Komparasi Pengelolaan Sampah TPST Kartoharjo dan TPS 3R Payaman Terhadap Pengurangan Timbulan Sampah Kecamatan Nganjuk

The rapid economic growth correlated with population growth has resulted in increased activities and consumption by society, which in turn increases waste production. If waste continues to accumulate, it will certainly pollute the surrounding environment. In waste management in Nganjuk Regency, especially in the Nganjuk District area, there are TPST Kartoharjo and TPS 3R Payaman which manage waste with different systems. Waste generation in Nganjuk District is 2,577.73 tons per year. TPST Kartoharjo can process waste up to 97.20% while TPS 3R Payaman is 70.32%.

EDUCATION ABOUT BREAST CANCER IN THE COMMUNITY AT NGLUYU HEALTH CENTER, NGANJUK

Breast cancer is the most common cancer found in the world and this cancer is the second cause of death due to cancer after lung cancer in Indonesia. This high mortality rate can be prevented by carrying out early detection. However, this is still not done well, especially in communities living in remote areas with low to medium economic and educational levels. The aim is to convey knowledge about breast cancer and training in the self-examination of the breast. It was held on Tuesday, 12 September 2023 at the Ngluyu Community Health Center, Nganjuk, from 07.00 to 14.00 WIB and was attended by 111 people. Data on breast cancer risk factors was collected through questionnaires. There were 96 participants who filled out the questionnaire, aged between 22-63 years. Risk factors data showed that 3.13% did not have children, 15.63% breastfed children less than 6 months, 5.21% were exposed to X-rays more than once a year; 1.04% had breast tumors, and 4.17% had family members suffering from cancer. In addition, 89.58% were over 25 years old and 42.71% had doing self-examination of breast. There was an increase in public understanding at the Ngluyu Community Health Center from 77.70% to 84.12%, namely an increase of 6.42%. This can increase public understanding about breast cancer and procedures to self-examination of breast and contribute in early detection of breast cancer as well as reducing the incidence of breast cancer. The results of this counseling can be used as recommendations by health centers in the Nganjuk district area.

Optimalisasi Program Pelayanan Sosial untuk Remaja: Studi pada Dinas Sosial PPPA Kabupaten Nganjuk

Teenagers who drop out of school or are neglected are a social problem whose impact can be felt by the individuals themselves and also society. In an effort to reduce teenagers who drop out of school or are neglected, cooperation from various government and private parties is needed. One of them is a social service program which aims to ensure that they continue to receive education outside of school and receive guidance. One way to respond to this is that the Indonesian government has made strategic efforts through the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia to establish a social welfare management program for social services throughout Indonesia, especially in East Java social services by forming a UPT which has a coaching program for teenagers who have dropped out of school. namely UPT PSBR. The background of this research is to describe the effectiveness of the youth development social service program which is a program of the East Java Provincial Social Service down to the UPT PSBR and followed by the Nganjuk Regency PPPA Social Service in dealing with teenagers who have dropped out of school. Seeing how the PPPA Social Service in Nganjuk district handles and empowers children who are neglected or have dropped out of school through this program. This type of research is qualitative. This research aims to describe the condition of facts in the field using analysis based on certain data (information). There are 3 methods used for data collection, namely interviews, documentation and field observations. The results of this research show that this program is beneficial and effective for teenagers who have dropped out of school as evidenced by the accuracy of targeting in selecting participants, achieving the set goals, monitoring the program which is beneficial for graduates assisted by PSBR. However, there are still other problems such as the public's lack of knowledge about the PSBR program, this is because the socialization is still carried out using simple methods.

