Driving Behavior of Online Ojek X towards Safety Driving in Anggana Sub-district

Abstract Traffic accidents in East Kalimantan, particularly in Anggana District, pose a serious issue. As of October 2023, there have been over 20 cases of minor to moderate accidents involving online motorcycle taxi drivers, often due to the negligence of other road users. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study design, involving 9 informants. Results indicate that the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by Ojek Online X is rated positively by passengers. Drivers who are healthy and well-rested are motivated by attractive earnings and flexible schedules. Ojek Online X prioritizes quality service through vehicle maintenance to reduce accident risks. A safe working environment is crucial for maintaining a positive public image. In conclusion, good PPE usage, adequate rest, and financial motivation contribute to safety and work quality. These findings can serve as a reference for other online motorcycle taxi drivers in implementing Safety Riding principles.

Knowledge, Attitude, and Perception: Impact on Online Ojek Driving Safety

The high number of accidents for ojek online motorcycle users cannot be separated from the behavior of the riders. Motorist behavior factors have an important contribution in determining the occurrence of road user traffic accidents. Thus, the purpose of this study is to ascertain how knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions will affect motorcycle safety riding behavior in Jakarta in 2023 when it comes to ojek online. This study used survey method with quantitative research data. The population in this study was all ojek online motorcycle drivers in Jakarta and the sample used amounted to 100 respondents. The results of the analysis, computations, and talks demonstrate that knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions all work together to influence Jakarta ojek online motorbike riders’ safety riding behavior positively and significantly. Where partially the variable knowledge has a positive and significant influence on the safety riding behavior of ojek online motorcycle taxis in Jakarta. The same thing with attitude variables that have a positive and significant influence on ojek online motorcycle safety riding behavior in Jakarta. Similarly, the perception variable significantly and favorably affects Jakarta motorbike riders' safety-riding habits (Ojek Online).

Forward Chaining Method Implementation for AI-Powered Passenger Ojek Online and Drive Solutions

This research explores the application of artificial intelligence (AI)-based technology in the Grab application, an online passenger transportation service company in Southeast Asia. The main aim of this research is to improve service quality, safety and efficiency for Grab passengers and drivers, while solving traffic and location problems. The use of AI in this application opens up opportunities to optimize passenger pick-up and drop-off processes, improve navigation, and improve real-time traffic management. Special emphasis is placed on the application of the Forward Chaining method, an artificial intelligence technique that allows systems to make decisions based on predetermined rules. By implementing this method, Grab can predict passenger movements and arrange the best routes automatically, increasing time efficiency and reducing congestion. The implications of this research are very significant in the context of improving the quality of online transportation services, by providing a better experience for passengers and ensuring safety on every trip. The main contribution of this research is the development of an efficient and reliable AI system, as well as the application of Forward Chaining in the context of the Grab application. Additionally, this research provides an in-depth understanding of how AI technology can overcome traffic and location challenges, creating effective and reliable solutions for ride-hailing companies in the future. The results of this research provide a valuable contribution to the development of transportation technology, providing a basis for similar companies to explore the potential of applying artificial intelligence in their services. Thus, this research paves the way to greater innovation in the field of online transportation, creating a more efficient, safe and comfortable environment for users, and creating significant added value for the industry.

ANALISIS POLA KOMUNIKASI DRIVER GOJEK DALAM MENJAGA HUBUNGAN BAIK DENGAN PELANGGAN

Ojek online berbasis internet, such as Go-jek, can make the populace more modern if they want to be engaged and help with daily needs. Communication between drivers and passengers might become strained during the Go-jek delivery process, which makes the subject eager to carry out this study with the goal of understanding and describing the type of communication used by the two main government agencies in Kota Batam. Deskriptif kualitatif is the type of analysis that is used. The information in the exhibit is relevant to the active citizens of Kota Batam. The data collection methods used in this study are observation and interview. The conclusion of this study is that the new form of customer communication in Kota Batam is the driver gojek application. The process of communication starts with the sender of the message contacting the receiver of the message via the Go-Jek app, after which the message will be sent as a form of confirmation. Once the message is sent, intergroup communication will break down and result in an effect.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI MAHASISWA DALAM MENGGUNAKAN OJEK ONLINE

