Design For Development of PAI Curriculum in Madrasah Views from Science and Technology

The aim of this research is to analyze the views of science and technology in curriculum development design. The research method used is the library research method with books and journals as sources of information. The results of this research are: According to a review of the basis of science and technology, the design of PAI curriculum development in madrasah for each component must include science and technology in it, including objectives, materials, methods and evaluation. Then, in including science and technology in the development of the PAI curriculum in madrasah, there are several things that must be taken into account, including: a) must be effectively and dynamically balanced with human resource development, conducting research, and developing science and technology infrastructure; b) aimed at improving the nation’s quality of life and prosperity; c) must be in harmony with religious values, socio-economic conditions and culture at a higher level of productivity and development; and d) must have the ability to solve specific problems.

Menilik Tantangan dan Strategi Pendidikan Luar Sekolah Berbasis Masyarakat

Community-based out-of-school education has emerged as a strategic alternative to improve access to education, especially for communities underserved by the formal education system. Despite its great potential, it faces various challenges, including lack of government support, limited resources and negative stigma. This article aims to identify the meaning, forms, challenges and strategies to improve the effectiveness of community-based out-of-school education. The research method used in this study uses the library research method, which is research based on processed manuscripts (manuscript studies), facts and primary and secondary data (supporting data) related to the focus of the research, namely on community-based out-of-school education. To analyze the manuscript by using the content analysis approach, and questioning the content of the manuscript with experts in their fields. The result of this research is that there are several challenges in implementing community-based out-of-school education. Among them are lack of government support, limited resources, lack of public awareness, negative stigma, lack of collaboration, and challenges in evaluation. Therefore, collaboration between various parties and effective strategies are needed to increase participation and quality of out-of-school education, so that it has a positive impact on society.

HUMAN EXPLOITATION IN ARAVIND ADIGA’S NOVEL THE WHITE TIGER

Aravind Adiga’s The White Tiger explores the stark social disparities between the wealthy and impoverished in India, illustrating how systemic poverty perpetuates marginalization. The protagonist, Balram Halwai, narrates his journey from a lower-caste background to becoming a self-made, successful individual in India. Balram's story is not just one of personal ambition but also of navigating a rigidly stratified society. This study addresses two primary issues: the exploitation Balram endures due to his socioeconomic status; and his strategic actions are to attain freedom from the oppressive forces in his life. Using a library research method, the study integrates secondary sources, including books and articles, to deepen the analysis of the novel. Employing a psychological approach, this study examines the psychological complexities of Balram’s character, supported by theories on character development, data credibility, theoretical triangulation, and reliability. Balram is depicted as an astute yet morally ambiguous character, exhibiting selfishness, cunning, irresponsibility, dishonesty, and a lack of remorse. The analysis reveals how his behaviors and attitudes—such as detachment from others and deviant tendencies—are shaped by his environment. India’s entrenched caste system underpins various social issues in the novel, including poverty, unemployment, corruption in education, inadequate healthcare, exploitation, discrimination, and the persistence of hierarchical master-servant relationships. These factors collectively influence Balram’s psychological development, and shape him into a figure both reflective and critical of the society he navigates.

The Empty Box phenomenon is a current that is being discussed ahead of the 2024 elections, which is certainly inseparable from democracy. Empty boxes are predicted to be a solution as well as an inconsistency that erodes democratic values. In Lampung itself, there are two regions that will fight the Empty Box in the upcoming 27 November 2024 Pilkada, which is motivated by several factors, one of which is political domination. Understanding the existence of the Empty Box is important especially for mutual understanding and avoiding misconceptions. This article focuses on how the presence of the Empty Box in the conception of democracy and the empiricism of the community to channel their disapproval of the Single Candidate. This research uses Library Research method, literature study with descriptive and comparative approaches to describe the data into straightforward, detailed and clear sentences that make it easier to understand. The results showed that the Empty Box in the concept of democracy is a solution, but also a new problem, especially in Lampung where there are practices of political domination