Sistem Sewa Lahan Pertanian Masyarakat Pedesaan dalam Perspektif Ekonomi

This study aims to analyze the system of agricultural land leases carried out by landowners in rural Ngronggot Nganjuk District with qualitative research methods. The results of this study found that the land leasing system is called the Ngronggot Village community of Nganjuk Regency as the "Annual Adol". In the "Annual Adol" system, there are three stages of agreement found, namely: Pre agreement, Agreement, and after agreement. In an economic perspective the phenomenon of agricultural land rent is carried out by landowners against the backdrop of economic rationality which provides a higher opportunity cost when deciding to lease land compared to working on agricultural land itself mainly related to the risk of crop failure and the amount of harvest produced is lower than the cost his farming business. Whereas for land tenants the economic rationality underlying is that the greater the mastery of the cultivated agricultural land, the greater economic benefits received by the land tenant.

Sanitary Hygiene Practices and Escherichia coli Contamination in Snack Food at Elementary School Canteens in Nganjuk District

Snacks served at schools that are contaminated with Escherichia coli germs run the risk of harming students' health. The World Health Organization states that around 70% of diarrheal disease cases are caused by food contaminated with Escherichia coli. Escherichia coli contamination in school snacks can be influenced by a lack of hygiene and sanitation aspects. This investigation aimed to establish a connection between good cleanliness habits and an E. coli infection in the cafeteria food at Nganjuk District's primary schools. This kind of study has an observational design and a cross-sectional study plan. The research sample consisted of 12 canteens selected through purposive sampling. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and laboratory tests, followed by univariate analysis with descriptive statistics and bivariate analysis with Fisher's exact test. Laboratory test results explained that of the 12 samples, there were 5 (41.7%) foods contaminated with Escherichia coli. The outcomes demonstrated a link between the handler's hygiene (p = 0.015), sanitation of equipment (p = 0.028), serving process (p = 0.010), peddler facilities (p = 0.045), and Escherichia coli contamination. While the quality of food ingredients (p = 0.222) and TPM sanitation (p = 1.000) do not correlate with Escherichia coli contamination, It can be concluded that personal hygiene of the handler, sanitation of tools, serving process, and poor peddling facilities can increase the contamination of hawker food by Escherichia coli bacteria.

Penerapan Gender Analysis Pathway dalam Mengatasi Pernikahan Usia Dini di Desa Margopatut Kabupaten Nganjuk

Early-age marriages are still a serious problem in Indonesia, especially in rural areas. In this activity we analyzed the phenomenon of early marriage in the village of Margopatut, Nganjuk district, by applying the Gender Analysis Pathway (GAP). The aim is to identify the causes of early marriage, develop a gender-responsive intervention program for the village. Through the analysis of GAP, it has been found that early marriages are still dominated by women, with some factors including poor understanding of the maturity of marriage age and family economic conditions. Recommended intervention programmes include counseling, training, selection of gender ambassadors, and advocacy for strengthening education and career training for women. We concluded that tackling early-age marriages requires a gender-responsive and sustainable approach as well as cooperation between governments, communities, and relevant institutions. This GAP analysis can be a basis for developing policies and programmes that are more effective in dealing with early-age marriages, and can be put forward in the village distribution activities

The cognitive alignment of mathematics teachers’ assessments and its curriculum

This study aims to explore how the cognitive level alignment between the teachers’ assessments and Mathematics curriculum in Indonesia related to students’ higher order thinking skills (HOTS) development. The study adopted a descriptive exploratory design with a qualitative approach. The participants of this study were 15 high school mathematics teachers from Malang City and the Nganjuk district. Data were collected from the results of the assessments and indicators of the mathematics curriculum used by teachers. The data collected were analyzed using Anderson & Krathwohl’s Taxonomy to determine the alignment of the cognitive level from assessments and curriculum. In the semi-structured interview session, we recorded teachers’ responses who were able to construct HOTS-based assessments. Our findings showed: i) mathematics indicators primarily targeted students’ thinking skills at the low cognitive level, namely applying; ii) teachers’ assessments were more dominant at the low cognitive level, and there was no assessment at create level; and iii) the alignment of the cognitive level was relatively low for the HOTS category. The study findings can be used to improve curriculum and assessment in education. They can also be used as reflections for Mathematics teachers on the importance of aligning the cognitive level, especially that develop students’ HOTS.

