This proceedings consists of the peer-reviewed papers from the 8th IGRSM International Conference and Exhibition on Geospatial & Remote Sensing & GIS (IGRSM 2016), which was organised by the Institution of Geospatial and Remote Sensing Malaysia (IGRSM) on 13-14 April 2016 at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The conference, with the theme Geospatial on the Go, aimed to facilitate the dissemination of knowledge, and the sharing of expertise and experience in geospatial sciences, in all aspects of its applications.
