Model of intelligent control system of road-building material compaction by pavers

The article considers the task of designing intelligent controllers of automatic control systems by working modes of pavers during compaction of road-building materials. Intelligent controller is submitted in a form of fuzzy PID-controller. Mathematical model which takes account of metallic structures of compacting working body and road-building materials is provided. Simulation model of working process under the study in terms of MATLAB/Simulink programme is obtained. Numerical example of comparison between system’s transient characteristic and continuous, digital and fuzzy controllers is provided.

Intelligent Prediction of Process Parameters of Power Station Boiler Bender

Because the traditional tube bending technology of power station boiler bender is not good at controlling the forming quality and setting process parameters, it usually lengthens the production cycle and wastes costs. Improved BP neural network is used to establish bender intelligent control system model which can predict and analyze the forming qualities after tube bending. The system determines the reasonableness of process parameters from the result of forming qualities and gives the revised parameters back to the intelligent control system model. Then the model predicts the forming qualities repeated till the perfect forming quality is gained. The revised parameters become the practice process parameters.

The Research on Automatic System for Drawing Water from Source Based on Configuration Software

Currently, it is quite popular that to acquire water straightly from the source to supply the city, in China. However, all this kind of water needs to be cleaned before using; therefore, an efficient system for filtering water in the water-drawing procedure has been addressed in this paper. The system adopted the configuration software as the interface for management which was installed in the upper computer, and various PLCs as the controllers for the master stations and sub-stations respectively. The control method and the structure of its hardware and software in electrical system would be discussed in detail, and the paper would provide a general intelligent control system model for filtering water.

Structural modeling of intelligent control systems

Structural modeling of intelligent control systems (ICS) is explored. First, a novel block diagram based model is proposed and established for ICS. Then, a grammar based model is proposed and established for ICS.
