PERAN SISTEM KEUANGAN DESA ONLINE (SISKEUDES) DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS AKUNTABILITAS KEUANGAN DESA DI DESA BENTENG KECAMATAN PANGKALAN BARU KABUPATEN BANGKA TENGAH

This research aims to find out how big the role of the Online Financial System (SISKEUDES) is in improving the quality of village financial accountability in Benteng Village, Pangkalan Baru District, Central Bangka Regency. The research method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques obtained from interviews and documentation. There were 4 informants in this research, namely the Village Head, Village Secretary, Finance Head and Planning Head. From the results obtained during the research, it can be concluded that the presence of SISKEUDES in Benteng Village helps the village accountability process to the local government and community with the village financial reports produced by this application. Then regarding the accountability of village financial reports, judging from the vertical and horizontal accountability indicators, the reporting and accountability of the Benteng Village Government has been said to be good or accountable. Benteng Village has implemented SISKEUDES which is adapted to Permendagri No. 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Accounting so that the quality of reporting can be accounted for based on applicable village accounting. Although there are still problems with the application which often causes errors.

Implementation of Post-Pandemic Learning Independence Culture in Elementary Schools

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the Indonesian education system, causing changes in students’ cultural learning patterns and decreased creativity. Schools are restructuring their learning culture to focus on students and adapt to the environment. Indonesian government education system law no. 20 of 2003 mandates cultural values, cultural acculturation, and fostering independent learning. Teachers play an important role in motivating students and implementing a culture of independent learning, which has a positive impact on their learning process. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing a culture of independence in learning at SD Negeri 1 Pangkalan Baru, Central Bangka Regency, Bangka Islands Province. This research uses a phenomenological approach and qualitative methods to collect data and information from informants. The research aims to build a culture of independence, minimize teacher-student understanding and increase effective communication relationships between students. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Pangkalan Baru Central Bangka, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Data collection in qualitative research includes observation, interviews, and documentation and data can be taken from several sources. The analysis and sharpness of qualitative research is greatly influenced by the strength of the words and sentences used in the literature. The objects of the research were students at SD Negeri 1 Pangkalan Baru, Central Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The results of the research show that at SD Negeri 1 Pangkalan Baru, the focus on independent learning is emphasized through emotional intelligence, cultural habituation, and the character education system. The Pancasila learner profile emphasizes six dimensions: faith, piety, noble character, global diversity, and independence. Independent learning involves creating a study schedule, discussing with teachers, and applying critical reasoning skills. Constructivism theory encourages critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving, thereby leading to increased motivation and academics success.

The Effect of Digital Literacy and Character Education on Increasing the Quality of Learning

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital literacy and character education on improving the quality of learning in SMP Negeri in Pangkalan Baru sub-district, Central Bangka Regency. The sample size taken was 78 teachers in Pangkalan Baru State Junior High School, Central Bangka Regency. The sampling technique was saturated sampling, where the respondents were all teachers at Pangkalan Baru SMP Negeri, Central Bangka Regency. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 80 statement items. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that digital literacy and character education simultaneously have a significant effect on improving the quality of learning. Second digital literacy has a significant effect on improving the quality of learning. Third, that character education has a significant effect on improving the quality of learning.

Level of Knowledge of Pregnant Women About Anemia in the Working Area of the Pangkalan Baru Community Health Center, Bangka Belitung Islands

The purpose of this researchto determine the level of knowledge and characteristics of pregnant women regarding anemia in the Pangkalan Baru Community Health Center Working Area. This type of research is descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The total population was 34 pregnant women in the working area of the Pangkalan Baru community health center, taken using total sampling technique. The data collection method uses guided interviews. The research results showed that 61.8% of respondents had sufficient knowledge, 85.3% of respondents' age range was 20-35 years, 50% of respondents had a high school education, 94% of respondents' parity was <3, and 97.1% of respondents were housewives. The conclusion is that the level of knowledge of pregnant women about anemia in the work area of the Pangkalan Baru Community Health Center is in the sufficient category, namely 21 respondents (61.8%).

