Padang Eye Center is one of the hospitals under construction on Jalan Khatib Sulaiman, Lolong Belanti, North Padang District, Padang City, West Sumatra. The construction of the hospital will certainly have an impact on traffic on Jalan Khatib Sulaiman. The purpose of conducting andalalin is to analyze the amount of travel demand that occurs at the Padang Eye Center Hospital in pre-construction, construction period, operational period, and post 5 years of construction, as well as seeing the impacts that occur and how alternative solutions are carried out. The parameters used are based on the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2021 concerning the implementation of andalalin, the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) of 2023 concerning the performance of road sections and the Directorate General of Land Transportation of 1996 concerning parking. The results of the analysis, namely the existing conditions obtained a V / C ratio of 0.43 level B, the construction period obtained a V / C ratio of 0.45 level C, the operational period with a V / C ratio of 0.45 level C, and after 5 years of operation the V / C ratio is 0.58 level C which means that the flow is stable, but the operating speed begins to be limited based on the level of service (LOS) table. Parking needs based on the building area of 2832 m2 were obtained as many as 113 srp, while based on the available parking area it can accommodate as many as 121 srp, so the parking space requirements of the Padang Eye Center Special Eye Hospital have been met. The alternative solution to this analysis is the placement of regulatory officers in front of the entrance and exit of the Khatib Sulaiman Road intersection during the construction period, regulating parking circulation within the hospital area, and making barrier gates to regulate vehicle traffic flow.

Parking Space Demand Study for Dondo Market, Tojo Una-Una District

The current parking space at Dondo Market is not effective because it still uses the road shoulder and is not well organised. When the market is busy, the parking area is full of two- and four-wheeled vehicles, spilling over onto the road, causing congestion and disturbing road users. Therefore, an analysis is needed to determine the ideal parking space requirements. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for parking space requirements and design its layout, as well as analyse traffic performance on Jl. Tj. Keramat before and after the parking facility. The results show that the market manager should provide potential land for off street parking. There is vacant land to the right and left of the market with a total area of 6,985 m2 which exceeds the current parking demand. If needed, there is still vacant land owned by the community around the market that can be developed as an additional parking area.

The planned land area for parking two and four-wheeled vehicles at Kelan Beach is 2097.30 m² in total. The survey method used is the cordon count and patrol method. Characteristics of parking for two-wheeled vehicles include the highest volume, namely 461, accumulation of 141 vehicles, duration of 1.63 hours, capacity of 173, turnover rate of 0.18, index of 0.68 less than (<) 1.00, which means the need for parking is below capacity/sufficient, and four-wheeled characteristics include volume maximum of 163, accumulation of 33 vehicles, duration of 1.48 hours, capacity of 49, turnover rate of 0.23, index of 0.57 less than (<) 1.00 which means parking needs are below capacity and do not need expansion. The parking space requirements for two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles are 63 and 20 slots respectively. The primary data required for this study include geometric road data, traffic volume data, and roadside obstacle data. Meanwhile, secondary data in this study comprise road network data and Average Daily Traffic (ADT) data from the relevant authorities, namely the Jombang Regency Transportation Agency. From the traffic performance calculations, the saturation degree values for the existing conditions on K.H. Hasyim Asyari Street towards the south (DJ) = 0.7624 and towards the north (DJ) = 0.7075 were obtained. Based on the survey results, K.H. Hasyim Asyari Street towards the north has a capacity (C) = 2465, and towards the south, it also has a capacity (C) = 2465. The parking space requirements in the Religious Tourism Area of the Tomb of K.H. To reduce the risk of accidents and relieve fatigue after traveling, one of the policies taken is to build rest areas and facilities. The method used in the research is a direct survey to obtain primary data in the form of incoming and outgoing vehicle data, the number of existing parked vehicles, facilities in rest areas and secondary data in the form of daily traffic on the Solo - Yogyakarta toll road obtained from PT. JMM. Based on the condition of the existing rest area, it is necessary to analyze the parking facilities to get an idea of ​​parking capacity and parking space requirements. The guideline used in the research is "Guidelines for Planning and Operation of Parking Facilities for the Directorate of City Transport Traffic System Development 1998", as well as references related to parking analysis. The conclusion of the analysis results is that the parking space needed for the Solo-Yogyakarta toll road in the 2024 planning year is 271 SRP, the volume of incoming vehicles is 2751, the accumulation is 206 vehicles, the parking index is 75.99%, the turnover is 10.15, and in 2033 there are parking spaces. What is needed is a capacity of 541 SRP, a volume of incoming vehicles of 5495, an accumulation of 411 vehicles, a parking index of 76.07%, and a turnover of 10.16.

