To restore the state of the body in 135 male volunteers aged 18-25 during training in aerobic fitness conditions, the possibilities of using the use of the drug trecresan were studied. Unified methods were used to determine: body weight, fat-free body weight, percentage of adipose tissue, BMD, heart rate, modified stress index, Bayevsky index, blood pressure, stress resistance, recovery time of the body after exercise. We found out at what level is the overall endurance, strength, flexibility, coordination, motivation. The effectiveness of mental and somatic state correction was also determined. It was found that when using a biologically active additive, trekrezan at a dose of 0.5 x 2 times a day for 21 days three times a year leads to a significant change in body weight, fat-free body weight, and percentage of adipose tissue. MPC has increased. Heart rate at rest. And the heart rate under load decreased by more than 4.5% compared to the control. There was also a significant change in the parameters of the modified stress index and the Bayevsky stress index (by 5.63% versus 0.2% in the control). The stress resistance of the group significantly changed compared to the control (27.5% vs. 0.44% in the control). Strength indicators increased by 15.17% against 6.65% in the control group, flexibility in the control group increased by 25.4%, and in the experimental group, in turn, by 110.8%, which is almost 4 times more. The recovery time after exertion in the control group decreased by 2.33%, and in the main group by 22.92%, which is almost 10 times more. The indicators of motivation to study also significantly changed: 149.4% versus 29.35% in the control group. From our randomized trials, it follows that regular physical activity makes an important contribution to the implementation of the primary and secondary complex of measures to prevent cardiovascular diseases. Fitness reflects a physiological state of well-being that allows a person to meet the requirements of everyday life (health-related "physical fitness"), or a state that provides a basis for sports ("sports fitness"), or both of these states. At the same time, the maximum anaerobic capacity (the maximum speed at which energy is produced without the use of oxygen) is usually used as a standard measure of anaerobic fitness. As a standard measure of aerobic fitness, MPC (VO2max) is usually used, that is, the maximum amount of oxygen that can be transported and used by working muscles. Consequently, training led to the highest levels of motivation for classes and increased indicators of physical development.
