The Importance of the Natural Environment in the Light of Children's Rights With Particular Regard to Hungary

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is based on human rights, and children’s rights need to be interpreted in this context. As the 2030 Agenda declares that the sustainable development goals seek to realise the human rights of all, it is important to include and interpret the rights of the child as a part thereof. The comprehensive and ambitiously worded goals in the Agenda for Sustainable Development are difficult to transpose into any binding conventions or tools in the area of human, and thus especially children’s, rights. One goal could be to manage these goals and targets within the existing international framework of law and children’s rights. Children’s rights are a comparatively new branch of law. The rules pertaining to the special, vulnerable situation of children were first written down approximately 100 years ago. At the time, the only goal was the survival of the child: feeding, clothing, and medical care. The content of rules and regulations has gradually broadened, and now children’s rights are considered one of the most progressively developing areas of human rights. The purpose of this study is to closely examine the legal regulations, conventions, studies, publications, essays, and historical descriptions pertaining to children, and to examine the degree to which they deal with the role of the natural environment in the life of the child, and how these regulations recognise and necessitate the essential role played by the natural environment in the physical, spiritual, intellectual, and moral development of children. One of the main pillars in this process is environmental education, or Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), and considering the current social circumstances, it is both necessary and expected to promote the ESD to the greatest extent possible. Taking the above into account, it can be seen that the provisions stating children’s rights do not clearly and unequivocally deal with the importance of the constant presence of the natural environment, while the right of the child to have fresh air and be raised in a natural environment is not suitably emphasised, even though it is an essential condition for the healthy physical, spiritual, intellectual, and moral development of the child.

Karwang by using descriptive qualitative research methods based on philosophy postpositism, is used to examine natural objects, where the researcher as an instrument for data collection techniques is carried out tringulation (a combination of inductive / qualitative data analysis and qualitative research results emphasizes the meaning of generalization. That the role of parents in developing potentials that have been brought by Children from birth, it is the parents who will color and determine the child's personality in the future. The potentials that the child brings will only be able to develop properly through education provided by parents from an early age (from birth) which will then lead to the quality of the child when at school. Ah. The family is the ideal place to deliver character education, in the family the child will learn a lot practically through practicing and imitating the character of those around him, especially by imitating his parents.

The article analyzes the problems of violence against children. The essence and content of the complex of influences of risk factors are revealed, among which, first of all, there are: pedagogical neglect; social neglect and abnormalities in the child’s health. Victim features of adolescents are characterized. It has been argued that violence violates many of the rights of those protected by international human rights law. The government is responsible for taking measures to eliminate violence and provide equal protection for victims of violence. It is substantiated that the state should also take care of the development and proper functioning of social and psychological services, training of qualified psychologists and social educators, because their activities should bring the broadest and most effective results in solving the problem of domestic violence among Ukrainian families. Every child is guaranteed the right to liberty, security of person, protection of dignity and the best interests of the child. It has been shown that child abuse can include any act of violence, neglect, abuse or inability, unwillingness or inability to raise and care for children from parents or others, leading to actual or potential harm to the child. This problem at the present stage is quite acute and requires research and practical action. It is emphasized that in the 21st century, society must realize that violence against children is a problem of society as a whole. It is proposed to introduce the obligation of everyone to report the offenses committed against children that cause moral or material damage, damage to physical, mental health, moral development of the child. A timely response to reports of violence and other wrongdoing against children will undoubtedly contribute to preventive measures aimed at eliminating, blocking and neutralizing the determinants of their wrongdoing. At the same time, children themselves must be aware of their right to protection from all forms of violence. It is emphasized that in the 21st century, society must realize that violence against children is a problem of society as a whole. It is proposed to introduce the obligation of everyone to report the offenses committed against children that cause moral or material damage, damage to physical, mental health, moral development of the child.

Analisis perkembangan moral anak melalui pembelajaran aqidah akhlak di MI MA’ARIF Candran

Learning activities performed by teachers should be able to create a fun and efficient teaching and learning atmosphere. On the other hand, learning activities are also required to be directed to the moral development of a child in order to have a good personality. This training aims to determine the moral development of the child through the study of the sexual Aqidah in MI Ma'arif Candran. The subject of this study was the students and teachers of MI Ma'arif Candran. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, using a descriptive method. The results of this study showed that in the moral development of the child through the study of sexual Aqidah implemented by the teacher at MI Ma'arif Candran is to develop a learning plan that adjusts to the situation, the characteristics of students and the potential of students by using methods and strategies consisting of: Habituation methods, methods of ethics, methods of advice, control mechanisms, and sanctions.

