We analyzed the influence of dissipative non-Hermitian terms on electrical transport in one-dimensional non-Hermitian PT-symmetric models, which presents chiral symmetry. The combination of periodic modulation and non-Hermitian effects opens up exciting avenues for exploring new phases of matter and understanding of the role of non-Hermitian physics in topological systems. The effective Hermitian Hamiltonian has always a higher dimension than the corresponding non-Hermitian one. We analyzed the effect of periodic hopping modulation on Su-Schrieffer-Heeger chain, that exhibits the non-Hermiticity in the presence of an complex staggered potential, where this dissipative non-Hermitian extension modifies the features of the topological trivial phase and the topological nontrivial phase.