The Relationship of The Environmental Sanitation With The Diarrhent Events in Children in Kawedekan Village, Balonggebang, Gondang District, Nganjuk Regency

Diarrhea is still one of the main causes of morbidity and death. Almost all geographical regions of the world and all age groups are attacked by diarrhea, but severe illness with high mortality is mainly found in infants and toddlers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of environmental sanitation with the incidence of diarrhea in infants in Kawedekan Hamlet, Balonggebang Village, Gondang District, Nganjuk Regency. The design of this study was an observational quantitative study with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research directed to be to analyze the relationship of environmental sanitation with the incidence of diarrhea in infants in Kawedekan Hamlet Balonggebang Village Gondang District Nganjuk District with a population of 73 respondents and a sample of 62 respondents taken with Simple technique Random Sampling. The findings found that half the respondents had environmental sanitation in the less category as many as 31 respondents (50%). Most respondents did not experience diarrhea as many as 47 respondents (75.8%). The results of the study using the Chi Square Test showed that the p-value of 0.001 <0.05 then H1 was accepted so it was concluded that there was a relationship of environmental sanitation with the incidence of diarrhea in infants in Kawedekan Hamlet Balonggebang Village Gondang District Nganjuk District. Communities in Kawedekan Hamlet Balonggebang Village Gondang District Nganjuk Regency must be more concerned with environmental sanitation to create a healthy environment and avoid disease outbreaks

Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Jasa Pengiriman Sicepat Ekspres Cabang Kecamatan Nganjuk

This research aims to determine the influence of the variables product quality (X1), price (X2) and service quality (X3) on customer satisfaction (Y) at the Sicepat Express Delivery Service, Nganjuk District Branch. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the accidental sampling method, the number of samples in the research was 175 respondents at the Sicepat Express Delivery Service, Nganjuk District Branch. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis technique was carried out by describing the research data and analysis used, namely Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the research obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.185 + 0.278 0.000 < 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that product quality (X1), price (X2) and service quality (X3) simultaneously and significantly influence customer satisfaction.

Swot Analysis of Corn Plant in Nganjuk District

Corn is a food commodity as a staple food besides rice in Indonesia. Corn is a plant that can be planted in rice fields or gardens. The aim of the research is to study the SWOT analysis of corn plants spread across Nganjuk Regency. The research method uses quantitative descriptive. The results of the SWOT analysis of corn plants in Nganjuk Regency are as follows: average corn production, total annual production capacity is 203,402 tons. The obstacles that occur in the field are the Human Resources management system for warehouse managers, the operations of warehouse institutions are relatively low. The market network is considered to be less extensive and the sense of trust in corn farmers is still low while purchasing prices from farmers are low, therefore farmers sell their products in local markets. Supply chain management is also still very low. So it is very necessary to improve the management of farmer empowerment, and the quality of all parties involved must be improved in order to produce good results.

Knowledge of the Cigarettes Dangers and Attitudes about Cigarettes on the Intention to Quit Smoking in Teenagers Smokers in Nganjuk District

