Early warning COVID-19 outbreak in long-term care facilities using wastewater surveillance: correlation, prediction, and interaction with clinical and serological statuses

The unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the strategic value of wastewater-based surveillance (WBS) of SARS-CoV-2. This multisite 28-month-long study focused on WBS for older residents in 12long-term care facilities (LTCFs) in Edmonton (AB, Canada) by assessing relationships between COVID-19, WBS, and serostatus during the pandemic. Wastewater samples collected two to three times per week were tested for SARS-CoV-2 using RT-quantitative PCR. Theserostatus of antibodies was examined using immunoassays. The data of clinical COVID-19 outbreaks based on extensive testing were obtained from local public health officials. Analyses included calculating correlations between 7-day rolling averages for WBS and COVID-19 cases and investigating whether WBS led or lagged confirmed outbreaks using a multinomial test. Wastewater results correlated well with clinical COVID-19 infections and outbreaks at participating LTCFs. 1058 (36·0%) of 2936collected wastewater samples were SARS-CoV-2 positive, compared with 1247people (resident n=671, staff n=572, and unknown n=4) reporting positive test results of 21 673clinical samples assessed (5·8%). WBS led clinical testing in 32 (60·4%) confirmed outbreaks, which was significantly different from WBS lagged (12outbreaks [22·6%, 95% CI 11·3-33·7]). Non-detection of WBS SARS-CoV-2 served as a negative predictor for outbreaks. WBS results attested protective immunity in vaccinated individuals before the omicron wave. Aparallel increase in the proportions of positive WBS SARS-CoV-2 and anti-nucleocapsid antibodies underlined that omicron was an immunity-evading variant despite high seropositivity of neutralising antibodies after multiple doses of vaccine. Implementation of WBS could enable targeted clinical investigations and improve cost-effectiveness of COVID-19 outbreak management in LTCFs. WBS and serostatus provided informed dynamic changes of infections and immunity. Critical evidence was that LTCF WBS is an effective early warning system to support rapid public health outbreak management and protect vulnerable older populations. Numerical simulation shows vaccines’ impact on COVID-19 control: a cautionary tale for spread and control

The purpose of this study was to use a modified susceptible-exposed-infectious-recovered (SEIR) compartmental mathematical model to forecast the dynamics of the COVID-19 epidemic in the high and low pandemic cases that occurred in the State of Paraná, Brazil in 2021. Subsequently, the findings of this analysis were compared. The model parameters were adjusted based on official reports from the State of Paraná, Brazil. As a result, it can be observed that the parameters for susceptible population (S) and exposed population (E) tend to decay over time, with a more drastic drop for S and a slower decrease for E in high pandemics. Conversely, the parameter for infected population (I) tends to rise and decay over time, with a tendency to grow in high pandemics. Additionally, the parameter for recovered population (R) tends to rise over time, with a much higher growth rate in low pandemics than in high pandemics, as expected. The numerical simulation appears to align with reality, which is consistent with the scenario in various cities worldwide. Additionally, the implemented model has several advantages, including accurate adjustments despite the simplicity of the hypotheses and projections that are comparable to those of more complex models. The findings presented may provide useful suggestions for the prevention and management of COVID-19 outbreaks in different countries and regions.

The Role of Local Public Health Units in Enhancing Outbreak Response in Residential Aged Care Facilities.

Local public health units offer a place-based response to disease threats impacting populations in its catchment. This place-based response can be further strengthened when local public health units (LPHUs) collaborate with local stakeholders, in particular health services, to protect the more vulnerable population. We describe the approaches taken by a newly formed LPHU in southeast metropolitan Victoria, Australia in COVID-19 outbreak management impacting residential aged care facilities (RACFs) in its catchment, throughout the different phases of the pandemic. These collaborative and flexible approaches ensured that public health actions met the demand and needs of stakeholders. Approaches included the development of prioritization and risks matrices, refining known processes such as outbreak management team membership and redefining roles of the LPHU as capacity of stakeholder evolved.