Transportation is a very important field of activities in the life of Indonesian people. Recognizing the importance role of transportation, traffic and road transportation must be organized in an integrated national transportation system and able to realize the availability of transportation services in accordance to the level of need. One of the most widely used transportation is ojek online. Of course, some factors become the influence of the use of online motorcycle taxis. One quantitative method that can measure customer perception using online motorcycle taxis is the Factor Analysis method, which is a statistical analysis used to find out the factors that underlie and show interrelationships between changemakers. Based on questionnaires distributed to 150 students in the FMIPA environment of Udayana University in 2021 and after an analysis of factors on questionnaire data, it was obtained that factors which influence students' decisions to use online motorcycle taxis are location and destination factors, service factors, application factors, and promotional factors. These factors can explain the diversity of students to use online motorcycle taxis by 34.666%; 28,897%; 22.563% and 10.873%. The dominant factor that mostly influence students' decision to use online motorcycle taxis is the factor of place and destination location that can be explained by 34.666%.

Female Online Motorcycle Drivers and Their Gender Equity: A Case in Pontianak

Online motorcycle taxi is a media in the form of an online application as a tool to order transportation services. Customers use gadgets to order motorcycle taxis online and connect with drivers who are ready to take or pick them up to their desired destination. The emergence of online motorcycle taxi drivers has caused a dynamic in viewing human work so that not only men can work as online motorcycle taxi drivers. This article aims to prove that women as online motorcycle taxi drivers is a form of gender equality. This study used a qualitative research method with data analysis techniques using triangulation, and a detection method using a research approach with interviews involving direct interaction between researchers and respondents to obtain information and data based on a frame of mind using ecofeminism. The patriarchal mindset causes a negative view of women and nature, which are seen as objects that can be controlled by men. In this context, ecofeminism offers a solution by strengthening the position of women and nature and fighting for gender equality and environmental protection. In the case of women's online motorcycle taxis, Ecofeminism Theory highlights the potential for gender to be improved by giving equal opportunities and access to women to become online motorcycle taxi drivers, without being limited by gender stereotypes that hinder women's roles. The results of this study show that as online motorcycle taxi drivers, women are able to make money, make decisions and develop the same potential as men while reducing the stereotype that online motorcycle taxi drivers work only for men.

The Impact of System and Information Quality on User Satisfaction and Continuance Intention: An Analysis of Online Motorcycle Taxi (Ojek-Online) Applications

Purpose: The study’s goal was to analyze the adoption of online motorcycle taxi (in Indonesia it is called an ojek online) technology with the purpose to keep using the application.Methods: The study used the System Success Model to develop this research model. It was conducted based on the premise that information quality and system quality positively influence the ease and usefulness of the system application. The ease and usefulness of the system application have implications for user satisfaction and the intention to continue using the system. The study employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using PLS (SEM) 4.0 to test and evaluate the measurement model and structural model. A sample of 235 respondents who are users of the online motorcycle taxi system in Semarang City was used in the study.Result: Out of 10 hypotheses tested, 9 hypotheses were accepted and 1 hypothesis was rejected. The usefulness of the system had a negative and insignificant influence on the intention to continue using the system. The intention to continue using the online motorcycle taxi application was strongly determined by the ease of the application system and user satisfaction. The discoveredings also showed that the quality of the system had the strongest influence on the ease of the system. Novelty: This study was unique in combining the Technology Acceptance Model and Mclean Delone approach to test the quality of the online motorcycle taxi application towards user satisfaction and intention to continue using the application.

Analysis of Service Quality, Perceived Value and Customer Satisfaction on Behavioral Intention on Ojek Online

The purpose of this study is to describe service quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions in digital business companies. That is to see whether service quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction can have a significant effect on behavioral intentions either separately or not simultaneously. This research was conducted on 200 respondents with the criteria of being domiciled in Jabodetabek, aged 17-44 years and consumers who have used online motorcycle taxi transportation services in the Grab application at least 2x in the last 1 year. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using the SEM AMOS program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between service quality on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction can mediate the relationship between service quality and behavioral intentions, customer satisfaction can mediate the relationship between perceived value and behavioral intentions. Meanwhile, there is a negative and insignificant effect between perceived value on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction on behavioral intentions, service quality on behavioral intentions and perceived value on behavioral intentions.