The Evolution of Philosophical Interpretation in Islam: From Classical to Modern

This research examines the evolution of philosophical interpretation (tafsir falsafi) from the classical to the modern period within the context of the Islamic intellectual heritage. Philosophical interpretation, integral to the journey of Muslim scholars since the classical era, serves as a "gateway" to the progress of Islamic thought. However, the philosophical nature of this interpretation has sparked controversy and is deemed problematic from an epistemological perspective, becoming a focal point of debate among the Muslim community. The research employs a library research method, utilizing various literature sources as supporting evidence, with a primary focus on both primary and secondary data. The findings indicate that the emergence of philosophical interpretation is linked to the translation of Greek works into Arabic. Some fully reject or accept it, while others integrate it with Eastern traditions. Overall, a comprehensive interpretation fully incorporating the philosophical style has not been found; usually, this style is expressed separately through writings that do not specifically interpret the Quran. The epistemology of early-generation philosophical interpretation tends to be peripatetic, involving the use of reason in discussing aspects such as divinity, the afterlife, and scientific disciplines. Some figures or philosophers relevant to the philosophical interpretation of Quranic verses include al-Kindi, al-Farabi, the Ikhwan al-Shafa order, and Ibn Sina.

This research aims to trace the characters education in the comic Si Toyeb which is a comic that tells about the portrait of santri life in Islamic boarding school. Penyediaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan dalam Pendidikan Islam

Islamic education aims to develop individual potential as a whole, including spiritual, intellectual, emotional and physical aspects, in accordance with Islamic values ​​and principles. Therefore, qualified educators and educational staff are needed. This qualitative research uses a library research method, namely a research method carried out by observing various literature related to the problems in the research, in the form of papers, books or writings, both from print and online media. The results of this research are that the quality of educators and educational staff in Islamic educational institutions is currently still a complex and challenging issue. Even though there are efforts to improve quality standards, there are still various challenges that need to be overcome, such as lack of qualifications and competence of educators, low welfare, minimal training and professional development, and inadequate policy support. To overcome this challenge, collaboration is needed between the government, educational institutions and communities to implement structured training and development programs and improve the welfare of educators.

Pendekatan Kepemimpinan Kependidikan Al-Ghazali dan Ibnu Khaldun: Relevansi dalam Manajemen Agile Modern

Leadership is an individual's personal ability that plays an important role in bringing the organisation to its goals. The complexity of the environment of modern society, along with the pressure of competition between educational institutions, the increasing expectations of parents and the need to introduce changes in the process of working in Islamic educational institutions led to a great deal of interest in agile management methods. Al Ghazali and Ibn Khaldun are great figures who pay great attention to the world of education, including the concept of educational leadership. The presence of leaders in facing these conditions is absolutely necessary so that Islamic educational institutions can still exist to contribute to the intellectual life of the nation. The purpose of this research is to examine the concept of educational leadership of Al-Ghazali and Ibn Khaldun and explain the relevance of these concepts in the context of agile management. This research uses the Library Research method. The author searches for literature sources in the form of books and journals. The analysis used is comparative analysis. The conclusion of this research is the relevance of the concept of educational leadership of Al-Ghazali and Ibn Khaldun in the context of agile management, namely working to achieve the pleasure of Allah swt, holding fast to the goals of Islamic education, having leadership skills, involving customers in educational projects, involving customers in educational projects, teamwork and collaboration, new work processes, regular reflection and continuous quality improvement.

The Use of Learning Media In PAUD to Develop Children's Cognitive and Socio-Social Abilities

Early childhood is in the golden age so that cognitive and social aspects need to be improved so that the growth and development of children is optimal. The purpose of this study is to determine the type of learning media to improve children's cognitive and social aspects. This research is a descriptive qualitative research method using the library research method or literature research by reviewing written sources. The data source used is 15 journals for 5 years back. The library data collection method is carried out by reading, recording, and analyzing and then concluding the research material. The results showed that the learning process influenced the aspects of cognitive development and socio-social development of children. Media that affect the aspects of children's cognitive development on namely, dominoes, loose parts, traces media, numbers puzzles, uno cards, smart geometry boards, zoolofabets, powerpoint, and media made from natural materials. While the media that affect the aspects of children's socio-social development in the form of animated videos, hand dolls, smart roullete, and snake ladder clogs.

