Upaya Pengelolaan Sarana Pada Objek Wisata Air Soda di Desa Parbubu I Kecamatan Tarutung Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara

The Parbubu I soda water tourist attraction is one of the areas located in North Sumattra Province, Tarutung District, which is known as the Gospel tourism city, and also has the advantage of agricultural products such as yagung, sawa, coffee, and also has a variety of natural beauty and diversity. culture so that it can give rise to various potential tourist attraction destinations. Local communities also take the initiative to actively manage it into a potential tourist attraction. So tourist options are varied, and so are they. The Tourism Office in North Tapanuli district still has many problems that must be paid attention to, such as facilities, facilities for tourist visitors, in each tourist attraction destination location which are not yet adequate and still have not yet optimized management efforts, which still lacks professional human resources. Formulation The problem in this research is how to manage the facilities of a manager of the Parbubu I soda water tourist attraction, Tarutung District, as well as for the foundation of a researcher who wants to conduct research, in other tourist motorcycle taxi destinations and in their respective areas in North Tapanuli Province. The method used is a qualitative methodology which is descriptively oriented by having informants and also using data collection techniques, you can use observation techniques, interviews, document analysis. From this research, the researcher feels that the government of the tourism office and the district of Tarutung sub-district, and also especially the government of the village of Parbubu I, is establishing a cooperative relationship with the management of the Parbubu I soda water tourist attraction, because the management of the tourist attraction destination comes from the local community or is Individually, in terms of regional income, the Tarutung District Government has not implemented regulations so that tourism income goes into the coffers of a manager and Parbubu village or is distributed to the community who manages the soda water tourist attraction destination.

Analysis of Financial Performance of Village Fund Allocation Managers Based on Effectiveness Ratio and Growth Ratio at the Sipahutar III Village Office, Sipahutar District, North Tapanuli District

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of financial performance growth in managing Village Fund Allocations (ADD) at the Sipahutar III Village Office, Sipahutar District, North Tapanuli Regency. The data used comes from the Village Fund Allocation Financial Report from 2020 to 2022. Data collection methods used include documentation, literature study and observation. The data analysis technique applied is descriptive statistics using effectiveness ratios and growth ratios. The research results show that the financial performance of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) at the Sipahutar III Village Office is categorized as effective or good in terms of effectiveness ratio, with an average effectiveness of 100% during the 2020-2022 period. However, in terms of income and expenditure growth, there was a decline with an average negative growth of -3%. This research provides an illustration that although the effectiveness of ADD management in Sipahutar III Village is good, the challenge lies in the growth of income and expenditure which shows a decline. The implications of this research can be used as a basis for improving financial management strategies in order to support better growth in the future

Analisis Kebudayaan Batak Pakpak di Sumatera

Batak Pakpak regional culture is an integral part of the richness of Indonesian culture spread across the Sumatra region. Geographically, the Pakpak Batak tribe inhabits the high hilly areas around the North Tapanuli area. Their culture encompasses various aspects, including language, customs, traditional arts, music, dance, and unique beliefs and value systems. The customs of the Pakpak Batak tribe are very strong in everyday life, with norms that regulate various aspects of social, economic and religious life. Traditional arts such as carving, weaving and stone carving are deep cultural expressions and have high value for the Pakpak people. Apart from that, traditional Batak Pakpak music and dances, such as gondang sabangunan and tortor, are important media in traditional ceremonies and cultural festivals. They are also known for their beliefs and value systems that value living in harmony with nature and the continuity of generations. This research aims to dig deeper into the cultural diversity of the Batak Pakpak in Sumatra and understand the role and cultural values in strengthening their identity. Through this analysis, it is hoped that it can provide a more comprehensive picture of this cultural richness and its implications in the context of Indonesia's cultural diversity.

