Aggregated Pattern Classification Method for improving neural disorder stage detection.

Neurological disorders pose a significant health challenge, and their early detection is critical for effective treatment planning and prognosis. Traditional classification of neural disorders based on causes, symptoms, developmental stage, severity, and nervous system effects has limitations. Leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for pattern recognition provides a potent solution to address these challenges. Therefore, this study focuses on proposing an innovative approach-the Aggregated Pattern Classification Method (APCM)-for precise identification of neural disorder stages. The APCM was introduced to address prevalent issues in neural disorder detection, such as overfitting, robustness, and interoperability. This method utilizes aggregative patterns and classification learning functions to mitigate these challenges and enhance overall recognition accuracy, even in imbalanced data. The analysis involves neural images using observations from healthy individuals as a reference. Action response patterns from diverse inputs are mapped to identify similar features, establishing the disorder ratio. The stages are correlated based on available responses and associated neural data, with a preference for classification learning. This classification necessitates image and labeled data to prevent additional flaws in pattern recognition. Recognition and classification occur through multiple iterations, incorporating similar and diverse neural features. The learning process is finely tuned for minute classifications using labeled and unlabeled input data. The proposed APCM demonstrates notable achievements, with high pattern recognition (15.03%) and controlled classification errors (CEs) (10.61% less). The method effectively addresses overfitting, robustness, and interoperability issues, showcasing its potential as a powerful tool for detecting neural disorders at different stages. The ability to handle imbalanced data contributes to the overall success of the algorithm. The APCM emerges as a promising and effective approach for identifying precise neural disorder stages. By leveraging AI and ML, the method successfully resolves key challenges in pattern recognition. The high pattern recognition and reduced CEs underscore the method's potential for clinical applications. However, it is essential to acknowledge the reliance on high-quality neural image data, which may limit the generalizability of the approach. The proposed method allows future research to refine further and enhance its interpretability, providing valuable insights into neural disorder progression and underlying biological mechanisms.

Effects of rainfall pattern classification methods on the probability estimation of typhoon-induced debris-flow occurrence

ABSTRACT The frequent occurrence of typhoons causes geological disasters, such as debris flow and landslide, by bringing extreme rainfall events. Due to the lack of data collection on extreme rainfall events caused by typhoons, the relationship between rainfall patterns and debris flow has not been deeply studied. Therefore, based on hourly rainfall data during typhoons in Wenzhou from 1980 to 2017, this study used a variety of methods to classify the rainfall events and analyze the characteristics of typhoon-induced rainfall events and their impacts on the probability of debris-flow occurrence. Three classification techniques, including dynamic time warping, K-Means cluster, and self-organizing maps, are applied with two ways to normalize rainfall records, including dimensionless rainfall density curves and dimensionless rainfall cumulation curves, for extracting rainfall patterns from recorded 1 h rainfall data. The rainfall patterns are then used for the estimation of typhoon-induced debris-flow occurrence probability. Results show that different methods present different rainfall patterns. The probability of debris flows varies with different patterns of rainfall events. The research results help deepen the understanding of typhoon rainfall events and debris-flow disaster prevention in the region and contribute to regional flood control and disaster reduction.

Development of a Wafer Defect Pattern Classifier Using Polar Coordinate System Transformed Inputs and Convolutional Neural Networks

Defect pattern analysis of wafer bin maps (WBMs) is an important means of identifying process problems. Recently, automated analysis methods using machine learning or deep learning have been studied as alternatives to manual classification by engineers. In this paper, we propose a method to improve the feature extraction performance of defect patterns by transforming the polar coordinate system instead of the existing WBM image input. To reduce the variability of the location representation, defect patterns in the Cartesian coordinate system, where the location of the distributed defect die is not constant, were converted to a polar coordinate system. The CNN classifier, which uses polar coordinate transformed input, achieved a classification accuracy of 91.3%, which is 4.8% better than the existing WBM image-based CNN classifier. Additionally, a tree-structured classifier model that sequentially connects binary classifiers achieved a classification accuracy of 94%. The method proposed in this paper is also applicable to the defect pattern classification of WBMs consisting of different die sizes than the training data. Finally, the paper proposes an automated pattern classification method that uses individual classifiers to learn defect types and then applies ensemble techniques for multiple defect pattern classification. This method is expected to reduce labor, time, and cost and enable objective labeling instead of relying on subjective judgments of engineers.

