Educational media in the implementation of exclusive breastfeeding plays a very big role in increasing mothers' knowledge and attitudes in order to give birth to breastfeeding actions and skills. Mobile health or mobile-based health or mhealth is one of WHO's recommendations, namely a form of care in the field of education which is expected to be able to overcome health problems by reducing costs, energy and care time. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of smartphone-based mobile health in improving the ability of breastfeeding mothers. exclusively Method: This research is a literature review. Article searches were carried out using several databases with publications in 2014-2024 with the keywords mobile application for exclusive breastfeeding" or "smartphone to improve knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding" or "telehealth for exclusive breastfeeding". Results: The results of studies that have been carried out show that MHealth can be used as an educational medium to increase coverage of exclusive breastfeeding through increasing knowledge, attitudes and changes in behavior of postpartum mothers. Mhealth can be considered an effective educational medium due to the increasing development of technology and its use, which is cheap, easy and can be taken anywhere. Conclusion: Mhealth can be used as an educational medium to increase coverage of exclusive breastfeeding through increasing knowledge, attitudes and changes in behavior of postpartum mothers

INCREASING PUBLIC AWARENESS IN DRUG USE THROUGH SMART COMMUNITY MOVEMENT USING DRUGS (SCMUD)

The community tends to try to overcome health problems through easier and more cost-efficient methods. This triggers the tendency of the community to self-medicate. Self-medication is the use of drugs by individuals, not based on a doctor's prescription, but based on the individual's initiative. This community service aims to increase awareness of using drugs through Smart Community Movement Using Drugs (SCMUD) in the Bulakdawung community, Parang village, Banyakan district, Kediri regency. The activity was carried out on May 17, 2024, by providing Health Counseling to mothers who accompany their children to study groups, with lecture and question and answer methods, the media used was the leaflet of awareness of using drugs. The results of the activity were 21 mothers with most elementary school education backgrounds (80.95%), work as housewives (95.23%), less knowledge about awareness of using drugs (71.42%), good attitudes awareness of using drugs (66.67%) and drug use behavior in the family (80.9%) and those lacking 19.1%. After being given health education regarding the safe use of drugs through the Smart Community Movement Using Drugs, the community increasingly understands and carries out awareness to avoid the negative impacts of self-medication and provide appropriate treatment for family members who are sick and utilize health service centers appropriately. It was concluded that the activity can increase public awareness in the use of drugs through health counseling.

Relationship Between Self-Management and Health Behavior of Hypertension Patients in Romana Tanjung Anom Clinic

Background: Health problems in patients at the Romana Tanjung Anom clinic arise as a result of health behaviors that have a negative impact. Health problems are the result of human behavior in interacting with themselves and their environment, both biological, psychological, socio-cultural, and even political environments. Efforts to overcome health problems are by changing health behavior in self-management. This study aimed to find out whether there is a relationship between self-management and health behaviour behavior of hypertensive patients. Methods: Methods of the research conducted was correlational with a cross-sectional approach, involving 79 respondents.The sampling method employed was purposive sampling.Researchers used the first 2 questionnaires, namely self-management with 40 questions.The second questionnaire is behavior with 17 questions. Questionnaires are filled out and submitted offline or directly at the place of research. This study used bivariate analysis and with statistical tests of spearman rank. Results: The result of the study were obtained Self-management of hypertensive patients at Romana Tanjung Anom Clinic had good self-management of 47 respondents (59.5%) from 79 respondents. The health behavior of hypertensive patients at Romana Tanjung Anom Clinic in 2023 has good health behavior of 68 respondents (86.1%) from 79 respondents. There is a significant relationship between self-management and health behavior hypertensive patients at Romana Tanjung Anom Clinic in 2023 with p-value=0.019 (p<0.05) and a correlation of 0.264. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between self-management and health behavior of hypertensive patients at Romana Tanjung Anom Clinic and have good health behaviors

WEB-Based Empowerment of Individuals to Detect Health Status and Follow-Up Treatment

The high morbidity and mortality rate of the community is due to lack of knowledge in detecting health status and inability to make decisions to overcome health problems, causing delays in treatment. Providing education in the form of simulations and applying patents of a method of increasing independence for detecting health status and following up on appropriate treatment and patents of WEB site-based self-care methods is the application of information and communication technology in nursing services which is one solution to overcome this because it can optimize individual independence so that distance, time, place, and cost are not an obstacle to getting nursing services and achieving SDGs 3; ensuring a healthy life and improving the welfare of the population. Community service uses interview methods, health promotion about upper respiratory tract infections, hypertension, infections, rheumatism, dental caries, skin infections, refractive errors, pulmonary tuberculosis, pulp and pariapical tissue diseases and cataracts. Followed by simulations, assistance to all participants in using the WEB https://ariganursingselfcare.com/, observation and monitoring of the application of WEB to increase independence in detecting health status and following up on treatment. Community service was carried out from August to October 2023 in the community in the Medan Sunggal Health Center working area with a total of 173 people. Biofilm Production and Porin Permeability Activity in Clinical Isolates of Ciprofloxacin-Resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae in the Tertiary Hospital in Purwokerto, Indonesia