City Diplomacy in Fighting Wicked Problems: Izmir Metropolitan Municipality

Municipalities/local governments are both one of the key actors in tackling wicked problems and the place where these problems are concretely experienced. One of the methods suitable for local governments in tackling wicked problems is networked service delivery. City diplomacy is an effective tool in addressing wicked problems because it brings many cities together with other cities and actors, provides a suitable platform for sharing different information, practices and resources on problems, and offers a more flexible form of governance that allows a transition from hierarchy to networks in the provision of public services. The aim of this study is to identify the impact of city diplomacy on the wicked problems faced by cities. In this context, the study analyses city diplomacy activities through content analysis and identifies their relationship with wicked problems. The study determines the relationship between city diplomacy activities and a number of areas within the scope of wicked problems, determines the impact of city diplomacy activities on local government service areas, and reveals the importance of city diplomacy activities in the management of Covid-19 outbreak, which is considered a wicked problem.

Psychological entitlement predicts support for mandatory COVID-19 vaccination

Following the outbreak of COVID-19, many countries implemented a form of mandatory vaccination to increase COVID-19 vaccination rates. However, people’s attitudes toward vaccine mandates were split, and scholars pointed to their psychological foundations. This study added to this body of research and examined the relationship between psychological entitlement and attitudes toward mandatory COVID-19 vaccination. Because entitled individuals saw a vaccine mandate as a way to protect themselves from the virus, they were more likely to support mandatory COVID-19 vaccination. In September and October 2022, we surveyed 636 registered voters in South Dakota to evaluate our expectations. We measured psychological entitlement using the nine-item Psychological Entitlement Scale, social dominance orientation using the four-item Short Social Dominance Orientation scale, and partisan self-identification, COVID-19 vaccination status, education, age, and gender with single-item measures. We estimated a series of multivariate ordered logistic regression models with support for mandatory COVID-19 vaccination for all adults, support for mandatory COVID-19 vaccination for children, and support for mandatory COVID-19 vaccination for healthcare workers as the respective dependent variables. The other variables mentioned above were independent variables in all models. Results showed a positive and statistically significant association between psychological entitlement and support for mandatory COVID-19 vaccination for all adults (β = 0.029, p = 0.004), children (β = 0.041, p < 0.001), and healthcare workers (β = 0.028, p = 0.007). The correlations between social dominance orientation, partisan self-identification, and attitudes toward COVID-19 vaccine mandates were also statistically significant. The results of our study underscored the role of individual-level characteristics in shaping attitudes toward the management of COVID-19 outbreak.

Detection of SARS-CoV-2 in aerosols in long term care facilities and other indoor spaces with known COVID-19 outbreaks

Coronavirus outbreaks are likely to occur in crowded and congregate indoor spaces, and their effects are most severe in vulnerable long term care facilities (LTCFs) residents. Public health officers benefit from tools that allow them to control COVID-19 outbreaks in vulnerable settings such as LTCFs, but which could be translated in the future to control other known and future virus outbreaks. This study aims to develop and test a methodology based on detection of SARS-CoV-2 in aerosol samples collected with personal pumps that could be easily implemented by public health officers. The proposed methodology was used to investigate the levels of SARS-CoV-2 in aerosol in indoor settings, mainly focusing on LTCFs, suffering COVID-19 outbreaks, or in the presence of known COVID-19 cases, and targeting the initial days after diagnosis.Aerosol samples (N = 18) were collected between November 2020 and March 2022 in Castelló (Spain) from LTCFs, merchant ships and a private home with recently infected COVID-19 cases. Sampling was performed for 24-h, onto 47 mm polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and quartz filters, connected to personal pumps at 2 and 4 L/min respectively. RNA from filters was extracted and SARS-CoV-2 was determined by detection of regions N1 and N2 of the nucleocapsid gene alongside the E gene using RT-PCR technique.SARS-CoV-2 genetic material was detected in 87.5% samples. Concentrations ranged ND-19,525 gc/m3 (gene E). No genetic traces were detected in rooms from contacts that were isolated as a preventative measure. Very high levels were also measured at locations with poor ventilation. Aerosol measurement conducted with the proposed methodology provided useful information to public health officers and contributed to manage and control 12 different COVID-19 outbreaks.SARS-CoV-2 was detected in aerosol samples collected during outbreaks in congregate spaces. Indoor aerosol sampling is a useful tool in the early detection and management of COVID-19 outbreaks and supports epidemiological investigations.