Robust GEPSVM Classifier: An Efficient Iterative Optimization Framework

The proximal support vector machine via generalized eigenvalues (GEPSVM) is a well-known pattern classification method. GEPSVM, however, is prone to outliers due to its use of the squared L2-norm distance criterion. A robust GEPSVM version is proposed to tackle this problem using L1-norm distance optimization technique (GEPSVML1). As optimizing a GEPSVML1 with L1-norm terms can be challenging, we have developed an iterative algorithm to address the L1-norm ratio problem associated with GEPSVML1. Furthermore, an efficient iterative optimization framework has been developed to conveniently address related optimization problems. The research contribution of this paper lies in providing a theoretical analysis of the algorithm’s convergence. Besides, we find that the L1-norm distance-based methods in real-world applications, especially for handling samples with outliers, sometimes provides an unsatisfactory recognition result. Thus, a generalized version of GEPSVML1 is proposed. The L1-norm distance is replaced with a Lp-norm distance in GEPSVML1 (GEPSVMLp). It is the robust counterpart of GEPSVML1 and GEPSVM. It is worth noting that we fine-tune GEPSVMLp’s parameters to strike a balance between training time and classification accuracy, an especially crucial step for larger datasets. Our experiments indicate that the proposed GEPSVMLp is more efficient and robust than the competitors in numerous experimental settings. Overall, our work demonstrates the importance of developing robust pattern classification methods in the presence of outliers and provides a practical solution for handling such cases in real-world applications.

A framework of evolutionary optimized convolutional neural network for classification of shang and chow dynasties bronze decorative patterns.

As a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage, the aesthetic value of bronze artifacts from the Shang and Chow Dynasties has had a profound influence on Chinese traditional culture and art. To facilitate the digital preservation and protection of these Shang and Chow bronze artifacts (SCB), it becomes imperative to categorize their decorative patterns. Therefore, a SCB pattern classification method of differential evolution called Shang and Chow Bronze Convolutional Neural Network (SCB-CNN) is proposed. Firstly, the original bronze decorative patterns of Shang and Chow dynasties are collected, and the samples are expanded through image augmentation technology to form a training dataset. Secondly, based on the classical convolutional neural network structure, the recognition and classification of bronze patterns are implemented by adjusting the network parameters. Then, the initial parameters of the convolutional neural network are optimized by differential evolution algorithm, and the optimized SCB-CNN is simulated. Finally, comparative experiments were conducted between the optimized SCB-CNN, the unoptimized model, VGG-Net, and GoogleNet. The experimental results indicate that the optimized SCB-CNN significantly reduces training time while maintaining fast prediction speed, convergence speed, and high accuracy. This study provides new insights for the inheritance and innovation research of SCB patterns.

The Synoptic Characteristics of Icing Events on Transmission Lines in Southern China

This study utilizes the ECMWF ERA5 climate reanalysis database and data from the Southern China Transmission Lines Icing Observation System and applies the T-mode principal component analysis, an objective synoptic pattern classification method, to investigate synoptic characteristics associated with transmission line icing events in southern China between 2014 and 2021. The findings reveal that Southern China’s winter synoptic conditions can be categorized into four patterns, with the predominant pattern featuring a centrally located 850 hPa high-pressure system in Inner Mongolia’s western region. This pattern facilitates the convergence of northwesterly cold air from the north and southwesterly moisture from the south over southern China, resulting in balanced conditions conducive to transmission line icing. Furthermore, during a specific icing event in Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, in February 2022, the atmospheric stratification exhibited a distinctive “cold–warm–cold” structure with a pronounced inversion layer, characteristic of freezing and rainy weather conditions that create the requisite environment for transmission line icing. Within the dominant icing synoptic pattern, a northwesterly airflow transports cold air from central Siberia to southern China, accompanied by two primary low-level water vapor transport pathways: one originating as a southwest low-level jet carrying moisture from the Bay of Bengal to the Chinese mainland, and the other stemming from the South China Sea. These findings provide valuable insights into the synoptic conditions contributing to transmission line icing events in the region.

Marker-Free Isoelectric Focusing Patterns for Identification of Meat Samples via Deep Learning.

