Philanthropy of Pesantren Towards Socio-Economic Welfare (Study At Markaz Bayt Al-Musaadah Social Institution, Mambaus Sholihin Gresik Islamic Boarding School)

Cases of misuse of social funds have slowed down welfare programs for the poor and dhuafa'. The establishment of Markaz Bayt Al-Musa'adah under Pesantren Mambaus Sholihin provides a breath of fresh air, with pesantren now required not only to produce a generation that understands religion, but also as a pillar of Islamic sharia economics. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to explore the economic empowerment and management of philanthropic funds by Markaz Bayt Al-Musa'adah of Pesantren Mambaus Sholihin Gresik. This method involves in-depth data collection and various sources of information as well as participation in the field. The results show that Markaz Bayt Al-Musa'adah has implemented community economic empowerment through skills training programs and assistance to underprivileged students. The management of social funds is carried out transparently and accountably based on the principles of Islamic philanthropy, with managers working without taking profits, solely for the sake of Allah and the intention of khidmah to the caregiver.

This article aims to analyze Philanthropic Practices and Zakat Distribution Mechanisms: Evaluation of Efficiency, Equity and Transparency in Social Fund Management. The type of data used in this article is qualitative data.Data collection in the article uses literature study techniques by collecting books and journals related to Philanthropic Practices and Zakat Distribution Mechanisms: Evaluation of Efficiency, Equity and Transparency in Social Fund ManagementData analysis in this article uses narrative techniques.Philanthropic Practices and Zakat Distribution Mechanisms: Transparency in the Management of Social Funds based on research that has been conducted that the practice of Islamic Philanthropy is manifested in the practice of generosity through (ZISWAF) zakat, infaq, alms and waqf, as well as in the distribution of philanthropy the policy has been established by LAZISMU that There are several categories that are prioritized, including needy, needy, and fisabilillah.There are two approaches to distributing zakat funds, namely the partial approach, where the funds are given directly to the needy and needy for urgent needs.A structural approach that emphasizes the allocation of zakat funds by providing funds periodically to alleviate economic poverty.This requires strong governance mechanisms and a high level of accountability. Financial reporting is transparent and carries out regular audits of zakat institutions to ensure proper use of zakat funds.

Peran Sosial Finance Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) dalam Menumbuhkan Keuangan Inklusif Studi pada BMT di Tulungagung dan Blitar

Baitul Maal wat Tamwil has two directions, namely managing business and social affairs. The basic problem for BMT is that the management of social funds in BMT has not been maximized. This is indicated by the distribution of charity social funds. Based on these problems, this paper intends to explore how the implementation and role of BMT social finance in growing financial inclusion?. The method used is a qualitative type and descriptive approach. The results of this paper are first, the implementation of social finance are source of fund’s social finance management and distribution. Source of fund’s social finance are in the form of zakat, infaq, social funds, and distribution of social finance are social assistance, scholarship and qardul hasan financing. Second, the role of Baitul Maal wat Tamwil Pahlawan Tulungagung's social finance role in fostering financial inclusion, among others in the form of Qardh al-Hasan financing and other direct assistance. Direct assistance has no impact on savings opportunities. The role of social finance in growing financial inclusion in the BMT Podo Joyo Blitar includes, among others, the financing of Qardh al-Hasan and assistance for orphans in the form of savings accounts as well as from assistance for widows.

POLA PENGELOLAAN PROGRAM CSR UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DAYA SAING UMKM
