Migration is a social phenomenon that has existed since ancient times, but in different ways and rates according to the economic and social conditions and geographical location of their place Therefore, the aim of this research is to learn more about the phenomenon of youth migration abroad, as well as identify the reasons and incentives that cause migration, what consequences and social and economic impact on society, the research is implemented on a sample of )162( people who had migrated abroad, and the survey form was used as the main tool to collect information about this study through the Google Form They are the main reasons for young people to migrate abroad, such as the desire to find work, as well as to improve their financial situation and secure the future of themselves and their families. They also have the opportunity to develop their personality and culture by using the modern educational facilities available in the country they are migrating to. In addition, migration has a significant impact on society, for example, reducing scientific skills in society, which reduces the possibility of development of society, as well as reducing the factors of productivity in society and lower productivity levels.
