Supporting the Quality Culture of Education through the Design of an Information Technology System for Accurate Management Services at Pondok An-Nahdloh Selangor

This research aims to design a management information system application based on the needs of internal administrative services, as well as testing the level of effectiveness of its application on service quality to support a culture of quality education, as well as assessing the constraints and challenges in the process of implementing the system based on aspects of human resources, facilities, and policy support. This research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach, with IPPPE stages (Identification of needs, Design, Testing, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data collection is in the form of questionnaire sheets for expert validators and users. The results showed that (1) the design of the management information system features a registration module, student and teacher data management module, grade management module, and financial management module. (2) The information system application developed has a high level of feasibility, as well as a level of effectiveness in supporting the accuracy and speed of service to internal management parties and supporting the culture of quality education. (3) There are several obstacles and challenges in the process of implementing management information systems, namely technical constraints and challenges, and user adaptation which includes the limited ability of application managers, limited infrastructure, and the need for future system development to integrate with the learning field.

Implementation of The School Budget Activity Plan Application (Arkas) And The Bos Fund Management Information System On The Accountability Of Bos Financial Reporting In Education Entities In Cirebon City

The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of the School Budget Activity Plan (ARKAS) application and the BOS Management Information System (SIMBOS) application on the accountability of financial reporting of BOS funds in elementary schools in Cirebon City. We conducted this research using quantitative methods. We distributed questionnaires as part of the data collection technique. Furthermore, we will conduct validity and reliability tests on the responses to these questionnaires. We carried out the data analysis using linear regression. This research findings that the use of the School Budget Work Plan (ARKAS) application significantly influences the accountability of BOS fund use in elementary schools in Cirebon City, with better use of the ARKAS application leading to more transparent use of BOS funds. The BOS Management Information System (SIMBOS) also has a significant effect on the transparency of the use of BOS funds in public elementary schools in Cirebon City. The better the use of the ARKAS application, the more transparent the use of BOS funds.

Implementation of the Use of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) at the PKU Muhammadiyah Clinic, North Lombok

The advancement and development of information technology is currently growing so rapidly in all fields including in the health sector. Especially in hospitals. Hospital information systems have an important role in clinical and administrative services. One of the developments in information systems in hospitals is electronic medical records which have become an integral part of the online-based Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) application which is computerized in an integrated system stored in a central database.

Application SIMPUS (Sistem Informasi Manajamen Puskesmas) with TAM Theory (Technology Acceptance Model) at Puskesmas Setabelan in Surakarta

Based on the results of the preliminary study, Puskesmas Setabelan in implementing the SIMPUS application has not been maximized because at the end of each month the internet network is often erroneous because it does not have a good provider, there are still new employees who have not received socialization related to the use of the SIMPUS application, and the patient's online registration has not been opened due to the condition of the community who are still unfamiliar with technology. So the researcher is interested in analyzing how effective the acceptance of the use of the SIMPUS (Puskesmas Management Information System) application is using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) theory at the Setabelan Health Center in Surakarta City. This type of research is qualitative and descriptive with data collection methods in-depth interviews with 11 informants including SIMPUS coordinators, SIMPUS programmers, nurses, midwives, pharmacists, dental nurses and administrative staff. The sample selection method used purposive sampling method.

The Application and Optimization Design of Management Information Systems in the Field of Higher Education in China

Digital transformation has made management information systems (MIS) increasingly vital in education. This paper examines the current application and optimization of MIS in higher education in China. Information technology has enhanced educational management efficiency and decision-making through MIS. However, Chinese universities face the problems of data silos, incomplete functionality, and low user satisfaction. This study, through literature review and field investigation, analyzes the application of MIS in universities domestically and internationally, identifies issues in Chinese universities, and proposes optimization solutions. The focus is on enhancing MIS in Chinese universities with modern technologies like artificial intelligence to improve management efficiency and service quality.