Pelatihan Pembuatan Pupuk Cair Organik dan Kompos dari Limbah Sampah Rumah Tangga

Purpose: Buluh Cina Village is a tourist village located on the banks of the Siak River. The problem of waste among residents living on the banks of the river is throwing garbage directly into the river, causing water pollution. The purpose of this community service is to provide information on how housewives can manage household waste into liquid organic fertilizer (POC) and compost in a simple manner. Methodology: The method used was focus group discussion (FGD) on the theory of good waste management and a workshop demonstration of the practice of making POC and compost directly. This event was in collaboration with the health cadre partners of Puskesmas Pangkalan Baru and Buluh Cina village officials. Results: The results of this community service were attended by 31 cadres, who understood that the behavior of littering into the river must be stopped by utilizing waste from the household scale. POC and compost training, so it is hoped that cadres will apply to themselves and teach their members. Limitations: Owing to the limited time, funds, and members involved in this research, the training was only conducted for one day, but it is hoped that it will be sustainable. Contribution: This activity is useful to increase community awareness about managing household waste to make it more useful for fertilizing plants around the house and also have economic value if sold

Pemberdayaan Kelompok Tani Hutan AOK melalui Budidaya Lebah Trigona SP dengan Inovasi Pemanfaatan Limbah Non B3 berupa Pipa PMK dan Plat Tangki

Purpose: This research aims to find out how to make Trigona Sp beehives using non-B3 solid waste in the form of used PMK pipes and tank plates and to see the savings and handling of household waste handled by Trigona Sp beehives made from PMK pipes. Apart from that, through this research we can also see the contribution of the KTH Aok group in utilizing household waste in the form of used cooking oil in the Dul village area as a natural pesticide. Methodology: The method used in this research is a case study where direct observations are made of the innovations implemented at KTH Aok and will be explained using qualitative descriptive methods. This research will be carried out in the cultivation garden of the Community Empowerment Program run by PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Pangkal Balam "Aok Bee Farm" in Dul Village, Pangkalan Baru Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Result: non-B3 solid waste in the form of PMK pipes and tank plates can be used as stands for Trigona Sp beehives which are sturdier and more resistant to unpredictable weather. To make it, simply cut the used PMK pipe and tank plate according to the specified size, then weld the cut pipe and plate to join the two parts together until it is finished and can be used as a tool for Trigona Sp bee nests. Through this tool, we can handle Non-B3 waste as well as household waste in the form of used cooking oil which is placed in a container in this tool which is useful for pesticides for pests that attack bee colonies. Conclusion: By using this innovative Trigona Sp beehive holder, you can handle non-B3 solid waste in the form of used PMK pipes and tank plates by cutting and shaping them in such a way that it becomes a holder that can place Trigona Sp beehives.

The application of the blue economy concept for traditional fisheries management in a conflict zone

Abstract. Bidayani E, Reniati, Priyambada A. 2023. The application of the blue economy concept for traditional fisheries management in a conflict zone. Indo Pac J Ocean Life 7: 143-147. The blue economy refers to an environmentally friendly management concept to ensure the sustainability of fish resources, considered an effective method in minimizing conflicts of interest in coastal areas. This study focused on one of the conflict zones in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands, located on the coast of Kebintik Village and Batu Belubang Village, Pangkalan Baru Sub-district, Central Bangka Province, Indonesia. This study aims to: (i) Analyse the implementation of the blue economy principles and (ii) Analyse the traditional capture fisheries management in conflict zones for sustainable fish resources. The research was conducted from June to July 2022. The population in this study includes traditional fishermen who have operated for more than one year in coastal areas, as many as 30 people and 30 people affected by the community's conflict. The research method of this study was a survey, while the data collection was conducted using census techniques and focus group discussions, generating both primary and secondary data. Primary data collection was conducted using a questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data collection was conducted through a literature study. The data analysis method used in this study is the descriptive method. The conclusions of this study are: (i) Implementation of blue economy principles, including resource efficiency, zero waste, social care, production cycle systems, investment, innovation, and adaptation, ranging from 86% - 100% or high category; and (ii) Traditional capture-fisheries management in conflict zones for sustainable fish resources which is considered as a compromise.