Contribution Of Parental And Teachers' Guidance Towards Independent Behavior Of Elementary School Children

The contribution of parental and teacher guidance to the independent behavior of elementary school children needs to be considered carefully. Although this guidance plays an important role in child development, overprotective attitudes, lack of consistency, and the influence of the social and technological environment can hinder children's independence. This study uses the library research method. The data collection technique in this study was carried out through documentation review or document review. To ensure the validity of the data in this study, the source triangulation technique was used. The results of the study showed that 1). The Role of Parents in Shaping the Independence of Elementary School Children is to play an important role in shaping children's independence, with democratic parenting patterns proven to be more effective in encouraging independence than authoritarian or permissive parenting patterns. 2). The Role of Teachers in Developing the Independence of Elementary School Children is to develop student independence through a teaching approach that encourages responsibility and active participation. By giving individual and group assignments, and involving students in projects and class discussions, teachers help students learn independently. 3). Collaboration of Parents and Teachers in Developing Independence of Elementary School Children is that parents and teachers play an important role in supporting the development of independence of elementary school children. Open communication and good cooperation between the two parties ensure that children receive consistent guidance, both at home and at school.

The Role of Character Education and Religious Values in Prevention of Sexual Violence

Discussion on national character has been included in the legal regulation, that every Indonesian society is expected to be an individual who understands morals and is accustomed to doing good things in life. Developments in the era of globalization are increasingly massive, ultimately having an impact on the elimination of national character. In the end, several problems arise due to the shift in national character, one of which is the occurrence of free association which has an impact on sexual harassment. This study uses a library research method by utilizing secondary data as reference material. In an effort to prevent sexual harassment, character education and the application of religious values for an individual are very important. Because these two things can ultimately lead an individual to maintain association; manners; politeness; and norms taught in religious values.

Pemanfaatan Multimedia Pembelajaran Interaktif bagi Guru PAUD

The aim of this research is to find out an overview of the use of interactive multimedia learning for PAUD teachers. This research uses the library research method or literature review. Data was obtained through 9 scientific articles related to the use of multimedia, interactive learning, PAUD teachers. Data was analyzed using content analysis. The research results show that the use of interactive multimedia in learning can also increase understanding, positive emotions and behavior of PAUD children during the learning process. In conclusion, multimedia can be useful in increasing interaction between teachers and students in PAUD in the learning process. The implication of this research is to provide an understanding of the importance of improving teacher competence, especially in preparing interesting, innovative, efficient and effective learning media in accordance with the growth and development of early childhood in PAUD.

Boycotting Israeli products has become a controversial issue in various countries, because it is related to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. In Indonesia itself, the movement to boycott Israeli products is a step to support Palestinians indirectly, but not all people agree and there are pros and cons to boycotting Israeli products. This research aims to analyze the public response regarding the movement to boycott Israeli-affiliated products and its impact on society in 2019-2024. The research method used is the library research method. This research uses an empathetic approach in examining the phenomenon of social movements boycotting products affiliated with Israel by society. The results of this research indicate that boycotting Israeli products is a strategy that has positive and negative impacts that must be considered in depth. Therefore, the decision to support or oppose a boycott must be based on a comprehensive analysis. This article explores various arguments for and against boycotting Israeli products, by analyzing the economic, social and political impacts and considering legal and human rights perspectives. SENI KALIGRAFI SEBAGAI MEDIA DAKWAH ISLAM DI INDONESIA

Preaching is one of the most ideal media for conveying Islamic teachings. The da'wah activity that has been known to the general public is only a verbal delivery to the wider community. In fact, non-verbal communication can also be conveyed in conveying Islamic da'wah. In da'wah there are many ways that can be done both verbally and non-verbally. This non-verbal Da'wah can be applied through the art of writing or often referred to as the art of calligraphy. The method that researchers use is the library research method, namely by collecting literature in the form of journals related to the research topic. The results of the research show that Da'wah using the art of calligraphy is a new alternative in the medium of da'wah, in this way preaching becomes more interesting and efficient. The art of calligraphy in question is not only contemporary calligraphy art but in digital calligraphy art it is also effective and even has a wider reach because it can be implemented on the internet, for this reason this da'wah media is called da'wah bil kitabah.