Background: The 2019 Global Youth Survey shows data that 19.2% or 50 million young man and women 13-15 years old smoke worldwide. BPS data through the 2021 Susenas shows that teenage smokers in Nganjuk Regency are 20.12%. The high prevalence of teenage smokers indicates the need for intervention to reduce the number of adolescent smokers as quickly as possible. Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge of the dangers of smoking and attitudes toward smoking with the desire to stop smoking in adolescents in the Nganjuk Regency. Methods: An observational design with a cross-sectional approach was used in this study. The sample in this study was 300 respondents who were taken using cluster sampling from 10 junior high schools in Nganjuk Regency. There are three questionnaires that use in this study. Data analysis used the Pearson correlation test and Linear Regression. Results: The percentage of teenage smokers in Nganjuk Regency is quite high at 33% with a dominance of male youth who start smoking by 11% at the junior high school level. P-value of 0.00 (> 0.05), which means that there is a relationship between attitudes about cigarettes and knowledge of cigarette dangers on intention to quit smoking. Beta value (0.311 > 0.193) said that attitudes about cigarettes have a 31.1% effect in making someone have the intention to quit smoking in a negative relationship. Conclusion: Attitudes about cigarettes variable have a stronger influence on intention to quit smoking than knowledge of cigarette. This shows that to increase the success of the smoking cessation program for adolescents in Nganjuk District, interventions are needed to increase negative attitudes and knowledge of the dangers of smoking.

Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Evaluasi Kinerja Pegawai Melalui E-Kinerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Nganjuk

The aims of this study were (1) to find out the effect of workload on performance in Nganjuk District Health Office employees (2) to find out the effect of performance evaluation on performance in Nganjuk District Health Office employees (3) to find out the effect of Eperformance on performance in Service employees Nganjuk District Health Office (4) Knowing the effect of workload on the e-performance of the Nganjuk District Health Office employees (5) Knowing the effect of performance evaluation on the e-performance of the c (6) Knowing that eperformance is a mediating variable between workload on performance at the Keywords: Workload, Performance Evaluation, E-Kinerja, Performance (7) Knowing motivation is a mediating variable between performance evaluation and performance on employees of the Nganjuk District Health Office.The type of research in this study of 135 people was survey research. Sample size (sample size). The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The analysis method used is inferential analysis with a path analysis approach.Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been done, the conclusions that can be drawn are (1) The results of the first hypothesis testing indicate that the workload variable on performance has a significant negative effect on performance. (3) The results of testing the second hypothesis indicate that the performance evaluation variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. (4) The results of testing the third hypothesis show that the e-performance variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. (5) The results of testing the fourth hypothesis show that the workload variable has a significant negative effect on e-performance. (6) The results of testing the fifth hypothesis show that the workload evaluation variable has a positive and significant effect on e-performance.(7) The results of the sixth hypothesis test show that the E-Kinerja variable is an intervening variable that influences workload on the performance of the Nganjuk District Health Office employees. (8) The results of testing the seventh hypothesis show that the E-Performance variable is an intervening variable that influences performance evaluation on performance.

Implementasi Kebijakan Pembayaran Kapitasi Berbasis Kinerja (KBK) di Puskesmas Kabupaten Nganjuk

KBK has a role as one of the quality control efforts to control costs in FKTP, based on the results of a preliminary study at the Nganjuk District Health Office, it is known that there are 5 Primary Health Care in Nganjuk District that cannot meet the indicators in the KBK so that the capitation received is not 100% full during 2018-2021. This study aims to describe how the KBK payment policy is implemented based on standard variables and policy objectives, resources, communication, and social conditions. This was a qualitative study. Results showed that the standards and objectives of the KBK payment policy are well understood, but the RPPT standards have been difficult to meet so far. Based on the aspect of facility resources, puskesmas are still often constrained by the information system used for data input. Communication in implementing policies has been going well starting from the process of distributing information, clarity of information, and consistency of information. The social conditions of the community around the puskesmas, especially the type of work and age, also influence the achievement of the contact number target at the puskesmas. The KBK payment policy has been implemented, but it is necessary to evaluate the policy so that further improvements and policy developments can be carried out.