BackgroundFrom a Public Health Unit (PHU) perspective, this review aimed to examine factors associated with adverse outbreak outcomes, to identify evidence based focal strategies of managing COVID-19 outbreaks in aged care settings.MethodsA retrospective review of PHU documentation examined all 55 COVID-19 outbreaks in Wide Bay RACFs across the first 3 COVID-19 waves in Queensland, through thematic and statistical analysis. ​.ResultsThematic analysis using the framework approach identified 5 themes associated with outcomes of COVID-19 outbreaks in RACFs. These were analysed for statistical significance against outbreak outcomes including duration, attack rate and case fatality rate. There was a significant relationship between memory support unit (MSU) involvement and adverse outbreak outcomes. Attack rate was significantly associated with communication frequency, symptom monitoring and case detection approach, staff shortages and cohorting. Staff shortages were also significantly associated with a prolonged outbreak duration. There was no statistically significant relationship between outbreak outcomes and resource availability or infection control strategy. ​.ConclusionsThis emphasises the importance of frequent communication between PHUs and RACFs during active outbreaks, as well as the need for regular symptom monitoring and prompt case detection, to minimise viral transmission. Staff shortages and cohorting are also crucial factors to be addressed during outbreak management.Implications for Public HealthThis review adds to the evidence basis of COVID-19 outbreak management strategies to improve PHU advice to RACFs, to mitigate viral transmission and ultimately reduce the burden of disease associated with COVID-19 and other communicable diseases.

Whole campus wastewater surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 for COVID-19 outbreak management.

In this long-term study (eight months), a wastewater-based epidemiology program was initiated as a decision support tool for the detection and containment of COVID-19 spread in the Technion campus. The on-campus students' accommodations (∼3,300 residents) were divided into housing clusters and monitored through wastewater SARS-CoV-2 surveillance in 10 manholes. Results were used to create a 'traffic-light' scheme allowing the Technion's COVID-19 task force to track COVID-19 spatiotemporal spread on the campus, and consequently, contain it before high morbidity levels develop. Of the 523 sewage samples analysed, 87.4% were negative for SARS-CoV-2 while 11.5% were positive, corroborating morbidity information the COVID-19 task force had. For 7.6% of the SARS-CoV-2 positive samples, the task force had no information about positive resident/s. In these events, new cases were identified after the relevant residents were clinically surge tested for COVID-19. Hence, in these instances, wastewater surveillance provided early warning helping to secure the health of the campus residents by minimising COVID-19 spread. The inflammation biomarker ferritin levels in SARS-CoV-2 positive sewage samples were significantly higher than in negative ones. This may indicate that in the future, ferritin (and other biomarkers) concentrations in wastewater could serve as indicators of infectious and inflammatory disease outbreaks.

PurposeGiven the efficacy of a robust public healthcare system in handling public health emergencies, the rapid rate of COVID-19 pandemic infection in early-hit (advanced) countries with competent healthcare system is intriguing. The popular public health argument supports the strengthening of the healthcare system as a significant response strategy to minimize infection. Hence, this paper examines the catalysts that exacerbated the pandemic’s rapid spread in these countries despite the sound state of their healthcare system. Also, it assesses the condition of Nigerian public healthcare system in the lights of the novel COVID-19 pandemic and suggests the need for improvement and effective functioning.Design/methodology/approachThis paper uses a documentary approach to establish the authors’ opinion on the subject matter under investigation.FindingsFactors such as climate, temperature, and humidity levels played a key role in infection in the winter of 2020. These factors facilitated for the pandemic’s rapid spread in advanced countries. In peripheral countries like Nigeria, the public healthcare system is burdened by a lack of funding, an insufficiency in welfare and training for healthcare staff and facilities and other operational challenges. Hence, the effective management of COVID-19 outbreak in Nigeria relative to advanced countries was hindered by the inadequacies mentioned above.Originality/valueThis paper provides an understanding on the condition of public healthcare system in peripheral nations in relation to the healthcare system advisories from the World Health Organization (WHO) in the context of handling the pandemic outbreak. Also, it explains the catalysts that heightened the pandemic’s rapid spread in advanced countries despite the higher capacity of their healthcare system to manage health emergencies.

A non-invasive ultrasensitive diagnostic approach for COVID-19 infection using salivary label-free SERS fingerprinting and artificial intelligence.