Implementation of the Blue Economy Concept of Traditional Fisheries Management in the Conflict Zone, on the Coast of the Kebintik Village, Pangkalan Baru District, Central Bangka Regency

Sea is an open access resource, so it has the potential to cause a conflict of interest in its use. One of the conflict zones between smallholder tin miners and traditional fishermen in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands is on the coast of the Kebintik Village, Pangkalan Baru District, Central Bangka Regency. Blue economy is an environmentally friendly management concept to ensure the sustainability of fish resources. For this reason, this research aims to examine on the implementation of the blue economy concept of traditional fisheries management in conflict zones. This research method is a survey method. The research has been conducted in Kebitik Village, Pangkalan Baru District, Central Bangka Regency. Sampling used census sampling technique. The population in this study are traditional fishermen who have operated for more than a year in coastal areas as many as 30 people. Data collection methods in this study include primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection using questionnaires, observation and documentation. Secondary data collection through literature study. The data analysis method used is descriptive method. The implementation of the blue economy concept of traditional fisheries management in the conflict zone which includes the principles of resource efficiency, zero waste, social care and investment, innovation and adaptation is 100%.

Peningkatan Hasil Belajar IPA Dengan Penerapan Model Bertukar Pasangan Pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar

This research is motivated by the low learning result of science at the four year students of state elementary school 020 Pangkalan Baru District of Siak Hulu Regency of Kampar. One of solution to overcome this problem by implementation of exchange partners models. The objective of study to know increase learning result of science material part of the plant by implementation of exchange partners models at the four year students of state elementary school school 020 Pangkalan Baru District of Siak Hulu Regency of Kampar. This research is a kind of Classroom Action Research (CAR) executed in two cycles. Every cycles consisted of bay one meeting and four phase, thas is planning, action, observation, and reflection. Research time executed to August s/d September 2017. For the subjects in this study is the fourth grade students of 020 Pangkalan Baru District of Siak Hulu Regency of Kampar 2017-2018 school year the number of students of 20 people, consisting of 9 men and 11 women. Data collection techniques used in this study is the observation, testing, and documentation. Having conducted research note an increase in student learning outcomes of prior actions, the first cycle and second cycle. In the pre-action mastery students only reached 45,83% or 11 students who completed, the students who pass the first cycle increased to 14 people or completeness only reached 70,00%. In the second cycle turns completeness students at 19 students or the percentage of 95,00%. Thereby that is the implementation of exchange partners models to increase learning result of science material part of the plant at the four year students of state elementary school 020 Pangkalan Baru District of Siak Hulu Regency of Kampar.

Sosialisasi Pengendalian Pencemaran Lingkungan Hidup di SMP Negeri 2 Kecamatan Siak Hulu

Public Senior High School 2 Siak Hulu is an educational unit level in Pangkalan Baru, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency, Riau. In its development, has various problems, i.e., garbage scattered students the school environment, several semesters do not carry out face-to-face learning. Student awareness about importance of living healthy life and keeping the environment clean is very minimal, therefore it needs socialized about controlling environmental pollution. Community Service Team (PKM) is interested in providing legal counseling on environmental pollution control at this school. This activity focuses on procuring the implementation of environmental pollution control socialization. The purpose of this activity is to provide: (1) legal counseling on environmental pollution control; (2) knowledge about the impact of environmental damage due to scattered waste. The results of the activity, new knowledge for students regarding environmental pollution and environmental destruction are different things. Need awareness of students to protect and preserve the environment.