Reducing Effect of Hypnotherapy Anxiety in Pregnant Women

Pregnant women experience feelings of uncertainty, namely positive and negative feelings about the presence of the baby. Positive feelings are in the form of happiness that is expressed freely and do not cause feelings of guilt, and negative feelings are feelings of anxiety about the pain that will occur during childbirth. The third trimester is the peak of the emotional excitement of the birth of a baby. The third trimester is often called the waiting and alert period because at that time the mother can't wait for the birth of her baby. Sometimes mothers worry that their baby will end at any time. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of hypnotherapy on the anxiety of pregnant women at the Siatas Barita Community Health Center, North Tapanuli Regency in 2022. Research Method, This research is a Quantitative research with the research design used is Quasi Experiment with a one group pre test and post test design. A total of 40 pregnant women were taken from Siatas Barita Health Center, North Tapanuli Regency in 2022. Hajil Research. The Wilcoxon test from one group pre test and post test obtained a ρ - value of 0.01, which means that there is an effect of hypnotherapy on reducing the anxiety of pregnant women before and after treatment. The ρ value in this study is 0.01, which is smaller than 0.05, so there is an influence of hypnotherapy to reduce the anxiety of pregnant women at the Siatas Barita Health Center, North Tapanuli Regency in 2021. This shows that Ha was accepted, which means there was an influence of hypnotherapy after the intervention was carried out. Conclusion. There is an effect of hypnotherapy on reducing anxiety in pregnant women, where the Wilcoxon test results have a value of ρ = 0.00 (ρ < 0.05).

Reviving Faith: The Dynamic Legacy of HKBP Resort Balige Church

HKBP is one of the largest congregations in the world and has even spread to America and Europe. HKBP in Indonesia is a Christian Church based in Tanah Batak, namely in Tarutung City, North Tapanuli, North Sumatra Province. The main focus of this research is the history of the HKBP Resort Balige church. This research uses a historical research method which has four stages, namely stages heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The research results show that the history and development of the HKBP Ressort Balige Church began with the arrival of Christian missionaries to Batak Land, then built the HKBP church, which was consecrated as the HKBP Balige church by Ompu Ephorus Pdt. I.L. Nommensen. In its development, the HKBP Balige church developed well; this was marked by the social charities around the church, such as hospitals, Schools, universities and a Multi-Purpose Building which functioned as a public service to the surrounding community. The role of the HKBP Church in the social life of the Balige community as a fellowship of believers always requires order and order in the implementation of services. This can be proven by your willingness to be selected as an Elder, Deacon, or Servant on the Development Commission or on the Committee of an activity.

Analysis of Students' Mathematical Communication Skills On The Material of Two-Variable Linear Equation System With The Application of Bruner Theory

The subjects of this qualitative descriptive research were class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung located in North Tapanuli Regency. The aim of this research is to determine and explain students' mathematical communication abilities when solving problems using Bruner's Theory. The data is in the form of written test results given to students to assess their mathematical communication skills in solving problems using Bruner's Theory. The results of the interview also consist of students' answers to verbal questions given to obtain additional information. Documentation data in the form of pictures and archives of test answers taken by class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung. Data collection methods include written tests, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by reducing data, presenting and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that students' mathematical communication skills when solving problems use Bruner's Theory 43% of students with high mathematical communication skills were able to solve questions correctly and well, while 36% of students with moderate abilities could only meet some indicators, and 21% of students with low abilities could not meet all the indicators.

Pengaruh Metode Demonstrasi terhadap Minat Belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Budi Pekerti Peserta Didik Kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Siborongborong Tahun Pembelajaran 2023/2024

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of students' interest in learning using the demonstration method. The research hypothesis is: "There is a difference in students' interest in learning in class VIII SMP N 4 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 academic year before and after learning using the demonstration method. The population is all class VIII of SMP Negeri 4 Siborongborong, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year with 206 Protestant Christians consisting of 7 classes. The research sample was determined using the Purposive Sampling technique, namely 35 students in class VIII 3 as the experimental class using the demonstration method and class VIII 5 totaling 35 students as the control class using ordinary treatment (conventional class). This research method is the Quasy Experimental Design method using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The instrument used in this research was a 30-item questionnaire. Research data for the questionnaire was analyzed using the average difference test formula (N-Gain Score). It was found that the average value for the experimental class was 0.7454 in the high category. And the average value for the control class is 0.1481, which is in the low category. Then carrying out an independent test using the t test obtained a value of t = 15.168 > t table (α = 0.05; df = 68) = 2,000. Thus, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a difference in students' interest in learning in class VIII of SMP N 4 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 academic year before and after learning using the demonstration method.

