The logical consequence of successful development is the increase in life expectancy, thereby increasing the number of elderly people in Indonesia. The welfare of the elderly population is one of the focuses of attention in solving population problems. Population aging brings various implications both from social, economic and especially health aspects. The aims of this study were (1) to analyze the effect of social activities, health conditions, family social support and employment status simultaneously and partially on the welfare of the elderly in Penebel District, Tabanan Regency. The number of samples used as many as 86 respondents with non-probability sampling method, namely accidental sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that social activities, health conditions, family social support and employment status had a simultaneous effect on the welfare of the elderly, both social activities and family social support partially affected the welfare of the elderly, thirdly, health conditions and employment status have no effect on the welfare of the elderly in Penebel District, Tabanan Regency.
