Implementation Of Management Of Facilities And Extracurricular Infrastructure For Student Sports At The Modern Islamic Boarding School Ar-Rahmat Bojonegoro

This research was motivated by the lack of facilities and infrastructure for extracurricular activities at the Ar-Rahmat Bojonegoro Modern Islamic Boarding School. Even though it only has one field, the field is used for various activities. The students are still able to achieve achievements through extracurricular activities, especially in sports. This research aims to investigate the implementation of the management of extracurricular sports facilities and infrastructure as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. The research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive analysis approach. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the stages of Transcript, Coding, Grouping, Comparing Contrasting, and Interpretation. The validity of the data is strengthened by source triangulation. The research results show that the management of facilities and infrastructure can run smoothly according to the vision and mission of the Ar-Rahmat Bojonegoro Modern Islamic Boarding School. The process involves planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. Supporting factors for implementation include quality human resources, internal school cooperation, external assistance, as well as awareness and participation of students and teachers. Inhibiting factors include lack of field space, incidental programs not included in the work program, budget limitations, and decisions that depend on foundation policy. Limited funds are also an obstacle because they only rely on donations from student guardians without government support.

Politics in Sport Facility Development in Budapest, 1863–1945

The interaction of sport and politics has created various consequences in the evolution and development of Hungarian sport. The legal framework of sport organizations, the possibilities of elite and grassroots athletes, the incorporation of Hungary into the international sport structure and the financial public funding of physical activity have always been dependent on the dominant political powers and the international environment. The history of sport facility development and management in Budapest started simultaneously with the institutionalization of Hungarian sport in the second half of the nineteenth century, political endeavors arguably determine this progress. Until World War I, facility constructions were correlated with the Millennial Celebrations and preparation for the athletes’ participation in the Olympic Games; moreover, the intention to host the Olympics in Budapest was also crucial in policymaking. In the interwar period, the idea of ‘Justice for Hungary’ inspired political decisions related to sport, and facility constructions served the goal to create adequate circumstances to enhance physical education of the society and to host international sporting events. Legal documents, minutes of parliamentary, governmental, and municipal sessions prove that political actors of both time periods prejudiced essentially the development of sporting life and sport facility constructions of the capital.

Sports Facilities and Equipment Management: Implications for Young Athletes Sports Participation in Nigeria

Studies have indicated that management of sports facilities and equipment are imperative for young athletes’ sports participation. Sports facilities are those immobile infrastructures for sports training, competitions and events. While, sports equipment are items that are movable and are utilized for a period of time. Sports facilities and equipment management are referred to the process of planning, purchasing, administering, coordinating and evaluating the day-to-day procedure of facilities and equipment utilization. This paper explored the role of sports facilities and equipment management on young athletes’ sports participation in Nigeria. The concepts of sports facilities and equipment management were critical reviewed. Related issues were also discussed, such as; sports facilities and equipment maintenance cost, standard sport facilities, modernization in sports facilities and equipment management and safety in sports facilities and equipment usage. It concluded among others that sports facilities and equipment management create a safe and healthy environment for sports participation among young athletes, which in turn set the tone for promising great future athletic performance. It was recommended among others that personnel that will be responsible for the management of sports facilities and equipment should be experience.

Unlocking the potential: A comprehensive meta-synthesis of Internet of Things in the sports industry

The current research aims to answer two significant research questions: What are the dimensions of the application of the Internet of Things in the sports industry? And what are the components of each aspect of using the Internet of Things in the sports industry? Also, this study responds to the development of literature on Industry 4.0 technologies in the sports industry. The current research used the meta-synthesis method and the seven-step method of Sandelowski and Barroso to review 131 related qualitative studies. The results of the surveys include 10 dimensions and 79 indicators of Internet of Things applications in the sports industry, including health management, safety and security management, optimization of management processes, fan experience, management of sports facilities and venues, improving performance (of referees and athletes), marketing and media, smart equipment, and sports tourism. The applications obtained from Internet of Things technology can be used in the determined dimensions for developing and improving sports. Finally, it is important to emphasize the importance of continuing to deepen knowledge about the Internet of Things as well as the new technologies available in the fourth generation of the industrial revolution and its applications in the field of sports. Research aimed at studying the potential of these technologies in the sports industry and its management is necessary.