Isoelectric focusing (IEF) is a powerful tool for resolving complex protein samples, which generates IEF patterns consisting of multiplex analyte bands. However, the interpretation of IEF patterns requires the careful selection of isoelectric point (pI) markers for profiling the pH gradient and a trivial process of pI labeling, resulting in low IEF efficiency. Here, we for the first time proposed a marker-free IEF method for the efficient and accurate classification of IEF patterns by using a convolutional neural network (CNN) model. To verify our method, we identified 21 meat samples whose IEF patterns comprised different bands of meat hemoglobin, myoglobin, and their oxygen-binding variants but no pI marker. Thanks to the high throughput and short assay time of the microstrip IEF, we efficiently collected 1449 IEF patterns to construct the data set for model training. Despite the absence of pI markers, we experimentally introduced the severe pH gradient drift into 189 IEF patterns in the data set, thereby omitting the need for profiling the pH gradient. To enhance the model robustness, we further employed data augmentation during the model training to mimic pH gradient drift. With the advantages of simple preprocessing, a rapid inference of 50 ms, and a high accuracy of 97.1%, the CNN model outperformed the traditional algorithm for simultaneously identifying meat species and cuts of meat of 105 IEF patterns, suggesting its great potential of being combined with microstrip IEF for large-scale IEF analyses of complicated protein samples.

A new progressive open-set recognition method with adaptive probability threshold

In the traditional pattern classification method, it usually assumes that the object to be classified must lie in one of given (known) classes of the training data set. However, the training data set may not contain the class of some objects in practice, and this is considered as an Open-Set Recognition (OSR) problem. In this paper, we propose a new progressive open-set recognition method with adaptive probability threshold. Both the labeled training data and the test data (objects to be classified) are put into a common data set, and the k-Nearest Neighbors (k-NNs) of each object are sought in this common set. Then, we can determine the probability of object lying in the given classes. If the majority of k-NNs of the object are from labeled training data, this object quite likely belongs to one of the given classes, and the density of the object and its neighbors is taken into account here. However, when most of k-NNs are from the unlabeled test data set, the class of object is considered very uncertain because the class of test data is unknown, and this object cannot be classified in this step. Once the objects belonging to known classes with high probability are all found, we re-calculate the probability of the other uncertain objects belonging to known classes based on the labeled training data and the objects marked with the estimated probability. Such iteration will stop when the probabilities of all the objects belonging to known classes are not changed. Then, a modified Otsu’s method is employed to adaptively seek the probability threshold for the final classification. If the probability of object belonging to known classes is smaller than this threshold, it will be assigned to the ignorant (unknown) class that is not included in training data set. The other objects will be committed to a specific class. The effectiveness of the proposed method has been validated using some experiments.

Feature selection for binary classification based on class labeling, SOM, and hierarchical clustering

Feature selection plays an important role in algorithms for processing high-dimensional data. Traditional pattern classification and information theory methods are widely applied to feature selection methods. However, traditional pattern classification methods such as Fisher Score, Laplacian Score, and relief use class labels inadequately. Previous information theory based feature selection methods such as MIFS ignore the intra-class to tight inter-class to sparse property of the samples. To address these problems, a feature selection algorithm for the binary classification problem is proposed, which is based on class label transformation using self-organizing mapping neural network (SOM) and cohesive hierarchical clustering. The algorithm first converts class labels without numerical meaning into numerical values that can participate in operations and retain classification information through class label mapping, and constitutes a two-dimensional vector from it and the attribute values to be judged. Then, these two-dimensional vectors are clustered by using SOM neural network and hierarchical clustering. Finally, evaluation function value is calculated, that is closely related to intra-cluster to tightness, inter-cluster separation, and division accuracy after clustering, and is used to evaluate the ability of alternative attributes to distinguish between classes. It is experimentally verified that the algorithm is robust and can effectively screen attributes with strong classification ability and improve the prediction performance of the classifier.

