Industrial Revolution In Agriculture And Manufacturing Sector 4.0 Whether It Has The Potential To Increase Value Added Tax Revenue: Case Study In Balkan

The urgency of tax revenue in a country is something that is emphasized by the government. In this research, Value Added Tax revenue is the focus to be examined because it is related to many economic sectors. Therefore, the government tries to obtain tax revenue from various economic sectors to meet the country's targets and needs. This study aims to determine the impact of the agricultural sector and the manufacturing industry sector on Value Added Tax (VAT) revenues or what we know as Value Added Tax or VAT in the Balkan region on the European continent, with Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) moderation, through descriptive quantitative methods based on data from the World Bank. Through this research, it is found that the agricultural sector hurts VAT revenue, as well as the manufacturing industry sector which hurts VAT revenue. However, for the farming sector and the manufacturing industry sector which are moderated by the Foreign Investment variable, it is found that both do not affect revenue. Then the last moderation variable alone, namely Foreign Investment, does not affect revenue. It is hoped that this research will provide new insights related to the agricultural sector and the industrial sector with its influence on Value Added Tax revenue.

Analisis Permasalahan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Negara Indonesia

The economic growth of Indonesia was triggered by commodity export sectors such as oil, gas, and agricultural products at the dawn of independence. However, changes in economic policies in the 1960s propelled the development of the manufacturing and heavy industry sectors. Several main factors supporting Indonesia's economic growth include structural reform policies, investment in infrastructure, and the advancement of the information technology sector. However, challenges such as economic disparities between regions, global uncertainty, and environmental issues also influence the course of economic growth. The impact of significant economic growth is evident in increased per capita income, decreased poverty rates, and improved access to education and healthcare services. Nevertheless, economic growth also brings negative impacts such as economic inequality that requires serious attention. In facing the future, Indonesia needs to maintain a balance between sustainable economic growth and environmental protection. Policies that support economic diversification, investment in human resources, and the development of innovative sectors will be the key to addressing global challenges and ensuring inclusive and sustainable economic growth in Indonesia.

Classification of CNC Vibration Speeds by Heralick Features

In the contemporary landscape of industrial manufacturing, the concept of computer numerical control (CNC) has emerged due to the optimization of conventional machinery, distinguished by its remarkable precision and expeditious processing capabilities. These inherent advantages have seamlessly paved the way for the pervasive integration of CNC machines across a myriad of industrial manufacturing sectors. The present study embarks upon a comprehensive inquiry, delving into the intricate analysis of a specialized prototype CNC molding machine, encompassing a meticulous assessment of its structural rigidity, robustness, and propensity for vibrational occurrences. Moreover, an insightful exploration is undertaken to discern the intricate interplay between vibrational signals and intricate machining processes, particularly under diverse conditions such as the presence or absence of the cutting tool, and at varying rotational speeds denoted in revolutions per minute (RPM). The trajectory of this research voyage encompasses an extensive array of empirical experiments meticulously conducted on the prototype CNC machine, with synchronous real-time acquisition of vibrational data. This empirical journey starts by generating two distinct datasets, each meticulously designed to encompass an assemblage of seven distinct rotational speeds, spanning the spectrum from 18000 to 30000 RPM, thereby facilitating enhanced diversity within the dataset. In parallel, a secondary dataset is meticulously derived from the CNC machine operating in the absence of the cutting tool, thereby encapsulating an exhaustive range of 20 discrete RPM values. The extraction of pivotal features aimed at discerning between the vibrational signals arising from distinct conditions (i.e., those emanating from situations involving the presence or absence of the cutting tool) and the associated variance in CNC machine speeds is facilitated through an innovative framework grounded in co-occurrence matrices. The culmination of this methodological framework is the identification of discernible co-occurrence matrices, thereby facilitating the subsequent computation of Heralick features. The classification effort was performed systematically using 10-fold cross-validation analysis, covering a number of different machine learning models. The outcomes emanating from this intricate sequence of systematic methodologies underscore remarkable achievements. Specifically, the classification of vibrational signals corresponding to varying CNC machine speeds, contingent upon the presence or absence of the cutting tool, yields commendable accuracy rates of 94.27% and 94.16%, respectively. Notably, an exemplary accuracy rate of 100% is attained when classifying differing conditions (i.e., situations involving the presence or absence of the cutting tool) across specific RPM settings, prominently at 22000  24000  26000  28000  and 30000 RPM. 