Analysis of Service Effectiveness on Customer Satisfaction in the Food & Beverage Bussiness in Tarutung, North Tapanuli - North Sumatra

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of service towards the consumer satisfaction, and the use of digital technology in service operations in the food and beverage business in Tarutung, North Tapanuli. The data processing techniques were obtained through distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The research shows that a). physical appearance variables have a significant negative effect on consumer satisfaction; the reliability variable has an insignificant positive effect on consumer satisfaction; the responsiveness variable has a negative/insignificant effect on consumer satisfaction; the concern variable has a negative/insignificant effect on consumer satisfaction; and the guarantee variable has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The variables that have a dominant influence are the physical appearance variable and the guarantee variable which has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. SEJARAH PERKEMBANGAN PARIWISATA GEOSITE SIPINCUR SEBAGAI DESTINASI SUPER PRIORITAS WISATA DI HUMBANG HASUNDUTAN

The Sipincur Geosite is one of the Toba calderas in Humbang Hasundutan, precisely in Pearung Village, Paranginan District. Sipincur Geosite is a natural tourist destination filled with Tusam (pine) plants. A tourist destination that offers beautiful natural views, plants and Lake Toba, makes the Sipincur Geosite visited by many tourists. The opening of the Sipincur Geosite started at the same time as Humbang Hasundutan from North Tapanuli bloomed in 2003. The Sipincur Geosite, which is taken from the word "Pincur" which means steep, makes people or visitors want to see Lake Toba directly. Over time, the development and provision of facilities has resulted in the Sipincur Geosite having a positive impact on the community and government. The existence of Lake Toba, which was made by President Joko Widodo as a priority destination, and the inclusion of Lake Toba as a National and International Geopark, has made Sipincur a priority destination and icon for Humbang Hasundtan Regency. The aim of this research is to find out what is the history and development of the Sipincur Geosite tourist destination as an icon and priority destination for Humbang Hasundutan Regency? The method used in this research is qualitative literature study, by conducting reviews through books, journals or websites, which are supported by facts from Humbang Hasundutan tourism service sources.

Evaluating Community Welfare Effects of the Tourism Development on Geopark Caldera Toba

Tourism is one of the economic support systems that encourage economic growth in Indonesia. Indonesia as a country with good tourist attractions has enormous potential in creating jobs. The greater the employment opportunities, the lower the unemployment rate. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether tourism development has a positive and significant effect on economic activity to improve Community Welfare in the Lake Toba area. With variables consisting of 3 elements Variables consisting of indicators, namely: independent variables of tourism development (X) with indicators: policy (X1), institutions (X2), human resources (X3), facilities and infrastructure (X4), budget (X5), environment (X6), security (X7), social (X8), culture (X9), tourist attractions (X10), investment (X11), licensing (X12), promotion (X13), system (X14), tourists (X15). intervening variables/variables between economic impacts (Z) with indicators: economic growth (Z1), income (Z2), equity (Z3), poverty reduction (Z4), unemployment reduction (Z5). The dependent variable is community welfare (Y) with indicators: income equality (Y1), health (Y2), education (Y3), information (Y4), consumption expenditure (Y5). While the research method model used is the SmartPLS approach The number of samples is 351. Karo Regency, Simalungun Regency, North Tapanuli Regency, Pakpak Bharat Regency, Dairi Regency, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, Toba Regency, Samosir Regency. Economic impact has a positive but insignificant effect on community welfare. The results of the research on the analysis of the economic impact of integrated tourism development in the Lake Toba area on the welfare of the Lake Toba area community in North Sumatra Province can contribute to local government, central government, business people, tourists and the community. local government and central government can review policies or decisions that are less effective in increasing community income.

Development of Learning Media for Early Childhood Christian Education Based on Book Creator

This study aims to develop learning media for Christian education for early childhood based on book creator. The results of observations in the field show that the learning media for Christian education in kindergartens throughout North Tapanuli district is still minimal. Development is carried out using the ADDIE model, which consists of 5 (five) stages, namely analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. The data collection instruments used are validation sheets for Christian Education material content experts, Early Childhood Education (ECE) experts, learning design experts, and learning media experts. Based on the validation test, the results were obtained that the Christian education learning media for early childhood with book creator developed has feasible and valid criteria to be used with a percentage for material experts 80% and ECE experts 85%, learning design experts 80%, learning media experts 83%, and product revisions have been carried out so that they can be tested in the field. The teacher response questionnaire sheet obtained the results that the learning media for Christian education for early childhood based on book creator developed has interesting and practical criteria used for learning with a percentage of teacher response questionnaires of 88%. The data generated from the teacher response questionnaire shows that the book creator developed is feasible, practical, and effective to use.