Pelatihan Display Produk untuk Bazaar

Koperasi Srikandi Roda Jatim is a cooperative consisting of women who work as Ojek Online (OJOL) drivers in Surabaya city. As an effort to prosper the members, this cooperative actively participates in the bazaar. However, it was found that the bazaar activities that were followed were not balanced with product sales, meaning that the product was empty of buyers. The target audience of this activity is cooperative members who live in Surabaya and require special attention such as having the status of a single parent, belonging to a Low Income Society (MBR), having children with special needs or disabilities. This community service activity is the implementation of SDG's no. 5 on gender equality and SDG's no. 8 on decent employment opportunities and economic growth. The problem experienced by partners is the lack of knowledge and skills of product arrangement display when participating in the exhibition. The purpose and hope of this activity is that the members of the Srikandi Roda Jatim Cooperative in Surabaya City have the knowledge and skills to displays when participating in the bazaar in the hope that the products on display can attract the attention of visitors and are interested in buying so that the standard of living and welfare of the cooperative members can be realized.

Some Factors that Influence Work-Life Balance of Workers

In actual life, the efforts to achieve a harmonious balance between work and family life and other activities outside of work are very important. A balance between the both creates good mental health and it is condusive for personal life. Likewise for online motorcycle drivers (ojek online) with work activities that require them to leave home and family. Therefore, the study was conducted to ascertain several influencing factors of work-life balance. Some of the variables studied were Relation-Oriented Leadership Behavior, Personality, and Flexible Time Hours as independent variables and Work-Life Balance as the dependent variable. The object of this research was online motorcycle drivers who worked in Wonosobo Regency and 100 of them were selected as research samples. Through hypotheses testing by applying data processing software of SmartPLS 3, it was concluded that Relation-Oriented Leadership Behavior, Personality, and Flexible Time Hours positively influenced Work-Life Balance. Thus, all research hypotheses were accepted. Therefore, the better Relation-Oriented Leadership Behavior was performed, the better Personality, and the better Flexible Time Hours was implemented, the better Work-Life Balance of online motorcycle drivers in Wonosobo Regency.

FACTORS RELATED TO THE FATIGUE OF ONLINE MOTORCYCLE TAXI WORKERS IN CIPAYUNG DISTRICT, EAST JAKARTA IN 2021

ABSTRACT
 Traffic accidents in Indonesia are still one of the biggest contributors to the death rate caused by accidents of online motorcycle taxi workers caused by fatigue. Although Indonesia is indeed ranked third in the data, judging from the statistical percentage of the total population, Indonesia is ranked first with a mortality rate of 0.015 percent of the total population below China with a percentage of 0.018 percent and India with 0.017. The general purpose of this study is to find out the factors related to the willingness ofonline motorcycle taxi workers in Cipayung District, East Jakarta in 2021. The method used to measure fatigue in online motorcycle taxi workers uses a Quantitative design with a cross sectional method. Fatigue is a state that is accompanied by a decrease in performance and endurance in working with the main sources of visible fatigue, physical fatigue, emotional fatigue, fatigue due to the environment itself, as well as fatigue and an environment that does not heal as a fact. There is no relationship of sex and age with fatigue (P > 0.05), there is a relationship of length of work and quality of sleep with fatigue (P <0.05). From the data, it is stated that 2 variables state that there is a relationship between long work, kuliata sleeps with the willingness ofonline motorcycle taxi workers in Cipayung District, East Jakarta in 2021.

PENGARUH PENENTUAN HARGA DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN OJEK ONLINE GRAB DI KOTA PAREPARE

This study aims to determine the effect of pricing and service quality on consumer satisfaction of ojek online Grab in Parepare City (Case Study in Ujung District). The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, observations, and literature studies. The sample in this study amounted to 147 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of a computerized system (computer program IBM Statistics SPSS 26). The results of the study indicate that partially Pricing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Partially, Service Quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Simultaneously, Pricing and Service Quality have a positive and significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction.

