Analisis Perbandingan Laba UMKM Sebelum dan Sesudah Menggunakan QRIS (Studi Kasus Pada: UMKM Kuliner Bandar Lampung)

The very rapid development of technology can be seen from the large number of people who use technology in everyday life. The presence of non-cash payments such as QRIS can increase efficiency in managing the finances of a business but can also increase the profits of a business. The use of QRIS is increasingly being used by MSMEs, there are various promotions carried out, as well as various other factors that can influence the success of MSMEs because it increases efficiency (ease) in transactions and makes it easier for MSMEs to carry out buying and selling transactions and book keeping their finances. This research aims to determine the comparison of MSME profits before and after using QRIS in Bandar Lampung Culinary MSMEs, so it is classified as associative or relationship research, namely research to determine cause and effect, using quantitative research methods. The data in this research was obtained using a questionnaire distributed to 30 culinary MSMEs using QRIS in Bandar Lampung City. To analyze the data, the SPSS application was used. The results of this research showed that there were differences in MSME profits before and after using QRIS in Bandar Lampung Culinary MSMEs. This was concluded based on the independent t test. It can be seen that the significance value is smaller than 0.05 (0.001 0.05). In this research, the significance value is smaller than the stipulated significance value, namely 0.05, so we accept the hypothesis, namely that there is a difference in MSME profits before and after using QRIS in Bandar Lampung Culinary MSMEs.

Analysis of the Readiness for Digitalization of Cashless Payment Systems in Msmes in South Kuta Subdistrict, Badung District, Bali Province

The development of the digitalization process and the use of technology in the elements of economic influences the payment system in society. One of the main aspect in the transaction process is the payment system used. This research aims to first analyze digitalization readiness cashless payment system for MSMEs in South Kuta, secondly to analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of the owner's skills MSMEs, digital access and digital ecosystems. This research uses a quantitative approach in associative form. The data used in this research is primary data using purposive sampling techniques collection obtained from MSMEs owners in South Kuta, 98 people. The analysis technique used is analysis binary logistic regression. The research results show the readiness of MSMEs owners in South Kuta as seen from the skill variable of MSMEs owners, digital access, and digital ecosystems have differences with research previously. Simultaneously the skills of MSMEs owners, digital access, and the digital ecosystem has a significant influence on the readiness of the digitalization system non-cash payments (cashless) for MSMEs in South Kuta. By the partial variables digital access and digital ecosystem have a significant positive effect while the skills of MSMEs owners do not have a significant effect on readiness to digitize the non-cash (cashless) payment system for MSMEs in South Kuta. Based on research results, to increase readiness MSMEs are advised to ensure that digital access is provided properly and constructively stable digital ecosystem, and the government is expected to consider regulations discounts or transaction rates that apply to MSMEs.

Analysis of The Influence of The Value of Non-Cash Payment Transactions on The Amount of Money Supply in Indonesia

This literature explains the influence of credit card, debit card, and e-money transaction values on Indonesia’s M1 and M2 money supplies. Time series data from January 2010 to August 2023 are used taken from the official websites of Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency . The Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) is the analysis method employed. According to the study’s findings, the M1 and M2 money supply is significantly impacted by the value of debit card transactions in both the short and long term. While it has a large short-term impact on M1 and M2, the credit card transaction value variable has a negligible long-term impact on M2. In addition, the value of e-money transactions demonstrates that they have a large impact on M1 both in the short and long terms. On the other hand, it has a significant impact on M2 in the short term but not on M2 in the long run.

SOCIALIZATION AND TRAINING ON THE USE OF QUICK RESPONSE CODE INDONESIAN STANDARD (QRIS) FOR DIGITAL PAYMENTS IN UMKM HUTAN BAMBU BEKASI

The use of digital transactions for non-cash payments can support MSME businesses to survive and develop in the era of internet technology. One of them is Bank Indonesia (BI) encouraging UMKM players such as those in tourist attractions to carry out digital payment transactions using the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a more efficient non-cash payment system. This research aims to support the quality development of MSME businesses which needs to be carried out in training on the use of QRIS as a more efficient non-cash payment system. Socialization and training activities on the use of QRIS show that UMKM Hutan Bambu Bekasi business actors in the Bekasi UMKM Hutan Bambu Bekasi have not yet implemented a digital payment system because the tourist attraction is still relatively new and the UMKM are just starting out, apart from the tourist location being in the village. This makes this activity very useful for increasing productivity for UMKM Hutan Bambu Bekasi