Altered large-scale dynamic connectivity patterns in Alzheimer's disease and mild cognitive impairment patients: A machine learning study.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a common neurodegeneration disease associated with substantial disruptions in the brain network. However, most studies investigated static resting-state functional connections, while the alteration of dynamic functional connectivity in AD remains largely unknown. This study used group independent component analysis and the sliding-window method to estimate the subject-specific dynamic connectivity states in 1704 individuals from three data sets. Informative inherent states were identified by the multivariate pattern classification method, and classifiers were built to distinguish ADs from normal controls (NCs) and to classify mild cognitive impairment (MCI) patients with informative inherent states similar to ADs or not. In addition, MCI subgroups with heterogeneous functional states were examined in the context of different cognition decline trajectories. Five informative states were identified by feature selection, mainly involving functional connectivity belonging to the default mode network and working memory network. The classifiers discriminating AD and NC achieved the mean area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of 0.87 with leave-one-site-out cross-validation. Alterations in connectivity strength, fluctuation, and inter-synchronization were found in AD and MCIs. Moreover, individuals with MCI were clustered into two subgroups, which had different degrees of atrophy and different trajectories of cognition decline progression. The present study uncovered the alteration of dynamic functional connectivity in AD and highlighted that the dynamic states could be powerful features to discriminate patients from NCs. Furthermore, it demonstrated that these states help to identify MCIs with faster cognition decline and might contribute to the early prevention of AD.

Multivariate decoding methods reveal how speaking two dialects affects executive functions.

How speaking two languages affects executive functions has been a long-standing debate and the mechanisms underlying the observed cognitive advantages of bilingualism remain unspecified. Here, using multivariate pattern classification methods, we decoded spatial patterns of neural signals associated with Flanker task performance in mono-dialectal and bi-dialectal speakers of Chinese. While univariate approach to even-related potentials (ERPs) showed no between-group difference, decoding accuracy of ERPs was reduced in bi-dialectal as compared to mono-dialectal speakers in both congruent-neutral and incongruent-neutral classifications. There was no effect of bidialectalism, however, on decoding accuracy of alpha-band oscillations, an electrophysiological index implicated in inhibition. Behavioural data analysed using the Drift Diffusion Model (DDM) showed facilitating effects of bidialectalism on non-decision times but no effect on drift rates. These findings demonstrate that using two dialects on a daily basis enhances general attentional deployment rather than affecting specific component of executive functions such as inhibitory control. Given that the two dialects of Chinese differed almost exclusively in phonology, the bidialectalism effect was most likely motivated by resolving phonological competition at lexical processing level.

A novel pattern classification integrated GLPP with improved AROMF for fault diagnosis

With the scale expansion of industrial processes, safety has become one of its important links and the requirements for safety monitoring are getting higher. How to realize timely and effective fault diagnosis, especially for incipient faults, has attracted more discussion and research. This paper proposes a novel pattern classification integrated global−local preserving projections (GLPP) and improved adaptive rank-order morphological filter (IAROMF) for fault diagnosis. First, in order to preserve the global manifold information and local manifold information of the data, GLPP is introduced to extract the features of the data to obtain the test signal and the template signal. Second, AROMF transformation is performed on the test signal and template signal to obtain the output trend feature. Third, as the pattern matching by Euclidean distance-based AROMF has the restriction of sequence timing and the feature points need to be strictly corresponding, the Weighted Dynamic Time Warping (WDTW) distance is used to calculate the total error of iteration between the template trend and the output trend. In order to prove the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper, a case study was carried out on the Tennessee Eastman (TE) process. The experiment results illustrated that the novel pattern classification method proposed in this paper has higher diagnostic accuracy than other fault diagnosis methods, especially for incipient faults.

Fault Diagnosis Method for an Underwater Thruster, Based on Load Feature Extraction

Targeting the problem of fault diagnosis in magnetic coupling underwater thrusters, a fault pattern classification method based on load feature extraction is proposed in this paper. By analyzing the output load characteristics of thrusters under typical fault patterns, the load torque model of the thrusters is established, and two characteristic parameters are constructed to describe the different fault patterns of thrusters. Then, a thruster load torque reconstruction method, based on the sliding mode observer (SMO), and the fault characteristic parameter identification method, based on the least square method (LSM), are proposed. According to the identified fault characteristic parameters, a thruster fault pattern classification method based on a support vector machine (SVM) is proposed. Finally, the feasibility and superiority of the proposed aspects are verified, through comparative simulation experiments. The results show that the diagnostic accuracy of this method is higher than 95% within 5 seconds of the thruster fault. The lowest diagnostic accuracy of thrusters with a single failure state is 96.75%, and the average diagnostic accuracy of thrusters with five fault states is 98.65%.