체육시설 안전관리를 위한 법제도적 방안 연구

Since COVID-19, the number of sports facilities enjoyed outdoors has exploded. In particular, the number of park golf courses has increased by 45% in the last three years to 327. With the rapid growth of park golf, the side effects of this are growing together. Noise complaints frequently occur and safety accidents continue in residential areas near the Park Golf Course. And unlike golf courses that cost high costs, park golf had an advantage of its easy cost, but the convenient operation of usage fees and reservation systems is causing damage. In fact, a woman in her 20s who was taking a walk around the park golf course in Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, was bruised by a golf ball, and even though it is a public facility that costs taxes, she sometimes operates expediently by receiving fees such as subscription fees in the name of being managed by clubs or associations. In addition, there is constant noise surrounding the park golf course, such as illegal expansion. However, the government and local governments respectively overlook illegal park golf courses due to the welfare of the elderly and lack of manpower. In addition, there is a high concern about environmental pollution due to pesticides used in the process of creating and managing golf courses.
 Accordingly, this study aims to provide a theoretical basis for improving the legal system to prevent safety accidents at park golf courses by analyzing the current status of park golf courses and recent accidents related to park golf, examining the related law, the Sports Facility Act, and deriving problems.
 To achieve the purpose of this study, the concept of Park Golf was used to analyze related safety laws, policy data, and research reports using literature such as statistical data, literature research, and Internet search data on park golf safety accidents and operational problems. In addition, legal and institutional measures were prepared to secure the safety of the park golf course through a legal review related to the safety management of sports facilities for the safety management of the park golf course.
 Based on the results of this study, it was suggested to install and operate park golf through the revision of safety-related regulations, improvement of safety inspection grade assessment manuals, and institutionalization to secure specialized institutions and personnel related to park golf, focusing on the Sports Facility Act that can be applied for safety management of park golf courses.

The Collegiate Sport Experience: Reconceptualizing Sport Venues and College Athlete Satisfaction

Academic institutions across the country have and will continue to spend billions of dollars annually on facilities to recruit and retain their athletes. However, most facility research in sport focuses on consumer satisfaction instead of athlete satisfaction despite the fact satisfied athletes are going to (a) be more likely to initially commit to a school and (b) be retained by a school. Thus, it is important that researchers shift from mainly focusing on sport spectators to also focusing on college athletes, the primary users of sport facilities. Accordingly, a conceptual model of collegiate athlete satisfaction with competition venues was developed from a critical review and research synthesis of the general facility management and sport facility management literatures. The proposed model created from the literature review includes financial, functional, aesthetic, and atmospheric indicators, and uses norms as comparative standards as its theoretical foundation. From this model and corresponding narrative explanation, sport researchers and athletic department administrators should gain knowledge and guidance about how to better utilize sport venues to enhance the college sport experiences of their athletes.

The Influence Of Sports Facility Management And Teacher Services On The Effectiveness Of Physical Education

This study aimed to assess the level of management of sports facilities and teacher services in relation to the effectiveness of physical education in high schools. In this study, the researchers employed a descriptive survey research method. The participants of this study consisted of physical education instructors and eleventh-grade students from public high schools in Banyuwangi Regency, comprising a total of 3500 students. A random sampling procedure was employed, resulting in a sample size of 95 pupils. Two commonly used methods for collecting data are questionnaires and documentation. The author conducted data analysis using various statistical tests, including the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination, the t test, and the F test. Based on the findings of the study, it has been determined that: 1) The school's facility management is deemed adequate; 2) The services rendered by teachers are deemed satisfactory. There is sufficient quality in both facility management and instructor services.

The aim of this study is to examine sports management in terms of corporate culture in our country. In order for an institution to exist, management must exist. Working in an institution, being a member of it, being interested in it means working in a managerial environment. An institution is a structure in which management exists and continues its activities, and management is a function within this structure. Management is the achievement of organizational goals through effective and adequate planning, organization, orientation, coordination and supervision of organizational resources. The purpose of a good sports management in terms of corporate culture is to achieve more efficiency by using few people, little money, little materials, little time and little space, and to demonstrate performance with activity. In other words, it is to ensure that things are made simpler, cheaper and better by using the opportunities we have in the best possible way, without wasting resources. The various stages of the management process, such as planning, organization, execution, coordination and control, which apply to various areas, as well as the principles and methods related to them, are indispensable prerequisites for sports activities and sports organizations. Within this approach, sports management is considered as the application of the principles, management and rules of general management to the field of sports. Its main purpose is to research, find ways to conduct sports activities in a rational and scientific manner and convert them into general principles. From the point of view of corporate culture, sports management deals with activities aimed at realizing policies, decisions and goals related to the field of sports. Accordingly, along with the development of physical education and sports activity programs, it covers issues such as the provision of personnel, supervision and management of sports facilities. ANALISIS PEMANFAATAN, PENGAMANAN, DAN PEMELIHARAAN ASET PON XX PAPUA TAHUN 2021

The National Sports Week held in Papua Province in 2021 is supported by the Regional Government with a budget for the construction of supporting facilities sourced from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. The management of sports facilities in the form of venues is carried out by the Department of Sports and Youth by the area management. The development, utilization and management from the beginning must have been determined by the Government so that the assets built can continue to be maintained and function. This study aims to analyze the Security, Maintenance and Utilization of PON XX Papua in accordance with Government Regulation No. 19 of 2016 concerning Management of State/Regional Property by studying the XX PON Venues located in the City & District of Jayapura. Primary data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documentation to collect secondary data. Data analysis carried out systematically, obtained the results that all assets that had been granted to the Papua Provincial Government had been developed and utilized properly in accordance with Government Regulations.