The Effect of Service Quality, Price, and Promotion on Ojek Online Customer Loyalty (Case Study on Grab Customers in Tangerang City)

The purpose of this study is to analyze and identify problems with online motorcycle taxis, especially regarding the effect of service quality, price and promotion on customer loyalty online motorcycle taxis (Grab) in the city of Tangerang. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires, where the questionnaires were distributed randomly to 100 respondents. Analysis of information used in this study is the acquisition of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The quality of service gets a tcount value of 2,935 where the value is 2,935 > 1.9872 with a significant value of 0.04 where the value is 0.04 < 0.05 so that H1 is accepted. The price gets a tcount value of 5.972 where the value is 5.972 > 1.9872 with a significant value of 0.00 where the value is 0.00 < 0.05 so H2 is accepted. The promotion gets a tcount of 4.300 where the value is 4.300 > 1.9872 with a significant value of 0.00 where the value is 0.00 < 0.05 so H3 is accepted. From the ANOVA test, Fcount is 80,163 where Fcount > Ftable with a value of 80,163 > 2.70, with a significant value of 0.00 where the value is 0.00 < 0.05 so it can be assumed that each independent variable (X) has a significant impact on the dependent variable (Y).

OJEK ONLINE DALAM BINGKAI HUKUM NASIONAL DAN SYARIAT ISLAM

Ojek is one of the modes of transportation that existed since ancient times and is one of the transportation services of people/goods. In Indonesia there are 2 types of motorcycle taxi ojek both conventional and ojek online. The difference is if the motorcycle taxi online, consumers who order ojek service through a smartphone application that is connected to the internet and can be done anywhere either at home, office and so on, whereas if conventional motorcycle taxi can only be found when the consumer look for it at certain points. The purpose of this study is to answer the doubts of the public about the position of motorcycle tax law online both in terms of positive law applied in Indonesia as well as in terms of Islamic Law. The result of this research is that the motorcycle taxi is legally positive allowed or legalized by postprescription operated by President Joko Widodo. Meanwhile, if from the eyes of Islamic Law of ojek online is legalized for bringing goodness from society and country because it can reduce unemployment

Strategi Bertahan Hidup Pengemudi Ojek Online Selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Matsum II Medan

Abstract: Purpose: This study aims to determine the survival strategies used by ojek online drivers in Matsum II City, Medan during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology/approach: This research is a survey research with data collection techniques carried out through observation and in-depth interviews. The sample of this research is online motorcycle taxi drivers in Matsum II City Medan. Results/findings: The results of this study found that online motorcycle taxi drivers in the City of Matsum II Medan use active and passive strategies to survive. The active strategy is carried out with double work. In addition to the passive strategy is to save on daily expenses, especially expenses for needs that are not too important. Limitations: This research is limited to the process of collecting data through interviews which are sometimes not in-depth, because some drivers have difficulty communicating. Contribution: This research is expected to be able to contribute in the field of social science regarding survival strategies carried out by ojek online drivers during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as being a reference for future authors with a focus on survival strategy studies. Persepsi Masyarakat terhadap Penggunaan Transportasi Online (Go-Jek) di Kota Pematangsiantar

Ojek Online is currently mushrooming as a means of transportation that is in demand by the public. This is based on the effectiveness and efficiency offered and is the main attraction for its users. This study aims to determine public perceptions of the use of Gojek online transportation in Pematangsiantar City. The population defined in this study are consumers of online transportation users taken from the background of age, gender and occupation. Sampling technique using a questionnaire. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research, where the researcher tries to describe the subject or subject being studied in accordance with the data obtained. The data analysis technique in this research uses validity test, reliability test and t one sample test. The results of this study indicate that from the results of the t-test one sample test, the t-value (count) is 49,546. The value of df (degree of freedom) or the degree of freedom is 49. The value of sig.(2-tailed) is 0.000. Thus the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which reads that the public has a good perception of the existence of Gojek online transportation in Pematangsiantar City is accepted.