The Role of Information Design in Facilitating Trust and Trustworthiness

This paper studies the role of information design in facilitating trust and trustworthiness. We consider a trust game with spatial matching by Okada (2019). In this trust game, both players begin with the psychological benefits of good practice (cooperation), but the psychological benefits for an investor (the first player) trusting a receiver (the second player) and those for the receiver behaving in a trustworthy manner both decrease as their social distance widens. We compute Bayes correlated equilibria (Bergemann and Morris, 2016), a set of mild suggestions (strategies) the players obediently follow in equilibrium, and then pin down the optimal suggestion that will, with the largest probability, induce good practice. Comparison with the Bayes Nash equilibrium outcomes (analysis of trust games without suggestions) reveals interesting contrasts. With optimal suggestions, we can increase good practice given the same level of affinities among the players. In addition, we investigate whether the optimal suggestion rule hampers the cultural transmission of trust and trustworthiness. To test this, we consider a pair composed of a parent and a child and allow the parent to exert educational effort for moral development of the child. Transmission of cultural norms is hampered if the parents exert less effort with the suggestion rule, so the question becomes how to motivate parents to exert more effort. Our analysis helps to understand the impact of the suggestion rule on trust and trustworthiness, particularly in the current digital economy where such suggestion rules are prevalent and trust and trustworthiness play a key role to sustain the economics.

Uzbek folk traditions and customs as a means of forming the spiritual and moral qualities of children in preschool educate

This article reveals the content of educational programs for preschool education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, based on the system of basic national values and contributing to the spiritual and moral development of the child's personality. The article analyzes the problems, explains the possibilities of their successful solution precisely in preschool childhood; the tasks, principles, content, forms and methods of developing interaction between adults and children, aimed at the spiritual and moral development of preschoolers, and the possible positive results of this activity are revealed.

Development of a System for Improving Future Teachers’ Readiness for the Child’s Spiritual and Moral Development in a Cross-Cultural Space

Nowadays higher education is developing in accordance with new needs of modern school. The main task of this process is to provide necessary conditions for the spiritual and moral development of the child’s personality. This task determines the emergence of new approaches and innovative pedagogical tools, which include information and communication technologies. In this regard, the issue of future teacher’s competence in the field of new and creative performance of educational tasks is being actualized. The article describes a specially designed system, which is aimed at the improvement of future teacher’s readiness for the child’s spiritual and moral development by means of using traditional Ukrainian fairy tales – SMDC (spiritual and spiritual development of the child). SMDC requires the use of information and communication technologies. This is a pedagogical tool, which is designed for students of the Bachelor's degree program in Primary Education. The system requires: 1) development of a package of multimedia materials; 2) selection of educational materials, which contain tools for the child’s spiritual and moral education; 3) creation of students’ own materials, which are aimed at their personal and professional development.

У статті розкривається зміст реалізації виховного потенціалу взаємодії сім’ї та закладів позашкільної освіти як соціальних інститутів, які здійснюють найбільш істотний вплив на особистість дитини молодшого шкільного віку; визначено роль сім’ї, яка забезпечує духовний і моральний розвиток особистості дитини, привчання до праці й вироблення ставлення до неї як основного джерела достатку й добробуту людини, формує світогляд і характер громадянина України; констатовано, що результат формування моральної вихованості особистості безпосередньо залежить від культурного рівня сім’ї, виховної позиції, якої дотримуються батьки, загальної атмосфери, що панує в ній; визначаються особливості організації морального виховання учнів початкової школи в контексті освітнього процесу закладів позашкільної освіти; перераховано умови, які сприяють ефективній реалізації завдань морального виховання учнів молодшого шкільного віку: зміст, методи та організація навчання, особистість педагога закладу позашкільної освіти, його знання, переконання, атмосфера заняття, стиль міжособистісних стосунків вихователя та вихованців; визначено, що головною умовою реалізації ефективної взаємодії сім’ї та закладів позашкільної освіти є інтеграція підсистем освітнього закладу в освітній процес, позакласну та позашкільну сфери.

Perception of the Moral Development of the Child With Autoimmune Disease by Clinicians and Researchers

This article presents an analysis about meanings that clinicians and researchers have regarding the autonomy of the mature minor with autoimmune disease, which could lead to different power practices during the moment of taking the informed consent, keeping in mind the doctrine of the minor mature. Consequently, the role of clinicians and researchers in contributing to the moral development or autonomy of the child. The objective was to describe the meanings or perceptions of doctors and researchers, at the time of informed consent, in relation to the autonomy or moral development of the child with autoimmune disease, arising from their experiences, knowledge and prior conceptions of the child. The methodology used was of a qualitative nature with a subjectivist and interpretative approach and a transversal scope. Semi-structured interviews were applied to 21 people, researchers and doctors, who attend children with autoimmune diseases, whose data were analyzed through the Atlas Ti program. 8.0. In conclusion, the informed consent is a process of assertive communication ethical model that seeks the moral structuring of the child beyond what is perceived by the clinician or researcher, in addition the clinicians and researchers consider that to structure the minor is to perceive him as an autonomous subject; which is possible when it shows adherence to treatment and responsible care independently of the tutor's support.

