Heterogeneous Social Network Location Aware Multi Party Data Protection and Privacy System

Social networks are large online communities that allow users to interact and share information. They can be used to connect with friends, family, or potential romantic partners, build a business, or even find a job. The evolution of social media has led to a trend of posting daily photos on online Social Network Platforms (SNPs). The privacy of online photos is often protected carefully by security mechanisms. However, these mechanisms will lose effectiveness when someone spreads the photos to other platforms. This project proposes a blockchain based secure photo sharing framework that provides powerful dissemination control for heterogeneous social network photo sharing. In contrast to security mechanisms running separately in centralized servers that do not trust each other, this framework achieves consistent consensus on photo dissemination control through carefully designed smart contract-based protocols

Novel data encryption scheme and its application to secure multi-party communication

Recent advances in cellular mobile telecommunication field have dramatically facilitated the multi-party collaborative work in social networks. However, the privacy issues exposed by insecure network channels and semi-trusted service providers, such as underlying data analysis and mining, have gradually aroused public concerns. In this context, a novel Multi-Party Privacy Data Encryption (MP-PDE) scheme built upon the deep learning framework is proposed. In this scheme, a four-dimensional autonomous chaotic system is initially leveraged to configurate the key-controlled cipher streams. Under the guidance of a multi-objective optimization function, the proposed encryption network manipulates the multi-party private data into a cipher image with the statistical pseudo-randomness. At the recipient side, distinct participants can decrypt the corresponding data availing their own licensing key from the identical cipher image. Furthermore, the encryption and decryption networks are equivalent except for their trainable network parameters. Finally, numerous experiments are conducted to verify the effectiveness and security of the proposed scheme.

Most often, the possibilities of the applied digital technologies / tools are not used to their full extent, which is due to either the insufficient level of knowledge and competencies of the staff, or the complexity of the technical program implementation. At the same time, the methodology of digital transformation itself, especially in relation to logistics and supply chain management (SCM), is insufficiently developed, despite the existing works of foreign and domestic specialists in this field. The results of the analysis show the relevance and urgent need for the development of conceptual technological platforms of digital solutions for logistics services in supply chain management at the stage of using artificial intelligence and blockchain technology.
 A study was conducted on the possibility of using promising digital technologies in logistics and ULP, in particular Blockchain (distributed ledger systems), Cloud Services (cloud services), Augmented/Virtual Reality (AR/VR) (augmented / virtual reality), Big Data (big data analytics), Predictive Analytics, Industry 4.0 (Robots) and the Internet of Thing. The very procedure of digital transformation of supply chains should include a number of project solutions related to the formation of a communication network structure (Multi Party Net-work), in particular, using blockchain technology, an integrated supply chain planning system, as well as a digital platform for controlling and monitoring events in the chain supplies (Supply Chain Control Tower). Warehouse logistics is an industry that actively implements innovations. To work in the warehouse, special robots with the prefix AGV (literally – automatically controlled vehicle) are used. A project analysis is being conducted on the development of unmanned trucks using the existing developments of unmanned technologies of domestic car manufacturers and prototypes of unmanned cargo vehicles. The necessity of researching the prospects of robotization of warehouse operations and the use of unmanned vehicles (drones and trucks without drivers) in the distribution / delivery of Final Mile Logistics is shown.

This work is to emphasize that China is strengthening its socialism with Chinese characteristics thoughts and its soft power transmission and dissemination worldwide through multi party cooperation. This paper argues that whoever is its collaborator, China can attain its target of staying committed to and jointly promoting development to bring each partnership to new heights. Through “the Belt and road initiative”, the investment in Africa, the cooperation with Arabic countries and Southeast Asia countries, China's diplomatic soft power becomes more impressive and the world is listening more to its voice.

Privacy enhancing and scalable federated learning to accelerate AI implementation in cross-silo and IoMT environments.

Federated Learning (FL) is a machine learning technique that enables to collaboratively learn valuable information across devices or sites without moving the data. In FL, the model is trained and shared across decentralized locations where data are privately owned. After local training, model updates are sent back to a central server, thus enabling access to distributed data on a large scale while maintaining privacy, security, and data access rights. Although FL is a well-studied topic, existing frameworks are still at an early stage of development. They encounter challenges with respect to scalability, data security, aggregation methodologies, data provenance, and production readiness. In this paper, we propose a novel FL framework that supports functionalities like scalable processing with respect of data, devices, sites and collaborators, monitoring services, privacy, and support for use cases. Furthermore, we integrate multi party computation (MPC) within the FL setup, preventing reverse engineering attacks. The proposed framework has been evaluated in diverse use cases both in cross-device and cross-silo settings. In the former case, in-device FL is leveraged in the context of an AI-driven internet of medical things (IoMT) environment. We demonstrate the framework suitability for a range of AI techniques while benchmarking with conventional centralized training. Furthermore, we prove the feasibility of developing a user-friendly pipeline that enables an efficient implementation of FL in diverse clinical use cases.