World Health Organization reports that the current use of ciprofloxacin as a broad-spectrum antibiotic shows a pattern of high bacterial resistance in many countries. Klebsiella pneumoniae is known as a Gram-negative bacterium that most often causes infection and is resistant to antibiotics. This study aimed to find patterns of resistance mechanisms based on biofilm production and porin permeability activity in K. pneumoniae clinical specimens from patients at RSUD Prof. Dr Margono Soekardjo Purwokerto, Indonesia. Several isolates of ciprofloxacin-resistant K. pneumoniae were isolated from clinical specimens of blood, sputum, urine, pus, stool and pleural fluid from August to October 2022. Identification and sensitivity testing of K. pneumoniae to ciprofloxacin were performed using Vitek® 2 Compact. A test for biofilm production is carried out by measuring optical density (OD) with a microplate at a wavelength of 630 nm. The porin permeability activity was determined using the value of the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) by the LC-MS spectrophotometry method at a wavelength of 630 nm. The results showed that 72 (47 %) isolates were resistant to ciprofloxacin. Among them, 41.3 % (24/58) of ciprofloxacin-resistant K. pneumoniae were able to produce strong biofilm. Porin permeability is indicated by MIC values of 1, 2 and 4 mg/L with bacterial cell counts of 32×106, 19×106 and 34×106 CFU/mL, respectively. This number decreased from the initial control with a bacterial cell count of 10.15×107 CFU/mL. Analysis of the correlation between the significance of biofilm production and the number of bacterial cells indicated that biofilm formation was related to the number of bacterial cells (R = 0.628, p ≤ 0.05). In conclusion, the resistance mechanism of ciprofloxacin-resistant K. pneumoniae involves biofilm production and decreased porin permeability activity. Analysis of Stakeholder Behavior on the Successful Development of Active Alert Villages In Grobogan District

Alert villages are a strategic effort to accelerate the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) . An alert village is also a village whose residents have the resources who are ready and willing to prevent and overcome health problems, emergencies and disasters in the village independently. This research aims to analyze stakeholder behavior towards the successful development of active alert villages in Grobogan Regency. This type of research is an observational survey with a cross sectional approach. The population of this research is all village head stakeholders in Grobogan Regency, totaling 277 people with the research sample determined purposively . and proportional sampling of 164 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire containing 15 knowledge questions, and 12 questions each for attitudes, infrastructure, support from health workers, support from community leaders, organizational commitment and stakeholder behavior. Frequency distribution analysis is descriptive, while the chi square statistical test and multiple logistic regression use a computer program. The research results show that stakeholder behavior is significantly related to the success of developing active alert villages in Grobogan Regency (p value 0.003). It is necessary to increase the commitment of stakeholder organizations (village heads) through various capacity increases such as training and guidance in the context of developing active alert villages in Grobogan Regency.

Therefore, the researchers conducted a study entitled Thematic-based story illustrations as a means of healthy living literacy for elementary school students. The research method that will be used in this study is the ADDIE model Research And Development Method. This research will be conducted in elementary schools in Songgom Lor, Songgom District, and Brebes Regency. Researchers carry out stages (1) Analysis: needs analysis to determine the right problems and solutions to determine student competencies; (2) Design: determine specific competencies, methods, teaching materials, and learning strategies; (3) Development: produce programs and teaching materials that will be used in learning programs; (4) Implementation: carrying out learning programs by implementing learning program designs or specifications; (5) Evaluation: evaluating learning programs and evaluating learning outcomes. The research objectives include (1) theoretically examining the concept of healthy living with care for the environment; (2) developing instruments for healthy living skills with care for the environment; (3) identifying healthy living behaviors with care for the environment for elementary school students and teachers; and (4) developing thematic-based story illustrations as media for healthy living literacy.