Strategic Indicators for Strategic Intervention in Sports Facilities Management Performance in Malaysia

Purpose: The accessible sporting facilities are underutilised, being misused, not being protected, and not being maintained by the responsible parties. The majority of studies indicate that sports venues face a variety of facilities management (FM) issues due to the inadequacies of their current operating systems, including the financial aspect, the lack of qualified personnel, the effectiveness and quality of management operations, the optimization of operations, and safety concerns. The purpose of this article is to explore the strategic indicators for strategic intervention targeted at improving the management of sports facilities in Malaysia by identifying the most important aspects.
 Design/Methodology/Approach: Data for this preliminary study were acquired from 44 randomly selected respondents, including FM representatives from a number of Malaysian stadiums. Initially, the data will be factor-analyzed using the statistical software SPSS.
 Findings: Academic and industry specialists examined the authenticity and dependability of the instruments' data. Academic and business specialists examined the authenticity and dependability of the instruments' data.
 Implications/Originality/Value: By illustrating the relationship between FM performance and strategic intervention, this study contributes to the existing body of information on FM. In order to develop a conceptual model for a strategic intervention targeted at enhancing sports facility management performance, it will be necessary to incorporate all aspects of the organisational strategy.

Aim: This study aims to assess the state of management of Tirunesh Dibaba and the director of facilities management for the South Youth and Sports Office and facilities and to compare the practices of two different venue facility management positions. Method: This study used qualitative data with in-depth semi-structured interviews with sports facility managers and a purposive sampling approach was used to select sports facility managers. Findings: The results of the study showed that the FM had come a long way to establish itself as a new business opportunity, especially with technological advances, international competition, and tight budget controls every organization wants to concentrate only on core business activities, this gives an opportunity for FM business to grow rapidly. It also requires seasoned professionals with technical and soft skills coupled with the right attitude to make business areas more user-friendly and liked by premise occupants

공공체육시설 관리자가 인식하는 운영실태의 문제점 및 개선방향: FGI(Focus Group Interview)를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to analyze the management and operation status of public sports facilities and to suggest improvement plans by deriving problems. In line with the purpose of this study, in-depth interviews and FGI (Focus Group Interview) were conducted for managers of public sports facilities in Gyeonggi-do. As a result of the analysis according to the purpose of this study, the factors for the successful operation of public sports facilities are as follows. First, user satisfaction was analyzed as the most important factor for successful operation of public sports facilities to enhance user satisfaction. Second, it was analyzed as a problem requiring expansion of the main and auxiliary facilities of public sports facilities. Third, securing and managing manpower was analyzed as an important factor for the successful operation of public sports facilities. Fourth, for the successful operation of public sports facilities, a management policy that considers publicity rather than profitability is necessary. Lastly, it was analyzed that the expansion of facilities and programs for the socially underprivileged was necessary as a factor for the successful operation of public sports facilities.

Service quality in football tourism: an evaluation model based on online reviews and data envelopment analysis with linguistic distribution assessments.

The emergence of sports tourism has compelled sports managers to rethink the management and improvement of sports facilities. Through service quality analysis, sports managers can identify the strengths and weaknesses of their activities for possible advancement. Hence, this study aims to develop a decision support model based on integrating online reviews and data envelopment analysis to measure the degree of tourist satisfaction and provide benchmarking goals for service improvement. The proposed model employs text mining techniques to discover service quality attributes from text reviews. According to the discovered service quality attributes, we conduct sentiment analysis to reveal the sentiment polarities of the text reviews. Then, we refine the polarities and ratings of online reviews into linguistic distribution assessments. Furthermore, we develop a linguistic distribution output-oriented non-discretionary bestpoint slack-based measure (BP-SBM) to compute the degree of tourist satisfaction and benchmarking goals. The linguistic distribution output-oriented non-discretionary BP-SBM can handle both positive and negative data values, thus overcoming the flaws of the traditional model. Meanwhile, the proposed decision support model investigates how the service-quality attributes interact to provide improvement pathways for an underperforming stadium based on association rule mining. We test the applicability of the proposed decision support model on some Elite stadia in Europe.