University Management Information Systems: a Cross-cultural Study

Management Information System (MIS) is an important support for the planning and management of information resources in universities. In different cultural backgrounds, users’ understanding and application of MIS may vary due to the language and cultural symbols they use, which can affect the actual application of the system. In order to improve the quality of management information in universities and understand different user needs, this article conducted a cross-cultural study on the user acceptance and sustainable adoption of MIS in universities. It constructed a theoretical research model using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and then established system performance, management information quality, system interactivity, social impact, educational culture, usage habits, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, user acceptance, sustained use intention, and sustained use behavior as research variables. On this basis, a research hypothesis was constructed and finally validated through experimental analysis. The results show that system performance, management information quality, educational culture, and perceived usefulness had a significant positive impact on user acceptance, with path coefficients of 0,256, 0,752, 0,607, and 0,368, respectively. Social influence, usage habits, perceived usefulness, and user acceptance had a significant positive impact on user willingness to continue using, with path coefficients of 0,533, 0,532, 0,441, and 0,602, respectively. The conclusion indicates that cross-cultural research on user acceptance and sustainable adoption of MIS in universities can help understand user needs in different cultural backgrounds and provide objective guidance for improving the management level of universities

Evaluation of Pesantren Financial Management Through the Implementation of the Simkeu Application at Api Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Secang Islamic Boarding School

This study aims to evaluate the financial management of API Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Secang Islamic Boarding School through the implementation of the Financial Management Information System (SIMKEU) application. The background of this research is that the challenges in financial recording that are still done manually, prone to errors, and take a long time. The research method used uses a case study approach with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with pesantren leaders and administrative staff, direct observation of the financial management process, and analysis of documents related to pesantren finance. The research was carried out at API Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Secang Islamic Boarding School over a certain period. The results showed that the implementation of SIMKEU succeeded in increasing efficiency in recording and financial management by reducing the time required for the transaction recording process and improving the accuracy of financial statements. However, the study also identified several challenges, such as issues with information and communication technology infrastructure that need to be improvement, and the initial adaptation phase requiring extra time and effort from pesantren staff. Based on the study’s results, it is recommended to enhance information and communication technology infrastructure, and increase training for pesantren staff to maximize the benefits of SIMKEU implementation in the future. In conclusion, the implementation of SIMKEU at API Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Secang Islamic Boarding School has made a significant contribution in improving the efficiency and transparency of Islamic boarding school financial management. This study provides practical guidance for other pesantren that want to adopt similar technologies in an effort to improve financial management effectively and efficiently.

Effect of Implementing an Informatization Case Management Model on the Management of Chronic Respiratory Diseases in a General Hospital: Retrospective Controlled Study.

The use of chronic disease information systems in hospitals and communities plays a significant role in disease prevention, control, and monitoring. However, there are several limitations to these systems, including that the platforms are generally isolated, the patient health information and medical resources are not effectively integrated, and the "Internet Plus Healthcare" technology model is not implemented throughout the patient consultation process. The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of the application of a hospital case management information system in a general hospital in the context of chronic respiratory diseases as a model case. A chronic disease management information system was developed for use in general hospitals based on internet technology, a chronic disease case management model, and an overall quality management model. Using this system, the case managers provided sophisticated inpatient, outpatient, and home medical services for patients with chronic respiratory diseases. Chronic respiratory disease case management quality indicators (number of managed cases, number of patients accepting routine follow-up services, follow-up visit rate, pulmonary function test rate, admission rate for acute exacerbations, chronic respiratory diseases knowledge awareness rate, and patient satisfaction) were evaluated before (2019-2020) and after (2021-2022) implementation of the chronic disease management information system. Before implementation of the chronic disease management information system, 1808 cases were managed in the general hospital, and an average of 603 (SD 137) people were provided with routine follow-up services. After use of the information system, 5868 cases were managed and 2056 (SD 211) patients were routinely followed-up, representing a significant increase of 3.2 and 3.4 times the respective values before use (U=342.779; P<.001). With respect to the quality of case management, compared to the indicators measured before use, the achievement rate of follow-up examination increased by 50.2%, the achievement rate of the pulmonary function test increased by 26.2%, the awareness rate of chronic respiratory disease knowledge increased by 20.1%, the retention rate increased by 16.3%, and the patient satisfaction rate increased by 9.6% (all P<.001), while the admission rate of acute exacerbation decreased by 42.4% (P<.001) after use of the chronic disease management information system. Use of a chronic disease management information system improves the quality of chronic respiratory disease case management and reduces the admission rate of patients owing to acute exacerbations of their diseases.

