One-stage bilateral total hip replacement has gained popularity due to its advantages, which include its lower cost, anesthetic time, hospitalization, and recovery. to show the clinical result of one-stage bilateral total hip replacement. A case series of patients who underwent one-stage bilateral total hip arthroplasty. The medical records of 100 patients were evaluated from 2001 to 2022.