Case Report: Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku (PMK) pada Ternak Sapi Potong di Kabupaten Bangka Tengah, Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung

Foot and mouth disease (FMD) is a contagious animal disease with high morbidity and enormous economic losses. This disease is caused by the type A virus from the Picornaviride family, which can attack various species of animals with an even number of nails. Foot and mouth disease was endemic in Central Bangka Regency from the beginning of May to September 2022, and affected cattle reached 1,309 heads. This paper aimed todetermine the prevalanceof cases, existing disease symptoms, and recovery response to treatment. The method used was collecting data from Central Bangka Regency animal health officers from early May to September 14, 2022. The result was that the prevalence of FMD cases in the Pangkalan Baru sub-district was 44.60%, Simpang Katis sub-district 49.70%, the Namang sub-district 6.10%, the Koba sub-district 6.80% and Sungaiselan sub-district 0.54% Symptoms experienced by the animals include hypersalivation/mouth discharge, anorexia, blistering lesions on the tongue, lips, gums and between rashes. Drug therapy includes antibiotics, antipyretics, vitamins, non-steroidal anti-inflammatories, feed premixes as well as routine spraying of disinfectants. Based on the report of the Field Veterinarian, the therapy provided good results without recurrence, and the clinical cure rate reached 96.72%

PENGARUH AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN ALOKASI DANA DESA, TRANSPARANSI PENGGUNAN DANA DESA, DAN KEBIJAKAN DANA DESA TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT (STUDI KASUS PADA DESA BELULUK, KEC. PANGKALAN BARU, KAB. BANGKA TENGAH)

This study aims to examine the effect of accountability in managing village fund allocations, transparency in the use of village funds, and village fund policies on community welfare. This study also aims to jointly examine the accountability of village fund allocation management, transparency in the use of village funds and village fund policies on community welfare. This research was conducted in the village of Beluluk, Pangkalan Baru District, Central Bangka Regency. 
 This type of research is quantitative research. Types of data used in this study is primary data obtained directly by distributing questionnaires directly to the public Belulu Village. The total population is 3,988 people and the number of samples in In this study, 90 people from the Beluluk Village community as respondents using purposive sampling technique. This study uses the JASP 0.14.1 tool for multiple regression analysis and its analytical methods. 
 Based on the results of data analysis, the results show that Village Fund Allocation Management Accountability has a significant positive effect on Community Welfare. The results of the t-test show that the t count is 2,974 > 1,987 t table with a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05, then H1 is accepted. Transparency in the use of Village Funds has a significant positive effect on Community Welfare. The results of the t-test show that t t-count is 3.207 > 1.987 with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05, then H2 is accepted. The Village Fund Policy has a significant negative effect on Community Welfare. The results of the t-test show that t count is -2.886 > 1.987 with a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05, then H3 is accepted. This study also shows that accountability for managing village fund allocations, transparency in the use of village funds, and village fund policies together have a significant and significant impact on community welfare. The results of the f test show f count 10,901 > 2,711 f table with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, then H4 is accepted.

Utilization of Kulong Krasak to maintain water availability in a sustainable manner

Kulong formed from tin mining activities has the potential as a source of water. Kulong in Beluluk Village, Pangkalan Baru District, which can be used as a water source is Kulong Krasak. The use of the kulong as a water source is not only seen from the ability of the kulong to meet the water needs of the community but also must maintain its sustainability. The reliability analysis of the kulong is a way to find out the amount of water release that is allowed so that the sustainability of the kulong is maintained. To determine the availability of Kulong Krasak water for the next 16 years, a prediction of water availability is made, namely from 2022 to 2037. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the water demand in Beluluk Village in 2037 was 7.86 l/s. The maximum water availability occurs in April, which is 20.43 l/s and the minimum occurs in September, which is 6.57 l/s. The results of the standard operating rule analysis show that Kulong Krasak has 100% reliability if the release target is 5.61 l/s of the total water demand, which is 7.86 l/s.

