Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Microsoft Office Dalam Proses Belajar Mengajar Bagi Guru Di SDK Tilang, Desa Tilang, Kecamatan Nita

This research aims to introduce and train Tilang SDK teachers in utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point which provide interesting features as tools in the teaching and learning process because there are some teachers who cannot use and utilize the features provided. It's in Microsoft Office. This training was carried out at SDK Tilang with the main subject being the teachers at the school because based on the results of the review there were still teachers who used monotonous teaching media, namely thematic books. Apart from that, there were several teachers who were not yet able to operate the features in Microsoft Office.This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, with the research subjects being teachers at SDK Tilang.

In public perception, religious scholars (Ulama) serve as highly trusted sources of information, particularly within Indonesian society. Therefore, it is imperative to ensure that Ulama possesses adequate digital literacy to convey accurate and reliable information. This study aims to provide computer training to the students (santri) of Ma'had MQDH NW Pancor, enabling them to master relevant computer technologies and applications. The training primarily focuses on internet literacy and Microsoft Office applications, employing a combination of lectures and hands-on practice. Ten participants from various levels of study were involved in the program, which took place at Laboratory 1, Faculty of Engineering, Hamzanwadi University. The results of the training revealed that 57.1% of the participants expressed high satisfaction levels, while 71.4% reported an increase in their understanding after completing the training. In conclusion, this computer training program has demonstrated positive benefits in enhancing the digital comprehension and skills of the students, preparing them to tackle digital challenges in the future.

Obstacles to the use of ICT by PAUD educators are lack of access to ICT skills development, lack of knowledge about ICT, and lack of willingness of educators to utilize ICT. Knowing these conditions, Putera Batam University Lecturers took the initiative to organize a basic computer training program based on identifying the needs of PAUD educators in the area. The acceleration and expansion of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) services is one of the strategic policies rolled out by the Ministry of National Education. One of the strategies to improve the quality of PAUD educators that has been implemented so far is through the development of clusters. Microsoft Office application or better known as Office, of course almost everyone knows it, especially for those who usually deal with writing or reports. Members of the PAUD Cluster Work Center are no exception. For members of the PAUD Cluster Working Center, Microsoft Office 2019 is of course very helpful in their activities in preparing learning, carrying out learning activities, up to the evaluation and reporting stages of activities carried out.

Analisis Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi dengan Metodologi Tozer pada Sabisu Interior

Sabisu Interior is an interior design service company located in Ngawi Regency. The operational management of ordering Sabisu Interior services has not yet used an information system. Problems arise because of the increasing number of customers and demand for the number of orders. Order, production and financial data management is still carried out by recording it in Microsoft Office applications. his raises the problem of discrepancies between order data, production data and financial data. In this research, a strategic planning of information systems and information technology will be carried out using the Tozer method. Several analysis tools are used such as Value Chain, PEST, CSF and Mc. Farlan Strategic Grid to provide an overview of IS/IT implementation. The research objective is to produce a portfolio of IS/IT strategic planning models that support Sabisu Interior's business strategy and vision and mission. The formulation of IS/IT strategic planning using the tozer method in this study produced an IS/IT strategic planning portfolio document. The results of this research in the form of a portfolio document contain 9 proposals for implementing IS/IT which will be used as recommendations for Sabisu Interior to make decisions regarding the development of IS/IT for the company in the future.

Dialogflow Performance Analysis For Learning Services In Learning Management Systems Using Chatbots

The variety of smart connection applications continues to increase, and the need for better communication in the network emerges. The conversation application is a solution that users widely use. The one quite popular today is also known as ChatBot. In this study, the implementation of the ChatBot application was applied to the LMS (Learning Management System). The implementation of ChatBot used the ReactJS library technology in creating the user interface. This application could help students learn outside the classroom, especially if they experience difficulties in the learning process. Furthermore, in this study, the Dialogflow technology was tested for matching sentence combinations in the ChatBot application. The tests were carried out on informatics engineering students at the State Polytechnic of Malang in learning Microsoft Office applications. The results of the research experiment resulted in a 100% accuracy value for original sentence questions from the database and 72% accuracy-free questions, for usability testing produces a calculation value of 88.97%. From the results, it could be concluded that it was very feasible and met the criteria in the usability aspect.