Altered spatio-temporal state patterns for functional dynamics estimation in first-episode drug-naive major depression.

Patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) display affective and cognitive impairments. Although MDD-associated abnormalities of brain function and structure have been explored in depth, the relationships between MDD and spatio-temporal large-scale functional networks have not been evaluated in large-sample datasets. We employed data from International Big-Data Center for Depression Research (IBCDR), and comparable 543 healthy controls (HC) and 314 first-episode drug-naive (FEDN) MDD patients were included. We used a multivariate pattern classification method to learn informative spatio-temporal functional states. Brain states of each participant were extracted for functional dynamic estimation using an independent component analysis. Then, a multi-kernel pattern classification method was developed to identify discriminative spatio-temporal states associated with FEDN MDD. Finally, statistical analysis was applied to intrinsic and clinical brain characteristics. Compared with HC, FEDN MDD patients exhibited altered spatio-temporal functional states of the default mode network (DMN), the salience network, a hub network (centered on the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex), and a relatively complex coupling network (visual, DMN, motor-somatosensory and subcortical networks). Multi-kernel classification models to distinguish patients from HC obtained areas under the receiver operating characteristic curves up to 0.80. Classification scores correlated with Hamilton Depression Rating Scale scores and age at MDD onset. FEDN MDD patients had multiple abnormal spatio-temporal functional states. Classification scores derived from these states were related to symptom severity. The assessment of spatio-temporal states may represent a powerful clinical and research tool to distinguish between neuropsychiatric patients and controls.

A Deep Learning Method for Pavement Crack Identification Based on Limited Field Images

Crack is one of the important pavement damages. The number and types of cracks are usually collected and inspected by human, but lately computer vision has shown great potential for automatically identifying pavement cracks. However, training a convolutional neural network (CNN) requires large amount of data. The limited number of crack images and the variety of crack image background put challenges for developing CNN model with high accuracy. This study proposes an intelligent method for crack pattern classification based on limited field images. The proposed method has a two-step data preprocessing. It first applied data augmentation method to enlarge the dataset, solving the data imbalance problem and providing more training data. Then a crack extraction method was applied to convert the original image into a binary back-and-white image. This step significantly reduced the input feature and simplified the model. Both of data preprocessing steps were designed to decrease the bias of the model. Then we performed a model selection and hyper-parameter tunning for CNN. We explored the application of AlexNet, SE-Net, and ResNet with a variety of configurations. The results show that the proposed data augmentation can enlarge the dataset significantly. The crack extraction also significantly increased the test accuracy. The ResNet with 50 layers has the highest test accuracy. With data augmentation, crack extraction and model selection combining together, the final approach can improve the test accuracy from 52.68% to 87.50% compared to the original limited images. The result suggests our proposed method works well to classify crack images of asphalt pavement with limited sample size.

Object detection and tracking is one of the most important areas of computer vision, as well as applications in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). However, due to the ultra-maneuverability of the UAV mobile platform, the image in the air is usually blurry and has a low signal-to-noise ratio, which is associated with the working environment. To solve the problem of detecting ground objects on the UAV platform, traditional methods of pattern recognition and classification are often ineffective. The visual attention model is a kind of bionic vision model with good stability. In the article for the detection of ground objects using UAVs, a method based on the visual saliency model is proposed, applied to a complex terrain background for object detection. To quickly isolate terrestrial features in aerial photographs, the extracted gradient function is applied to detect an area of visual significance, and then the target image is extracted using a segmentation algorithm. The subject of the study is the method and algorithm for detecting ground objects on the map of the underlying surface using the visual saliency model and object segmentation. The object of the study is a set of video sequences of terrain maps with different terrain. The novelty of the work is an algorithm that allows detecting ground targets based on an attention map using an object segmentation algorithm. A new method for segmenting objects in a video sequence is proposed. Experimental studies were carried out on the basis of video sequences of the map of the underlying surface with different backgrounds and an analysis of the results obtained was carried out. The results obtained make it possible to identify objects in the region of interest. As a result of solving the formulated tasks, the following conclusions can be drawn: An algorithm for detecting ground objects based on an saliency map has been developed. An algorithm for segmentation of ground objects based on a gradient map has been developed. An analysis of the results of the study showed that the proposed algorithm makes it possible to detect and highlight ground objects on a map of terrain with different terrain.