Identifying features of the level of digitalization of banking services in different countries

The object of the study is digitalization of banking services. The problem of assessing the level of digitalization of banking services in different countries is solved. The results obtained are: – classification of countries by the level of digitalization of banking services: high level (China, England), medium level (USA, Sweden, Germany, Japan, Ukraine, Kazakhstan) and low level (Spain, Italy, India, Brazil); – a reliable (R2=0.78) positive dependence of the level of digitalization of banking services on the ratio of non-cash payments to GDP and on the rating of favorable conditions for doing business was revealed; – additional competitive factors were added to the model: the positive dependence of the level of digitalization of banking services on the ratio of non-cash payments to GDP (t=3.338) and on the rating of favorable conditions for doing business (t=3.250) was confirmed. The obtained results are explained by the assumption of linear dependence of the level of digitalization of banking services, the volume of non-cash payments and Doing business rating and the construction of an econometric regression model of the dependence of the level of digitalization of banking services of a particular country on the factors affecting the development of digital technologies in the banking sector. The peculiarities of the results obtained consist in the development of a score assessment of the level of digitalization of banking services using three criteria derived from international statistics and its testing on 12 countries of different economic levels of development. The practical significance of this study is the possibility of applying the findings to increase the level of digitalization of banking services in the amount and conditions appropriate to the national economy.

The eMoney revolution: how culture and technology drive adoption and use?

Purpose The use of electronic money (eMoney) as a noncash payment method is gaining popularity globally. However, the usages of eMoney are culturally influenced and can vary within a country. These cultural disparities can result in divergent patterns of eMoney adoption and use. This study aims to investigate the factors influencing the adoption and use of eMoney in Indonesia. This study integrated the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology model with Hofstede’s cultural dimensions to develop a framework examining both technological and cultural perspectives. Design/methodology/approach Data was collected through an online survey of 484 Indonesians and analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling. Findings The results showed that the constructs of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology model, namely, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions, all had a significant impact on behavioral intention to adopt eMoney as well as actual usage. However, not all of Hofstede’s cultural dimensions moderated these relationships as hypothesized. Surprisingly, masculinity/femininity and power distance emerged as important moderators of eMoney usage. Practical implications This integrated model provides valuable insights into how to consider cultural influences when designing strategies to promote new payment technologies in Indonesia. The findings point to both technological and cultural factors shaping patterns of adoption and use of eMoney in the country. Originality/value Although many research has looked at how culture affects the acceptability of technology in banking, few studies have looked at how culture affects the use of mobile money. This study offers a valuable contribution by investigating how Indonesian culture moderates the relationship between behavioral intentions and actual use of eMoney. The findings provide guidance for practitioners seeking to facilitate eMoney services in developing markets by elucidating the cultural factors that most influence customer adoption. As such, this research fills an important gap regarding the understudied domain of mobile money and its intersection with national culture.

Implementation of the Pieces Method at Levelovo Application User Satisfactiont

Technological advances in payment systems replace the role of cash to non-cash forms that are more efficient and economical. One application that has become an alternative choice for many people in making non-cash payment transactions is the OVO application. This research uses the PIECES method which aims to determine the level of satisfaction of OVO application users in Tebat Agung Village based on performance, information, economics, control and security, efficiency and service (service). The results of this research show that the OVO application received an average total score of 3.40, which shows that users are very satisfied with the OVO application in Tebat Agung Village

NAVIGATING THE SHIFT: HOW CASHLESS PAYMENTS, INTEREST RATES, AND COVID-19 AFFECT MONEY SUPPLY

The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of non-cash payments (debit cards, credit cards, and e-money), BI7DRR interest rates, and the impact of covid-19 on the money supply in Indonesia. The data used is monthly time series data, from September 2018 to August 2021. This study uses a quantitative approach using the Error Correction Model (ECM) method. The data analysis techniques used include: stationarity test, cointegration test, long-term and short-term ECM estimation, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results show that in the long-term debit cards and e-money have a positive and significant effect on money supply, credit cards and dummy (the impact of covid-19) have no significant effect on money supply, interest rates have a negative and significant effect on money supply. While in the short-term debit cards and dummy (the impact of covid-19) have a positive and significant effect on money supply, credit cards, e-money, and interest rates have no significant effect on money supply.

