The Early marriage is a marriage that occurs at a very young age, based on law 16 of 2019 where early marriage occurs at the age of 19 for men and women. Where children who marry young are often not physically mentally or emotionally mature. However, the facts researched at the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Martapura District, a city in Banjar Regency, where there are still many rates of early marriage, in the last 2 years from 2022-2023, even though it has been prohibited in Law 16 of 2019. Early marriage will still be allowed if there is a dispensation letter by the religious court. The purpose of this study is to be able to know. The impact of early marriage at the Religious Affairs Office in Banjar Regency, Martapura Kota District. And the researcher uses a qualitative research approach where the researcher tries to gain an understanding of the phenomenon in the problem being studied and in clarity of the statementor reality about the impact found, namely positive impact and negative impact.

Social Value in Social Activities of Banjar and Arab Communities in Pekauman Ulu Village

Social Values are a benchmark for assessing a person's or society's attitudes which are believed to be something that is considered good. There are various kinds of social values, both in daily life and in community activities. Pekauman Ulu Village is a village located in East Martapura District, Banjar Regency, it is a village in which there are various kinds of communities, such as the Banjar community and the Arab community. The Banjar and Arab communities certainly have differences in terms of habits, race and culture. These differences make the Banjar and Arab communities respect each other and value each other, from these differences the social activities that occur in Pekauman Ulu village are created. These activities, such as weddings, matrimonial recitations and social gatherings, from the activities that occur in Pekauman Ulu village give rise to social values, namely the value of cooperation, the value of tolerance, the value of helping each other and also the value of harmony between communities.

The Influence of Geographical Conditions on Flood Disasters in Tunggul Irang Ilir Village

Natural disasters such as floods can be caused by both natural and non-natural factors, such as human activities. The convergence of human activities, static environmental conditions, and dynamic natural phenomena can result in flooding. Static natural elements (topography, rivers, and geographical conditions) and dynamic natural factors (rainfall, tidal currents, land subsidence, and river sedimentation) are the causes of flooding disasters. Tunggul Irang Ilir Village is a village located in the Martapura District of Banjar Regency that experiences flooding every year. It is known that the floods in Tunggul Irang Ilir Village involve several factors, primarily due to the village's geographic conditions, making the area prone to flooding disasters. Therefore, research is conducted on the geographical conditions' impact on flooding in Tunggul Irang Ilir Village to understand the village's geographical conditions and their influence on the floods that occur annually. Using a qualitative descriptive research method, data is collected through documentation, interviews, and observation. Data analysis involves stages such as data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. This research employs data triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation to test validity. The results of the research indicate that geographic conditions, including the village's location, climate, weather, low land topography, and Martapura River overflow, are factors causing floods in Tunggul Irang Ilir Village.

Management of hypertension in the elderly with Defansi exercises

There are still many elderly who experience hypertension, if hypertension does not show symptoms the elderly rarely seek treatment, the elderly rarely do physical activity, Individuals who experience hypertension often experience complex problems such as pain, anxiety, and low family support. So that individuals experience limitations in carrying out activities and are still dependent on others around them. This community service is carried out in the village Tambak Baru ilir Martapura District, Banjar Regency City South Kalimantan. The measurement results obtained data that the elderly who experienced hypertention in pre hypertention and grade 1 hypertention as much as 31.4% and majority the age is on 45-54 years old as much as 45.7%. Defansi exercise is effective in overcoming hypertention in the elderly. Defansi exercises make blood vessels more relaxed, the body will become healthier and will also cause a gradual decrease in blood pressure.