Multi party signatures and electronic evidence in criminal proceedings

This paper is devoted to a legal analysis of the possible use of multiparty threshold cryptographic protocols in the handling of electronic evidence in criminal proceedings. In contrast to standard digital signing, multiparty protocols require participation of more than one party to create resulting electronic signature. In the context of criminal proceedings, such signatures can be used to sign documents or data multilaterally to ensure confidentiality and reliability of the chain of custody, in procedural acts and in the transmission of documents. In this article, we describe the functioning of the technology and the technical limits of its use, analyse the nature of signatures generated by it from the perspective of EU law and the possibilities of using this technology in criminal proceedings, taking into account the specifics, practices and limitations of the Czech legal environment.

Commitments via Physically Related Functions

Commitment schemes are one of the basic building blocks to construct secure protocols for multi party computation. Many recent works are exploring hardware primitives like physically unclonable functions to build keyless cryptographic protocols, with minimal assumptions. The asymmetric nature and non-invertibility property of PUFs are widely exploited to build oblivious transfer protocols that are extended to build bit-commitment schemes. However, these schemes require the physical transfer of the PUF device between the interacting parties. In this work, we introduce a new class of hardware-based primitives called <italic xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">physically related functions</i> that enable hardware circuits to securely communicate with each other over insecure channels. We propose a bit-commitment protocol based on this hardware primitive without needing any physical transfer. Our scheme is statistically hiding and computationally binding, requiring only one round of communication while being practically deployable. We explore the security properties of physically related functions, under which we prove the security of our scheme. We experimentally show that it is impossible to break the security of the scheme with more than negligible probability.

CE-Fed: Communication efficient multi-party computation enabled federated learning

Federated learning (FL) allows a number of parties collectively train models without revealing private datasets. There is a possibility of extracting personal or confidential data from the shared models even-though sharing of raw data is prevented by federated learning. Secure Multi Party Computation (MPC) is leveraged to aggregate the locally-trained models in a privacy preserving manner. However, it results in high communication cost and poor scalability in a decentralized environment. We design a novel communication-efficient MPC enabled federated learning called CE-Fed. In particular, the proposed CE-Fed is a hierarchical mechanism which forms model aggregation committee with a small number of members and aggregates the global model only among committee members, instead of all participants. We develop a prototype and demonstrate the effectiveness of our mechanism with different datasets. Our proposed CE-Fed achieves high accuracy, communication efficiency and scalability without compromising privacy.

A proposed Framework for Integrating XBRL and Blockchain to Improve Financial Reporting Transparency and Integrity: XBRL Chain

The research aims to use the blockchain technology to ensure the distribution of XBRL content to a decentralized peer- to-peer network while maintaining the authority of the government toward the whole data. The topic of combination XBRL and blockchain is scarcely discussed in academic journal due to the very early stage of technology development. This paper explains how to build a distributed ledger platform prototype that designed to improve financial reports transparency and integrity by using blockchain technology in line with XBRL to form XBRL chain. XBRL chain helps in developing smart contracts that more business rules encoded in software, why are as good as the person or team devising the rules and the developer turning those rules into code. These smart contracts with newest encoded accounting rules could effectively control the recording of accounting activities. Therefore, these contracts would provide automatic assurance on processes, such as posting, classification and cutoff. The proposed framework of XBRL chain makes the quality of information in the financial reporting more interoperability and comparability. This framework should subject to six situational conditions are: multi party, trusted authority, decentralization, smart contract, data confusability, and type of blockchain. A case study is implemented on Egyptian company (EDITA ) Food Company that publishes its financial statements under IFRS. The case explained how the integration between XBRL and blockchain can be built to implement XBRL mapping for consolidated balance sheet and profit or loss statement the mapping process is implemented under using black chain software. Also, the percentage of fit between IFRS taxonomy 2020 and Egyptian financial practices are measured. The findings of the case study revealed that, for EDITA Food Company, 89 percent of the elements in the two basic financial statements exist in the taxonomy. The high degree of misfit is found in the balance sheet statement 14 percent and in income statement is 6 percent limitations and future research directions are, this paper contributes to the literature by expending upon emerging concerns and providing opportunities for future research.