With the low level of technology and information knowledge at SDN Sanggrahan 1, we hereby provide training in the Microsoft Office Application Introduction Program (Microsoft Word) to students. Computer application training for grade 6 children This service activity aims to provide experience and understanding and assistance to children in Microsoft word training. The method used in this training activity is material explanation, question and answer and practice. The expected result of this training is to increase the quality of children's knowledge related to computer applications so that it can make it easier for them to do computer-based school assignments. This activity received a good response from various parties, especially students, they were happy with this training because it was considered very helpful for them in completing computer-based school assignments. From this activity we can conclude that this training succeeded in improving students' ability to apply Microsoft Office.

The properties of machine-tractor unit (MTU) regarding soil preparation with bed ridging

BACKGROUND:One of the main criteria for assessment of work performance is productivity. It depends on a number of indicators: towing resistance, optimal use of energy, used technical equipment, the adaptability of the equipment to the operation conditions, etc. Experimental studies are required in order to establish the patterns of influence of these indicators on work efficiency.
 AIMS:Carrying out theoretical calculations and practical observations on the process of bed ridging for potatoes, assessment of the unit assembly for the technological process performing and the using of the unit.
 METHODS:Field tests of a machine-tractor unit with subsequent result processing using the Microsoft Office applications.
 RESULTS:Recommendations are given for practical use in the unit formation depending on velocity and operation width of the unit for various values of specific resistance.
 CONCLUSIONS:The practical value of the study lies in the opportunity of using the proposed patterns for optimization the machine-tractor unit assembly according to operation conditions, selection of power unit, development of combined machines and units.

Suntenjaya Village is a village with land conditions in the form of slopes/ridges. Suntenjaya Village which is included in the administrative area of ​​Lembang District, West Bandung Regency. Seeing the job opportunities above, the village apparatus needs to be given knowledge in supporting their work and activities, to facilitate their work in managing village administration, and to be able to convey their knowledge to the community in their environment. Village officials will be given computer introduction materials which are then equipped with Microsoft Office applications. The goal is to provide training, improve and develop knowledge about village officials and involve the role of teachers in education as a form of community service carrying out the duties of the Tri-Dharma of Higher Education. The method used is the method of practice and question and answer. So that after training, village officials can operate computers and use Microsoft Office well. Computer training on Sukadaya village apparatus, can be used to manage computers properly and master Microsoft Office, to improve performance and be able to compete in the era of globalization.

An Assessment of Information Literacy of Students in Digital Learning Environment

This study investigated the information literacy in the digital environment of university students from Vietnam. A survey was developed to collect quantitative data from self-assessment on information literacy of 328 students from different majors of teachers’ training at VNU University of Education. Using descriptive statistical methods for the data analysis, the study showed that the students were proficient in accessing and processing basic information types in the digital environment, and had the ability to apply information and communication technology to their learning and in daily activities, such as using Microsoft office applications, tools for searching information to solve learning tasks, using email and social networks for communication, information exchange and other ordinary purposes. Students were aware of the importance of safety and information security in the digital environment. However, creativity with digital information and emotional intelligence were not highly self-assessed. Students still had limitations in applying the information obtained from the digital environment to solve problems they faced in real life.

An Open Platform Microcontroller-Based Laser Refractometer

This exercise encompassed the construction and use of a microcontroller-based laser refractometer. The instrument, which does not require a high skill level to build, primarily consisted of a line laser, optical sensor, several 3-D printed parts and printed circuit boards, and a microcontroller development board. Construction and testing of the device occurred in upper division analytical chemistry courses, either quantitative analysis or instrumental methods, and data analysis of real-world samples took place in the general chemistry laboratory. Open-source software was used to (a) communicate between a laptop and microcontroller and (b) record data in real-time directly to an Excel spreadsheet utilizing visual Basic for applications (VBA) an event driven programming language that is part of Microsoft Office applications. In addition to collecting the data, general chemistry students used Excel to generate a calibration curve and determine the concentration of ethylene glycol in an antifreeze sample. Student engagement was assessed using a Likert-type survey, and the results were analyzed using statistical methods. Laboratory reports and a postlab quiz were used to assess student learning outcomes.