CATFISH CULVATION (Pangasianodon hypopthalmus) BUSINESS INCOME WITH PRODUCTION RISKS IN BANJAR DISTRICT, SOUTH KALIMANTAN PROVINCE

Catfish (Pangsianodon hypopthalmus) is a type of economical fish that is quite popular with the public. Production of Catfish cultivation in Banjar Regency has decreased, due to flooding as a factor influencing production risk. The existence of production risks in the Catfish cultivation business also greatly influences the income of Catfish cultivators. The aim of this research is to analyze the income of Catfish cultivation businesses in the presence of production risks. This research was conducted in Martapura District and West Martapura District, Banjar Regency. The number of Catfish cultivators in the sample was 41 respondents. The type of data used in This research was used panel data. Business income is analyzed using the R/C ratio and the value of expected income when production risks occur is measured using expected return. The results of the analysis show that the Catfish cultivation business has an R/C ratio > 1 and the expected return value is positive, namely IDR 5,431,767.27. The probability that there is a production risk, namely flooding, shows that the Catfish cultivation business in Banjar Regency is efficient and therefore feasible to run.

Optimizing PAMSIMAS management: community-based training to enhance knowledge and skills of Village Officials in Banjar Regency

The Community-Based Drinking Water and Sanitation Provision Program (PAMSIMAS) serves as a community-driven platform for rural drinking water and sanitation development. In the Banjar Regency area, PAMSIMAS management faces challenges, including a limited number of available water reservoirs and a slow water-filling process into these reservoirs. Additionally, there is a shortage of qualified human resources for community training. To address these issues, activities were conducted to enhance community skills in maintaining PASMIMAS equipment. Collaboration took place with work units in the Banjar Regency government, involving 30 village officials in the West Martapura District. The method employed included lectures and question-and-answer sessions. The analysis utilized to evaluate the training's success involved pre-test and post-test assessments. The results indicated an increase in participants' knowledge, with a pre-test average of 40.66 and a post-test average of 70.50, yielding a p-value of > 0.00 (paired t-test). In conclusion, this training effectively enhanced PAMSIMAS knowledge among village officials.

PROMOSI KESEHATAN TENTANG OBAT AMLODIPIN DAN SIMVASTATIN SERTA CARA PENGGUNAANNYA

Medicines can interact with food or drink, chemicals or other drugs. Amlodipine is an antihypertensive that is often given with Simvastatin as an antihyperlipidemic. The interaction of amlodipine and simvastatin at a major level can cause an increase in simvastatin levels. The aim of this activity is to provide education about the use of amlodipine and simvastatin in Sekumpul Village, Martapura District. Health promotion will be carried out on Thursday, May 25 2023, at 10.00-13.00 WITA. The education was accompanied by the provision of leaflets containing the definition of interaction. The activity was attended by 21 participants from the elderly group who had used simvastatin, amlodipine or both. The activity ran well and smoothly and succeeded in increasing the participants' knowledge.

Pandawa Seraja (Pramuka Mawas Bencana Sehat Raga dan Jiwa) in SMP Negeri 2 Martapura Timur Banjar Regency

Floods are the most frequent disasters globally and cause significant impacts and losses. One of the impacts is psychological impact in the form of fear and anxiety. One-third of the victims were children which can result in psychological "trauma" to victims.East Martapura District is one of seven sub-districts in Banjar Regency which is often affected by flooding.Know that 47 adolescents aged 15-24 years in Banjar Regency were directly affected by the 2021 floods.This activity aims to reduce negative impacts such as stress, depression and others.This activity begins with flood education games by telling experiences or things that are known about flooding, delivering educational videos about flooding and flood preparedness, education about "The Importance of Mental Health During Floods". And finally, students are invited to color the prepared pictures using colored pencils. Evaluation of activities was carried out using a pre-post test.The results of the evaluation showed an increase in knowledge of 83.33%. Apart from that, the psychological assistance provided aims to provide mental readiness for SMPN 2 Martapura scout members to face challenges. Thus, this service not only enriches knowledge, but also helps in developing the physical and mental well-being of active scout participants at SMPN 2 Martapura Timur.