Performance of gender diversity on board of directors: The case of Indonesia

This study further explores women’s role in top management in Indonesia, where men still dominate that position. This study underlines the role of women’s boards of commissioners in producing better financial performance in the specific sectors, manufacturing and service sectors, where the power of women to lead these sectors is more optimal. The sample is selected from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2009–2018. The final sample is 780 observations. This study applies panel data, which is more robust when controlling heterogeneity. Data panel regression is applied to analyze data. This study finds that gender diversity harms market-based performance, while from accounting-based measures, gender diversity has a significant positive effect. This study is applied explicitly in the manufacturing and services industrial sectors; therefore, carefully generalizing the results is necessary. Research in other specific sectors is very open to obtaining specific results in various industries, including developing countries other than Indonesia. The market has not trusted the role of women in top management; there is still a kind of ‘hidden distrust’ about the capabilities of women in running the top leadership captain. The market needs more substantial evidence to believe in women’s performance on the board of directors. Therefore, it is necessary to provide wider opportunities for women to sit on the board of commissioners, as much as men have.

Enriched removal of cationic and anionic dyes using 4-nitro cinnamaldehyde loaded hydroxyapatite with hematite nanocomposites

The inadvertent release of dyes from the industrial manufacturing sector has significantly affected water ecosystems. The pollution of water bodies with harmful dyes has direct and indirect consequences, disrupting the entire biosphere. This study evaluated a novel adsorbent material (4NC-PVP-HAp-FeO nanocomposite) designed to remove anionic and cationic dyes from aqueous solutions. The investigation targeted the adsorption efficiency of this synthesized material in decontaminating water polluted with Congo red (CR) and methylene blue (MB) dyes at room temperature. The 4NC-PVP-HAp-FeO nanocomposite was characterized using various instrumental techniques. A comprehensive examination of the factors influencing the adsorption equilibrium was conducted under optimized conditions. Fitting the experimental data to various models revealed the Langmuir isotherm and pseudo-second-order kinetics to be the extremely fit for explaining the adsorption isotherm and kinetics mechanism, respectively. In particular, the maximum monolayer adsorption capacity (Qmax= 156.56 mg) for methylene blue adsorption highlighted the superior performance of the absorbent. In addition, the 4NC-PVP-HAp-FeO nanocomposite was easily retrievable and reusable for up to five cycles. As a result, the characterization and experimental findings affirm the potential application of the 4NC-PVP-HAp-FeO nanocomposite in effectively decontaminating wastewater.

Analysis of the Influence of Investment and Labor on Poverty Levels Through the Growth of the Indonesian Manufacturing Industry

This study aims to eradicate poverty by utilizing the manufacturing industrial sector, which cannot be separated from the influence of investment value and labor absorption. The analysis methods used are multiple linear regression and Vector Autoregression (VAR). The study employs quarterly secondary data from 1999 to 2022. The results of the analysis show that labor and investment partially have a significant and positive effect on the growth of the manufacturing industry. Moreover, by using a bivariate causality test, this study proves the existence of a two-way causal relationship between the economic growth of the manufacturing industry and poverty. Additionally, the study also analyzed the response of the independent variable to the dependent variable using Impulse Response (IRF) and Variance Decomposition (VD). It can be concluded that the economic growth of the manufacturing industry responds negatively to poverty, and poverty responds negatively to the economic growth of the manufacturing industry until both reach a balance. The contribution made by each variable in forming the value of that variable is different from one another. The implementation of good governance is highly expected in efforts to eradicate poverty in Indonesia, one of which is through increasing the economic growth of the manufacturing industry and then creating useful programs to increase investment and employment.