Park and ride (P&R)is the right strategy to overcome transportation problems in metropolitan cities with high mobility levels to realize smart mobility. The three main goals of P&R are to reduce congestion levels, increase public transportation use, and improve urban space quality. The provision of parking capacity is one of the success factors in the planning of the P&R facility. Therefore it is necessary to calculate the parking space requirement in P&R. The research was conducted at Sidoarjo Station, the most significant origin station in Sidoarjo Regency, and a recommended P&R location. This study aims to calculate parking space requirements and facilities for the existing conditions and projections when P&R operates. Data were collected through primary surveys in the form of observations on parking characteristics at Sidoarjo Station and secondary surveys in literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the existing condition of the parking facility at Sidoarjo Station has exceeded the parking capacity, so to accommodate the need for parking space, it is necessary to increase the parking area of 96 m2 in the existing condition up to 413 m2 or 5,923 m2 for the next ten years.JEL Classification L91; O18; R41

With the increasing number of residents which continues to increase from time to time, the need for transfortation mobility is getting bigger. This also has an impact on the available parking lots in the megahria shopping area of Palembang city. Facts in the field show that on of the problems of the transportation system in the availability of inadequate parking space, so this research was conducted to analyze the characteristics of the magnitude of the impact caused by the operation of roadside parking in the megahria shopping area of palembang city with the research object being motorcycles and passenger cars who only use parking facilities inside the road body parking lot in the megahria shopping area of Palembang city. Based on parking characteristics it can be concluded that the conditions and needs of on-street parking spaces in the megahria shopping area of Palembang city. From the calculation for passenger car vehicles in can be 436 vehicles, the Parking space requirement is 209 parking spaces. While the total for motorcycle vehicles is 2173 vehicles, the current parking spaces requirement is 766 parking spaces.

EVALUASI KINERJA PARKIR DI RUMAH SAKIT OTAK DR. DRS. M. HATTA BUKITTINGGI

Bukitinggi Brain Hospital is one of the best standardized and superior hospitals in Bukittinggi. From year to year, public visits to the Brain Hospital are increasing, so that many vehicles are parked at the hospital and need a proper parking space in the Bukittinggi Brain Hospital area. The method used is by conducting a preliminary survey at the study site, collecting primary data and secondary data and then analyzing the data obtained. From the results of the study, it was found that the space requirement was 68 for cars and 113 for motorbikes, while the comparison of the actual parking space requirements with the standard parking space requirements applicable at the Bukittinggi Brain Hospital was 2.23 beds/SRP and 1.37 beds/SRP for Standard Director General of Transportation 1996. It can be concluded that the parking area for motorbikes is still safe and does not experience a shortage of SRP (Parking Space Unit) while for car parking there is a shortage of parking space of 28 SRP (Parking Space Unit) with a size for one car of 2.3 x 5 meters, so the area of land that needs to be added is (2,3 x 5 x 170 x 117) = 228,735 m^2 for car parking.