Analysis of Service Quality and Trust on Customer Satisfaction of Ojek Online in Banyuwangi

Gojek online is a partner for two-wheeled drivers who can contribute 8.2 trillion per year to the Indonesian economy. This study is to analyzes the factors that influence online motorcycle taxi customer satisfaction in Banyuwangi. This research is a type of explanatory quantitative research with causal prediction measuring the strength of the relationship between variables. The population in this study is application users (consumers) who have received online motorcycle taxi services in 2021 in Banyuwangi. The sample is 100 respondents. The data were processed using SPSS 21 and SmartPLS 3.0. The hypothesis was processed using Structural Equation Modeling Path Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and trust. Trust has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction with trust moderation. This research is to improve the service quality of online motorcycle taxi partners.

Contradictions of Online Motorcycle Taxi (Ojek) Arrangements as Public Motor Vehicles in Indonesia

There are various types of transportation services as facilities for community mobilization in Indonesia, one of them is an Ojek. Ojek as a two-wheeled transportation service considered as alternative public transportation which can transport a person from one place to another in a fast way and at affordable costs. With the development of technology and transportation in this digital era, conventional motorcycle taxi (in Indonesia: ojek konvensional) transformed into online motorcycle taxi (known as ojek online), a transportation service using an online application as the ordering media. However, currently, there is no regulation that regulates or legalizes the existence of the motorcycle taxi itself, until the emergence of online motorcycle taxi. With the issuance of Minister of Transportation Law Number 12 of 2019, which gave a perspective that motorbikes were legalized into public transportation, while the regulation in Indonesia Transportation Law stated that motorbikes were not public transportation and Constitutional Court Decision Number 41/PUU-XVI/2018 refuse the legality of motorbikes as the public transportation. The contradiction of the regulation of online motorcycle taxi has resulted an unclear legality of motorbikes used as an online transportation in Indonesia. Transportation Law as a higher regulation than Minister of Transportation Law does not regulate the classification of motorbikes as a public transportation which resulted a contradiction on the basis of the hierarchy of laws in Law Number 12 of 2011.

THE ROLE OF FIDUSIAN SECURITY LAWS IN PROTECTING ONLINE OJECT WHEN MAJOR SCALE OF SOCIAL RESTRICTIONS APPLY IN FROM CREDIT REMEDY CASE STUDY IN DKI JAKARTA

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) issued OJK Regulation (POJK) No. 11 / POJK.03 / 2020 concerning National Economic Stimulus as a Countercyclical Policy on the Impact of the Spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 which regulates that debtors affected by the Coronavirus get credit restructuring, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the tourism, transportation, hospitality and other sectors. One of the points is related to relaxation of postponement of installments of up to one year and a reduction in credit interest for borrowers in the informal sector, micro-businesses, workers who are paid per day and run businesses in productive fields. The problem is how the role of OJK regulations in easing Ojek Online credit? And how is the legal protection for online motorcycle taxis when the Large-Scale Social Restrictions take effect in the context of credit relief based on Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Security? The method used is normative juridical research. The conclusion is the role of OJK regulations in relieving online motorcycle taxi credit, namely by calling two online motorcycle taxi transportation companies to apply for credit relief which are carried out collectively so that they can provide driver data and vehicle data such as engine numbers and numeric numbers to make submissions easier. This is in accordance with the rules for credit leniency stipulated in OJK Regulation (POJK) Number 11 / POJK.03 / 2020 concerning Economic Stimulus as a Countercyclical Policy. These online transportation drivers are included in the credit easing category for one year due to the impact of the corona virus pandemic or Covid-19.

Memahami Dinamika Bekerja dalam Ketidakpastian: Tinjauan Fenomenologis Pengalaman Bekerja Pengemudi Ojek Online

Employees of high technology company often facing rapid and unpredictable changes. This qualitative research aims to explore further how workers with high uncertainty working environment develop their strategies to be survived in this kind of environment. Online ojek driver works in high uncertainty environment where they have no clear employment status. The technology company who employs them only see them as a business partner which their relationship with the company could be terminated anytime. This qualitative research is conducted with phenomenological approach. Six ojek online driver respondents were chosen with minimum criteria: has been working in this field minimum 1 year, play a role as the main income earner in the family, and has the main job as online motor driver. Through a qualitative method with phenomenological approach, data analyzed by data reduction process resulted in five main themes: environmental uncertainty, task identity, values, strategy, and hope and themes of strategy to overcome those work situations and nature. Then the researcher developed an essential description or comprehensive construction about the meaning and the essence of the subjects’ experiences.