Research on the Mode and Practice Path of Improving the Efficiency of Targeted Poverty Alleviation under Multi party Participation--Take China Evergrande Group as an Example

With the deepening of poverty reduction in China, the situation is becoming more and more complex, which requires the active participation of all parties to give full play to their own advantages in order to solve the poverty problem more efficiently. Based on Evergrande Group's research on the poverty alleviation work in Dafang County, Guizhou Province, this paper discusses how to improve the efficiency of participating in targeted poverty alleviation through multi-party cooperation. Evergrande Group's poverty alleviation practice in Dafang County includes dispatching full-time poverty alleviation teams to help the poor through industries, relocation, education, employment and other means. Through these means of poverty alleviation, a set of clear ideas are provided for enterprises to participate in poverty alleviation: the key to poverty alleviation is talents, education and training of talents, full use of human resources, multi-party cooperation and efficiency improvement. Whether it is to get rid of poverty or become rich, it is all about people. The government pays attention to fairness, the enterprise pays attention to efficiency, and the education pays attention to the future. The targeted poverty alleviation with the participation of multiple parties can give play to their respective advantages and improve the resource utilization efficiency of the whole society.

AN EFFICIENT THRESHOLD SECRET SHARING SCHEME USING FAST FOURIER TRANSFORM

Secret Sharing is a robust key management method which is having applications in password management, secure multi party computation, e-voting etc. Threshold secret sharing is a method in which out of all the parties only predefined or certain number of parties can reconstruct the secret. In this paper we will describe the most popular Shamir’s secret sharing scheme along with its limitations. In Shamir’s scheme each shareholder receives one share per secret. We can use alternative way ramp (packed variant) scheme which overcomes this limitation and reduces load on each individual shareholder. But this impacts on efficiency as degree of polynomial is increased. Either we must adjust the privacy threshold or number of shares needed to reconstruct. There is need of advance technique. An efficient secret sharing needs faster polynomial evaluation and interpolation. Here is an efficient secret sharing scheme using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). In this polynomial evaluation as well as interpolation both speeds up. It has time complexity O(n log n).

Multi party secure data access management in cloud using user centric block chain data encryption

Cloud is the most dominant platform being used by different organizations towards providing service access to their users and customers. Services provided are intended to store and maintain data belongs to the organizations. Access restriction and data access management are identified as key issue at the point of storage management in cloud. The data security in cloud decides the Quality of Service (QoS) performance of the entire environment. Towards this, different approaches available to handle the storage management and access restriction issues. Still, the approaches are not up to the expected range of performance to maximize the QoS performance. Also, the methods faces higher data leakage, security issues as well as higher impact of tampering, which increases the requirement of block chains towards secure data access. To improve the performance, an efficient multi party secure data access management (MSDAM) is presented in this article. The method is focused to provide data handle in different parties which perform authentication on the data update requests. Also, the method distributes the key set and scheme set for different user at different session which is framed according to user centric features. The method initializes key sets and scheme sets to be distributed to the user in a least fact randomization model. Also, the method generates block chains for the user data which is encrypted using User Centric Block chain Encryption (UCBE) scheme where the key and schemes are selected with randomization technique. Similarly, the hash code has been generated using Distancing method. The proposed method improves the performance in all the QoS parameters of the cloud.

Rings for Privacy: An Architecture for Large Scale Privacy-Preserving Data Mining

This article proposes a new architecture for privacy-preserving data mining based on Multi Party Computation (MPC) and secure sums. While traditional MPC approaches rely on a small number of aggregation peers replacing a centralized trusted entity, the current study puts forth a distributed solution that involves all data sources in the aggregation process, with the help of a single server for storing intermediate results. A large-scale scenario is examined and the possibility that data become inaccessible during the aggregation process is considered, a possibility that traditional schemes often neglect. Here, it is explicitly examined, as it might be provoked by intermittent network connectivity or sudden user departures. For increasing system reliability, data sources are organized in multiple sets, called rings, which independently work on the aggregation process. Two different protocol schemes are proposed and their failure probability, i.e., the probability that the data mining output cannot guarantee the desired level of accuracy, is analytically modeled. The privacy degree, the communication cost and the computational complexity that the schemes exhibit are also characterized. Finally, the new protocols are applied to some specific use cases, demonstrating their feasibility and attractiveness.

