Pengaruh Media Papan Perkalian Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas III SD YPK Elim Kota Sorong

The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Multiplication Board Media on Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Grade III Students of SD YPK Elim Sorong City. This type of research uses Quantitative Research with the research design used is a pre-experimental design with the type One-Group Pretest-posttest. The population is class III A students with a total of 19 students with a sampling technique carried out by nonprobability sampling, namely purporsive sampling. The instruments used are observation sheets and essay tests to measure student learning outcomes, while the results of the analysis of student learning completeness on the average posttest score are 83.84. The reliability test results obtained by Cronbachs Alpha for student responses amounted to 0.852 which means it has a high level of reliability with the normality test of student posttest learning outcomes having a significance level of 0.028 > 0.05. The hypothesis test obtained tcount of 7.001 with df = n – 1 (19-1=18) obtained ttable of 1.729. Based on the results of the analysis of value data, namely tcalculate > ttable (-7.001> 1.729), with a magnitude of significance level of 0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of Multiplication Board Media on the Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Grade III Students of SD YPK Elim Malanu in Sorong City.

Efektifitas Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Two Stay Two Stray (Ts-Ts) terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas III Sekolah Dasar

This study aims to determine the effect of the learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of students who study using the Two Stay-Two Stray learning model for class III SD Negeri 5 Palembang. Learning is essentially active and skilled. This research is a quantitative research with the type of experimental research and used a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample used is saturated sampling technique. The subjects in this study were students in class IIIA and IIIB whose grades were relatively low but had not yet achieved the KKM score. Data collection is done by observation, test, documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using the Normality Test, Homogeneity Test and Independent Test to determine the application of using the Two Stay-Two Stray learning model. Based on the results of the study, there was an increase in learning outcomes for students in the experimental class through a mathematics learning test using the Two Stay-Two Stray learning model with a pretest score of 56 and a posttest score of 78 with the complete category. While the control class does not use the Two Stay-Two Stray learning model with a test score of 52 pretest and 65 posttest scores with incomplete categories. This is also reinforced by the results of the hypothesis test t test (independent t test) that the value of t count is 12.255 <2.021, so it can be concluded that there is an Effectiveness of the Two Stay Two Stray (Ts-Ts) Cooperative Learning Model on Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Grade III SDN Students 5 Palembang. The Effect of Applying the Window Shopping Learning Model on the Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Grade VIII Students at SMP Negeri 29 Sijunjung

This research is motivated by the low results of students' mathematics learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying the window shopping learning model to the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 29 Sijunjung. This type of research is experimental research with a quantitative approach. The research design used was the Post-Test Only Control Group Design. The research population was all students of class VIII at SMP Negeri 29 Sijunjung. The technique used in sampling is simple random sampling. The research sample was class VIII 1 as the experimental class and class VIII 3 as the control class. The research instrument used in this study was in the form of a post-test in the form of a description. Furthermore, testing the hypothesis using the one-sided t test to be precise the right side. The results showed that the class using the window shopping learning model had an average of 64.79 and the class using the conventional learning model had an average of 51.04. The results of the hypothesis test obtained tcount = 2.10 and ttable = 2.00, then tcount ttable so that the hypothesis is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is an effect of applying the window shopping learning model to the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 29 Sijunjung.

Hubungan Rasa Percaya Diri dengan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar

Matematika sering dikatakan oleh kebanyakan siswa merupakan pelajaran yang susah dan banyak siswa tidak suka pada pelajaran matematika, sehingga hasil belajar matematika siswa bervariasi. Salah satu faktor psikologi yang ada pada diri seseorang adalah self confidence. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kepercayaan diri siswa memiliki hubungan dengan hasil belajar di kelas empat pada pelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yaitu korelasional untuk menarik kesimpulan. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang berasal dari kelas IV. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner tentang tingkat kepercayaan diri partisipan digunakan sebagai instrumen dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan hasil belajar matematika siswa ditentukan berdasarkan nilai semesternya. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yaitu analisis statistic inferensial. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji product moment dengan bantuan SPSS 16. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara self confidence dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa. Dengan korelasi sedang sebesar 0,662 dapat dikatakan bahwa hasil belajar matematika siswa akan lebih rendah jika tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa lebih rendah, dan sebaliknya jika tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa tinggi maka hasil belajar matematika mereka akan lebih tinggi. Implikasi pada penelitian ini yaitu guru bisa meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa dari salah satu faktor internal yaitu kepercayaan diri siswa.

THE INFLUENCE OF LEARNING MODEL, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, AND ITS INTERACTIONS ON RESPONSE AND MATHEMATICS LEARNING OUTCOMES OF GRAD VIII STUDENTS AT SMPN 3 IN MAKASSAR

The study aims at examining (i) the influence of learning model (discovery learning and cooperative learning of NHT type) on response and Mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students at SMPN 3 in Makassar, (ii) the influence of emotional intelligence on response and Mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students at SMPN 3 in Makassar, (iii) the influence of interactions between emotional intelligence and learning model (discovery learning and cooperative learning of NHT type) applied to grade VIII students at SMPN 3 in Makassar. The population of the study was grade VIII students at SMPN 3 in Makassar of academic year 2015/2016 which consisted of 9 homogenous classes with the total of 351 students. Two out of nine classes were chosen as the experiment units as experiment class 1 and experiment class 2 taken by employing simple random sampling technique and obtained class VIII 7 as the experiment class 1 and class VIII 9 as the experiment class 2. Class VIII 7 as the experiment class I applied discovery learning and class VIII 9 as the experiment class 2 applied cooperative learning model of NHT type. The type of the study was quasi experiment which characterized by the treatment on the objects to be studied. Data were collected by employing observation sheet, questionnaire, test, and documentation study. Data were then analyzed by using MANOVA with IBM SPSS Amos version 20. The results of the study reveal that (i) there is influence of learning model (discovery learning and cooperative learning of NHT type) on the response and Mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students at SMPN 3 in Makassar, in this case the response and Mathematics learning outcomes of students who were taught by using discovery learning is higher than the ones taught by using cooperative learning model of NHT type, (ii) there is influence of emotional intelligence (high and low) on students' response and Mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students at SMPN 3 in Makassar, in this case the response and Mathematics learning outcomes of students who have high emotional intelligence is higher than the students who have low emotional intelligence, and (iii) there is influence of interactions between learning model and emotional intelligence on students’ response and Mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students at SMPN 3 in Makassar.
