This condition predominantly presents as selfhealing cutaneous lesions. Systemic involvement worsens the prognosis, the mortality rate being as high as 6% [1]. Although the MRI appearance of juvenile xanthogranuloma in the brain [2] and musculoskeletal system [3] has been described, the MRI appearance of lesions in the liver and heart has not been described, to our knowledge. We report a case of juvenile xanthogranuloma with lesions in the liver and heart evaluated with MRI, CT, and sonography. We also review the imaging literature on this condition.