Clinical diagnostics for SARS-CoV-2 infection usually comprises the sampling of throat or nasopharyngeal swabs that are invasive and create patient discomfort. Hence, saliva is attempted as a sample of choice for the management of COVID-19 outbreaks that cripples the global healthcare system. Although limited by the risk of eliciting false-negative and positive results, tedious test procedures, requirement of specialized laboratories, and expensive reagents, nucleic acid-based tests remain the gold standard for COVID-19 diagnostics. However, genetic diversity of the virus due to rapid mutations limits the efficiency of nucleic acid-based tests. Herein, we have demonstrated the simplest screening modality based on label-free surface enhanced Raman scattering (LF-SERS) for scrutinizing the SARS-CoV-2-mediated molecular-level changes of the saliva samples among healthy, COVID-19 infected and COVID-19 recovered subjects. Moreover, our LF-SERS technique enabled to differentiate the three classes of corona virus spike protein derived from SARS-CoV-2, SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV. Raman spectral data was further decoded, segregated and effectively managed with the aid of machine learning algorithms. The classification models built upon biochemical signature-based discrimination method of the COVID-19 condition from the patient saliva ensured high accuracy, specificity, and sensitivity. The trained support vector machine (SVM) classifier achieved a prediction accuracy of 95% and F1-score of 94.73%, and 95.28% for healthy and COVID-19 infected patients respectively. The current approach not only differentiate SARS-CoV-2 infection with healthy controls but also predicted a distinct fingerprint for different stages of patient recovery. Employing portable hand-held Raman spectrophotometer as the instrument and saliva as the sample of choice will guarantee a rapid and non-invasive diagnostic strategy to warrant or assure patient comfort and large-scale population screening for SARS-CoV-2 infection and monitoring the recovery process.

Machine learning applications for COVID-19 outbreak management.

Recently, the COVID-19 epidemic has resulted in millions of deaths and has impacted practically every area of human life. Several machine learning (ML) approaches are employed in the medical field in many applications, including detecting and monitoring patients, notably in COVID-19 management. Different medical imaging systems, such as computed tomography (CT) and X-ray, offer ML an excellent platform for combating the pandemic. Because of this need, a significant quantity of study has been carried out; thus, in this work, we employed a systematic literature review (SLR) to cover all aspects of outcomes from related papers. Imaging methods, survival analysis, forecasting, economic and geographical issues, monitoring methods, medication development, and hybrid apps are the seven key uses of applications employed in the COVID-19 pandemic. Conventional neural networks (CNNs), long short-term memory networks (LSTM), recurrent neural networks (RNNs), generative adversarial networks (GANs), autoencoders, random forest, and other ML techniques are frequently used in such scenarios. Next, cutting-edge applications related to ML techniques for pandemic medical issues are discussed. Various problems and challenges linked with ML applications for this pandemic were reviewed. It is expected that additional research will be conducted in the upcoming to limit the spread and catastrophe management. According to the data, most papers are evaluated mainly on characteristics such as flexibility and accuracy, while other factors such as safety are overlooked. Also, Keras was the most often used library in the research studied, accounting for 24.4 percent of the time. Furthermore, medical imaging systems are employed for diagnostic reasons in 20.4 percent of applications.

Italian long-term care facilities during COVID-19 era: a review

Background. Since the start COVID-19 epidemic, 9154 deaths have been registered in Italian Long-Term Care Facilities (LTCF). Half of them were COVID 19-related.Objective. In this review we analyzed the management of COVID-19 outbreak in Italian LTCF, in the most affected regions. Results. In the Italian Institute of Health (ISS) report, 1356 LTCF (41.3%) answered to questionnaires on COVID-19 infection in LTCF. Only 7.4% of deaths was related to Coronavirus (confirmed by swab), while 33,8% of deceased presented flu-like symptoms without confirmation by swab. 77.2% of structures reported the lack of Personal Protective Equipment. The autonomous management policies of the regions cannot be negligible in this assessment, above all Lombardia Region that diverted patients from hospital to extra-structures, like LTCF. Conclusions. The elderlies represent high-risk patients for developing COVID-19 with rapid clinical deterioration. Containment measures should be particularly optimized, especially in anticipation of another possible pandemic recurrence. Surely a comparison among different systems could help to achieve more information in the standardization of procedures. Identifying flaws in this system is necessary to perfect and optimize epidemic management as much as possible.