Efficiency of labor allocation: An observation in Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification (ISIC)

This study aims to analyze the efficiency and elasticity of the large and medium manufacturing industry sector in Indonesia from 2012 to 2020. The analysis focuses on the 24 subsectors within the 2-digit Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification (ISIC) principal groups 10 to 33. The efficiency level of the manufacturing industry sector was analyzed using the Cobb-Douglas production function model with linear logarithmic transformation. During the period 2012–2020, the production efficiency of the 24 ISIC 2-digit subsectors increased by an average of 445%, or 4 times higher than before. The ISIC 2-digit subsector (24 subsectors) had output elasticity values smaller than one (EL < 1) or inelastic 45 times. This indicates that the marginal value added of labor was lower than the average value added of labor. Therefore, the additional allocation of labor in large and medium industries tends to reduce the average value added of labor. The computer industry, electronic and optical goods computer, electronic and optical goods had the highest efficiency index in order, according to the data. This can be achieved by focusing on industries such as ISIC 17 (paper and paper goods industry), ISIC 31 (furniture industry), and ISIC 29 (motor vehicle, trailer and semi-trailer industry). To improve the efficiency of labor allocation, it is necessary to optimize the use of labor resources, increase productivity, and remain competitive in the market. To improve efficiency and elasticity, it is recommended to implement a robust workforce planning strategy that aligns labor resources with production needs. Additionally, matching the skills and abilities of the workforce with job roles is crucial. Finally, identifying tasks that can be automated using technology can also increase efficiency.

Digital twin simulation modeling, artificial intelligence-based Internet of Manufacturing Things systems, and virtual machine and cognitive computing algorithms in the Industry 4.0-based Slovak labor market

Research background: On the basis of an analysis of the current situation and expectations in the field of implementation of the elements of the Industry 4.0 concept, the purpose of this paper is to identify the effects on the labor market in large manufacturing enterprises in the Slovak Republic. Purpose of the article: The presented work has a theoretical-empirical nature and consists of a theoretical section and a practical section, which includes statistical indicator analysis and quantitative research. In the theoretical section, the paper discusses the issue of Industry 4.0 in general, with a focus on its impact on the labor market, thus laying the groundwork for future research on the subject. Methods: The output of this work is an analysis of selected indicators of the manufacturing industry sector in the Slovak Republic, based on the most recent employment data analysis in the first stage and quantitative research survey in the second stage, with the respondents being manufacturing industry companies operating in the Slovak Republic, and whose primary objective is to determine the current status of the implementation of the elements and technologies of Industry 4.0 in production companies in the Slovak Republic, as well as the factors influencing this situation, such as digital twin simulation modeling, artificial intelligence-based Internet of Manufacturing Things systems, and virtual machine and cognitive computing algorithms. Findings & value added: The research findings indicate that the degree of digitization adopted by businesses in the Slovak Republic is comparatively less robust and more sluggish to adapt. This is primarily attributable to the underdeveloped educational system, population reluctance, self-actualization, and inadequate state support. Recommendations for the Slovak market aim to increase the digital proficiency of businesses and of the general populace through various means, such as reforming legislation, enhancing state support for entrepreneurs, and modifying the education system, constituting the added value of the work.

Drivers of Russian Industrial Growth in the Face of New Reality

The opportunities for Russia’s economic growth substantiate the relevance of the research in the current conditions. The authors analyze the scientific literature and summarize the approaches to the “locomotives” or “drivers” of growth. In line with the reviewed studies, the authors use the sectoral approach. This considers the important investments presented in different approaches. The purpose of the paper is to identify the sectors of the Russian manufacturing industry that could, with certain government support, act as locomotives of economic growth in the medium and long term. The authors considered the locomotive industries in relation to two interrelated tasks of the investment model of growth. The study uses methods and tools of economic, logical, cause-and-effect analysis, content analysis, as well as forecasting and statistical assessments. The work has identified two groups of engine industries, using forecast-statistical estimates reflecting the impact of external sanctions on the Russian economy. The practical significance of the study is to define the growth driver industries for the further design of measures for the strategic development of these industries.

