Respon Guru Terhadap Kebijakan Kemenag Tegal Tentang Hafalan Kitab Arbain Nawawi di MTs NU Wahid Hasyim Talang

The memorization program of Hadith Arba'in Nawawi is one form of implementation of the independent curriculum in madrasas in Tegal Regency. The type of research used in this study is qualitative using field qualitative, because what is studied is in accordance with what is in the field directly. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's response to the tegal kemenag policy regarding memorizing hadith arbain nawawi is very responsive and is a new innovation in the implementation of learning, educators strongly support this kemenag program which was implemented after the pandemic. By providing students with a handbook of the hadith arbain nawawi book. In implementing the learning, the head of MTs Nu Wahid Hasyim Talang appointed one of the educators to teach the subject of memorizing hadith arbain nawawi which is included in the local content of reading and writing the Qur'an (BTQ). TELAAH HADIS KEPEMIMPINAN QURAISY MELALUI PENDEKATAN SOSIO-HISTORIS

This research is motivated by the increasing number of divorces and cases of domestic violence in Indonesia. So this study aims to determine the quality of the hadith regarding gentleness in the household as a sign of goodness and understand its meaning with a psychological approach. This research uses a qualitative method with the type of literature study, the problems in this study are examined using a takhrij approach and the meaning of hadith within the scope of psychological discussion. The results obtained from this study are the first, the quality of the hadith about gentleness in the family is a sign of this goodness of valid quality (H.R Ahmad Number 24.427), this is illustrated by the results of takhrij conducted. Thus, a gentle attitude both in the view of Islam and psychology is something that brings goodness and avoids a person from the negative impacts that occur due to communication that prioritizes the ego, especially in married relationships.

Study of Tanqih al-Qaul al-Hatsits: The Book of Sheikh Nawawi al-Bantani

Using the descriptive-analytical method, this paper discusses the role of Sheikh Nawawi al-Bantani in the development of hadith studies in Indonesia through his book called Tanqih al-Qaul al-Hasis which is a syarh (review) of the Lubab al-Hadis by Imam Suyuti. In general, Sheikh Nawawi used the ijmali method in writing the book and sometimes also used the tahlili method. ANALISIS KRITIS HADITS TENTANG SIFAT MUKMIN DENGAN PENDEKATAN SIMULTAN DAN PERSPEKTIF MULTIKULTURAL

Abstract: This article is aimed at finding out and understanding the quality and the meaning of hadith with a simultaneous approach. This research raises the questions on what the hadith research method with a simultaneous approach is? and what the quality of the hadith about "two traits which are not present in a true believer, namely stingy and bad manner" in simultaneous research is? The Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri’s hadith narrated by Al-Bukhari in the da'if al-isnad by Muhammad Nasiruddin Al-Bani with the quality of da'if al-isnad. In the hadith there are 5 narrators, namely: Muslim, Abu Maghirah al-Salami, Malik bin Dinar, Abdullah bin Ghalib al-Khadari, and Abi Sa'id al-Khudri. Data about the hadith and the quality of the narrators is collected through a documentation method. The data is then analyzed using the content analysis method. In its partial analysis, it was found that: 1. Of all five narrators in the hadith there is only one, namely Abu Said al-Khudri with the quality of thiqah. 2. The sanad is included in the chapter mu'an'an leading to the so-called inqita’ul sanad. 3. The hadits matan was apparently not shad, for not being opposed to the naqli arguments, both the Qur'an and the hadits traditions of a higher quality of sanad. 4. Hadits matan is also not related to the illat, for not being opposed to the aqli arguments such as reason, common sense, history, and science. Thus the Abi Sa'id al-Khudri's hadith concluded by al-Bukhari is a qualified da'if fil isnad in partial research. 5. Based on the hadith tabi’ tsiqah, it is very rarely found that its quality is sahih al isnad because there were some not considered thiqah. So from the four hadits, its tabi' is not able to improve the quality of the mutaba’ hadith, namely the Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri's hadits narrated by Al-Bukhari. Thus it means that the tabi' hadits has not to do with the quality of the mutaba hadits, namely: da'if al-isnad. 6. Because it has 4 shahid hadits of good quality. So based on the research of the hadith on other multi sanad (syawahid), the quality of the hadith is regarded sahih li ghayrihi.Keywords: Hadits research, simultaneous approach

The results of this study explain 1). Hadiths about Islamic economic ethics narrated by Ahmad and Abu Dawud with the word focus "syafā'at". contains the meaning of "mediator of goodness". The meaning of this "intermediary of goodness" is obtained through the formulation of the syntagmatic field, namely to comprehend a series of semantically interconnected words such as "double and rescue" meaning. Semantically terminology, the meaning of the word hadith is "Whosoever intercedes for a good to his brother, then he is rewarded and received, then he has come to a great door of the doors of usury. 2). Hadith about Islamic economic ethics narrated by Muslims. The word focus of the hadith is the word "gharar" which is semantically interpreted by "deception". PERMINTAAN PERSAKSIAN DAN PEMBEBASAN HUTANG MAYIT DALAM TRADISI UPACARA PEMBERANGKATAN JENAZAH(Studi Living Hadith)

This article investigates that community tradition in Jombang by using phenomenology approach, and normative-textual approach to examine the truth of that tradition if it is measured by using hadith text. In conclusion, the tradition of asking testimony for deceased after conducted jenazah prayer in fact is appropriate with the Prophet’s doctrine, because that tradition is conducted to pray deceased, and the purpose of jenazah prayer is asking help. Furthermore, the tradition of asking the deceased debt free after conducting jenazah prayer is still in line with hadith of Salmat ibn al-Akwa’ about the rejection of the Prophet conducted prayer for deceased before there is a person who guarantees his/her debt, because after fathu makkah is happened the Prophet is the first person who guarantees the debt of died Mukmin.