COVID-19 outbreak management in a mental healthcare setting.

Since the beginning of the novel coronavirus disease pandemic (COVID-19), inadvertent exposure of hospitalised patients and healthcare workers has been a major concern. Patients in inpatient settings with mental illnesses have also been impacted by the restrictions the pandemic has caused, with many having experienced the confines and loss of liberties that COVID-19 has brought. This article identifies the infection prevention and control measures required in a mental health setting during an outbreak of COVID-19. The focus is on the challenges of working in a mental health setting and identifies the difficulties in containing the infection within this ill-designed built environment and includes the additional pressures of managing this complex and diverse group of patients. Current guidance on outbreak measures is given with particular attention applied to the patients, the practices and the environment.

SARS-CoV-2 in a long-term care facility: lessons learnt and importance of repeated mass testing

Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has had a devastating impact on long-term care facilities worldwide. Reflecting on public health management of COVID-19 outbreaks in these settings is crucial to identify lessons learnt and improve outbreak control strategies for the future. A confirmed case of COVID-19 in a private nursing home facility was notified to the Department of Public Health West on December 30th 2020. Immediate actions included case investigation, contact tracing, implementation of infection prevention and control (IPC) measures and mass testing of all residents and staff. On December 31st 2 more confirmed cases were notified. A multidisciplinary outbreak control team was convened. Testing of SARS-CoV-2 samples was via reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. IPC site visits were made. Seven further mass testing rounds were completed at 5-7-day intervals. Data collation and descriptive analyses were performed using Microsoft Excel. There were 56 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases associated with the outbreak (28 residents, 28 staff). Overall attack rate was 52.8% (66.7% for residents, 44.0% for staff). Over half of all cases (51.7%) were detected from the first and second mass testing rounds (positivity rates 34.2% and 27.8% respectively) in the first week of the outbreak. Mean age of resident cases was 81.5 years. The majority (96.4%) were symptomatic (diarrhoea 64.3%, fever 57.1% and anorexia 25%). Hospitalisation and case fatality rates for residents were 21.4% and 41.4% respectively. Mean age of staff cases was 35.5 years. One-quarter were asymptomatic, with no hospitalisations or deaths. The outbreak was declared over on February 16th 2021. Residents of long-term care facilities are extremely vulnerable to COVID-19. Mass testing is a critically important outbreak control strategy which can facilitate rapid case finding and contact tracing in these settings, minimising the potential for further spread of infection and harm to residents and staff. Key messages Residents of long-term care facilities are extremely vulnerable to COVID-19, and may present with atypical clinical symptoms and signs of this disease. A low threshold for testing is required. Mass testing is a crucial COVID-19 outbreak control strategy in long-term care facilities to enable rapid case finding and contact tracing, minimising the potential for further spread of infection.

A Framing Analysis on COVID-19 Management Strategy by Health Minister “Terawan” published on Detik.com and Kumparan.com

On March 2nd, 2020, the first case of COVID-19 in Indonesia was announced. Dr. Terawan Agus Putranto, who is the Health Minister of the Kabinet Indonesia Maju [Onward Indonesia Cabinet], received public scrutiny over his attitude in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. Coverage of Terawan's handling of the COVID-19 outbreak appeared in the news many times, including on online news organisations detik.com and kumparan.com. Mass media framing is considered very important in the delivery of news, particularly so in a disruptive era. This descriptive interpretive qualitative study aims to illustrate how detik.com and kumparan.com framed Health Minister Terawan and his management of the COVID-19 outbreak in Indonesia. Data was obtained from online news articles relating to Terawan as the Health Minister and the management of COVID-19 outbreak in Indonesia from March 2nd –31st, 2020. The Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki framing model is used as the method of analysis and contains four framing device structures, namely syntax, script, theme, and rhetoric. The results of this study indicate that neither the word choices in headlines nor the manner in which facts are presented by detik.com caused controversy or offended Terawan. Furthermore, the word choices in headlines and the manner in which facts are presented by kumparan.com are considered to slightly offend Terawan without causing controversy. Overall, there is no significant difference in the framing of Terawan and his management of the COVID-19 outbreak in Indonesia between Detik.com and Kumparan.com. Management of COVID-19 Outbreak in Argentina: Stage 2.