The main trends in the development of the fitness services market and their managerial specifics

In recent years, changes have taken place in the life of Russian society that have affected the fitness services market. Innovations were introduced both in organizational and methodological approaches to the management of fitness clubs, and in the practice of their real management. The identified problems in the field of coverage of management objects of a large–scale consideration of all aspects of the organization’s work are considered both with the theory and methodology of management, and with practical aspects of management activities.The subject of the study is the methodology and principles of managing fitness organizations. The research results are to identify recommendations aimed at improving the management of sports facilities.

Design of College Physical Education Curriculum Based on Mobile App Development Platform

As a new term, mobile client app is common in the software market and has mature commercial cases, while for mobile client app of educational content, it is relatively new. The purpose of this paper is to design the sports curriculum app in line with the current university. This paper uses the research method of questionnaire to investigate and analyze the current situation of the organization and management of sports activities and public sports facilities of college students in Taian. Based on the analysis of the influence of sports app on college students’ sports behavior, it constructs the theoretical framework of school campus sports management system with app as the carrier. The experimental results show that about 41% of the students in the city use sports app, mainly including running app and fitness app. It can have a significant and positive impact on students’ physical activity and sports motivation, but it has no significant effect on students’ choice of sports. Through the realization of the physical education teaching function of the campus sports app, students can get rid of the restriction of venue, organization form, and time and make students exercise independently under the guidance of science and system. This design has very important practical significance.

Management of sports budgeting on maintenance of facilities in Kwara State Sports Council, Nigeria

This study examined the Management of Sports Budgeting on Maintenance of Facilities in Kwara State Sports Council. Descriptive research design of survey type was used for this study. The population for the study comprised of all 110 staff in Kwara Sports Council. Multistage sampling techniques were used for this study. Stratified sampling techniques was used to group the departments in the study area. While purposive sampling technique was used to select all 110 respondents. Researcher structured questionnaire was used as instrument for the study.The instrument were validated by 3 lecturers in Department of Human Kinetics Education, University of Ilorin and the reliability level of the instrument was establish through test re-test method using Pearson Product Moment (PPMC). A correlation co-efficient of 0.65 was obtained. The instrument were administered by the researchers and three trained research assistants. The data collected were analysed using inferential statistics of chi-square at 0.05 alpha level. The result revealed that bureaucratic process, zero-based budget and bottom-up budget have significant impact on maintenance of sports facilities. The study recommends that bureaucratic process should not be used during the selection of sports budgeting so as to enhance maintenance of sports facilities. Also sports budgeting should be prepared based on zero budget that would enhance effective management of sports facilities.

COVID-19에 따른 실내스포츠시설업의 위기관리 및 대응 과제

The purpose of this study is to find the actual state of indoor sports facilities and the government’s responses in the COVID-19 pandemic, and to discuss limitations. The need of this study is to provide the fundamental material for establishing is necessary to establish the risk management and response plan of indoor sports facilities. The scope of the study is limited to the indoor sports facilities running in accordance with 「Installation and Utilization of Sports Facilities Act」. This study suggests the following conclusions: firstly, the government needs to present a risk response plan for overcoming current issues of indoor sports facilities and issues after COVID-19 by recognizing sports environments and social needs; secondly, the government needs to present detailed standards for the stable operation of indoor sports facilities, and to suggest the policy of employment stability and the policy of support. It is expected that this study contributes to the government’s suggestion of a new plan reflecting the needs of the times, rather than expedient measures, such as the government’s regulations and shutdown in the COVID-19 pandemic. It is meaningful as the basic research for a follow-up study.

Retraction Note to: Risk assessment of extreme rainfall climate change and sports stadium sports based on video summarization algorithm

Based on the research of existing video summarization algorithms, this paper proposes a video summarization algorithm based on block sparse representation. This algorithm is mainly used to record multi-screen videos with similar content and to create video advertisements for multiple videos. First, the video is divided into multiple blocks according to the similarity, and the size of the block is controlled, and then, multiple video blocks are embedded in the space, and representative video blocks are selected through sparse display. This study is based on the annual heavy rainfall in a specific area of the Loess Plateau in 2020 and takes the factors that affect the risk of college sports as the research object. The goal of this article is to evaluate and determine the degree of sports risk in colleges and universities through the establishment of a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, determine the weight of risk indicators, and determine the risk prevention system. On this basis, this article puts forward some suggestions: improve students’ self-awareness, improve safety awareness, strengthen the safety guidance of physical education teachers, increase the importance of school leaders’ safety, improve the school’s risk prevention mechanism, and strengthen the emergency response capabilities of ordinary medical staff, strengthen the management of medical staff, strengthen the management of school sports facilities, build and improve student sports injury insurance, make contributions to the management of sports risk prevention in colleges and universities, and lay the foundation for the construction of a healthy campus. Therefore, this paper uses the existing abstract video technology to describe and study the extreme rainfall climate in a certain place and conduct a narrative research on the sports risk assessment in university stadiums.