Communication Process for the Strengthening of the Care of the Minor in a Pediatric Unit

INTRODUCTION: The reflection about the elements of communication that health professionals use strengthens the empathic relationship and therefore the actions that seek self-care in patients. Nursing schools must teach how to acquire competences from what should be (moral) to fully consider the emotions and needs of hospitalized children so that they can attend to the call of care. Nursing should tend to social and communication skills to offer a humanized care when children appeal to crying, to silence, to play, to attract attention. 
 
 OBJECTIVE: Propose a framework of moral management of communication from the design of a functional communication structure model for the pediatric patient to come to the call of their care in a positive way. 
 
 METHODOLOGY: Nature of qualitative study of descriptive type and symbolic interactionism (perceptual regression). The population was 44 nurses. The data was obtained by interviews analyzed by the STATGRAPHICS XVII Centurión Plus® and Atlas Ti 8.0 ® programs. 
 
 CONCLUSION: The practices of nurses respond to the dynamics so that the child comes to the care when they are aware of the purpose of communication in strengthening the moral development of the child. A model of functional communication structure for pediatric patient care adjusted to the axioms of Paul Watzlawick is proposed.

The Informed Consent/Assent from the Doctrine of the Mature Minor

It is necessary to recognize the child as an active moral subject in making decision process related to his health or his participation in research. The taking of informed consent as a communication process should tend to respect the autonomy and dignity of the child considered mature or not, taking their decisions seriously and not just an assent as a normative principle of mere legal aspect. It describes theoretical elements that can be used as tools to have an approach to the moral development of the child from the principle of responsibility according to the degree of emancipation. The objective is to provide a description of the most relevant aspects about the informed consent process in the mature child and their right to be informed to agree or consent. We searched the databases such as: PROQUEST, MEDLINE, LILACS and PUBMED, analyzing 51 articles. For the organization of the information, the SLIDING methodology was used: sort, label, integrate and prioritize. It was concluded that the ability to assent of the child considered mature or not should be evaluated under objective parameters and not simply under the perception of the doctor or researcher. Finally, it is necessary to design strategies to promote the autonomy, respect and dignity of the child based on the same practices at the time of informed consent.

PERANAN ORANG TUA DALAM MENCEGAH TAWURAN ANTAR PELAJAR

Brawl is a negative interaction and has fatal consequences. Brawl between students nowadays is a very annoying problem of order and security in the surrounding environment. Interschool student brawls seem to have become a black spot in the world of education in Indonesia. According to the records of the National Commission for Child Protection (Komnas PA), the incidence of fights during the year 2011 has claimed 82 lives, not including the wounded. Each year the fight was not the case on the wane, but it is growing. Brawl between students arise as a result of excessive solidarity , as a result of mental thuggery, internal factors ( lack of religious upbringing, the influence of friends), and external factors (lack of parental and economic factors), are all factors brawl between students. Education in the family (parents) are very important as a basic foundation that forms the character of the child from the beginning. The role of parents is not only limited to instill norms of early life. They should continue to play an active role, especially when the children hit their teens, where these kids started looking for identity. 1) Building the Moral Development of the Child, 2) Parents follow the development of children's moral behavior, 3) Establish good communication with children, 4) Keeping family harmony, 5) Giving the correct approach to religion, and 6) As a true Mediator.

Parenting Style and its Influence on the Personal and Moral Development of the Child

The paper deals with the relationships between educational practices of parents and their estimated impact on the structure of the child's personality and his/her moral attitude. The research method: questionnaire. The research sample: students aged 12 to 17 (N=431). The results show that an adolescent examines him/herself intensely and evaluates him/herself from a number of viewpoints, has a highly critical attitude towards the educational approach of his/her parents and its impact on him/herself. The respondents’ views of solving dilemmas have brought information about and evidence of the fact that adolescents express themselves quite individually and freely, regardless of the consequences.

Prevention of Sexual Abuse Through Educational Programs Directed Toward Children

A Catholic Medical Association (CMA) Task Force issued a report in October 2006 on the sexual abuse of children and its prevention1 in response to initiatives by Catholic dioceses across the country, which were reeling from abuse scandals and have been seeking to improve their sexual abuse–prevention efforts. This report argued strongly against what it called “child-empowerment programs” aimed at preventing sexual abuse. It argued that these programs were “ineffective at preventing sexual abuse” and “inconsistent with the science of emotional, cognitive, neurobiological and moral development of the child.” This report reiterated a number of arguments that have been raised over 2 decades against classroom-based prevention education by various critics.2–5 However, the research evidence and the available meta-analytic reviews do not give much support to these criticisms,6,7 and the reappearance of these arguments in a high-profile public policy context merit discussion and rebuttal. The programs of concern to the CMA and others are programs that instruct children about sexual abuse and sexual victimization and try to impart a variety of messages to children (and their parents) about how to identify abuse, how to react when approached, and what to do in the aftermath of abuse. These programs are typically delivered in school settings or other youth service environments. They typically have components directed toward parents, teachers, and youth service staff, as well. Well-known examples of such programs are “Talking About Touching” from the Seattle-based Committee for Children and the Child Assault Prevention program used statewide in New Jersey.