Variation pattern classification of functional data

AbstractA new classification method for functional data is proposed in this article. This work is motivated by the need to identify features that discriminate between neurological conditions on which local field potentials (LFPs) were recorded. Regardless of the condition, these LFPs have zero mean, and thus the first moments of these random processes do not have discriminating power. We propose the variation pattern classification (VPC) method which employs the second‐moment structure as the discriminating feature and uses the Hilbert–Schmidt norm to measure the discrepancy between the second‐moment structure of different groups. The proposed VPC method is demonstrated to be sensitive to the discrepancy, potentially leading to a higher rate of classification. One important innovation lies in the dimension reduction where the VPC method adaptively determines the basis functions (discriminative feature functions) that account for the major discrepancy. In addition, the selected discriminative feature functions provide insights into the discrepancy between different groups because they reveal the features of variation pattern that differentiate groups. Consistency properties are established and, furthermore, simulation studies and the analysis of rat brain LFP trajectories empirically demonstrate the advantages and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Application of Graph Neural Network in Driving Fatigue Detection Based on EEG Signals.

The objective of this article is to solve the current social phenomenon of a large number of fatigue driving, so that social safety becomes more stable in the future, and the detection and application of driving fatigue are more meaningful. This article aims to study the application of graph neural network (GNN) in driving fatigue detection (this article is abbreviated as DFD) based on EEG signals. This article uses a pattern classification method based on a multilayer perceptual overlimit learning machine to find the hidden information of the signal through an unsupervised learning self-encoding structure, which achieves the optimization purpose and has a better classification effect than traditional classifiers. An improved soft threshold (the soft threshold can be used to solve the optimization problem, and the optimization problem solved is similar to the base pursuit noise reduction problem, but it is not the same, and it should be noted that the soft threshold cannot solve the base pursuit noise reduction problem) denoising algorithm is selected, and the collected EEG (a technique for capturing brain activity using electrophysiological markers is the electroencephalogram). The sum of the postsynaptic potentials produced simultaneously by a large number of neurons occurs when the brain is active. It records the process of brain activity in the cerebral cortex or scalp surface) signals are preprocessed, so that the feature extraction efficiency of extracting EEG signals is improved. The final experimental data show that the traditional support vector machine, SVM algorithm, and the KNN convolutional neural (the K-nearest neighbor method, often known as KNN, was first put forth by Cover and Hart in 1968. It is one of the most straightforward machine learning algorithms and a theoretically sound approach) algorithms has a recognition rate of 79% and 81% for fatigue. The improved algorithm in this article has an average recognition rate of 87.5% for driver fatigue, which is greatly improved.

Pattern Classification Using Supervised Hypersphere Neural Network0

Pattern classification is of significant demand in the field of machine learning. Its applications range from a simple problem of speech recognition to a complex and important problem of medical diagnosis. Fuzzy based algorithms have been one of the most important methods which have contributed in solving the pattern classification problem. A customized Fuzzy based Supervised Hypersphere Neural Network (SHNN) is presented for the use of pattern classification. Here, a modernized pattern classification method has been presented by considering the fuzzy hypersphere neural network concept at the back end and using a modified version of the membership function aiming to solve the pattern classification problems and boost the performance of the algorithm. The proposed SHNN model creates supervised hypersphere using measurements obtained from intra-class distance techniques along with individual class pattern choice, over the fuzzy membership function. The previous modified fuzzy approaches presented an inherent drawback of ambiguous assignment of classes, losing the fuzzy nature during the assigning of classes in the testing phase and over fitting of the model during the training phase. The proposed approach solves this problem by adding a non linearity to the output of the membership function to maintain its fuzzy nature. Additionally, a new weighted Euclidean distance equation has been designed to enhance the performance of the algorithm. The performance of the proposed model of SHNN has been examined on four standard datasets namely - Pima, liver, glass and monks-3. The results obtained were superior to the previous proposed approaches. Thus, presenting a new state result of the art on the datasets.