Pengelompokan Provinsi di Indonesia Menggunakan Time Series Clustering pada Sektor Ekspor Nonmigas

Indonesia's export activities are dominated by non-oil and gas exports consisting of four sectors, namely the processing industry, agriculture, mining, and others. The government must pay attention to non-oil and gas exports for each province because exports can play an essential role in a country's economic growth. This study was conducted to cluster provinces in Indonesia using time series clustering in the non-oil and gas export sector based on data patterns concerning Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) distance. The sectors used in this study are the manufacturing industry sector and the agricultural sector in 34 Indonesian provinces in the period 2017 - 2021. Time series clustering analysis uses the average linkage method with DTW distance and the selection of the optimum number of clusters using the silhouette coefficient method. The results of the analysis in the processing industry sector resulted in 3 optimum clusters, namely cluster 1 consisting of 1 province that has high processing industry exports, cluster 2 consisting of 8 provinces that have medium processing industry exports, and cluster 3 consisting of 25 provinces that have low processing industry exports. As for the agricultural sector, it produces 2 optimum clusters, namely cluster 1 consisting of 5 provinces that have high agricultural industry exports, and cluster 2 consisting of 29 provinces that have low agricultural industry exports. The clustering results in the processing industry sector and the agricultural sectors have a silhouette coefficient value of 0.778 and 0.798, so it is said to have a strong cluster structure.

Forecasting the potential output and growth of the manufacturing industry: a case study of Indonesia's manufacturing sector

Indonesia is currently experiencing deindustrialization, characterized by a manufacturing industrial sector growth rate lower than the overall economic growth rate. Therefore, it is necessary to encourage the development of the industrial sector to achieve sustainable development. The scenario for industrial development policy is determined based on an evaluation of the country's economic position in relation to current business cycle conditions. The evaluation is carried out through output gap analysis, which refers to the gap between actual and potential output. The research aim is to analyze output potential estimates and gaps in the Indonesian non-oil and gas processing industry sector. The methodology used in this research includes the HP Filter (Hodrick-Prescott), BP Filter (Band-Pass), and the Production Function Approach. The findings show that Indonesia's non-oil and gas processing industry experienced a slight decline below its potential between 2020 and 2021. Therefore, policymakers must consider this; in the short term, inflationary pressures are caused by a positive output gap, so the government needs to prioritize efforts to control inflation. Meanwhile, medium-term structural reforms must continue to increase potential output, including increasing labor force participation, sustainable investment for capital factors, and improving the quality of human resources and technological expertise for productivity factors. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to the adoption of new emerging technologies.

Process parameter effects estimation and surface quality prediction for selective laser melting empowered by Bayes optimized soft attention mechanism-enhanced transfer learning

Additive Manufacturing (AM), particularly Selective Laser Melting (SLM), has revolutionized the industrial manufacturing sector owing to its remarkable design flexibility and precision. However, it is well known that slight changes in SLM process parameters may highly affect the surface quality of the as-built product. In this paper, we investigate the influence of SLM printing parameters (laser power, laser scanning speed, layer thickness, and hatch distance) on surface quality and develop a predictive model for surface quality based on the given printing parameters. The developed model is constructed by a Bayesian Optimization and soft Attention mechanism-enhanced Transfer learning (BOAT) framework with superior domain adaptability and generalization capability. Through experimental validation, the effectiveness of the BOAT approach in estimating printing parameters and correlating them with surface quality has been verified. The comprehensive methodology, experimental configurations, prediction results, and ensuing discussions are all presented. This study contributes to providing valuable insights and practical implications for improving the competitiveness and impact of SLM in advanced manufacturing by accurately predicting surface quality with specified printing parameters.

Energy-Efficient Manufacturing: Opportunities and Challenges

The industrial manufacturing sector is the biggest final usage sector when speaking of both final energy consumption and emission of greenhouse gases (accounting for over 30% of the total); the industry's expansion is fast modifying the climate of the whole globe. Energy conservation is one of the key components of success for sustainable production because of the pressing need to reduce the negative effects that industrial operations have on the surrounding environment. As a direct consequence of this, the scientific community's involvement in energy management has significantly increased, which has resulted in a number of literature evaluations being conducted on methodologies. However, there is a dearth of both a detailed study of the techniques and tools that attempt to improve energy awareness as well as an assessment of the impact that these methods and tools have on energy efficiency. To try to fill this void, the author of this work conducts an extensive literature study on the various energy assessment methodologies and tools with their microstructures. After examining the databases of scientific literature, a total of 1366 publications were retrieved; however, it might be of use to industry practitioners in the field of energy management. In accordance with the guidelines provided by ISO 50001, the procedures and instruments were categorized into three primary areas (namely, AAM which means analysis, assessment, and saving measures), and the particular results important to each category were then synthesized as the outcome of study. In its concluding section, the article discusses problems and topics that still need to be addressed and offers proposals for new lines of inquiry.