FAMILY PLANNING COUNSELING BY VASECTOMY MOTIVATORS (CASE STUDY OF VASECTOMY COUNSELING COMMUNICATION BY MOTIVATORS IN SIATAS BARITA SUBDISTRICT, NORTH TAPANULI REGENCY)

This study aims to analyze counseling communication, obstacles faced, and efforts made by vasectomy motivators to prospective acceptors in Siatas Barita District, North Tapanuli Regency, Indonesia. The researcher used several data collection techniques to conduct this study, namely in-depth interviews and observations. The results of this study show that the motivators in the district have met the requirements as effective communicators in counseling. The motivational approach proposed by motivators shows the need for greater encouragement for men to take an active role in Family Planning (KB) programs. Efforts to increase promotion and information related to male family planning through social media, newspapers, and other information sources are important steps that are expected to increase the acceptance and participation of men in family planning programs, so that families can choose the family planning method that best suits their needs.

Semiotic Analysis of Gorga in House of Parsaktian Omp Raja Sorta Uluan

This article is entitled Semiotic Analysis of Gorga at Ruma Parsaktian Ompu Raja Sorta Uluan. This object is a traditional house cultural site located in Sibandang Village, Muara District, North Tapanuli Regency. This traditional house is the residence of a king on Sibandang Island, namely Raja Sorta Uluan. This research aims to describe the form of the gorga, the function of the gorga, and the meaning of the gorga found in Ruma Parsaktian Ompu Raja Sorta Uluan. The theory used in analyzing data is the semiotic theory put forward by Charles Sanders Peirce. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research show that the forms of gorga found in Ruma Parsaktian Ompu Raja Sorta Uluan are: ulu paung, simeol-eol, jenggar-jenggar, ipon-ipon, andor mangalata, simanuk-manuk, mariran-iran, marjamban-jambang, and gaja dompak.The function of the gorga at Ruma Parsaktian Ompu Raja Sorta Uluan includes the following: (1) as a symbol of the beauty of the house; (2) as a symbol of social status; and (3) as a repellent. The aim of this research is to find out how much positive and significant the influence of visual learning is on the learning motivation of Christian religious education students in IX SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive statistics. The population is all 160 class IX students of SMP N 4 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians and a sample of 40 people was determined using random sampling techniques. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 52 items, namely 24 items for variable North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year, proven through the following data analysis: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained a value of rxy = 0.589 > Itabel(-0.05,n=40) = 0.312. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a t value of 4.498 t table (= 0.05, dk = n-2-38) = 2.021. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y=42.15+0.65X = 42.15 +0.65X, b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r²) = 34.7%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=23, dk denominator-n-2-40-2-38) namely 20.21 > 1.51. Thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

The aim of this research is to find out more about the influence of the Cooperative Script Learning Model on the Learning Activeness of Christian Religious Education for Class VIII Students of SMP N 1 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The research method used is a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design research type in the form of "One Shot Case Study". The population is the entire class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency, 157 people for the 2023/2024 academic year and a sample of 32 people was determined using the purposive sample technique.

Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Terhadap Keaktifan Belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen Dan Budi Pekerti Siswa Kelas IX Di SMP Negeri 2 Muara Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara, Tahun Pembelajaran 2023/2024

The aim of this research is to find out how much positive and significant influence Teacher Pedagogical Competence has on the Learning Activeness of Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of Class IX Students at SMP Negeri 2 Muara, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used in this research is quantitative with inferential statistical data analysis. The population is all class IX of SMP Negeri 2 Muara, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year who are Christians, totaling 104 people and a sample of 38 people was determined, namely 35% of the total population. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire totaling 36 items, of which 16 questionnaire items were for variable at SMP Negeri 2 Muara, North Tapanuli Regency, Academic Year 2023/2024: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test, obtained a value of rxy = 0.552 > rtable(=0.05,n=38) = 0.320, thus it is known that positive relationship between variable variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="26","01"+0.75X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 30.4%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=20, dk denominator=n-2=38-2=36) namely 15.74 > 1.51. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Analysis of the Legends of the Siahan and Siregar Hundul-Hundulan Stones