With the intention to try to contain the spread of the viral disease, several measures were taken in Argentina for long periods of time. The lack of labor activity, social constraints, and a strong sense of helplessness, combined with a complex economic scenario with recession, inflation, and devaluation, led to the emergence of a dense climate of discontent. After a second wave hit the country, several measures were reinstalled. The Argentine society, polarized in many aspects, was further divided between those who supported the re-establishment of strict measures to help prevent further infections and those who desperately claimed for the urgent need to return to work to sustain their livings. The preexisting problems to which developing countries are usually exposed have been sharpened over the last year, determining a very complex scenario where every decision is important for the country's future. An updated report of the current situation and its management in different countries is of vital importance regarding global health issues and may serve for feedback and decision-making.

Initial Management of COVID-19 Outbreak in Mexico

This paper analyzes the initial stage of the pandemic COVID-19 in Mexico. The objective is to test whether the contagion risk perception and the authorities' initial prevention messages influenced the COVID-19 deaths. We estimate longitudinal elasticities of deaths to confirmed COVID-19 cases by accounting for measurement error and endogeneity issues. We find that confirmed cases and poverty levels are endogenous. The limitation arises because of the underreported COVID-19 deaths. Our contribution is to identify an association with the individual and political risk perception to the number of COVID-19 deaths. The results show that municipalities with more confirmed cases aware of being in contact with another person affected by COVID-19 have fewer deaths. However, emergency management, federal and state, had weak effects of reducing the lethality rate. We infer that better individual risk awareness is an essential factor in reducing the number of deaths from COVID-19.

Building Pathology and COVID-19: A Literature Review and Commentary on Field Hospital Setting

In 2019, there was an emerging disease, namely Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19). This disease firstly emerged in Asia before there was a worldwide spreading. COVID-19 is highly contagious. The pandemic results in more than 100 million infections worldwide (by the end of January 2021). Each country has to have a good public health plan to correspond with the increasing number of the patient. To correspond with the rapid increase in the number of COVID-19 patients, finding for sufficient space for patient care is needed. The presently available number of hospitals might be limited and it usually requires an urgent setting of the new building for management of the situation. The field hospital is usually set. In this work, the authors performed a retrospective literature review to summarize the available data on building pathology and COVID-19. The aim of the study is about the quality of the field hospital buildings and the defects in the buildings. The standard databases, SCOPUS and PubMED are used for literature searching. The derived publications are summarized and extracted for a conclusion. According to the literature analysis, there are very few publications on the topic of building pathology of a field hospital for COVID-19 containment. The role of field hospital in outbreak management is confirmed in thee literature. However, the specific report regarding building pathology of field hospital is limited. The newly constructed field hospital is usually in the rapid emergency mode. Based on the present analysis, it can show that there is a lack of concern on building pathology of the field hospital. Due to the rapid construction of field hospitals for COVID-19 outbreak management, the quality control and standardization are important. Further researches on the building pathology and quality management of field hospital are recommended.

If all this time research on the use of zakat in normal situations, then a research is needed to see how the realization and implementation of the fatwa of MUI regarding the use of assets during the Covid-19 pandemic. Aim. Describing of implementation of fatwa MUI Number 23 year of 2020 about utilizing of zakat, infaq and shadaqah to cope with impact of the spread Covid-19 Methods. This research was a field research with a phenomenological approach. This research was a qualitative research using descriptive analysis of the MUI Fatwa Number 23 of 2020 and its implementation in LazisNU, Metro City. Results. The result of this research was that the implementation of the MUI fatwa Number 23 of 2020 concerning the use of zakat, infaq and shadaqah was carried out using the fatwa determination methodology with various legal considerations and based on clear legal aspects. As for the Covid-19 Outbreak management implemented by LazisNU, Metro City in the first two important aspects, fatwas was implemented conceptually through several emergency response programs implemented by the Covid-19 outbreak response officer unit. Second, the fatwa was implemented constructively, where the fatwa still paid attention to the social aspects of society by sorting out two aspects, including the distribution of zakat specifically for Moeslim communities affected by Covid-19 while for the wider non-Moeslim community affected by Covid-19, it was taken from infaq, shadaqah and other donations funds.