Uruguay 2020: El despliegue de la agenda de centro derecha en contexto de pandemia

The year 2020 in Uruguay was characterized by the unfolding of the agenda of the new center-right government in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. This paper analyzes this process, paying special attention to the political dynamics between the new multi party coalition government and the opposition, under the regional context of the rise of conservative parties. The paper shows that the new government managed to take advantage of the pandemic to successfully implement its agenda of reforms both in terms of effectiveness, the cohesion of the ruling coalition and the evaluation of public opinion. At the beginning of 2021, the deterioration of health, social and economic indicators poses a more complex scenario for the government.

Blockchains for constrained edge devices

Today’s networks are seeing a large influx of Internet connected devices that reside primarily on the edge of the network. Many of these devices, such as Internet of Things (IoT) devices, are resource constrained both by storage capacity and power requirements that limit a device’s Internet availability. Several interesting architectures have been proposed to address security, device management, configuration, and multi-party interaction concerns using blockchain technology. These architectures require a trusted intermediary to interact with the blockchain on behalf of the edge device. This introduces a single point of failure in trust and security. This paper proposes a novel adaptation of blockchain technology to enable these edge devices to interact and participate with a blockchain without requiring a trusted intermediary. The proposed architecture provides a flexible and extensible framework that enables multi party interactions to take place at the edge of the network. The efficacy of the proposed design is demonstrated through theoretical analysis and by an application to a network of resource constrained IoT devices.

Reduce the Multi Party for the Stability of National Development

This paper tries to discuss the problems of multiparty systems in Indonesia. The main doctrine in a democratic system is the people, the people and the people. These three points can be interpreted (1) power originating from the hands of the people, (2) exercising by representatives representing the people, (3) aiming for the prosperity of the people. The political objectives in Indonesia as stated in the opening of the 1945 Constitution are essentially the prosperity of the people. So that the national development goals are in line with the legal basis in Indonesia. But in fact political practices in Indonesia are not appropriate even contrary to the formulation in the Basic Law. As a continuation of these deviant political practices, the direction of development has become biased because policy makers in this country use deviant political practices. This paper discusses the practice of political deviations that have an impact on the occurrence of national development goals in Indonesia. The author examines political issues and their impact on development with a social science approach, including; Sociology, History and Anthropology. The sociological approach looking at various socio-political events that are the impact of the implementation of multiparty in Indonesia. Historical approach looking at the development of the political system in Indonesia time to time. The last approach is Anthropology taking Clifford Geertz's work on trichotomy (Priayi, Santri, and Abangan) in Indonesian society as a form of community group classification. This analysis related to community groups (Priayi, Santri, Abangan) is then used to provide a normative picture elite policy makers in limiting and controlling the number of parties in Indonesia. The analysis is used because it sees that political parties that are currently developing are no longer proportional based on ideology or representation of community groups, but are based on material interests and tend to be transactional. Political parties are no longer the backrest of the ideology of their constituents, who are always close and feel educated to continue to gain political understanding, but nowadays, political parties have turned into hordes of political people to gain and maintain power.

MEKANISME PEREKRUTAN KADER PARTAI POLITIK LOKAL (Studi di Banda Aceh)

Indonesia is a democratic country that implements multi party system, approaching political years more and more many new parties were emerging, however a few parties that do not qualified to verification phase. In the party system, Aceh is a privileged region that has specialities because it has local political parties, the existence and establishment of local parties in Aceh has a strong legal base and is regulated in the Aceh Goverment Law of 2006. System and recruitment mechanism in every local party in Aceh are certainlt have a different, this distinction is a spesial strategy developed by the party to capture and absorb framework and sympathizers. This recruitment mechanism is interestingly discussed and review further, in order to see how far the party is able to compete with other parties, and to measure the credibility level of the framework to the party that carried. This study used qualitative research method with the subject of research is the management or official of each Local Political Party in Banda Aceh. Primary data is obtained through direct interview about the mechanism ofrecruiting party cadre while secondary data is obtained from each party's website. The results showed that Local Political Parties in Banda Aceh, namely Nanggroe Aceh Party, Aceh Party, Aceh Regional Party and SIRA Party all used an open recruitment mechanism system because the method was considered effective to recruiting political cadre in terms of quantity and quality because each party had its own criteria in determining cadres who have competencies that are in accordance with the vision and mission of each party. The obstacle faced by all of Local Political Parties in Banda Aceh region is still ineffective in the voting process for women in each party in parliament because the Aceh Province applies Islamic Sharia in its government. The conclusion was that all of Local Political Parties in the Banda Aceh region applied an open recruitment mechanism system because the system was most effective in the process of recruiting party cadres in terms of quantity and quality.