Enigma of Nickel Export Ban: Understanding Its Impact through Input-Output Analysis

The nickel ore export ban policy has drawn pros and cons in various circles. This study aims to analyze the impact of the nickel ore export ban on other sectors of the economy and the interrelationship between one sector and another. This study uses secondary data in the form of Indonesia's Input Output Table Total Transactions at Basic Prices in 2016 derived from BPS publications and data on the number of Ferro-nickel exports in 2020 derived from UNData publications, which are then analyzed using the input-output method and presented using descriptive quantitative analysis. Based on the research results, electricity and gas procurement are the economic sectors with the most significant backward linkage. In contrast, the manufacturing sector achieves the most significant forward linkage value. In addition, the electricity and gas procurement sector also has the most significant output multiplier value, followed by the construction and manufacturing sectors. The increase in Ferro-Nickel exports due to the nickel ore export ban has considerably impacted the economy regarding both domestic and import output, especially in the manufacturing industry sector. Thus, nickel ore processing activities depend on capital goods and other imported raw materials. The study's implication shows that the export of Ferro-Nickel as part of the mining and quarrying sector impacts the output of other sectors to increase overall economic growth.

The sharia financial system is a financial system that bridges parties who need funds and parties who have excess funds through financial products and services that comply with sharia principles. To increase market share, the products offered must have a marketing strategy so that they can be seen. The bank marketing concept is actually not much different from the marketing concept for other business sectors, such as the manufacturing industry sector, service business sector and others. Therefore, we want to conduct research with the title Pick-up Marketing Strategy to Increase Customer Interest in Savings (BMT Maslahah Gondangwetan). With the aim of finding out the strategy used by BMT to increase customers using descriptive qualitative research methodology. The results of the research are that customers and agencies are targeted in carrying out a pick-up strategy, because most of the Gondangwetan area work as traders who need funds to develop their business.

Predictors of Organizational Commitment and its Impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of predictors of organizational commitment which consist of job satisfaction, perceived organizational support and organizational culture as well as their impact on organizational citizenship behavior in the chemical manufacturing industry sector in Indonesia.   Design/Methodology/Approach: The research uses a quantitative approach through survey methods and data analysis methods using SEM PLS. The population in this study were employees at seven chemical manufacturing factories in Cilegon City, which is the largest chemical manufacturing cluster area in Indonesia. The number of samples analyzed was 223 employees who worked in middle management positions. The research results show that of the 43 indicators used to measure each latent variable, there are 3 indicators of organizational culture variables that are invalid. Meanwhile, for reliability, everything is included in the reliable criteria.   Findings: The goodness of fitness index test results show that the model has a good GoF index. The magnitude of the influence of job satisfaction, perceived organizational support and organizational culture on organizational commitment is 88.10%, while the influence of job satisfaction, perceived organizational support, organizational culture and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior is 93.6%. Of the seven direct hypotheses tested, it was found that all hypotheses were accepted, while of the three indirect hypotheses, one hypothesis was rejected, namely the mediating influence of organizational commitment in mediating organizational culture on OCB.   Research, Practical & Social Implications: In further research, in order to conduct a broader research with other objects. The research is expected to be used for all companies.   Originality/Value: This research contributes to improving human resource management in the chemical manufacturing sector so that it can increase OCB through increasing the predictor variables tested in the research, including job satisfaction, organizational support, organizational culture and organizational commitment.

Mechanical behavior of austenitic stainless steels produced by wire arc additive manufacturing

Wire arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) is an innovative technology with the potential to drive the transformation and upgrading of metallic manufacturing industry and construction sector. The advantages of WAAM technology in rapid manufacturing, design freedom, and energy saving have attracted attentions in the construction field. This research study focuses on investigating the microstructural and mechanical behavior of austenitic stainless steels produced by wire arc additive manufacturing through test programs. The stainless steel plates were first additively manufactured using cold metal transfer technology with three types of feedstock wires (ER304, ER308L, ER316L). Tensile coupon specimens and microstructural observation samples were extracted from the WAAM plates. The electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) experiments were conducted to identify and analyze the microstructures of the WAAM austenitic stainless steels. Five test orientations, namely θ = 0˚, 30˚, 45˚, 60˚, 90˚ relative to the printing layer direction, were designed to investigate the mechanical properties anisotropy. Two types of specimen surface condition (milled type and as-built type) were considered to assess the impact of geometric undulation. The geometric features of the as-built specimens were obtained using 3D laser scanning. A total of 60 tensile tests with the aid of digital image correlation (DIC) system were conducted to obtain the stress–strain responses of the WAAM austenitic stainless steels. The mechanical properties anisotropy of the WAAM austenitic stainless steels was analyzed in detail.