KOMPARASI USAHA PEMBESARAN IKAN NILA DI KOLAM TANAH DAN KERAMBA JARING APUNG PADA KOLONG

Communities on the island of Bangka use soil ponds and floating net cages on ex tin mines lake for tilapia cultivation. Currently, the comparison of the productivity of the two cultivation system for Tilapia cultivation is not known. This study analyzed the business and productivity of tilapia rearing under floating net cages and soil ponds in Air Mesu Village, Pangkalan Baru District, Central Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method with case study techniques with data collection through interviews, questionnaires, and observations. Overall, the business of rearing Tilapia with the KJA system and soil ponds in Air Mesu Village is feasible to develop because the R/C ratio is >1. The use of the KJA system has an R/C ratio and greater productivity than the ground pool. Yield productivity of 25.12 kg/m2 in the KJA system and 19.52/m2 in the soil pond system.

Analisis Keanekaragaman Jenis Plankton di Perairan Pulau Semujur dan Muara Sungai Kurau Kabupaten Bangka Tengah

Plankton is small organisms that live floating in the water column and are very important components in aquatic ecosystems. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of plankton, the ecological index of plankton, and the relationship between the. Physico-chemical parameters of the waters on the diversity of plankton species using statistical analysis. This research was conducted in March-April 2021 on Semujur Island, Pangkalan Baru District and Muara Sungai Kurau. Plankton data collection was carried out vertically using a plankton net. The results showed that the types of plankton found in the waters of Semujur Island and the Estuary of the Kurau River, Central Bangka Regency were 45 types of plankton. The highest plankton diversity value was at station III, namely 2.603 and the lowest value was at station VI, namely 1.361. The highest uniformity index is at station IV at 0.939 and the lowest value is at station V, which is 0.775. The highest value of the dominance index is at station VI, which is 0.307 and the lowest value is at station IV, which is 0.084. The results of the Spearman correlation in the waters of Semujur Island and the estuary of the Kurau River showed that temperature, pH, salinity, and current velocity were positively correlated and in the same direction as plankton diversity. Meanwhile DO and brightness was negatively correlated and opposite in direction to plankton diversity

The Effectiveness Of Slow Release Potassium Fertilizer Found On The Productivity Of Oil Palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) That Have Produced In Peatland

Oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) comes from the Palmae family which is a source of vegetable oil. The production of oil palm plants that continues to increase certainly needs efforts, one of which is through fertilization. This study aimed to see the effectiveness of the frequency of treatment with slow release potassium fertilizer on the productivity of oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) plants that have produced on peatlands. This has been implemented in an oil palm plantation in Pangkalan Baru Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The research has been carried out for six months starting from February 2021 to July 2021. This research was conducted using a non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK). The treatment consisted of 4 levels of treatment, namely a dose of 3 kg given 1 time / 6 months, a dose of 3 kg given 1.5 times / 6 months, a dose of 3 kg given 2 times / 6 months, and a dose of 3 kg given 3 times / 6 months. Each treatment was repeated 5 times. Therefore, 20 experimental units were obtained. Each experimental unit consisted of 3 sample plants so that the total number of sample plants used was 60 plants. The observed parameters were the number of female flower bunches, the number of male flower bunches, sex ratio, number of bunches, bunch weight, fresh fruit weight, and fresh fruit volume. The results of the research that have been carried out show that the application of treatment with a dose of 3 kg given 1.5 times / 6 months significantly increases the weight of bunches, weight of fresh fruit, and volume of fresh fruit on mature oil palm plantations on peatlands.