UPAYA PENCEGAHAN DAN PENANGANAN STUNTING MELALUI EDUKASI MENGGUNAKAN LEAFLET PADA MASYARAKAT DI DESA TUNGKARAN KECAMATAN MARTAPURA

Stunting is a condition of chronic malnutrition and has long-term impacts on growth, mental and cognitive abilities, low immunity, productivity and reproduction. Tungkaran Village is in Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan. The prevalence of stunting under five cases in South Kalimantan in 2018 reached 25-30%. The lecture method is a method of conveying information orally. Leaflets are printed media for conveying information to the public effectively. The aim of this activity is to increase public knowledge as an effort to prevent and handle stunting incidents. Community service activities include stunting education to the community, pretests, delivering education using leaflets, discussions and questions and answers, as well as evaluating activities with posttests. The results of implementing community service in Tungkaran Village, Martapura District, Banjar Regency using the lecture method using leaflet media showed an increase in the knowledge of mothers of toddlers, posyandu cadres and the community about preventing and handling stunting in children from 77.57% to 99.69%.

Basic life support training for laypeople in West Martapura District, South Kalimantan

Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) techniques significantly increases the chances of survival for victims, boosting their likelihood of recovery by approximately 80%. Basic life support involves actions aimed at maintaining an open airway, assisting with breathing, and ensuring circulation without the need for specialized equipment. These skills can be acquired by the general public without requiring extensive medical education. As a result, the primary objective of this community service initiative is to enhance the knowledge and proficiency of basic life support (BLS) among laypeople in the West Martapura District. Our methods include lectures, question-and-answer sessions, practical demonstrations, focus group discussions (FGDs), and hands-on BLS training using mannequins, all under the guidance and supervision of qualified instructors. The outcome of this program is an improved understanding and competency in applying BLS techniques, empowering ordinary individuals to confidently assist those in need within their community.

Empowerment of PKK in Keliling Benteng Ulu Village, West Martapura District by Utilizing TOGA into an Instant Drink with Commercial Value

Keliling Benteng Ulu Village (KBU) in West Martapura Subdistrict, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan, is an adopted village under the supervision of the Undergraduate Medical Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Lambung Mangkurat University. Previously, they distributed TOGA plant seeds and conducted educational sessions on their benefits. In the current phase, five residents are selected for training in creating instant herbal drinks from TOGA plants, supported with necessary tools. The resulting herbal drink, named "Jamu WIRAS," is linked with the "KBU Sehat" SME group. After initial training on creating and packaging, participants will autonomously produce the drink, providing photo and video documentation. A WhatsApp group facilitates communication between the service team and SME group. The marketing involves the district-level Women's Welfare Organization's assistance and integration into various events.

Non-pharmacological interventions with The retreat method can have a positive impact on the elderly who experience sleep disorders due to hypertension to maintain its life and always respond to the environment Surrounding. This community service is carried out in the village Tambak Baru ilir Martapura District, Banjar Regency City South Kalimantan. The measurement results obtained data that the elderly who experienced mild sleep disorders as much as 81.8% and those who experienced moderate sleep disorders as much as 18.2%. Te'undur is effective in overcoming sleep problems in the elderly caused by hypertension.Te'undur technique can provide relaxation / calm to respondents spiritually by saying istighfar or hamdalah accompanied by deep breathing techniques and loosening the muscles of the body.

Implementation of Adaptive Physical Education at the Inclusive Organizing School in Martapura District

This study aims to determine how far adaptive physical education is implemented in inclusive schools. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a case study model. Collecting data using techniques The interview used is the unstructured interview and observation. The subjects of this study were school principals, adaptive physical education teachers and special mentor teachers (GPK), and children with special needs students. Data analysis used is data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results showed that the formulation of learning objectives was clear but not by conditions such as challenges in planning and implementing adaptive physical education programs, such as limited infrastructure and lack of teacher knowledge in accommodating the needs of students with special needs. This study suggests the need to improve the quality of syllabus programs and lesson plans to meet the needs of students with special needs and for teachers to receive special training in adaptive physical education. This study also recommends providing adequate infrastructure and facilities and promoting inclusive education.

The Influence of Academic Supervision, Principal Leadership, and Teacher Pedagogic Competence on Teaching Performance of Public Elementary School Teachers in Martapura District, Banjar Regency

This study aims to analyze the influence of academic supervision, principal leadership and teacher pedagogical competence on teaching performance. This study uses regression research with a quantitative approach which is formulated in the path analysis model. The research population consisted of 415 teachers from 32 schools and 203 respondents were taken as the research sample. Data collection was carried out using instruments consisting of academic supervision (26 items), principal leadership (44 items), teacher pedagogical competence (68 items), teaching performance (28 items) which have been tested for validity and reliability. Then, the research data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that academic supervision on performance, principal leadership on teaching performance, teacher pedagogic competence on teaching performance, academic supervision on teacher pedagogic competence, principal leadership on teacher pedagogic competence, academic supervision on teaching performance through teacher pedagogic competence and head leadership schools on teaching performance through teacher pedagogic competence.