Calligraphy is an art in writing that produces beautiful writings. Calligraphy is nothing new especially in Islam. Calligraphy in Islam is used to write verses of the Quran in Arabic. In Arabic, calligraphy is known as Khat. Calligraphy consists of eight types, namely Tsulus, Naskhi, Farisi (Ta'liq), Diwani, Diwani Jali, Riq'ah, Ijazah, and Kufi. The purpose of this study was to find out which type of khat is used on the walls of mosques as decoration. This research uses the Library Research method or literature study. The data obtained is then analyzed by descriptive analysis. Of the eight types of khat, there are two types that are often used as mosque wall decorations, namely Naskhi and Kufi styles. Arabic Curriculum Planning Management

This study aims to explore the management of Arabic curriculum planning in Indonesian higher education, focusing on the effectiveness of planning in addressing challenges in teaching and learning Arabic. Utilizing a qualitative approach and library research methods, the study analyzes literature related to curriculum management and its implementation at three higher education institutions. The findings reveal that the curriculum planning process involves stages of needs analysis, goal formulation, content development, teaching strategies, and evaluation, although the depth and approach vary between institutions. The study identifies that while the integration of technology into the curriculum has begun, the level of implementation differs. Multicultural aspects and labor market orientation are also focal points, with results showing that while some institutions have integrated modules for business and diplomatic Arabic, multicultural aspects remain limited. These findings underscore the need for a more holistic curriculum planning approach that is responsive to digital advancements and sensitive to cultural diversity and labor market needs. The study recommends developing a comprehensive curriculum management model to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of Arabic language learning in Indonesia.

REFLECTION OF ALCOHOLISM IN THE LYRICS “CHANDELIER” BY SIA

This research aims to determine the author's psychology in creating a literary work through a psychoanalytic perspective. The creation of a lyric cannot be separated from its author. Sia Kate Isobelle Furler and Jesse Shatkin wrote the lyrics to the song entitled Chandelier. This research was conducted to find out how the psychological role of the author influences the literary work created by the author. The psychological theory that is very dominant in the analysis of literary works is Freud’s theory, where this theory differentiates personality into three types, namely Id, Ego, and Super Ego. Data collection uses documentation techniques from primary data sources, namely the lyrics of the song “Chandelier” and secondary data sources in the form of books, research journals, and articles which relevant. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods to conduct an analysis, using library research methods and content analysis methods to collect and analyze the data used. The research results show that the lyrics she created reflect the psychological state of the author. Represented through several sentences and characters built into the lyrics, which consist of 3 aspects of the Id, 3 aspects of the ego, and 1 aspect of the superego. This results in the conclusion that the psychological condition of the writer, Furler, who is a former alcoholic, can influence the creation of the lyrics of the song Chandelier where alcohol acts as an escape from the pain she felt, this is in line with Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalytic theory.

Among them, we can mention the invaluable services of Sultan Mahmood of Ghaznawi in the political and cultural fields of the country. As soon as he became powerful, he made all possible attempts to broaden his territory. Although the establishment of the independent and grand Ghaznavid state is attributed to Alp-Tegin, its glory is linked to Sabuktigin, especially his son, Sultan Mahmud of Gaznavi. After the fall of the Samani state, Mahmood stepped in, restored the lost state, and founded a vast empire. He worked to strengthen the internal unity of the country by defeating his internal rivals and making comprehensive efforts to implement his various plans. Among his plans and programs was the invasion of India, which he pursued with strong determination and achieved numerous successes. The purpose of this research paper is to examine the factors influencing Sultan Mahmood Ghaznavi's military campaigns in India, his focus on conquests and expansion, the spread of the Islamic religion in non-Islamic lands, and the elevation of religion and the economy during this period. Research has various methods and approaches. This research paper has been prepared with the library research method and by using the most reliable historical books with complete integrity. In conclusion, we can say that Sultan Mahmood Ghaznavi established a central government in India, spread Islamic culture and religion there, and obtained significant economic gains and wealth from the conquest and occupation of India.

Menyelisik Rahasia dan Hikmah Dibalik Variasi Bacaan Al-Qur’an

Recting Al-Qur’an is a form of worship that has great rewards, as said by the Prophet Muhammad saw. "One letter is equal to ten virtues." Apart from the Imam Hafs version of reading the Al-Qur'an which we have heard and studied since childhood, it turns out that in reading the Al-Qur'an there are many other variations of reading which are also equally correct. Amazingly, these reading variations not only enrich the style of reading the Al-Qur'an, but are also full of secrets & wisdom in them. This research was created with the aim of uncovering these secrets & wisdom. With this, hopefully we can broaden our insight and grow our love for the Al-Qur'an. The method the author uses is the library research method, where the author tries to collect the required information from several book sources, both classical and modern.