Training: Priority Analysis of Health Problems and Activity Intervention Priorities for Village Apparatus in the Work Area of the Benteng Health Center

Establishing Priorities in population health issues and determining priorities in the intervention programs implemented are important given the limitations of HR and financial resources. Health problems must be addressed inclusively, that is, together with relevant agencies. This study aims to look at the effect of health education on prioritizing health issues and their interventions on the knowledge of village officials. This research was conducted in Pangkalan Baru District. The research sample used was 30 people. The method used is pre-experimental design with one group pre-test post-test design. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon technique. The results showed that the knowledge of the Village Apparatus before being given health education with an average value of 74.21 and after being given health education became 91.3%. Hypothesis test results with an error rate of 0.05 obtained p value <0.05 means that there are significant differences from the knowledge of the Village Apparatus after and before the training

Review of the distribution of granite using geomagnetic methods at Bukit Nunggal Air Mesu Village, Pangkalan Baru Sub-District, Bangka Tengah District

Exploration is activities happens before the mining activity. It has purposes to know, predict and obtain the dimension in quality and quantity from a reserve that has economic value. From surveying at bukit Nunggal, Mesu Village, Pangkalan Baru Sub-district, Bangka Tengah District showed that there are outcrops indicating the potential for becoming a reserve for granite. Measurement is conducted to know the resource estimation and it is done by an approach of geomagnetic method that is environment friendly. Geomagnetic is passive method to measure the magnetism level or susceptibility from the measuring point. The total of the line to know the dispersion pattern and the depth of the resource is 13 lines with the space between measurement is 10m. From the geomagnetic measurement obtained IGRF value is 42969, inclined degree 0.424 declined degree – 21.157, susceptibility value in between -54.2nT to 56.1 nT, and the granite susceptibility value is in between 21 nT to 50nT. The anomalies map showed that there is a resource potential, and the dispersion is from east to west. Viewed from the topography and the residential areas, mining activity is recommended to be done in the west area.

Analysis of granitoid type of Bukit Nunggal Village, Air Mesu, Central Bangka Regency

The research was conducted in Bukit Nunggal Air Mesu Village, Pangkalan Baru District, Central Bangka Regency, an IUP PT Tanjung Bukit Nunggal with a height of ± 210 meters. This study is to find out more details about the type of granitoid rock which is a unitary hill but it is estimated that it is the intrusion body of several types of granitoid rock. The research method includes analysis of mineralization content and geochemical analysis in the form of XRF. The steps to be taken include literature studies, field research, laboratory analysis including mineralogical analysis and microscopic observations as well as geochemical testing of rock samples using XRF. The sampling procedure for analysis is carried out based on the height and changes in rock texture, on the number of rock types / lithologies available to be observed and examined for their mineralization content. Regionally, the study area consists of a hill which is interpreted as a potential rock for construction mining. It is hoped that this research can produce an analysis of the existing granitoid types by studying the lithology / rock, geological structure and mineral textures. There are 2 types of granite found in Nunggal Hill, namely granite and granite alterated (gneiss), with its main minerals are quartz, feldspar, biotit, opaq and sericytic and chlorite minerals.

Pelanggaran Administrasi Pemilu Penyelenggaraan Pemungutan Suara Ulang Pada Pemilu Serentak 2019 Di Kabupaten Bangka Tengah

The reason for the recommendation of Re-Voting (PSU) by the Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) of Central Bangka Regency is that voters who do not have the right to get votes are given the opportunity to exercise their rights. This is an indication of the election administration violation and negligence of the Voting Organizing Group (KPPS) in carrying out its duties and obligations. PSU took place at TPS 10 Beluluk Village and TPS 04 Air Mesu Village, Pangkalan Baru District. This study aims to determine the electoral administration violations and negligence of the KPPS as the cause of the Bawaslu recommendation. By using descriptive qualitative research methods through interviews with election organizers, literature study and documentation. The results showed administrative violations because the KPPS had difficulties in distinguishing the types of voters. The negligence of KPPS is a form of accidental duty caused by the lack of understanding of KPPS, heavy workload, pressure from voters who are enthusiastic, lack of coordination between TPS supervisors and KPPS and KPPS feels experienced.Keywords: Administrative Violations, Negligence, Voting Again (PSU)