Application of Information Technology in Construction : A Case from Nepal

This study aimed to identify the functions of information technology (IT) in the development of the construction industry in Chitwan and Nawalparasi. The study utilized a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire survey administered to ten contractors and ten consultants in the area. The survey included remarks about how IT is used in the construction industry, and four areas of IT use in construction were established. The identified outcomes were evaluated using Relative Importance Index (RII) and Ranking. The study found that the operational level, design level, and official level of management were the three most important levels of management by the relative importance index analysis. The mobile phone, laptop, and desktop computer were the primary hardware devices utilized on-site, and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word were determined to be the most important applications used in site administration. The study concluded that IT is a critical tool for the administration and management of construction projects. The findings of this study are consistent with other research that highlights the importance of IT in the construction industry. Information technology is streamlining operations in the construction sector, improving construction quality and safety measures, and maximizing efficiency and reliance on data in construction. The adoption of data-driven technologies such as building information modeling (BIM) is transforming the construction industry. Modern technologies and construction software are helping to control the information and disseminate it so it can be available and useful to project teams. Comparative Analysis of the Blowfish Algorithm and the Des Algorithm in the Document File Encryption and Decryption Process

Security issues are one of the most important aspects in the world of information technology, such as document security. Most of the documents are created through the Microsoft Office application package, because it is easy to use. There are several applications available in Microsoft Office, namely Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Powerpoint, and others that are used to process words and numbers according to user needs. Comparative analysis of the Blowfish algorithm and the DES algorithm in the encryption process is carried out based on 3 comparison aspects, namely processing time, file size and memory used. Comparisons were made with 40 test data in the form of document files, each consisting of 10 test data with extension formats *.docx, *.xlsx, *.pdf, and *.pptx, where these formats are familiar in data processing using Microsoft Office. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that in the encryption process, the DES Algorithm has a faster time than the Blowfish Algorithm with a percentage of the DES Algorithm's encryption processing time of 3.7975%. In the decryption process, the DES Algorithm has a faster time compared to the Blowfish Algorithm with a percentage of the DES Algorithm's encryption processing time of 3.595%. In the encryption process, the file size in the DES Algorithm increases bytes less than the file size in the Blowfish Algorithm. In the decryption process, the file size in the DES Algorithm and the Blowfish Algorithm does not change, because the file size returns to the original file size. In the encryption process, the DES Algorithm uses less memory compared to the Blowfish Algorithm with the percentage of memory used by the DES Algorithm being 49.655%. In the decryption process, the Blowfish Algorithm uses less memory compared to the DES Algorithm with the percentage of memory used by the Blowfish Algorithm 49.5925%

Abstract: Purpose: From this community service activity is to increase the application of science and technology in the SMK Bina Cipta Community, especially the Office Governance Authority (OTKP) department using Microsoft Office and Publisher applications. Method: One of the methods used for this PKM activity is training and mentoring. Media used office applications (Ms Office and Publisher), typing manuscripts, making correspondence, making tables, graphs, using formulas and making brochures. This office application application is also used to facilitate work in office administration related to information and aminstaration. The method of service activities is carried out using teaching media and the practice of using Office Applications, namely Ms. Office and Publisher. Results: Students understand how it works and its benefits, understand how to work with office applications, by applying training and mentoring, understanding various types of needs and how they work, recognizing features / menus in office applications, utilizing applications in office administration activities, understanding how to type scripts well, making easy tables, presenting reports, making brochures quickly and neatly, file (saving, importing, printing). Conclusion: Based on the results of the questionnaire graph that participants are in the interval of 65-78%, it means that this service activity has a positive impact on increasing the application of science and technology to students. The development of technology has helped a lot of human work. One of the things that we can enjoy from these technological developments include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and power points. Microsoft Word, functions as a word processing software includes creating, editing, and formatting documents. The students have not been able to operate Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point because they are not taught at school, the high cost of computer courses among students. One of them is to train the ability to use a word processing application, namely Microsoft Word. Community service activities are emphasized in the form of training on how to apply Microsoft Office for students of the Nurul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School. It is hoped that with this training, students can know more about the basic techniques of using Microsoft Office by utilizing Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point. The results of the service activities carried out provide experience and skills for students in using Microsoft Office. Thus, the implementation of community service activities at the Nurul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School Foundation Using Microsoft Office provides significant benefits for improving the skills of students in utilizing information technology and computers. The students were very enthusiastic about participating in further training activities. The students already understand and can run Microsoft Office applications.

