed by the completion of a questionnaire. Intervention effects were analysed using linear mixed models. Findings Significant effects were found for the primary outcome which was the percentage of training time devoted to playing-form activities (22.63%; 95% CI 9.07–36.19; P = 0.002, d = 1.78). No significant effect was observed for ALT. Significant interventions effects were also observed for the secondary outcomes of coach perceptions of confidence and confidence; player game skills including defence, support and decision making, wellbeing, physical self-perceptions, enjoyment, learning and performance orientations and motivation; and parent’s perception of child’s enjoyment (P < 0.05). Conclusions The MASTER programme was effective in improving game-based coaching practices of football coaches during training sessions, and in facilitating improvements in multiple coach and player outcomes.

Effects of applying a multivariate training program on physical fitness and tactical performance in a team sport taught during physical education classes.

A multivariate training program could be a pedagogical choice to improve physical and tactical performance in a team sport taught during physical education classes at different levels of education. Thus, the aim of this study was to verify the effects of applying a multivariate training program on physical fitness and tactical performance during the teaching of a basketball didactic unit in basic and secondary education. Seventy-five students from a Portuguese school, with an average age of 15.02 ± 1.31 years, included forty-two students from basic school and thirty-three students from secondary school. The FITescola® test battery was used to assess physical fitness (i.e., sit-ups, push-ups, horizontal impulse, shuttle test, 40 m sprint, agility 4 × 10 m). The Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI) was used to assess students' tactical performance for each player's game performance during a 20-minute 3 vs. 3 match. The GPAI variables were decision making index (DMI), skill execution index (SEI), support actions index (SI), and adaptability index (AI). During a basketball didactic unit teaching, the students were randomly divided into two groups, a control group that will not carry out the training program and an experimental group that will carry out a strength training program, high intensity explosive exercises and activities based on small-sided games (SSG) for 6 weeks. The two groups were evaluated in two moments: before the application of the training program and after the application of the training program regarding changes in physical fitness and tactical performance. The independent samples t-test (samples from two groups) and paired sample Test (for the same group) were applied for pre and post-assessment comparisons. All indexes present significant differences between basic and secondary students in the pre- and post-assessment tests with small effects (t = -6.54 to -4.82, Δ = -27.57 to -0.16, p<0.05-p< 0.001, d = 0.78-1.05). The results allow to conclude that in a school environment, a well-structured multivariate training program can effectively improve students' tactical skills, increasing their physical conditioning levels.

Using net games to stimulate the motor competence of elementary school students

Motor competence is essential to develop an active lifestyle, a healthy weight status, and a physical-activity habit. Motor competence stimulation focus on measuring the physical activity of playing games. The study investigated the potential improvement of motor skill by playing net games. Through the study, students are taught to make important decisions and acquire tactical knowledge by simplifying complex games. This research adopted an experimental design using One Group pretest-posttest method. Samples were collected through random sampling method in two classes of a selected elementary school. The Games Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI) and the Gross Motor Development Test version 2 (TGMD-2) were used to assess students' playing understanding, motor skills, and numeric knowledge. Utilizing quantitative descriptive analysis, data were examined. The findings showed that the posttest values for motor skill aspects (95) were greater than the pretest results (88, 5). The average increase of each component for playing game was execution skill of 0.05, decision-making of 0.04, opponent coverage of 0.03, and overall of 0.05. Different test results show that t-test (t=4.50), both for game understanding and motor skill aspects, which were greater than t-tables (1,796). The statistics showed that the skills after treatment were significantly different from the students’ ability before treatment. This improvement in decision-making, technical execution, cover, support, game performance, game participation, pleasure, perceived competence, and intention to engage in physical activity is attributable to the usage of net games. The conclusion is that the use of net games is effective in improving the motor competence of elementary school students. However, the study only involves a small number of students, hence it is recommended for including a larger number of students in the further research, as well as using more rigid study design (control group) and take in different elementary schools.

Development of High School Students' Creative Thinking Skill Assessment Instruments on Practicum the Effect of Surface Area of Touch Field on Reaction Rates

The purpose of this study was to develop an Assessment Instrument for High School Students' Creative Thinking on the Effect of Surface Area of Touch Field on Reaction Rates. The research was conducted on 15 class XI students at a high school in Bandung City and divided into 3 groups. The instruments developed were in the form of Basic Competency 4.7-based tasks and rubrics, with 8 indicators and 12 assignments, with 4 assessment rubrics per assignment. The instrument was validated by experts using a quantitative approach to validating the CVR content before being tried out. The quality of the scale is determined by the adequacy of the content using expert judgment, and an online Inter-rater Reliability test is administered and obtained by assessing students' knowledge of practical skills through the developed student worksheets. The results of this study were developed instrumentally, valid at CVR = 1, very reliable, and classified as very good with a Cronbach alpha value between 0.867 and 1.000. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the performance assessment instrument developed fulfills the requirements as a good evaluation tool so it is suitable to be used as an assessment instrument to assess and measure Students' Creative Thinking Skills in practicum Effects of Surface Area of Touch Field on Reaction Rate.

This Study is intended to analyze whether there is a positive and significant effect of playing soccer-like games on the understanding of playing soccer at U12 Bali United Academy Mataram. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a quantitative approach. One-group pretest-post-test design. The sample in this study was U12 Bali United Academy Mataram, consisting of 20 students. In taking research samples using saturated sample techniques. Furthermore, the data collection technique uses the game performance assessment instrument (GPAI). The results of the paired samples t-test obtained a significance value of 0.000 &lt;0.05 for the results of understanding playing football. The conclusion from this study is that there is an influence of playing soccer-like games on increasing understanding of playing soccer. INCREASING THE COMPETENCE OF TEACHERS OF SD KEPULAUAN SERIBU DKI JAKARTA PROVINCE THROUGH ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPING PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENTS IN MATHEMATICS LEARNING

This community service activity will be carried out in order to carry out one of the strategic plans of the State University of Jakarta and the Faculty of Education, namely Educational Technology. This community service activity will be carried out in the Thousand Islands Administrative District, DKI Jakarta Province. Problems related to teacher competency development faced by elementary schools in Kelapa Island, Seribu Islands Administrative District, DKI Jakarta Province in implementing the 2013 Curriculum, one of which is about assessment in learning. Teachers were still not optimal in measuring assessment instruments to measure attitudes, knowledge, and skills. In general, teachers rarely designed the instruments used in assessing skills, but instead used the instruments contained in the teacher's book. One of the efforts to help solved the problems faced by elementary school teachers in Kelapa Island, Seribu Islands Administrative District, DKI Jakarta Province is to provide assistance with performance development instruments in learning Mathematics. The object (target audience) of those community service activity are elementary school teachers in Kelapa Island, Seribu Islands Administrative District, DKI Jakarta Province. The partners involved were the Head of the Seribu Islands Administrative District Education Office, DKI Jakarta Province and the Head of SDN 01 Kelapa Island, Seribu Islands Administrative District, DKI Jakarta. The outputs of community service activities in the form of products/goods are: (a) performance assessment instruments in elementary mathematics learning; (b) publication of activity videos on Youtube; (c) partner's certificate regarding an increase in partner empowerment regarding teacher competence in developing performance assessment instruments in elementary mathematics learning; and (d) nameplate proof of the Assisted Village Cooperation. The service output is assistance in developing assessment instruments in elementary mathematics learning. Other outputs are articles in ISSN journals/ISSN national service seminars