ANALYSIS OF EFFICIENCY AND ELASTICITY OF LABOR ALLOCATION IN MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY IN INDONESIA

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to analyse the level of efficiency and elasticity of the large and medium manufacturing industry sector during 2012 - 2020 in the Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification (ISIC) 2-digit level (major groups 10 to 33), consisting of 24 types of manufacturing sub-industries. In this study, the Cobb-Douglas production function model with linear logarithmic was used to analyse the manufacturing efficiency index. The results showed that: (1) during the period 2012-2020, the production efficiency of the 2-digit ISIC sub-sector (24 sub-sectors) increased on average by 445% or 4. 45 times, (2) all the output elasticity values of the 2-digit ISIC subsector (24 subsectors) were less than one (EL < 1), which showed that the marginal value added of labour was lower than the average value added of labour, so that the additional allocation of labour in large and medium-sized industries tended to reduce the average value added of labour, (3) the highest efficiency index in order were ISIC 26 (computer, electronic and optical products), ISIC 17 (paper and paperboard), ISIC 18 (electrical machinery and equipment), ISIC 19 (machinery and equipment) and ISIC 20 (machinery and equipment); ISIC 17 (paper and paper products); ISIC 31 (furniture) and ISIC 29 (motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers).

Research on Multiple-Axis Contour Error Suppression Method Based on Composite Layered Control

With the widespread application of multi-axis machining in the industrial manufacturing, aerospace, and military equipment sectors, the demand for machining ultra-precision components has been steadily increasing. Contour errors directly impact the quality of machined parts. In conventional multi-axis motion control systems based on cross-coupling, it is conventionally assumed that all individual axes are of equal significance during machine processing. However, in practical machining scenarios, diverse machining trajectories and accuracy requirements give rise to distinct control necessities for each axis. This complication leads to challenges in ensuring a consistent single-plane contour, thereby constraining the elevation of the overall contour accuracy. To address this issue, this study proposes a multi-axis contour error suppression method based on composite hierarchical control. The approach advocated in this paper initially ensures the precision of single-axis position control through the development of an advanced S-shaped function-based sliding-mode disturbance observer. Building on this foundation, the three-dimensional spatial contour is segregated into upper and lower layers. Subsequently, dedicated fuzzy PID cross-coupling controllers are devised for each layer. The experimental outcomes substantiate that in comparison to conventional cross-coupling control methods, the method introduced in this study, rooted in composite hierarchical control, not only guarantees the accuracy of single-plane contours but also further enhances the overall contour precision.

ANALISA PENERAPAN K3L INDUSTRI PAKAIAN JADI DI INDONESIA MELALUI METODE LITERATURE REVIEW

The apparel industry in Indonesia is a labor-intensive industry capable of absorbing a very large workforce. According to BPS (Central Statistics Agency) data in 2020, proportion of the workforce in the manufacturing industry sector, the industry accounts for 1.81% of the workforce out of a total of 13.61% of the total workforce or is in second place after the food industry. With a very large number of workers, it is only fitting that K3L be a common concern. Method for this research is using of literature review method, using secondary data sources originating from national journals related to the K3L application in the apparel industry. The result of sorting several journals obtained journals as many as 10 research journals. Purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of K3L in the apparel industry so that a broader picture of this implementation will be obtained. Based on the result of research, the conclusion can be gain are: 1) the number of research that related with occupational health and the environment in the apparel industry in Indonesia is still limited. Meanwhile, there are many journals related to work safety, 2) related with the application of work safety in the apparel industry in Indonesia, showing good implementation results, 3) in terms of work accident risk, it is more related to risk identification and risk analysis, while evaluation and risk control are still lacking.