Information Content Assessment of the Federal Budget and the Budget Process in the Russian Federation

This article is devoted to the results of a statistical study of the composition of federal budget expenditures (the object of the study) from the standpoint of assessing its information content (the subject of the study). In the opinion of its authors, the issues of information content of budget decisions remain out of due attention not only from the participants of the budget process, but also in the practice of public administration in general. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to form scientifically based tools for assessing the information content, determining its quantitative indicators, clarifying the nature, hidden features and balance in the distribution of federal budget expenditures.Materials and methods. The analysis of the composition parameters of federal budget expenditures was carried out on the basis of statistical data of the Federal Treasury for 2014-2020. The theoretical foundations and research methods are developed based on the authors’ preferences regarding the results of conceptual and applied developments of domestic scientists in the field of synergetic information theory, structural analysis of systems, and modular theory of society. Quantitative methods of processing the initial data, tabular and graphical methods of visualizing the results of the study were used. Standard Microsoft Office application software packages were used to solve the research tasks.Results. Indexes of information content of the multicomponent systems’ composition and algorithms for their calculations are formed. Quantitative criteria are determined and a model for optimizing the composition of federal budget expenditures is presented. The comparison of actual and model indexes of the information content is presented as a way to adjust priorities in the composition of federal budget expenditures; as a way to develop tactics and strategies for the transition from the actual parameters of the expenditures’ composition to the “best” distribution, which is described by a quantitative model of the optimal combination of the scales of its components. Retrospective optimization options based on the results of the execution of expenditures in 2020 and promising options for optimizing the distribution of federal budget expenditures in 2022-2024 have been established.Conclusion. Assessment of the information content and optimization of the components’ scale of the budget expenditures’ composition are recognized as elements of management of the distribution of public resources in the budget process, ways to ensure control over the effectiveness of budget decisions and can be useful for participants in the budget process both at the stage of formation and at the stage of execution of budget expenditures.

The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province is one of the Government Agencies in Bengkulu Province, where the office has implemented Information Technology which is used to assist the data processing. Every The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province conducts employee performance assessments. In accordance with Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2019 concerning Performance Assessment of Civil Servants Part Three Article 41 Point (2) The performance appraisal of civil servants as referred to in paragraph (1) can be carried out by giving each element of the assessment a weight of 70% for the SKP assessment and 30% for work behavior assessment or 60% for SKP assessment and 40% for work behavior assessment. At The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province, it uses the weight of the PNS performance assessment with 60% for the assessment of SKP and 40% for the assessment of work behavior. In the process of managing the data, computerization has been used through the Microsoft Office application package. The application for determining the best employees based on employee performance appraisal data at The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province was made to help facilitate the Department in determining the best employees through 3 (three) decision support system methods, namely the SAW, WP, and TOPSIS methods. Comparative analysis of the 3 methods SAW, WP and TOPSIS went through 3 stages, namely processing time, final assessment results and sensitivity tests carried out. Applications for determining the best employees based on employee performance appraisal data at The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province were built using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 database. Based on the black box testing that has been carried out, the results show that the functionality of the application for determining the best employees based on employee performance appraisal data at The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province runs as expected and the application is able to display the results of comparative analysis of the SAW, WP and TOPSIS methods and is able to display sensitivity test results.