Study of Inulin Content and Extractions Methods in Several Types of Tubers: Review Paper

Inulin is a source of fiber that can be used as a functional food. Foods that contain inulin can help overcome health problems such as obesity, colon cancer risk, lower blood sugar levels and reduce insulin resistance. The purpose of this paper is to summarize some research results on inulin content in tubers and their extraction methods. Edukasi Pemenuhan Nutrisi sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Stunting menggunakan Media Audio Visual

Stunting is an irreversible growth disorder caused by a lack of nutritional intake during pregnancy (during 1,000 HPK), therefore, babies aged 0 to 2 years must receive balanced and optimal nutritional intake, because this period is the golden period of growth and development. child. Stunting is caused by a lack of understanding about how to overcome health problems (nutrition intake), therefore it is necessary to prevent stunting as an effort to increase health knowledge through education. Community service aims to find out how education about fulfilling nutrition in efforts to prevent stunting has an impact on increasing knowledge. The method of implementing counseling is carried out through face-to-face meetings and discussions which are considered more effective, where the activity begins with giving a pre-test questionnaire to measure the level of knowledge of mothers of toddlers, then the presentation of the material that takes place allows the audience to pay attention and focus on audio-visual videos regarding nutritional needs. To prevent stunting, evaluation of the results of the activity is carried out by administering a post-test questionnaire in the form of questions regarding the material that has been presented. This community service was carried out on September 18 2023 in Salekoe sub-district, East Wara sub-district, Palopo City, attended by 40 participants, all of whom were mothers of toddlers. The results showed that there was a significant influence on increasing respondents' knowledge before and after being given counseling with a p-value = 0.00 (p<0.05), where there were 20% of respondents who had good knowledge during the pre-test and this increased to 55% of respondents at the time of the post-test, 25% of respondents had sufficient knowledge about stunting at the time of the pre-test and this increased to 32.5% of respondents at the time of the post-test, 55% of respondents had insufficient knowledge at the time of the pre-test and decreased to 12.5% of respondents at the time post-test. The next follow-up is that health workers are expected to be able to use audio-visual videos in efforts to prevent stunting to increase knowledge among mothers of toddlers so that they can reduce the prevalence of stunting.

Diabetes Mellitus is a disease that disrupts the metabolic system which is characterized by increased blood glucose levels caused by insulin retention. Health education is a form of independent action to help clients, both individuals, groups and communities, overcome health problems through learning activities. Brown rice is a part of the herbal plant that contains flavonoid compounds which have anti-diabetic abilities which reduce blood glucose. Objective: The aim of the research is to provide health education to type two diabetes mellitus patients about the benefits of brown rice. Research Method: The research method is a case study with a housing approach. Results: The results obtained in cases one and two were obtained from data on the third day after implementation, the cause of the problem of lack of knowledge was resolved. Conclusion: The results of the study showed that both clients experienced the same problem, namely a lack of knowledge and carried out the same killings for three days and the results were obtained from providing health education about the benefits of effective brown rice given to patients with type two diabetes mellitus. Suggestion: Research recommendations hope that clients will have the desire to change their diet and lifestyle.

Pengaruh Penyuluhan CTPS terhadap Peningkatan Pengetahuan Siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kelurahan Sei Mati Medan Labuhan

One of the goals of sustainable development (SDGs) in the next 15 years is to overcome health problems that are still found in society today. One of the indicators of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior is Hand Washing with Soap (CTPS) which is a behavior of washing hands using soap to prevent various diseases. There are still many people who think that CTPS is not important, just as they only wash their hands when their hands are dirty. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of CTPS counseling on increasing the knowledge of elementary school students in Sei Mati Village, Medan Labuhan. The data collection method used in this study is the WHO rapid survey method with a cross sectional approach, namely research that is carried out in one time only. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. By using a one group pretest and posttest design. The subject of this research is the fourth grade elementary school students in Sei Mati Village. Sampling was carried out using the PPS (Probability Proportional to Size) method and Accidental Sampling as many as 210 students. Based on the research results obtained through the results of the pretest and post-test showed a significant level value of p = 0.000 <0.05, it was concluded that there was a difference between the knowledge of the counseling respondents before and after the counseling. With the hope that students can have an awareness of the importance of conducting CTPS activities to prevent the occurrence of various diseases, especially in children

The Relationship between Sociodemography and the Level of Knowledge, Attitudes, and Behavior of Breast Cancer Patients at the Surgical Oncology Polyclinic at Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital, Bandung, Indonesia