Design of a Web-Based Fleet Management Information System at PT Qtrans

The development of technology is currently very rapid and has an important role as a basic need in life. Technological sophistication is a force that helps the smooth running of work and business processes. In some companies, there is fleet management which is an operational activity in sending or receiving goods. For this reason, the use of information technology is needed to manage this fleet. In this case, PT. Qtrans still lack of visibility and supervision, and there is no effective fleet monitoring and tracking system because Microsoft Excel still used to record the data. The data analysis reports on fleet management are still manual and do not support the fleet maintenance and maintenance process. The system development model carried out in this study uses the prototype method model. The application of a website-based fleet management information system is expected to make it easier for administrators to monitor and manage fleets at PT Qtrans.

Design and Application of an IVD Reagent Management Information Systems Based on Unique Code

The management of in vitro diagnostic (IVD) reagents in hospitals often faces issues such as the lack of a unified coding system, unclear consumption patterns, and unknown cost-to-income ratios. It is necessary to employ information systems to achieve comprehensive, detailed, and traceable management of IVD reagents. An information management system for IVD reagents based on unique coding is introduced, which integrates admission, acceptance, and consumption processes through unique codes. The system calculates the income per experimental item based on the consumption of IVD reagents and the charge for each experimental item. The system enhances the efficiency of the IVD reagent supply chain management and promotes detailed oversight of IVD reagent usage.

PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN INVENTORY PADA CV MADJU DJAJA BANJARMASIN

Abstract, The purpose of this research is to determine the application of the inventory management information system at the CV Madju Djaja Banjarmasin company. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources in this research are interviews. Data analysis uses Web-based programming, namely PHP Version 5.1.1 and MySQL database Version 5.0.18. The results of research using an inventory management information system, it can make it easier for company employees to process goods data such as inputting incoming and outgoing goods via computer and by using this system it can make it easier for the warehouse stock section to make monthly stock reports. Control and supervision of inventory can be carried out directly by the director because the information system can be accessed on the internet by entering a username and password which are only known by the company director and the warehouse stock section. So that there is no interference from other unrelated parties and can minimize the risks that occur.

Analisis Sistem Informasi Manajemen Barang Milik Daerah pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Medan

Developing information systems for the public interest is a necessity for an organization. The success of an organization can be determined by seeing whether the planned objectives have been achieved, each plan needs to be implemented with efficient procedures. These government tasks are closely related to management information systems, because management information systems are applications that improve government performance and are expected to help decision making, information provision, and operational procedures. One of the efforts to create a reliable management information system is by implementing the Regional Goods Management Information System Application (SIMBADA). This study aims to analyze the minutes of handover still done manually and not systemized. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that there are negative and positive impacts related to the use of the SIMBADA application as well as constraints in the application that there is no category of handover minutes, so that the input process is still done manually. Where it is not efficient, it can cause data errors that can affect the performance of related work.

WEBSITE-BASED NURSING MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM APPLICATION FOR IMPROVING THE CREDENTIAL PROCESS AND DETERMINING NURSE TRAINING NEEDS AT HOSPITAL X JAKARTA

The nursing management information system (SIMKEP) is a software package created to facilitate the nursing management process to improve performance and be able to formulate strategic policies including efficiency from within (organisation, management and HR) and must be able to quickly and make appropriate decisions to improve services to the community so that it can become a responsive, innovative, effective, efficient, profitable organisation that is also responsive to developments in science and technology, including information technology. This study aims to determine whether the creation of a website-based nursing management information system application model can improve the nurse credentialing/re-credentialing process and increase the determination of nurse training needs.The method in this research is a mixed studies review or mixed methods review, which combines literature study methods using secondary data from previous research which are published journals, which are by the criteria set by the research, namely the inclusion criteria and systematic exclusion and searches using online databases accompanied by interviews with participants. This article and journal explain that the application model or design of a website-based nursing management information system can improve the credentialing process and determine nurse training needs. The conclusion in writing this Literature Review is that applying a website-based nursing management information system can improve the credentialing process and determine nurse training needs.

SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN DALAM PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN NEGARA PADA KANWIL DITJEN PERBENDAHARAAN PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGGARA

This study aims to determine the application of management information systems in state financial management and financial management at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research types. Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the integrated system in the SAKTI application has an impact on saving time for the financial management process. The SAKTI application also has a high level of security because it uses One Time Password (OTP). Although the SAKTI application is still classified as a new application, its application is very effective and optimal and facilitates the financial management process. Financial management at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of Southeast Sulawesi Province is very efficient and the SAKTI application is used for all management processes ranging from planning, recording to accountability.

This still needs special attention because current employment management is not well managed, job seekers in Sidoarjo Regency still have difficulty in choosing job vacancy information. SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW: PERAN PENERAPAN SIMKAH (SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN NIKAH) TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KUA

This systematic literature review research explains the application of the marriage management information system (SIMKAH). The presence of an application in marriage data collection called the Marriage Management Information System or SIMKAH which has begun to be applied in various religious affairs offices (KUA). This system is useful for collecting all marriage data from every KUA in Indonesia online and offline, data stored in KUA (in the form of files), ministries of religion (soft files), ministries of home affairs (population data), ministries of finance (financial transaction data). This Marriage Card is an additional proof of document from KUA which has a digital-based bar code, if scanned by a married couple, complete information data will appear regarding marital status, name, date, photo of the bride and groom, and place of marriage. The results showed that the application of SIMKAH in the Digital Marriage Card service at KUA provides convenience, fast procedures, fast and effective validation. SIMKAH has begun to be used publicly and effectively and in 2018 it can print Digital Marriage Cards so that the bride and groom get two documents after carrying out the marriage contract, namely the marriage book and marriage card. The implementation of programs in this digital era, of course, is very beneficial for the benefit of the community.

Implementation of the Mosque Management Information System (SIMAS) in Improving Services at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office Kendal Regency

The SIMAS (Mosque Management Information System) application from the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs is used to manage data on mosques and musallas online throughout Indonesia. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of data analysis showed a significant increase in services at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office due to the use of SIMAS. The previous manual data collection on mosques and musallas (musallas) has been replaced with an online method via the SIMAS website with collaboration between various agencies, including the Office of Religious Affairs and sub-districts. It has accelerated and improved effectiveness of services in the office. With adequate human resources, SIMAS has become an efficient tool for inputting data on mosques and musallas. This research highlights the important role of SIMAS in improving efficiency and service at the Kendal Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office.

Web-Based Sukaraja Puskesmas Services Governance Information System

The Community Health Center is a functional health organization which is a center for community health development which also fosters community participation in addition to providing comprehensive services to the community in its working area in the form of main activities. Currently, at the Sukaraja Community Health Center, all data recording is still done manually using paper media. Because increasingly modern technology requires Puskesmas as one of the health service providers to always improve the quality of its services. The use of computers to process data is very necessary because it can provide benefits and convenience in patient care. In this case, community health centers are required to always improve the professionalism of their employees and improve their health facilities or facilities to provide satisfaction to the community using health services. The objectives to be achieved are: Designing a website-based health center management information system, Improving the conventional health center service system with a computerized system. And makes it easier to process patient data for outpatient, inpatient, pharmacy, counter registration, administration (printing certificates/referrals &amp; health center reports) and general clinics using the waterfall method. The stages of the waterfall method are Requirements, design, implementation, integration, Maintenance. The website-based governance information system that has been produced in this design can process patient data from outpatient, inpatient, emergency health centers and pharmacy services. With this website-based community health center management information system application, data at the Sukaraja Community Health Center is now integrated through a database so that it can process data effectively and efficiently and help provide good services.