Description of Complementary Feeding Practice and Nutritional Study of Stunted Childern (6 – 24 months) on Wilangan Health Center, Nganjuk District

The prevalence of stunting among toddlers in Nganjuk District is >20%, and it is a nutritional problem in the community. The aim of this research is to determine the description of complementary feeding practices for stunted toddlers (aged 6-24 months) in the Wilangan Sub-district. The research design employed is cross-sectional, where independent and dependent variables are collected at relatively the same time. The study was conducted from November 2022 to May 2023. This is a descriptive study with 28 stunting children as samples using the total sampling method. Data collection of complementary feeding practices was conducted through interviews, while nutritional status by measured height. The study showed less than 50% of infants received exclusive breastfeeding and timely introduction of complementary feeding at 6 months, but more than 60% did not follow the proper principles of complementary feeding between ages 12 - 24 months. As the age increases the inaccuracy of complementary feeding is getting bigger and this affects the occurence of stunting childern. Therefore, its recommended that mothers of toddlers more active in increasing their knowledge about providing appropriate complementary feeding for their children according to their age stages, with the assistance of community health workers and healthcare personnel.

GENDER-RESPONSIVE AND CHILD-FRIENDLY VILLAGES THROUGH SAPA MAMA INNOVATION AND COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT

Nganjuk District has a high Gender Development Index (IPG) score. “Sapa Mama” was formed as an embodiment of Nganjuk Regency and is child-friendly and gender-responsive. This study aims to examine the implementation of empowering local communities through the Sapa Mama innovation, which focuses on child-friendly and gender-responsive village efforts. The research method used is qualitative research with an interactive analysis approach. The data was obtained through observation, documentation, and interviews with the public and institutions related to the Sapa Mama innovation, which was then evaluated, interpreted, and discussed according to the established theory. The outcomes of research on the advantages of Sapa Mama innovation, there are several activity programs within the Sapa Mama innovation in the form of formal programs specifically for children, women, and marginalized communities that have been put to good use by the community and have had a positive impact. Rejoso Village has attempted to run the Sapa Mama innovation program following the law on village innovation that has been stipulated and seeks to be gender-responsive in the Sapa Mama agenda. The practical implication is that the relevant government must pay more special attention to superior village products to broaden the spectrum of purchasing power and create new jobs, especially for rural women.

Training and Accompaniment Innovation Product Superior and Marketing

Collaboration between the Office of Cooperatives and Micro and Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with STIE Nganjuk and Griya Batik Sri Rahayu played a very important role in supporting the economic development of Bulu Putren, Putren Village, Nganjuk District Nganjuk Regency. Batik and eco print SMEs are currently the leading products in Bulu Putren, Putren Village, and have prospects very good. The problems main which Become inhibitor developmentof SMEs batik and eco print are in the field of human resources. Because looking for human resources that are tenacious, skilled, and following the field difficult in an era now. Solution solving problem carried out in community service, namely to fulfill the need to increase human resources, is to recruit people who are already skilled from training that has been done, besides that too can conduct independent training for prospective employees if they do not know the world of batik and eco print. Apart from that, what this community service can do is to innovate products and product diversification, provide equipment assistance that supports the production process, for product results will for sale so that more interesting, and practice development sale and promotion which is effective through offline marketing by selling at bazaar stands when there are exhibitions and can also be done online through some media social like Instagram, Facebook, and Marketplaces other. Results after training and assistance show that there are additional variations in the type of product and packaging that can be directly obtained from Upgrade sales turnover.

A COMMOGNITIVE STANDPOINT: THE PROCESS OF PROBLEM-SOLVING IN POLYHEDRON

Abstract This study aims to describe students’ commognitive in the process of solving the problem in polyhedron, based on the four stages of Polya. This study uses an approach with a descriptive type of research. The instruments used in this study were in the form of problem solving test questions and interview guidelines. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII in one of the schools in the Nganjuk district. The result of this research is that at each stage of problem solving students use cognitive components. Narrative components that affect students' success in solving problems, as seen in the results of subject answers. This shows that narrative has an important role in the problem solving process. The narrative component is related to understanding mathematical concepts, so it is hoped that in learning students can understand concepts. The results of this study indicate that students are still more focused the final solution and attention to an important component in the problem solving process, in this case is the commognitive component.