Background: Breast carcinoma is the most frequently diagnosed carcinoma in the world. A person's behavior in responding to a health problem is influenced by three factors, namely predisposing factors, supporting factors, and needs factors. The predisposing factor explaining social demographics is one of the things that influence individuals to overcome health problems. This study aimed to assess the level of knowledge, attitudes, and behavior toward breast cancer in advanced breast cancer patients who seek treatment at the surgical oncology polyclinic at Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital, Bandung, Indonesia.
 Methods: This study was an analytic observational study of 329 research subjects. The research subjects were patients at the surgical oncology polyclinic at Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital, Bandung, Indonesia. Observation of knowledge, attitudes, and behavior was carried out using a questionnaire adapted from the breast cancer awareness scale (BCAS-I). Data analysis was performed univariate, bivariate, and multivariate using SPSS software.
 Results: Occupation (p-value 0.000 OR 3.664) has a significant relationship with the knowledge of breast cancer patients. Education and occupation have a significant relationship with the attitude of breast cancer patients. Age 35-59 years and working as a housewife have a significant relationship to the behavior of breast cancer patients.
 Conclusion: There is a sociodemographic relationship with knowledge, attitudes, and behavior in breast cancer patients at the surgical oncology polyclinic at Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital, Bandung, Indonesia.

Clean and Healthy Lifestyle Education aims to provide a better understanding and provide education related to the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle althy Lifestyle, nutrition for pregnant women and nutrition for the elderly to the community, especially the community in Belabori Village, Gowa Regency. Nutrition education for pregnant women aims to reduce health risks to the fetus and mother. Nutrition education for the elderly aims to increase the number of screenings and form a health intervention strategy through counseling, mentoring and mentoring, increasing the capacity of elderly cadres. The method used in this community service is in the form of theory-based education and practice of a cleanand healthy lifestyle (PHBS) as an effort to prevent and overcome health problems in three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The targets of this community service implementation are the residents of Belabori Village, Gowa Regency. The results of this community service activity are that Belabori Village residents gain knowledge through the stheory and practice-based educational stage on how to apply PHBS (Clean and Healthy Lifestyle), Knowing Nutrition in pregnant women and nutrition in the elderly and applying how to wash hands properly and correctly. Activities carried out during community service are providing education about PHBS, nutrition for pregnant women and conducting leopold examinations for pregnant women and providing education about nutrition for the elderly and conducting tension in the Belabori Village community. From the results of this education, Belabori Village residents can practice a clean and healthy lifestyle such as how to wash hands properly and correctly, delivery assistance is assisted by health workers, babies are given exclusive breastfeeding, weigh babies every month, availability of clean water, eradicate larvae, use latrines. healthy people, not littering and implementing healthy living patterns and behaviors in the community by consuming healthy nutritious food, as well as routinely conducting health checks at the nearest Health Service Center. Community Empowerment Efforts in Preventing Stunting through "KEBANTING" Activities in PEJOK

Indonesia is one of the countries with a high stunting rate. In 2018, the stunting rate in Indonesia decreased to 30.8%. Pejok Village, Kedungadem District, Bojonegoro Regency is one of the villages where the stunting rate is still high. Based on this, Pejok Village was chosen as a village to be carried out community service by the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Airlangga in 2021. The purpose of this community service is to identify priority problems, as well as develop intervention plans, and implement and evaluate programs to overcome health problems in Pejok Village. The method used is operational research, where solving health problems in Pejok Village is done by problem identification. The interventions carried out in Pejok Village is "KEBANTING : (Keluarga Keren Basmi Stunting)". The results of this community service activity are the increased knowledge of Pejok Village residents has increased after receiving counseling from the "KEBANTING" webinar, the average knowledge before getting the intervention (pretest) was 74%, and the knowledge after getting the intervention (post-test) was 87%.

Apart from that, by implementing PHBS the community is able to create a healthy environment and improve the quality of life. This includes the elderly group (elderly). The elderly are an age group that has experienced decline in many aspects, namely physical, psychological and social. The existence of these limitations will greatly affect the ability/independence in implementing PHBS. The lives of aging seniors need to be managed well, emphasizing the concept of active aging, maintaining independence and quality of life in the last third of life.

Refreshing Kader Posyandu Bayi dan Balita sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan di Puskesmas Tirto

Puskesmas is the spearhead of public health services which is very important because it improves the degree of public health. One of the efforts to accelerate the reduction of maternal and infant mortality rates is implemented in the Posyandu (Integrated Service Post) program. Posyandu is one of the platforms that can be used to prevent and overcome health problems in nutrition, maternal and child health, clean and healthy lifestyles, immunization and so on. Health cadres who are around the community must have a high level of knowledge about health that occurs in the community. The purpose of this community service is as a means of updating health knowledge, especially regarding maternal and infant health with a target number of 25 cadre participants. This activity was carried out with a pre test, material provision, discussion and post test. From this activity it can be seen that there are 17 cadres who are well informed from the previous only 10 people. The author hopes that the government through the Puskesmas can conduct continuous coaching and refreshing cadres.