These problems can have an impact on improving the need for parking. At Kertapati Station there is a parking space facility. Provision of parking space if not appropriately arranged can be a problem and interfere with the level of comfort in the service process and can result in traffic jams, especially at stations. This study aims to analyze parking needs at Kertapati Station, and project parking needs at Kertapati Station for the next 5 years. The research method used is the observation of parking when vehicles enter and exit the train station. The research was conducted for three days, Thursday to Saturday April 28-30 2022 with an observation time of 07.00-21.30 WIB. From the results of the data analysis, it is known that the largest parking space requirement occurs on Saturday 30 April 2022 for motorcycles of 177.86 SRP, and passenger cars as much as 86.42 SRP. The projection within 5 years is that in 2025 the need for parking space for motorbikes can still accommodate the number of vehicles of 177 SRP while for passenger cars there is a shortage of parking space of 49 SRP.</p>

Parking Needs in Kabupaten Blora: A Case Study of Provincial Highways

Street parking is allowed in certain locations of Dinas Perumahan dan Perhubungan (Diperkimhub) Kabupaten Blora (Blora Regency), to meet parking needs; however, some vehicles also park on the street in areas with parking restrictions. Based on the need for providing parking spaces while maintaining traffic order, without reducing the level of road services, this study on the parking needs in Kabupaten Blora (Blora Regency) was carried out. This study used the space unit research method approach (SRP) to determine the supply and demand for on-street parking in Cepu District. The survey showed that the location of the on-street parking on Jalan RSU provides enough parking spaces on weekdays and holidays, with less than 50% occupancy (ranked as medium-low), while the Jalan Pasar Plaza on-street parking area cannot meet the parking space requirement and has a 14.6% parking space shortage. In order to overcome this issue on Jalan Pasar Plaza, utilizing motorcycle parking spaces, which have low occupancy rates, is necessary. The shortage of on-street parking locations only occurs at certain times with an incremental percentage. The on-street parking locations in Blora Regency also need to be updated to avoid parking violations, by installing parking signs, retribution information boards, and parking area barriers. Recommended long-term plans include to develop a parking system using metered parking and subscription parking, provide parking attendant salaries according to the minimum wage, distribute fines to vehicles that park inappropriately, limit parking spaces on the street, and build parking facilities (park and ride) in order to avoid disruptions in road use due to roadsides being used for on-street parking.

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF PARKING SPACE CAPACITY AT DR. SOEDONO GENERAL HOSPITAL OF MADIUN

<p>Parking is an element of facilities that cannot be separated from the overall transportation system. The increase in the population of a city will cause an increase in the need to carry out various activities. Hospital is one of the public facilities with a fairly high level of activity. However, in reality, the parking lot at the dr. Soedono General Hospital in Madiun is often full and disrupts the surrounding traffic. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the performance of parking capacity and space at the dr. Soedono General Hospital. The research was done by doing a literature study on parking behavior, a preliminary survey at the study site, collecting primary and secondary data, then proceed with analyzing data in the form of capacity and parking space performance. The results of this study show that the maximum parking volume is 217 motorbikes/day and 249 cars/day, the average parking duration for motorbikes is 4.92 hours and 3.63 hours for cars, the maximum parking accumulation for motorbikes is 121 vehicles/day, and 62 cars/day, the maximum parking index for motorbikes and cars is 4.31% and 4.64%, and the parking space requirement for motorcycles (SRP) is 100 SRP and cars 80 SRP.</p>

Evaluation of Parking Performance at Semut Station Surabaya

Parking is one element of the facility that cannot be separated from the system road transport as a whole. With the increase in the population of a city, this will lead to an increase in the need to carry out various activities. Semut Station Surabaya is one of the public facilities with a fairly high level of activity. However, in reality the parking lot at the Surabaya Semut Station is often full and disturbing the surrounding traffic. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the performance capacity and parking space at the Surabaya Semut Station. The method used is first conducting a literature study on parking, a preliminary survey at the studied site, collecting primary data and secondary data, then proceed with data analysis in the form of performance capacity and parking space. The results of this study show that the parking characteristic have a maximum parking volume of 247 motor bikes/day and 160 cars/day, the average duration of parking for motor bikes is 5.66 hours and cars is 4.62 hours, the maximum parking accumulation for motor bikes is as much as 87 vehicles/day and 64 cars/day, the maximum parking index for motorbikes and cars are 2.18% and 2.56% respectively, and the parking space requirement for motorcycles (SRP) is 95 SRP and for cars is 52 SRP.