PEMETAAN PENERAPAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN UMKM SEKTOR PARIWISATA KAB. PANGANDARAN

This research discusses mapping the implementation of financial management in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the tourism sector in Cintakarya Village, Pangandaran Regency. This research aims to map financial management practices, with a focus on the implementation of non-cash payments (QRIS), financial recording, and investor needs. The research method used was qualitative with in-depth interviews and direct observation of 31 MSMEs. The results show that only one MSME has implemented QRIS, while the majority of MSMEs have not carried out regular financial records and still use manual methods. Some MSMEs also expressed the need for investors, even though there were limitations in business development capacity. Of the MSMEs involved, 64.5% expressed their willingness to participate in assistance in three main areas: investment applications, non-cash payments and financial recording. In conclusion, comprehensive assistance is needed to increase financial literacy and implement digital technology in managing the finances of MSMEs in the tourism sector, to support the growth and sustainability of their businesses in the future.

Analysis of the Impact of Digitalization of the Financial Sector on Inflation in Indonesia Using the Vector Error Correction Model Method

Digitalization of the financial sector through non-cash payment instrument means brings many benefits to the Indonesian economy, but also has consequences behind it. This research aims to determine the effect of non-cash payment instruments consisting of electronic money and card payment on inflation in Indonesia using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) method. The results of this research show that shocks in the value of electronic money transactions and card payments have a positive effect on inflation in line with the quantity theory of money. This paper concludes that the digitalization of the financial sector gives impacts on inflation in Indonesia, so the government should prepare appropriate policies to balance the positive effects on economic growth and the negative effects on inflation.

KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN PEMBAYARAN NON TUNAI: DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP OMSET PENJUALAN PADA GEROBAK KREATIF DI KOTA DENPASAR

This research is descriptive and analytical, utilizing a quantitative approach. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, with a total of 30 respondents. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and processed with SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on the sales turnover of creative cart traders in Denpasar City's MSMEs, as evidenced by a t-value of 9.159 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, suggesting that improving service quality will increase the sales turnover of these traders. (2) The non-cash payment system does not have a significant effect on the sales turnover of creative cart traders in Denpasar City's MSMEs, as shown by a t-value of 1.385 and a significance level of 0.177 > 0.05, indicating no influence of non-cash payments on sales turnover. (3) Service quality and the non-cash payment system collectively have a significant simultaneous effect on the sales turnover of creative cart traders in Denpasar City's MSMEs, with an F-value of 42.037 and a significance level of 0.000. The determination test results show that the variables of service quality and the non-cash payment system affect sales turnover by 73.9%, while the remaining 26.1% is influenced by other variables outside of this study, such as price, product quality, and promotion.

PENGARUH CASHLESS PAYMENT TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI: STUDI KOMPARASI NEGARA MAJU DAN BERKEMBANG ANGGOTA G20

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of cashless payments on economic growth in G20 countries. Additionally, a comparison of the impact of cashless payments in developed and developing countries is also analyzed. In this study, economic growth is used as the dependent variable, and transaction amounts of debit cards, credit cards, and electronic money are used as the independent variables. Data were collected from various databases for the period 2013-2021 covering a total of 19 countries divided into 10 developed countries and 9 developing countries that are members of the G20. The test results using the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) dynamic panel found that all three variables have a significant effect in both developed and developing G20 member countries. Furthermore, the study found that the biggest influence of non-cash payments in developed countries is transactions using debit cards while in developing countries it is transactions using credit cards and electronic money. From these results, it was concluded that cashless payments have an impact on economic growth. It is hoped that these findings will provide new insights into cashless payments and their impact on economic growth.

Acceptance analysis of payment system Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) using technology acceptance model

Digital age has a significant impact on people's daily activities. One of the benefits of digitalization is the emergence of digital payment systems to facilitate transactions. QRIS (Quick Response Indonesian Standard) is one of the non-cash payment systems launched by Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Payment Systems Association in 2019. Although QRIS continues to increase users every year, the tendency of Indonesian people to use cash or debit cards for transactions is still high. In addition, the discovery of security loopholes in the QRIS payment system also makes people hesitant to use the system. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived security on actual usage through behavioral intention to use as an intervening variable. The type of research used is explanatory research. Sampling was carried out using non-probability techniques with purposive sampling and accidental sampling methods. The population of this study was QRIS users residing permanently or temporarily in Semarang City. Data processing was carried out using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results of this study showed that perceived ease of use did not influence actual usage, either directly or indirectly. However, perceived usefulness and perceived security have an indirect effect on actual usage. The influence of behavioral intention to use is full mediation on perceived usefulness and perceived security on actual usage.

Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Aplikasi DANA Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna dalam Melakukan Transaksi Secara Online Sebagai Alat Pembayaran Elektronik (E-Payment) Di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

As technology and the internet develop, more and more people are using itE-payment as an easy and fast solution in conducting transactions online. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on user satisfaction E-payment DANA. The DANA application is an application that supports non-cash payments or Mobile Payment. The type of research used is quantitative, for data collection by distributing questionnaires. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The sample taken is the people of the Special Region of Yogyakarta who use DANA. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression, t test, F test and test of the coefficient of determination. Based on the test results that have been carried out, the results of this study indicate that partially, reliability, assurance, and responsiveness have a significant effect on user satisfaction. and simultan eously reliability, assurance, and responsiveness have a significant effect on user satisfaction. Preferences of Traditional Market Traders in Deciding to Use Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS) as a Transaction Tool

The preference of traditional market traders in using QRIS as a non-cash payment transaction method in the traditional market of sorong district is considered ineffective because the perception of traders towards the use of QRIS has a negative perception. The results of the study indicate that the Qris payment system is not ready to be used in traditional markets, especially the Traditional market of Sorong Regency. The four main factors that the payment system has not been continuity in its use are the perception of strongly disagreeing with QRIS providing benefits from other payment systems, as well as the perception of disagreeing with QRIS can increase sales, QRIS can increase the number of consumers, and the use of QRIS as a transaction tool that can protect personal data and transaction data when transacting, QRIS as a transaction tool that can guarantee access and data both personally and payment transactions. However, traditional market traders in Sorong Regency have a positive perception of QRIS as a transaction tool to speed up payment transactions, therefore the need for socialization to the public of the benefits of using QRIS as a transaction tool.

Perspective of Sharia Economic Law and Positive Law for Non-Cash Payment Qris Users in Indonesia According to The SDG

Objective: In the practice of digital payment method transactions using QR codes, it is necessary to be careful about counterfeiting QR codes by parties who violate the law or are irresponsible. Theoretical Framework: This research aims to explain and analyze legal protection for consumers in non-cash payment transactions based on QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) Positive Legal Perspective and Sharia Economic Law Perspective with a normative juridical approach. Method: In this research the author uses a statutory approach in carrying out normative research. This approach relies on various legal bases studied, which in this case relate to regulations regarding legal protection for consumers in QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) based non-cash payment transactions, Positive Law and Sharia Economic Law Perspectives. Results and Discussion: Research results Analysis of Legal Protection for Consumers in Non-Cash Payment Transactions Based on QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) Positive Legal Perspective relates to preventive legal protection, apart from the general regulations regarding consumer protection contained in the Consumer Protection Law no. 8 of 1999, for QRIS consumers there are significant regulations that govern. Bank Indonesia has issued Regulations for Members of the Board of Governors 21/18/PADG/2019 concerning Implementation of the National Standard Quick Response Code, Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 22/20/PBI/2020 concerning Bank Indonesia Consumer Protection, Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 18/40/PBI/ 2016 concerning Implementation of Payment Transaction Processing, Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 20/6/PBI/2018 concerning Electronic Money. Research Implications: Then, based on the Sharia Economic Law Perspective, it is reviewed from the sadd dzari'ah theory regarding the collection of personal data, which was originally permitted because it contained benefits, but in terms of the goals to be achieved, it could potentially end in loss and harm if there was no protection from the Government. Originality/Value: Efforts to protect personal data are very important because if it is not regulated by law, there is a possibility of personal data being leaked. Therefore, it is potentially dangerous when the protection of personal data is not regulated in law which is very detrimental to consumers due to the risk of unintentional breaches.