The problem in this research is the intrinsic elements and sociological values of literature contained in the Legend of Batu Hundul-Hundulan Siahaan and Siregar. The legend of Batu Hundul-Hundulan is a form of story owned by the Toba Batak people, specifically those in Huta Nagodang Village, Muara District, North Tapanuli Regency. The arrangement and events that occur in the Legend of Batu Hundul-Hundulan are structured and translated into a story and explore the cultural values in it. The method used in writing this article is a qualitative descriptive method using field techniques. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the intrinsic elements and sociological values of literature in the folklore of Batu Hundul-hundulan Siregar and Siahaan. This article is analyzed by utilizing structural theory along with literary sociology. The results found in this article are the intrinsic elements of the Batu Hundul-hundulan Siregar and Siahaan stories including: theme, plot and setting, character and characterization, point of view, as well as message and moral message. The literary sociological values contained in this story include: Conflict, responsibility, mutual help, cooperation, loyalty, a sense of belonging, caring and trust. The Story of the Batu Partungkoan: Cultural Studies

This article is titled Partungkoan Stone Story: A Cultural Study. This research aims to describe the instrinsic elements, which are contained in the Partungkoan Stone Story in Sosor Silintong Village, Muara Subdistrict, North Tapanuli Regency and the cultural form contained in the Partungkoan Stone Story. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The theory used in analyzing the data is structural theory proposed by Nurgianto and cultural theory proposed by Koentjaraningrat. This study found intrinsic elements in the form of (1) theme, namely unity and power; (2) setting, namely the setting of the place in Batu Partungkoan, Sosor Silintong Village, the time setting is in 1872 and the social setting is Batu Partungkoan which is the place used in making decisions for every problem that exists; (3) characterization, there are 12 kings including King Hunsa Rajagukguk, King Sisingamangaraja XII, King Tambunan Baruara, King Mulia Naipospos, King Humirtap Pandiangan, King Babiat Sihotang, King Sabar Nihuta Sitanggang, King Sidabutar, King Pontas Lumban Tobing, King Ihutan Pardede, King Siallagan, King Naibaho; (4) the point of view in this story is that Batu Partungkoan is the place used as a decision-making place by the twelve kings; (5) the language style in this story is emphasizing; and (6) the mandate in this story is to uphold justice. Spatial Clusters of High Prevalences of Overweight and Obesity Among Children in Indonesia.

Objective Childhood obesity has emerged as a pressing health concern in both high-income and lower-middle-income countries, including Indonesia. The prevalence of overweight and obesity among school children aged 5-12 years has been increasing in Indonesia, with 20% of Indonesian children identified as obese or overweight in 2018. Therefore, addressing this problem will be challenging. This study aims to identify district- and city-level clusters with high prevalences of overweight and obese children aged 5-12 years in Indonesia. Methodology This is an ecological study that utilizes secondary data from the 2018 Basic Health Research report conducted by the Indonesian Ministry of Health. We included 514 districts and cities to detect district- and city-level clusters. Spatial cluster analysis was performed using restricted flexible scan statistics to identify clusters with high prevalences of childhood overweight and obesityin Indonesian districts and cities. Results The findings reveal that childhood overweight and obesity are not randomly distributed. The study detected 20 clusters with high prevalences of childhood overweight and 36 clusters of obesity, with a particular concentration in Western Indonesia. A primary cluster of childhood overweightoccurred in Sijunjung, Tanah Datar, Agam, Pasaman, South Solok, Dharmasraya, West Pasaman, Sawah Lunto City, Padang Panjang City, and Kampar. A primary cluster of obesity occurred in Mandailing Natal, South Tapanuli, Central Tapanuli, North Tapanuli, Labuhan Batu, North Padang Lawas, Padang Lawas, North Labuhan Batu, West Pasaman, and Rokan Hilir. Conclusions This study found 20 clusters with high prevalences of childhood overweight and 36 clusters of obesity in Indonesia. Implementing health promotion programs in the identified cluster regions will be crucial to effectively addressing the growing problem of childhood obesity in Indonesia.