The amount of explicit costs is IDR 26,935,433,33/farmer, revenue is IDR 57,750,000.00/farmer, income is IDR 30,814,566.67/farmer

This study aims to determine the technical and prospect of making curcuma herbal medicine in Tanjung Rema Martapura Village. The research method uses analysis with descriptive, qualitative and quantitative methods so as to obtain the desired picture, related to the cost structure and income of the curcuma herbal medicine business. The Effect Of Intensification of Rainfed Paddy Rice on the Production of Rainfed Paddy Rice in Martapura Sub-District, East OKU Regency

This study aims to analyze the effect of the intensification of rainfed lowland rice on rainfed lowland rice production in Martapura Sub-District, East OKU Regency. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The data analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the rainfed lowland rice intensification program in Martapura Sub-District, East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency affected lowland rice production both partially and simultaneously. Variables use of high-yielding seeds (X1), use of dolomite (X2), use of urea fertilizer (X3), use of NPK fertilizer (X4), use of liquid organic fertilizer (X5), use of pesticides (X6) and labor (X7) have a positive effect and significant effect on lowland rice production in Martapura District, East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The variable that has the most influence on lowland rice production in Martapura Sub-District, East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, is the use of superior seeds with a standard value of the partial regression coefficient (beta coefficient) of 3.099.

Diversifikasi Produk Berbahan Dasar Ikan Patin Untuk Meningkatkan Pendapatan Masyarakat Di Desa Bincau Kecamatan Martapura Kabupaten Banjar

Striped catfish is one of the leading sectors in aquaculture in Banjar Regency, it is stated in the Decree of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia Number. KEP.32/MEN/2010 and the Decree of the Banjar Regency Number. 241 of 2008 about the Stipulation of Striped Catfish Cultivation Fisheries Areas. Until this time, striped catfish production is mostly sold in fresh form in traditional markets from South Kalimantan to Central Kalimantan and East Kalimantan. Whereas striped catfish can be processed into various varied and productive forms because it has a rich taste, colored meat with a chewy texture, highly nutritious and affordable prices. To increase the utilization of striped catfish, it is necessary to have processed products in order to increase the income of the surrounding community. The Community Partnership Program activity aims to transfer community technology through training in processing various foods made from striped catfish. The method consists of (a) counseling and (b) practical demonstration which aims to provide knowledge and skills to the target audience, which are the communities around the striped catfish minapolitan in Bincau Village, Martapura District, Banjar Regency. The continuance from the training results of this activity is to increase community skills in processing catfish-based products which leads to improvements in the household economic sector through economic growth and increasing incomes of the surrounding community.

Aplikasi Program HEC-RAS 5.0.7 untuk Pemodelan Banjir di Sub-sub DAS Martapura Kabupaten Banjar

Rainfall data is one of cause factor for flooding in some areas in Indonesia. An extreme rainfall event occurred in the end of 2020 until early 2021 have resulted a severe flooding in West Martapura District, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province. As a tributary to Barito River, Martapura River experienced high water level that gave negative impact to the surrounding areas. HEC-RAS (Hydrologic Engineering Center's River Analysis System) 5.0.7 software combined with ArcGIS 10.8 were applied to model flooding spatially. Mononobe method was used to calculate rainfall intensity for 5-year, 50-year, and 100-year return periods. From the results of the flood modeling, the maximum flood water level elevation was obtained as deep as 3.8 m (5-year return period), 5.2 m (50-year return period), and 9.6 m (100-year return period) with a maximum flood discharge of 34.84 m3/s (5-year return period), 81.68 m3/s (50-year return period), and 142.64 m3/s (100-year return period), respectively.