Dynamics of development of consumer preferences and behavioral patterns of generation Z in the digital economy

Relevance. In 2023, representatives of Generation Z entered into active competition in the labor market and began to increase their marketing potential, which made this segment of consumers attractive to companies from different fields. Marketers and business development managers continue to study the consumer preferences and behavioral patterns of Generation Z, born in the digital age.The purpose of the study is to study the dynamics of the development of consumer preferences and behavioral patterns of generation Z in the digital economy.Objectives: to study the dynamics of consumer behavior in the field of e-commerce and methods of online and offline payment; to study the dynamics of consumer preferences of generation Z in the field of reading information from electronic devices.Methodology. A questionnaire of 37 questions has been developed, divided into 4 groups. 300 respondents from Generation Z living in Moscow and the Moscow region took part. The answers were collected using the Google Forms online resource. The study was conducted at the Faculty of Economics of Lomonosov Moscow State University in the Laboratory of Applied Industry Analysis under the supervision of Professor L. V. Lapidus.Results. It was revealed that from 2019 to 2022, the proportion of respondents who prefer non-cash payment methods increased significantly. The proportion of respondents who pay for purchases online has also increased. The proportion of Generation Z representatives is growing, who find it more convenient to pick up purchases from order pick-up points than to deliver via courier.Conclusions. identification of trends in the development of consumer habits and behavioral patterns: the growth of consumption in online stores and marketplaces; minimization of communications in the "person-to-person" system when paying and receiving online purchases; multiscreen a combination of devices of different types to solve everyday tasks. Based on the results and conclusions of the study, recommendations were formulated for companies engaged in various types of interaction with representatives of Generation Z.

Protection of Electronic Money Saving Customers At the Bank

Currently developing again with the emergence of a new payment instrument in the form of a certain amount of money stored in an electronic media owned by someone, this payment instrument is known as Electronic Money. As a means of payment, the acquisition and use of Electronic Money (e-money) can be considered quite easy. Prospective holders or users only need to deposit a certain amount of money to the issuer or through issuing agents and the total value of the money will be digitally stored in electronic media. The problems raised in this paper are regarding the characteristics and status of electronic money as a non-cash payment instrument in banking products and the urgency of legal protection against stored customer electronic money. This type of thesis research uses normative juridical research. The results of this study are that electronic money is essentially cash that is converted into electronic data that is stored on storage media on cards in the form of chips or servers belonging to electronic money holders. The value of the electronic money is also recorded on electronic media managed by the issuer of electronic money. Payment transactions with electronic money are carried out by transferring funds electronically at merchant payment terminals (merchant), by directly reducing the value of electronic money on electronic media managed by electronic money holders. The status of the value of money received by the electronic money issuer, both for the results of the electronic money issuance and refilling, is a float fund, which is the obligation of the electronic money issuer to electronic money holders and traders at the time of billing reconciliation by the merchant to the electronic money issuer and the urgency of guaranteeing funds Customers using electronic money by customer fund guarantee institutions (LPS) have not yet reached the point where they really need them. Because currently existing regulations regarding electronic money, both those regulated by Bank Indonesia Regulations and Financial Services Authority Regulations are still able to protect the rights of customers who use electronic money, but it is possible that in the future IDIC will guarantee the funds of electronic money customers. Considering the very rapid development of electronic money users and the very large circulation of money, then of course LPS can be present as a guarantee institution, of course with updated regulations. And at this time LPS is also reviewing with OJK about the need for LPS to be present as a guarantor of electronic money customer funds.

Pengaruh Layanan Aplikasi Dana Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa Banten dalam Transasi Online Sebagai Alat Pembayaran Elektronik

With the rapid development of technology and the Internet, more and more people are using electronic payments as a convenient solution for online transactions. The aim of this research is to show and analyze how service quality influences user satisfaction with the DANA electronic payment application. DANA is a platform that supports non-cash payments and mobile payments. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 30 Banten students using DANA. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression as well as the t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The research results show that reliability, guarantee, and responsiveness can have a significant impact on user satisfaction. Overall, reliability, security, and responsiveness also have a significant impact on user satisfaction.

Pengaruh Perilaku Keuangan Dan Pengetahuan Keuangan Terhadap Transaksi Pembayaran Non Tunai Pelaku UMKM di Daerah Perbatasan Kecamatan Raihat Kabupaten Belu

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial behavior on non-cash payment behavior and to determine the influence of financial knowledge on non-cash payment transactions in the community of Raihat District. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents in Raihat District who are MSME actors. This study uses purposive sampling. The data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the study showing that financial behavior and financial knowledge have a significant effect on non-cash payment transactions in the community in Raihat District.
